It began well, with a friendly welcome

We had no wi-fi or tv’s in our 2 bedroom apartment, very frustrating, and then having maintenance guys through when we were entertaining before our concert. A change of room offer came 10 minutes before we were leaving for concert, i know they tried but disappointing experience.

Location. The staff were so lovely and always there to help.

Booking in at 3pm is late for international visitors. The rooms were clean but stuffy as you can’t open a window.

Property was a great location, easy walking distance to everything.

TV only had sky channels - no smart tv and breakfast was pretty average.

The Location of the hotel is perfect, walking distance to everything with a woolies less than 5min walk away. The apartment was really nice, spacious modern and clean

The kitchen didnt have very many utensils we had to purchase from woolies, The room was meant to be cleaned every 3rd day wasnt cleaned till the 4th and even then we had to ask for it to be done... we had to ask for towels as well blankets and pillows for the fold out bed a number of times (we paid extra for the fold out bed)

Convenient to Spark Arena just a short walk away. Friendly staff made the stay so easy.

Great location, walking distance to most parts of Auckland CBD and the wharf restaurants etc. Breakfast buffet was basic but nice. Room itself was spacious and we liked the onsite laundry to wash our clothes. Overall great stay :)

I liked the proximity to.the railway station. Nice neighborhood, lots of modern facilities.

Convenient location and clean room

Coffee machine not working during breakfast time, limited choice of options as well. all room hallways are exposed in open air, it was windy and rainy so very uncomfortable that I had to be running to my room while getting wet, very tricky as the pictures did not show this previous to booking room.

Nice and close to spark for concerts. Lovely rooms .

Location was fantastic for access to Spark Arena and downtown. Cleanliness was excellent and modern.

Only negative was the shower. The curtain allowed water to spill out into the rest of the bathroom and the water temperature would fluctuate significantly.

Loved the facilities and location! The room was beautiful, modern and clean, a great sized fridge and freezer, provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash and a hairdryer so we didn't need to carry extra items while travelling on a short stay.

Would have liked to have streaming options available on the TV for example a more modern TV with built in Netflix etc you could log in to.

No smart tv, only free to air so couldn’t stream movies for the kids. Little dated but still very clean and tidy.

The location of the hotel to Auckland CBD, shops, cafes and restaurants and event centres is very handy and an easy walk everywhere. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are super helpful. The location feels very safe.

A mirror in the lounge area would be useful, but this is a minor thing. There are mirrors in the bathroom, but a squeeze for two people trying to use them.

Super comfy bed, nice room layout, good amenities. Room was warm enough.

The wet passage going through the room, especially when raining.

Great location, perfect for what we wanted. Close to Music venues.
