The staff was amazing and friendly. The breakfast was good it was more than what I was expecting. The bed is a hotel bed so you know comfy. I was surprised that I could get a cup of coffee in the middle of the night.

A couple things, firstly, the room itself was gross. The carpet was sticky, the room had a terrible smell to it, our pillows had black fuzz all over them so hard to say if they were properly washed, and overall I just felt gross, and all in the short hour we were there. Secondly, we checked in, but unfortunately, about an hour later had an unexpected family emergency that required us to leave immediately. This was completely unforeseen and not something we could have planned for. However the hotel would not give us a refund, even though we were only there for an hour and barely used the room, and this was something out of our control. I thought they could have a bit of understanding for our situation. Not only that but I had been emailing the hotel, and they just stopped answering me. I've email multiple times in the last couple of days and they have stopped replying. Not a very good way to conduct business or respect people who planned to use your hotel. The location is great but due to the nasty room and inconsiderate staff, we won't be returning.

As always, the front desk staff at this location are just the best. Welcoming, warm and a very quick check in. The room was a very good size and I love the walk in shower. Location immediately off the 400 makes it the perfect place to stop on your travels. Several dining and shopping choices within walking distance of the hotel. Wifi was strong and consistent. Lots of hot water.

Still the slowest elevator in Canada. Don’t get put in “206” ( I think that was the room number). Whatever it was, next to the stairs and the elevator. Very noisy, very loud!

The ice machine didn’t work 90% of the time. And my ac kept turning itself off and toilet pressure sometimes wouldn’t flush.

The location was perfect and people were great. Checking in was fast and easy.

The ice machine wasn't working. Our room was next to the elevator and stairs which in the mornings were high traffic and loud. We had a jacuzzi room. The jacuzzi jets would run for about 20 minutes and then not turn back on for the next half hour or more. One night the jets just went off on their own in an empty tub. Our bed was not level and angled down at the head end. We were very disappointed. We have stayed here maybe 3 times before but about 10-15 years ago and it was a nice hotel then. Not much up keep over the years which is too bad.

Staff were great and the breakfast was awesome but it would be nice to change up once in a while like instead of sausage try bacon???

The pool would have been nice to enjoy except it had green algae growing on the stairs the walls and crevices of the floor of the pool needs better chemicals and cleaning

It was a great value for the money. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was not cramped.

I’m not a fan of Ontario so I can’t blame super 8 for that. It’s a much needed location I just wish I didn’t have to come here - but super glad I chose super 8

1st room was full of smoke, receptionist didn't agree and didn't take our problem serious. 2nd room was old and the floor was dirty

This hotel is absolutely perfect for my needs (and price range). Location couldn’t be better for shopping and dining and easy on and off the 400. The room was quite large with a spa bath in the corner of the bedroom along with a sofa and tables. The walk in shower is always welcome. The queen size bed was extremely comfortable with 3 very firm pillows. The hot breakfast in the morning had a nice selection of hot and cold food. The best thing about this place is the staff. WELMA is truly amazing. Welcoming and inviting, her smile says it all.

Other than a very slow elevator, I have no comments.

Der Check-In war absolut professionell. Das Haus liegt außerhalb, aber fußläufig zu vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Parken ist kostenlos und es gibt genug Platz. Das Hotel bietet keine überdachten Parkplätze. Wir hatten ein recht kleines aber nettes Doppelzimmer in der 4. Etage, mit Blick auf den Parkplatz und auf die Straße. Großer Fernseher mit vielen Sendern. WIFI hervorragend. Das Zimmer ist sauber und hat ein eigenes Bad mit sehr guter Dusche. Frühstück mit Rührei, Toast, Waffeln und Kaffee - ganz normal. Snacks und Restaurants in der Nähe problemlos möglich. Nahverkehr möglich, aber nicht genutzt. Der IndoorPool läd zum erfrischen ein/wunderbar.

Es gibt nichts zum meckern.

Location is great. We love the bunk beds in the room for the kids. Pool is always clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast options good.

Outdated. Sticky carpet in room. Hard bed. Pillows are so old and lumpy. Hotel charged me an extra $170 that had still not been deposited back into my account over a month ago.

The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was roomy and clean. There were enough hangers for coats and ddrying wet items. The television guide helped us find the stations and shows we wanted to watch.

The carpet in the room was dirty. I could feel that on my bare feet when I walked around the room.

crawling insects and no consideration of the issue as we awoke, reported to the front desk - they handed us a bill and said I’d make a note!!! We left immediately at 7:30 am. So creepy and upsetting didn’t even snap a pic but had shown the housekeeper the situation who DID validate my concern. The manager doesnt come in until 2pm so unable to discuss our upset!

Review for my husband …. Stayed here several times, it suits my needs for an overnight stay when working. Hotel is in a good location.

The place is walking distance to everything you need. They do have a small pool that my 4 yrs old daughter loves so much. And they serve a good portion of breakfast as well.The staffs are friendly and very accommodating to their guest . I highly recommend this place .

What a pleasant welcome when I arrived. I was early (about 2 hours in fact) for the normal check in time of 3:00. I had checked in online ahead of time and was quite happy that my room (101) was available immediately. The front desk staff was very pleasant and handed me on my key. My room was a disability Queen which actually had a spa tub in the corner of the bedroom. I didn't use it this trip but could see how great it might be, especially on a cool evening. The bathroom had a walk in shower with all the usual amenities provided. The bed was extremely comfortable and was provided with 3 pillows. The TV had a good range of channels and the WiFi was consistent and strong throughout the stay. Heating and Cooling was very easily controlled and was very quiet when it "kicked in". Dining options are plentiful within walking distance. Anything from fast food to more "upscale" establishments. There is also a small shopping plaza that you can walk to (which includes a WalMart). I was up and out too early to partake in the breakfast offered. Next trip! Easy access to and from Highway 400 makes this a great stopping off point for your travels.

Unfortunately the ice machine was broken. Hopefully this will be fixed in the neat future.

The room was dated. The soap holder was hanging off the wall. They had some odd fake flower thing on the coffee table. No wine glasses.

The hall ways and breakfast area were absolutely freezing. One heater unit in the room did not blow heat and was very load. we unplugged it after several attempts to get it to work.

The building is old and neglected. Fireplace I paid extra for didn’t work. I guess there was a hockey tournament or something, because it was very noisy. The wall behind the bed would shake and it sounded like the ceiling was going to collapse. My girlfriend and I checked out, and drove through the night to our next destination. Because we weren’t going to get any sleep there.
