JW Marriott Hotel Beijing Central

Clean facilities. Slightly smaller room for a family of four but comfortable regardless. Great breakfast included.

Smaller room for a family

Camera ampia, Spa, colazione ottima Molto pulito

Everything, so clean and friendly staff

Super nettes Personal, schönes Hotel, hilfsbereite Concierge, toller Spa Bereich u Pool, saubere Zimmer

Convenient Location, Comfortable room, friendly and nice staff

Nothing

Big rooms, breakfast options excellent

Smallish double beds for couples

The room smells, the carpet is old and dirty.

Good location, clean Staff are very friendly and helped me with everything including the late check out

Wonderful staff. Modern clean smoke free.

Nothing

This hotel was perfect. The staff were all so friendly and attentive. Everything was so clean and well maintained. The hotel was in great location and close to the station and shopping mall. We loved every minute of staying at this hotel.

Nothing - everything was perfect

The stuff were so nice and helpful, they did a lot for us, I really appreciate them

None

Rooms were large and comfortable

Breakfast looked great, but was not very vegetarian friendly - I had bread, plain congee and soy milk

breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked food and so many choices because my son in law and grandchildren eats western food whereas few of us prefer asian food, absolutely meet our needs. The staffs are very friendly and always there if u need help

Concierge staff were very welcoming especially Ms. Tania As an international traveler, my flight was around mid night and the airport pick up was scheduled around 7:30. But thanks to Mr Mervin, he managed to give us late check out in order to rest before our long flight.

Breakfast options to include muslim friendly meals of possible

Here’s a polished review you can post for JW Marriott Hotel Beijing Central: I had a wonderful stay at JW Marriott Beijing Central. The hotel was comfortable, well-maintained, and the overall service was excellent throughout my visit. What really made the experience memorable was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. I would especially like to thank Johan, Triangle, and Olivia for being so friendly, attentive, and helpful during my stay. Their warm hospitality truly made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing and would gladly stay here again.

rien

Excellent location and amenities super friendly staff and super good food and variety. Pool and hot tub! Very good value for money

Level of English below standards for an American international chain

Breakfast is excellent & offers an array of choices; no one will go hungry, even fussy eaters can find something to eat.

The rooms are a little dated and dark but overall, good, the rooms are very clean and spacious

Very friendly and helpful staff. Especially happy with the concierge service and airport transfer.

Not really dislike. But understand its sustainability efforts and that bedsheets are not changed daily unless requested.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was nice and quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location is very convenient, with everything you need close by. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

One downside was the swimming pool policy requiring a swim cap. It would have been helpful to know this in advance when booking, rather than finding out at the time of the visit.

The location is superb

The hotel itself is getting old but it’s very clean and tidy

Todo perfecto

The staff were really.

The rooms are outdated. Ours had a really bad smell, carpets were stained. shower had stains. The service levels were good but the rooms require upgrades.

Everything is perfect ! Nice staff

Nothing !

The concierge service was not professionally handled, I did inquiry for the airport pick up but was not responded properly, then I arranged another travel agency. In fact I also changed pick up at the train station instead at the airport.

The hotel contacted me at the same time and day that I was on my way to the hotel and they insist I have to pay for the service. Compare to the travel agent that pick me up, they keep contacting before the day I arrive

The beds were comfortable.

The room was dark and smelled of cigarette smoke. There were big stains on the carpet. The food quality at the JW Kitchen was subpar and the service was poor.

The property had amazing staff, could not accomodate two groups on the same floor which is a bit inconvenient.

Outdated rooms, it had a strong smell. Carpet was stained and showers had stains in them showing the age and maintanance had gone down recently.

Fantastic hotel, but what truly set it apart was the exceptional comfort of the bed and, above all, the outstanding concierge team—Billy, Leon, and Triangel. They were full of good advice and very caring.

Nothing.

Staff is great

Location. View from the room

Location was central and convenient. Very good ambience in the foyer. One of the best service from friendly and helpful staff throughout the stay. The breakfast was exceptional- again one of the best!

The room got too hot during the night- maybe the mattress had a wool topper that made the bed too warm.

Everything was excellent, as I expected!

English language of personal sholud be better

Excellent

Comfortable and near to metro station.

Nil.

Staff of check-in counter and housekeeping were execellent. They understand our needs and attended expeditiously. Well done.

We booked four pax but were given two sets of towels. Complimentary drinks were not available and safe in the room was not working when check-in. One of the lights was not functioning aftee two days. Luckily the housekeeping staff (a middle-aged Chinese lady) attended expeditiously.

Excellent service - I am very glad that I finally chose Marriott to stay. The room was spacious and super clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was incredible! Location is very good, near metro station (circle line). Pool was also awesome!

Nothing much to say, actually

Amazing location and property is beautiful. Probably the best is BREAKFAST offering a large variety of food options, from in house baked goods to hot kitchen a freshly made. International and Chinese. Appreciated the healthy options to get the day started Staff is very kind and professional.

The only suggestion is to heat the swimming pool. It was freezing cold 🥶 Otherwise all was amazing

The hotel is very nice and modern, with a big room and great facilities, close to train station and shopping mall. The reception staff, especially Nancy, she was extremely friendly and helpful. All the staff greeted guests every morning and always made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying their stay. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, and definitely one of my favorites.

Tutto. Premio meritato. Metro vicina.

I like the location near to Niuji Halal food area. Just ride Didi for 5 minutes and you reach there to find halal food

Nothing

Front desk staffs are friendly and helpful.

Confusion on number of breakfast pax at hotel, so it took awhile before booking. Com made clarification to hotel and settled eventually.

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Not many shops and restaurants within the walking distance.

Rooms are very spacious. Toilet too is very big

I stayed for 4 nights and the staff collected RMB10,000 at the front desk. She mentioned that this is necessary as a deposit and the cost of the stay. I dun understand why such a huge deposit is required.
