Bed was a bit stiff for my liking, no fault on your own. The Air conditioning unit, though fully working, sounded like a small engine going off which kinda left the experience somewhat restless

Great location with everything you need nearby. Walmart, Costco and several restaurants are within walking distance, making it very convenient. The room was also clean.

The pool is on the smaller side and since it's located next to the highway, it tends to get dirty fairly quickly. Breakfast can get very busy, so it's best to arrive early to find a seat. The bathroom also doesn't have an exhaust fan, so you'll likely need to leave the door open after showering for better ventilation.

Overall, not a bad stay, beds were good, but the bathtub and shower curtain were quite dirty. The biggest disappointment was breakfast on the Monday of the August long weekend—it ended at 9:30 a.m. as if it were a regular weekday. The staff cleared everything away so quickly that many guests were left without food.

Kelowna is prachtig. De ontbijtruimte werd continue schoongemaakt en bijgevuld. De kamers waren groot en werden netjes gehouden. Handdoeken verwisseld indien nodig. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

De ruimte waar je ontbijt is niet zo groot voor de hoeveelheid mensen.

Breakfast was good and room was exceptionally quiet.

The room wasnt cleaned for a couple days out of our trip. Would have been nice to have the garbage emptied.

Breakfast was mediocre, would rather pay for a good breakfast.

That the front desk didn’t inform me that the room they switched me to was a pet friendly room and it smelled of wet dog. I asked to be switched back to my reservation room.

Beds were comfy, staff was polite, accommodating to request for early check in and adjoining rooms. We were offered a room change when our shower didn't work. Shower and I've machine was fixed the next day

We booked because of the slide for my son and there was no indication on booking that there was a height requirement. He was too short to ride so was massively disappointed. The dirt and dust from the beautification could have been mentioned during booking. Our shower didn't work and ice machine but were informed much later that there wasn't any maintenance staff on site to fix any issues.

Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is very nice and comfortable.

The pool/hot tub were PACKED with a baseball team. The room was a bit cramped.

The hotel uses plastic disposable plates and cutlery for all guests at breakfast and the waste is unbelievable. Plastic cups in rooms wrapped in even more plastic. Single use cups for coffee. I’m no eco warrior but the massive quantities of single use plastic being used was really an unsettling. Rooms felt expensive for what they were. No availability of double plus two singles for families Also beware there are two hotels with the exact same name and it took us a your to travel between them when we turned up at the wrong one!!

Staff was bad. When we left they were like everything looks good. We came back ten mins later bcs we had left one of our iwatch in the room and they went like no theres nothing and room is a mess. They took pictures of room they themselves messed. Dont know to keep the iwatch or what. Be careful in this hotel

It’s cool

On arrival, the staff kept me standing for minutes telling me that they could not see my 2 day booking till i convinced them by showing them the receipt from my phone. The washroom does not have a fan so after going to the washroom, you leave the door open instead of turning the fan to take off the odour

The pool was too small and I wish there are more options for people who avoid eggs and meat for breakfast.

I love this Hotel. Everything about it is professional. The complimentary breakfast is unbelievably excellent.

The location is convenient, right next to a strip mall. The breakfast menu was decent, though the coffee was disappointing. There’s a Keurig in the room, but it looked dirty and unclean. The air conditioner is awkwardly placed beside the bed—it's loud and blows cold air directly on you. Overall, the stay was just okay, but the staff were very friendly and helpful, which makes up for it.

Breakfast options were comparatively very less and could have been better. hardly any option and the space was also small, which led to chaos and queues.

Location a little bit far

The only issue I found was the need for an airport shuttle service. Everything else was excellent.

I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Kelowna and was thoroughly impressed. The location was perfect and right next to Walmart, which was super convenient for picking up snacks or anything I needed during my stay. It’s also just a short drive to the Kelowna International Airport, Costco, and Orchard Park Mall, so shopping and travel were a breeze. I also loved that downtown Kelowna was only about a 10-minute drive away. The hotel itself was spotless and felt very well maintained. My room was clean and comfortable. Loved having a mini fridge and microwave. The staff were fantastic - friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The continental breakfast was another highlight with lots of variety, hot and cold options, and everything was fresh and well stocked. Overall, this hotel checked all the boxes: clean, comfortable, friendly, and in a super convenient location. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kelowna, whether for business or pleasure!

Breakfast was very good and Hotel was clean, great hotel to stay at with some friends.

Clean room. Adequate facilities. My only comment was there was noise outside at night that I’m not sure where it’s came from, but sounds like there’s ongoing repair/maintenance of the building.

Room was clean. Continental breakfast had a good selection of food including GF items. Staff through the whole hotel was very attentive. The only negatives I found was the sofa bed in our room was not in good shape, it was very well used and had no support, and the pillows were too soft for us and the spare ones in the room were the same.

Could improve on 24 hr snack/beverage offerings on site. That said, the included breakfast was better than most self serve breakfasts I’ve had in the area. Bed was surprisingly comfortable with good choice of pillows. Room was very clean, which isn’t a given these days.

Great location for where we wanted shop .

As many reviewers have previously said the staff were the best part of our four night stay. The room; small for a King room. One chair at a desk, no where else to sit other than the bed. Noise! We were in a room on the back of the building (even numbers West facing) at the South end across from the elevators (more or less above the lobby area). For context this building backs on to a major mall, specifically the rear loading docks and garbage areas for a Large Home Sense Store and … a Walmart Super Store. Well everyone, if your room is where our room was #208, and this would apply to #202-to #218 I would guess, you get to experience the garbage bin pick-up from the afore mentioned Super Size stores every day at 06:00!! You all know what a Waste Management truck sounds like banging a steel bin around?? Brutal. In addition, the design genius who decided to put four rooms immediately across from the only two elevators I guess never considered the cadres of guests who gather very late at night to say goodbye at the elevators before dispersing to their rooms or at sunrise as they idly chat out loud waiting for the elevator to continue their travels. If this hotel somehow meets your needs for some reason do make sure you insist on a room as far toward the North, away from the Lobby end as possible (away from the highway noise which is literally 50’ from the South end) and the East side (odd number rooms) so you don’t have to listen to guests congregating in the elevator lobby or, more importantly, Walmarts multiple steel bins being emptied every morning at 06:00.

Kids had a great time using the pool and slide.

Breakfast was enjoyable. The CCMA awards were happening when I stayed so there was more noise and activity which was no fault of the hotel. I tried to book two more nights but couldnt. Lucky to have found a room across the street.

We booked a one bedroom suite. It was excellent. The breakfast was probably the best breakfast buffet we have had that was included with our room! Staff were very friendly!

I like the location because its near the mall, restaurants, and is located just beside walmart.

The water in their pool is color green, it looked gross to swim at. Also, we have a 7hrs travel time, When I called the front desk to inform them that we will be arriving a bit late, we were told that we do not have a reservation eventhough I called a few weeks before that day because Im aware that those kind of things could happen. We arrived at the facility and still the same lady I talked to over the phone kept insisting that she can’t see that we have a reservation. Oh! Before that, while I was talking to her over the phone she hang up on me, I was so pissed. I told my husband to talk to front desk once we arrive because I have a bad control over my temper. The other guy in the front desk noticed that I am walking back and forth in the lobby to calm myself while my husband is talking to the rude lady. Few minutes ago, the guy insisted to help us (thank God) in a few minutes he found a reservation and his face changed when the lady is still defending herself that she wasnt able to see that resevation. I hope next time they put someone knowledgeable in the front desk, not someone who look and act stu**d. Maybe its best to put her in the restaurant. We came to relax and not think about work for just 5 days but ended up stressed and mad on the first day. Also, we were in a family room, since we travelled with our senior mom’s, my husband and I slept on the sofa bed, you can feel the spring on the bed, no foam just spring and we were just given a comforter to spread on the mattress so we will feel the spring a little bit. If not for the uncomfortable sofa bed, green pool, and rude front desk, I would have given a 10/10 but for the experiences mentioned, 3/10. My review is to serve as warning for others looking to book here. Not every experience is the same for every guest though so book at your own risk.

I love the location!

We accidentally booked Fairfield Kelowna, needed west Kelowna but were not allowed to change booking without paying for both, so really made our stay in west Kelowna very inconvenient with a lot of additional uber costs.

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites East Kelowna in August with our extended family. The location was great but there were frustrating moments. A front desk clerk charged my debit card due to a mix-up and policy confusion—while mistakes can happen, charging a card without consent shouldn’t be tolerated (the manager admitted this, apologized and gave a discount). My niece and her daughter were also upset when breakfast was packed up while they were still at the waffle station after a line-up, with no warning or even offer of other food. The rooms were fine, the pool was closed the first couple of days and the waterslide was unavailable one morning due to staff shortage. On the up-side, the work-out room was great and staff did let us enjoy the hot tub 10 minutes past closing on a couple of nights. Overall, an average stay with both positives and inconveniences.

Breakfast items and their breakfast staff were incredible. Room was nice n cozy. Could've used one more chair for sitting. Pool is smaller than I expected but will definitely come back for another stay.

Great hotel option for pets.

We are traveling a lot and this hotel is the best so far. Stuff is very nice. The room was cleaning every morning!!! Great breakfast where you can find anything you like . Hotel is very cleaned. Looks like the manager is very organized. Great job!!! Keep it up!

Great staff and service. They went out of their way on multiple occasions without being asked. They run a great breakfast and are very efficient. It would be nice if they could set a rule for the breakfast hours, that it's only people eating in the breakfast area. It's quite busy and there's not enough seating for people to work from their laptops or sit on video chats while others are waiting to have a place to eat.

The pool was out of order which we stay there for the pool for our kids but overall good e experience and we will be back next year. We stayed there 2 years in a row now
