Clean and Comfortable

We came in for breakfast and there was no hot food available. They said that there oven was broken but nobody informed or put a note right away letting us know so a lot their Guest waiting for the food to come but it did not.

Cleanliness, food. Dirt debree/ garbage around facility from a soccer team attending, staff were told both nights that until 11 pm there were members of the teams knocking on doors and running, they sent security up on night one ie Friday but did nothing on night two and allowed the hotel to be a gymnasium with junior athletes playing tag through the lobby and halls. We booked a total of x3 rooms for our family for this stay for back to school shopping and we will never stay there again.

The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold options, including warm cinnamon buns and fruit. The room was lovely, but warm. We put the air conditioning on which cooled it off for a while, but it got quite warm in the middle of the night again before it came on again.

A comfortable chair in the room to sit on would have been nice. It only had the office chair.

The location was perfect, walking distance to everything. The rooms were very quiet, and beds were comfortable.

The AC unit was a little loud, and the breakfast could have had more options, it was the same thing everyday, but one. Very basic breakfast.

One of, if not the best hotel in Kelowna. The rooms are really clean and spacious, and the bed is also pretty good. They also have a good veriaty of food for breakfast too. I would definitely recommend this hotel

It felt busy, especially at breakfast. Breakfast was served only until 9:30am, we had to get up earlier than we might have liked to to enjoy the breakfast.

The room was very well appointed, clean and spacious. Staff were excellent. The hotel had great facilities such as the pool and plenty of parking and dining options were close to the hotel. It was also easy to get to being on main routes into and out of town.

Everything was wonderful. Our room was impeccably clean, and all staff we interacted with were amazing. We’ll be back.

Staff attentiveness could have been better. I requested a wake up call and didn't receive it, I happen to wake up 30 minutes before the wake up call was supposed to occur, otherwise I could have missed my plane. The front desk verbally gave me the wrong room number.

The staff was friendly - front desk, cleaning staff, breakfast crew. Place was very clean. Breakfast was adequate.

Not having bath mats in the tub for my senior parents - safety hazard

I do mot like that booking.com displays on the web first, once again i deal with the headache of getting any form of followip service ….he booking.com ttnique of “creating urgency theough false demand” is also very annoying . I am going to have to be more careful how i book going forward as booking.com doesnt provide any service

Simple but good enough for essential needs.

Rooms are not enough big for more than 2 persons despite we booked for 3 adults and 1 kids. So if you are more than 2 then switch to something else

I love the friendly service upon arrival and the cleanliness of the hotel and pool area, we were travelling with the service Pet and they were most welcoming. Also the location of this hotel is amazing. You don’t have to drive anywhere once you arrive. Everything is in within walking distance.

The hotel is very nice, clean and up to date. Probably, one of the best continental breakfasts weve had. The coffee was a nice surprise it was so good. The parking lot is well thought out and a late check out wasn't an issue. Staff are friendly and attentive.

When we arrived our iron board was broken. Called front desk they told us don't have spare and maintenance guy will come in morning to fix. So we end up no iron our clothes. Much needed iron to go in wedding in morning

Breakfast was great, the attendant gentleman is a real asset to your facility. He made our stay so much more enjoyable. A wonderful man. Everything was great. It is in a great location. There was enough parking.

The bathtub has a big permanent stain so not appealing. Other than that there were no other problems. Except the railings on both pool and hot stub were loose and shaky.

Felt clean and new, close proximity to everything we needed. Used the pool twice and had it to ourselves. The breakfast was fantastic, and Mickey was helping at the breakfast area and was so kind to our kids. The Christmas decor in the lobby was tasteful and the staff were so friendly welcoming us back every time we returned.

The continental breakfast had a very good selection, was the best out of all the hotels we stayed at (5). The gym was brightly lit and had what I needed (cardio and free weights). Sound proofing of the room was not great, neighbor had a dog and there were several youth teams staying in the hotel. They would run up and down the hallway with the thumping just echoing. They stopped by 9pm but felt annoying. No fans in the bathrooms so the steam from the shower lasted longer than I wanted. Overall nice stay but I might try a different hotel the next time.

Breakfast offering was great; the designated smoking area outside the building is too close to the main entrance and, depending on the wind conditions, people get exposed to the second hand smoking when they leave or enter the building - my wife and I could not understand the decision of positioning the smoking area;

It was well equipped

The breakfast was great! Lots of choices between cereals, pastries, fruit, yogurt, pancake bar, omelettes, hashbrowns, a mountain of bacon and sausage, toaster for bread, bagels, English muffins, etc. The man who was running all the hot food out was lovely and came around to everyone's table, offering fresh, hot items right out of the kitchen. We did turn in our somewhat cool omelettes for fresh hot ones. He was amazing!!! I wish I had gotten his name. We gave him a generous tip. I wish more people tipped those employees who work a complimentary breakfast buffet at a hotel. He went above and beyond for all the guests there.

I don't like to say there was anything I didn't like, but one piece of information I would pass on to the property, seeing as they accommodate dogs (on the second floor). This was a selling point for us. Before I booked this hotel online, I phoned the property and asked if there was an outdoor space (I specified grass) for dogs to use the bathroom. The girl who answered the call said, "Yes". I asked if it was close to the outside entrance, as my elderly dog sometimes has to get up in the night to go to the bathroom and is picky about having a grass-like area to do her business. Again, she said yes, "in the parking lot area." Once settled in after our 5 pm arrival, I took my dog for a walk to find the dog area. There wasn't one nearby at all. The only space around the hotel property/parking lot/area was (muddy) garden beds with dirt. There was no grass at all. I had to walk down the road to find a grassy spot on the property of a government building. Not a big deal, but at 3 a.m., when your dog has to go out, it's a 3+ minute walk in the dark to get there. All I wish is that I had been given accurate information, as I would have possibly checked around other hotels in the area. If they offer dogs to stay at the hotel, I would think they would provide a designated area for them to relieve themselves on the property. Again, this isn't to take away from the overall stay; everyone was lovely, and our room was clean and spacious with everything we needed. Just a heads up to pet owners who are picking this hotel with their pets in mind. I'm sure many guests' pets won't be picky about relieving themselves in dirt/garden bed like mine ;)

This was an amazing hotel. We enjoyed our five nights there thoroughly. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The room was cleaned perfectly. We found it very comfortable here and easy to get around Kelowna from the hotel thank you.

Enjoyed our stay, the room was sparkling clean, the bed was comfy , we loved the pool - just what one needs to relax after hours of driving. Breakfast was good, we liked the variety of options.
