Great hotel in a good position to explore Alicante - 5 min walk to Tour Bus stop - 5 min walk to airport bus stop - 5 min walk to esplanade - 10 min walk to the lift for the Castle of St Bàrbara. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was lovely - lots of choice. Hotel is spotless - rooms are very comfortable and spacious!

Maten til frokost var bra, og det var veldig lett å gå rundt hotellet for å bade i sjøen. Beliggenheten var kjempebra i forhold til byen, og lite trafikk ute på piren. Veldig flott treningsrom, og aircondition på rommet fungerte kjempefint på tross av høye utetemperaturer.

Altfor fullt i frokostsalen - tok lang tid å vente på ledige bord. Veldig mye støy fra restaurering av rom i flere etasjer. Veldig mye støv og vond lukt i gangen pga byggingen. Sopp og mugg på badet pga altfor høy luftfuktighet (over 90%) og null ventilasjon. Små bassenger, men ikke uvanlig på byhoteller. Litt dårlig utvalg av lunsjretter. Da vi kom, oppdaget vi at dette var et hundehotell, og vi er ikke så glade i hunder, men det gikk bra. :-)

The breakfast was really nice and the pool area was great. We also liked the interior design and the location.

Our room was not cleaned after our first night and the bathroom had a really bad smell all throughout our stay. Nobody answered the phone in reception when we called it on frequent occasions, staff on reception were nice but didn’t seem well trained to deal with things.

Absolutely nothing!

Poor breakfast. Limited. Poor restaurant menus and serving hours. Not swimming pools, rather ponds. Toilet, shower, sink and bath tub an open space and the bed sits in the middle of all that! Hallway stinks. Carpets stained and dirty. No Matt in toilet outside the shower or by the sink. Just horrible.

Absolutely superb. So clean, modern, amazing views from the pools and bars, plus the sea view room was fantastic. Staff all really friendly and welcoming. Did the spa circuit also which was super relaxing. Nice modern clean gym too.

Isommalla uima-altaalla oli ilmassa jotain pienen pieniä, tikkumaisia, ilmeisesti muovin palasia jotka jäivät ihoon nipistelemään. Ihmettelimme tuliko ne aurinkotuoleista vai lattian pinnoitteesta.

Pools sind eher klein

Good sized room with a comfortable bed and separate lounge. Decent television and tea and coffee facilities, though if you really like tea, bring your own bags. Breakfast was excellent with efficient service from the staff and loads of great food to eat. The 2 pools were a bit small, but great for a dip. They got very busy at the weekend, but during the week it was just fine. Plenty of space to relax and very well located for the beach, marina and town. Worth the extra to upgrade.

Breakfast was very good, love the smell of the hotel as you walk in, great views, pool was good. Some renovations could be done in the bathroom eg: fixing shower head, dirty carpeting in hallway.

Zwembad voor aantal gasten te klein qua afmeting en in de badkamer begint de kit te schimmelen.

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer mit Verbindungstüre gebucht. Das Zimmer war soweit ok aber nicht renoviert. Die Duschen waren schimmlig. Im Korridor zu den Zimmern war ein Teppichboden, auf diesen sah man Spuren von Hundekot. Ein Hund hatte sein Häufchen in Gang abgelegt und der Besitzer hat es liegengelassen. Das Personal hat es mangelhaft entfernt. Bei diesem Preis erwarte ich mir renovierte Zimmer.

Super lokalizacja, przepyszne śniadania, bardzo dobrej jakości składniki, świeżo wyciskany sok, CAVA do śniadania, widok na morze z restauracji. Dolny basen super, bar przy basenie, nie było problemu z miejscami w szczycie sezonu, dodatkowo grał DJ, rówznież muzyka na żywo. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Loft z widokiem na morze super chociaż z uwagi na układ pokoju brakowało trochę intymności. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane.

Det var dessverre litt nedgradering fra det vi hadde sett for oss. Da vi fikk rommet, ble vi litt skuffet, da vi forventet ekstra høy kvalitet med tanke på prisen. Noen deler av rommet virket slitt og godt brukt. Etter to dager valgte vi derfor å oppgradere rommet, og det forandret hele opplevelsen – da ble oppholdet fantastisk 😊 Det er et dyrt hotell, men den gode frokosten, det hyggelige personalet og det rolige bassenget i 1. etasje gjør at det likevel føles mer verdt pengene.

Particularmente el día que estuvo el DJ, la musica en la piscina estaba excesivamente alta, era incomodo la estancia en la misma, y se oía en las habitaciones incluso con la ventana cerrada.

Puedes ir con tu mascota y disfrutar zonas comunes con él. Kit de bienvenida, así como cama y cuencos para tu mascota. Hay 2 piscinas y a una puedes acceder a la parte de dentro con él. Decoración muy bonita. Localización muy buena. El menú del hotel es espectacular tanto desayuno, comida y cena. Las habitaciones con vista al mar son muy espaciosas y cómodas. Todo el personal del hotel es súper amable.

Parking cubierto demasiado pequeño y estrecho, así como plazas limitadas. Gran dificultad para coches grandes. Ligera desorganización al llegar a recepción, hay muchas cosas que tienes que preguntar ya que no te las dicen de primeras. La habitación no te la dan hasta las 16h, en nuestro caso no avisaron cuando estaba disponible.

Megérkezve a recepción kedvesek voltak és később a problémákat is jól kezelték a recepciós hölgyek. Kilátás a víz felé csodálatos , a reggeli szuper, medencénél a bár szuper. Közel minden központi helyen.

A szobánkat megkaptuk a 4-en amibe belépve áradt a szennyvíz szag szóltunk és kértünk csere szobát. A csere szobában nem volt szag mikor beléptünk de később igen és ezt úgy láttuk és éreztük hogy ez központi probléma jobb nem lesz ,még a medencénél is vissza jött amire a többi napozó ember is felkapta az orrát . Bugyborgott a szennyvíz jöttt a szag. A szobakártya és a szalag minden nap eldobta a nyitási lehetőséget ilyenkor le a recepció és csinálták.A szobák lelakottak talán a 3 csillag kategória.

equipo humano tanto de recepción como el de limpieza y mantenimiento fue perfecto, de hecho así lo he reflejado en la encuesta de satisfacción. Ni una sola queja para ellos, todo lo contrario! Ahora, el estado de la habitación, fue lamentable. Horrible. A mi parecer han. empleado todo el capital en los exteriores y me imagino que en habitaciones de categoria superior. Yo iba de tránsito por lo que no era viable coger una categoría superior. El olor del baño era insoportable, olía a cañería antigua, a bajantes. La ducha estaba rodeada de moho, y los bordes de fuera en peor estado imposible. Las cortinas, mobiliario y sillones llenos de manchas (totalmente ajenos al servicio de limpieza de diario) antiguas, un minibar que no calentaba las bebidas. Me tuve duchar con zapatillas de playa del asco que sentia y estuve sentada en la silla de la terraza con un pareo debajo hasta las 5 de mañana, deseando para amanecer e irnos. Después de abonar más de 400€ por una noche en la habitación 102, me asombra que le asombre lo que expongo. La habitación en la que me hospedé era de la categoría de un hostal.

God størrelse på rommet. Perfekt beliggenhet rett ved stranden og gamlebyen, og fin utsikt mot sjøen fra bassengområdet. Godt utstyrt treningsrom.

Litt harde senger og noe uforutsigbar aircondition. Hotellet var under oppussing mens vi var der, så det var en del skitt og støv ute i gangen.

Lack of room around the pools. Not enough bed chairs and don't think deck chairs are comfortable or a good substitution. Breakfasts were chaotic, tables very slow to be cleared, staff didn't look happy and expected a bigger offering. On checkin we weren't informed of anything, had to ask when and where breakfast was, where the pools were, what time checkout was. On arrival in our room there were big dirty footprints but being the night it was too late to complain. Also a big water stain on bathroom ceiling. No plug sockets by beds so unable to charge phones overnight to use as alarms and the ones that were in the room not fitted well and didn't feel safe.

Perfecte locatie om strand en stad te bezoeken. In twee dagen heb je een goed beeld van de stad, als je hier je basis hebt. Parkeren was onder het hotel tegen betaling. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid en kwalitatief hoogwaardig. Op steenworp afstand van het strand, waar bedje en parasols te huur zijn. Hier zijn ook restaurants en take-aways.

Parkeren kon onder het hotel, maar het was wel een uitdaging om een plekje te vinden. Het strand was supervol. Maar het was dan ook op een vrijdag dat wij daar waren.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing and certainly not what I would expect from a hotel at this price point. The biggest issue was the lack of service throughout the hotel. There were no porters when we arrived, and we eventually had to go and find a luggage trolley ourselves in the car park and bring our bags in. The pool area is simply not adequate for the size of the hotel and was extremely crowded. The hotel sells Balinese beds as an alternative, at an additional cost of €120 each. We booked and paid €240 for two, but the two beds initially offered to us were not even beside each other. The alternative area we were shown was frankly unacceptable: the beds were stained, there was no proper shade and the surrounding area was unattractive and poorly maintained. We chose not to stay there, ate inside at the bar instead and then returned to our rooms. What has been particularly disappointing is the hotel’s response afterwards. When I requested a refund of the €240, I was told that staff had confirmed we had “enjoyed the Balinese beds for several hours”. This is simply untrue. Nobody came to speak to us or check whether we were happy with the alternative arrangements, and we did not spend several hours using the beds. I have asked the hotel to explain the basis for this claim but they haven’t bothered ti reply to me We paid around €900 for three nights, before the additional €240 for the Balinese beds, and the overall experience simply wasn’t good enough. The hotel feels poorly maintained, overcrowded and, most importantly, lacking in the level of service you would reasonably expect.

Allt var perfekt, från personalen när man kommer in, välkomnande bemötande, rummet var suveränt, rekommenderas Bali bed.

Restaurangen var katastrofalt, med servicen som kom aldrig fråga hur var vi eller hur var maten, samt smaklöst mat, dåligt grill köttbit, etc. Nu vet jag varför Restaurangen är alltid tom fast med så fint view och fint lokal.

Las piscinas son muy pequeñas y no dan a vasto para todos los huéspedes, y el depósito de €35 por toalla es una barbaridad, te hace estar súper pendiente de la misma para que nadie te la quite

location was great , very accessible to Central Alicante. The pool DJ was fab , we also enjoyed the roof bar DJ in the evening. Breakfast was amazing , lunch at the pool was so good and can I add that Mora who worked and ran the pool bar was first class and very attentive. Well Done Mora and Anna.

The only negative was the noise. We chose a Loft Port View and with Alicante being a busy city, is can be noisy with traffic, people returning home a 5am etc. In saying this, we will definitely return but will choose a Loft room with sea view.

Unser Zimmer 515 mit kleinem Balkon und Meerblick hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer zur anderen Seite haben Sicht auf den Yachthafen, aber dazwischen liegt eine Strasse... Extrem freundlicher Empfang durch eine deutsche Mitarbeiterin, die unsere strapazierten Nerven wegen der komplizierten Anfahrt beruhigen konnte (siehe unten). Frühstücksbuffet hat uns gefallen, ebenso das moderne, mediterrane Flair des Hotels!

Wenn man mit dem Auto ankommt, gibt es keine richtige Vorfahrt beim Hotel. Wir mussten den Wagen illegal abstellen und an die Reception im 1. Stock hoch, um uns schlau zu machen. Das Parking ist leicht zu übersehen, wenn man dann endlich drin ist, ist es sehr eng und (fast) voll! Braucht starke Nerven...

A lot of road noise in our room. The pool areas were very busy and the sun beds were very packed in tight. We went early when it opened before the masses arrived and it was lovely and quiet. Also, always had to queue quite a while for anything at reception and changing pool towels daily.

I don't even know where to begin!! Hands down one of the best hotels we have ever stopped in. The decor is STUNNING. There are so many areas to just relax and chill out in, with views directly looking over the sea untouched. The smell of the hotel is like a spa! The staff are beyond helpful and friendly. The whole vibe around the pool is gorgeous, including a DJ set on Sunday who was absolutely phenomenal incorporating a violin! (Something I'm sure you would actually pay to go and see in club!) Pool prices on par with what you'd expect. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, so much choice. Different home made cakes each day, really tasty food and the best freshly squeezed orange juice! The connecting loft suite is where we stayed which was so so beautiful! Free drinks in the mini bar including apple juice, cans of larger, water, all which were replenished daily. The beds were unbelievably perfect, the shower was powerful and the rooms were cleaned promptly. The location was completely spot on, right on the marina with all the beautiful yachts! 5 mins walk to all the restaurants and cool roof top bars. I can't even believe we've been able to stay in such a stunning hotel. We were all taken back by everything! THANK YOU! It's made myself and my friends 40th birthday celebrations one to remember!

Honestly nothing! A true 5* hotel in my opinion with the best sea views!
