5min walk from the beach, fantastic garden, cool pool, friendly people.

Staff were very helpful and excellent to deal with. Location at the roundabout is very central and makes access very easy, even though Kusuma Sari Road can be diabolical at times with traffic due to all the other hotels.

The pillows had that "washed and put away wet" smell to them. Very musty and unpleasant, which made the room also smell to the same degree. I have no idea why that was the case, though this needs to be looked at.

The staff are beautiful, helpful and friendly. The grounds of the hotel are like your own private garden.

il y avait une très mauvaise odeur dans la chambre.Lors de la 1ere nuit c'etait masqué par la climatisation et un parfum accroché sur la climatisation. la deuxième nuit, il a fallu ouvrir les fenêtres pour se débarrasser au maximum de l'odeur.

Vriendelijk personeel, prima roomservice, fijn zwembad, rustig gelegen, mooie tuin, authentieke accomodatie.

Het bad was er wel maar functioneerde niet maar was niet erg want heb voldoende aan douche, baden zijn gedateerd. Hier en daar kan wat onderhoud verbeterd worden maar was niet storend in verhouding tot de prijs.

Erinomainen hinta-laatusuhteeltaan, lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä rannalta, naapuri hotellin aamupala hyvä, rauhallinen sijainti, erittäin siisti ympäristö ja siisti huone. Uima-allas riittävän kokoinen uimiseenkin. Lähistöllä paljon ruokavaihtoehtoja ja kauppoja. Aivan ihana henkilökunta 🥰

Il n'y a pas de restaurant dans cet hotel mais on peut avoir des tarifs pour les petits-déjeuners de l'hotel juste en face qui sert le meilleur petit-déjeuner que nous avons eu sur Bali (cappucinos délicieux et à volonté et plusieurs jus de fruits frais). On peut aussi avoir des réductions pour le spa de l'hotel d'en face :-) Il est aussi super bien situé, à 3 min à pied de la plage.

Les lits sont un peu durs et les chambres donnant sur la piscine sont bruyantes la journée. Mais la piscine ferme à 19h donc pas de souci la nuit. Juste la sieste c est mort si y a du monde.

Such a lovely hidden gem in Sanur! Beautiful, peaceful location close to the beach without the crazy crowds. The ground-floor room was huge and had a wonderful, authentic Balinese feel. I truly felt like experiencing the real soul of Bali. Top it off with a delicious breakfast and the friendliest, most helpful staff you could ask for. I loved my time here!

A nice smallish quiet hotel. We had a room by the pool so was good to be able to chill in our own patio area. Nice breakfast provided in the resort across the road. Very reasonably priced and would definitely stay again.

L'hotel è proprio in stile balinese, sembra di stare dentro un tempio. Scelto per soggiornare una notte prima di partire, vicino al mare, zona piena di ristoranti e a 30 minuti da aeroporto. Il personale è gentile in modo straordinario. Bella la piscina che ci hanno lasciato usare per tutto il giorno, la stessa è adiacente ad un ristorante cinese.

A gusto personale, non mi piacciono le stanze buie, la stanza, aveva 2 piccole persiane di legno scuro, senza finestra. Il letto molto scomodo, anche se il giorno seguente ci hanno detto che avremmo potuto riferire e ci avrebbero aiutato, ma purtroppo abbiamo sentito gli "effetti" solo la mattina seguente. Asciugamani piscina molto datati.

Frühstück im Art-Hotel gegenüber ist als großes Buffet sehr schön, der Pool ist prima, aber nicht allzu groß für die vielen Zimmer. Die Lage ist super, man ist quasi direkt an der Standpromenade und kann auch auf der Strasse direkt zu zig Geschäften und Restaurants gelangen. Trotzdem ist nachts die Lärmbelästung nicht hoch, außer es kommen einige auf den Gedanken und machen nachts um 2 mal mit Rasseln und Becken traditionelle Tempelmusik. Vom Strassenverkehr haben wir nichts groß gehört. Wir waren in einem Familienzimmer mit sehr viel Platz in 2 Schlafzimmer plus einer großen Wohnzimmer/Küchenlösung und einem guten Bad.

Alles prima - es ist jedoch nicht alles traditionell als Unterkunft sondern z.B. unsere Wohnung lag im "Neubau-Bereich"

L'hôtel est bien situé, il est propre, la chambre est spacieuse, la salle de bains est grande, très belle décoration. Le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel avec un choix important et à volonté. La piscine est très sympa. Le personnel est agréable et prévenant, ils ont même préparé un gâteau et chanter avec toute une équipe venue dans ma chambre pour mon anniversaire ! c'est une délicate attention, un magnifique souvenir !

The location was excellent. The staff were wonderful. We had a superior junior suite, it was spacious, clean with plenty of cupboard space.

We didn't like leaving. We have already rebooked for next year.

Ein wunderschönes Ambiente – eine wahre Oase mitten in der Stadt. Die Anlage hat einen wunderschönen Garten und einen schönen Pool. Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein Restaurant, und die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind sehr nett und aufmerksam. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im Haupthaus mit Balkon und einem wunderschönen Blick auf den Garten. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß nicht einmal fünf Minuten. Allerdings ist der Strand eher ein Sportstrand. Dafür gibt es dort viele nette Cafés, in denen man auch sehr gut frühstücken kann. Frühstücken kann man außerdem im gegenüberliegenden Hotel. Dort hat man auch die Möglichkeit, im Spa-Bereich sich massieren zu lassen, was ich als besonders angenehm empfunden habe.

Es war etwas laut durch die Zeremonie im Tempel nebenan.

Die Lage ist grundsätzlich gut, in der Nähe zum Strand und 30 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Der Wohnbereich war großzügig und ordentlich.

Das Bad war nicht nur in die Jahre gekommen, sondern wirklich sanierungsbedürftig. Die Badewanne und deren Amarturen waren sehr abgenutzt und es lud nicht zum Duschen ein. Das Bad hat man wirklich nur ungern und in Notfällen betreten. Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels unserer Reise für den selben Preis oder gar weniger, war das Bad wirklich in einem abgenutzten Zustand. Die Handtücher für den Pool hatten Flecken. Die Badhandtücher waren auch nicht mehr weiß, sondern abgenutzt. Am meisten gestört hat uns der Lärm am Abend und in der Nacht. Zwar ist die Straße nicht viel befahren, aber gegenüber liegt ein Tempel, in dem lautstark an beiden Abenden bis halb drei "musiziert" wurde. Es war so laut, dass wir nicht schlafen konnten. Mein Mann war daraufhin in der ersten Nacht an der Rezeption, bei der ihm mitgeteilt wurde, dass man schon versucht habe, sich zu beschweren, aber man nichts ändern könne. Allgemein ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig und hallt, durch die offene Bauweise. Wri hatten leider keine erholsamen Nächte.

1) Staff all are friendly and helpful. 2) Great location to go Sanur beach. Walking distance about 3 minutes only. 3) Has many restaurant nearby mostly for tourist from Western countries. But if you are asian tourist and keen for asian food, there is a restaurant just next door to the hotel called "Hey Ni Hao".

1) The rooms are old fashion style room with old furniture. 2) Safety box is unavailable in the room and only available at the reception counter. But seems like the safety box is long time not in use, dusty and rusty.

Chambre vieillissante (nous étions à l’étage, chambre pas chère alors on ne va pas se plaindre) et rue bruyante mais il faut dire qu’elle était en plein travaux quand nous y étions alors ce n’est pas le ressenti habituel et les logements face piscine n’ont aucun bruit.

Wir hatten zwei Junior Suiten direkt am Pool. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig mit genügend Abstellflächen und Stauraum. Jeden Tag wurde gefragt, ob sauber gemacht werden soll. Wenn man es nicht wollte, wurden neue Wasserflaschen auf die Terrasse gestellt. Das Frühstück gab es im gegenüberliegenden Hotel und war außergewöhnlich gut. Eine so große Auswahl bei einem Frühstück hatte ich noch nie. Die Lage war perfekt. Die Strandpromenade, Geschäfte, Restaurants und Ärzte. Alles in kurzer Entfernung erreichbar.

Eines unserer Zimmer hatte eine Verbindungstür zu einem anderen Zimmer, welche zwar geschlossen war, aber man hörte leider jedes Wort unserer Nachbarn. Dadurch, dass wir eh zwei Zimmer gebucht hatten, habe ich nicht verstanden, warum wir nicht beide Zimmer mit dieser Verbindungstür bekommen haben.

L'emplacement est proche des commodités. Le personnel est très avenant et agréable. La literie est confortable et la chambre spacieuse.

Plusieurs points négatifs. Le debit d'eau dans la douche laisse a désirer. La chasse d'eau ne fonctionne pas vraiment. Et surtout l'hôtel et particulièrement notre chambre donnait sur un temple. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits et pendant 2 nuits, il y avait une cérémonie de 20h30/21h jusqu'à 1h du matin. Compte tenue du fait que le temple soit totalement ouvert et que la chambre dispose de simple vitrage il nous été impossible de dormir.

La piscine était magnifique, l'endroit est magique, la déco est sublime, je ne suis resté qu'une nuit mais aurait aimé rester plus longtemps.

Noi eravamo in tre, ci hanno dato un intero appartamento nuovissimo e molto ben arredato, all'interno della struttura. Ottima anche la colazione, la più ricca che ho trovato a Bali. Bella la piscina.
