My room wasn’t supposed to have a balcony, but they told me they would give me one that did. Unfortunately, it overlooked at least six air-conditioning units that were extremely noisy, and the sink was clogged.

Location was great. Lots resturants and shops close by 5 min taxi ride to Icon, 5 mins to beach. Staff were good, Pool area was great.

The bathroom floors are so slippery, the water pressure is different in different rooms also hot then cold all over the place( we had 3 rooms). The restaurant food wasnt the best, the balcony doors(rd side) have huge gaps so noisy with traffic, No lift to top floor(only to 3rd floor then stairs). Lobby floor can be slippery when ppl come out of the pool area. But overall for price was good.

Le "studio" Chambre la plus chère .au RDC sans fenêtre et sans lumière du jour....une cave ! Avec les murs plein de salpêtre.... L hotel lui même a vraiment besoin de rénovation et ne vaut pas plus que 2 étoiles... Heureusement le personnel vraiment adorable aide à faire digérer la déception du choix de l hotel! Sans oublier l ascenseur qui fait un bruit comme un boxeur qui tape très fort dans un sac, a chaque fois qu'il s arrête à un étage .

There is a noisy road outside so try and get a pool facing room. The pool is nice but there is not many beds and they are all crammed together..

Ansa was extremely efficient, friendly and approachable. I booked twin room on ground floor as I went with a friend, however when we arrived they had given us room with double bed on third floor which was not acceptable to us as we were friends NOT A COUPLE. Arsa dealt with this immediately and changed room and upgraded us. All staff were very friendly. The hotel was a little tired but very comfortable.

To have been given room with double bed when I specifically requested twin beds on ground floor (I’ve had two major knee ops) because we were friends not a couple. But as I said this was rectified immediately by Arsa and also a ground floor room.

Because they are undergoing g renovations as the hotel looks worn we had a very reduced rate, and the builders noise only happened when we were out. 3pm is too late for check in, 2 pm is normal.

Leider ist es etwas in die Jahre gekommen Es hätte mit etwas Liebe und Pflege sehr viel Potential Die Kästen im Zimmer waren einfach alt und das Holz verzogen so das die Türen nur mit etwas Kraft und lauten kanten auf gingen Der Pool bräuchte einfach etwas Pflege Bei uns im Zimmer Straßen Seite (sehr laut )könnte Mann die Balkontür nicht schließen daher war es die Nacht über sehr laut im Zimmer

Great location lots of restaurants and shops right outside the hotel. It was a bit loud from bar beside us the one night I got worried because we have kids but it stopped by 10pm never heard it again the following nights. Pool was perfect and refreshing. 8 min walk to the beach!

It wasn’t clean, the bathroom smelt, no hot water and there isn’t enough sun beds for how big the hotel is.

Staff were all excellent friendly polite and always asking if they could help in anyway.

Great location. 10 minutes from the beach. Lot of cafes near by. Staff is very friendly. Room is spacious. Cleaning everyday. Common pool is great.

Room is not soundproof. Lot of noices from street as window goes to main street. Bedding is mostly wet because of the climate.

Reception staff only say hello and smile , they could of asked how was my stay, and when i asked about internet they did not know how to set up so maitence staff came to my room to hook it up

The hotel is in need of a facelift, the pool had mould on the steps, my room smelt like sewerage and the air conditioning did not work well.

Both the guests and staff are very well looked after. Complimentary Babi guleng feast for lunch. Staff bbq the next day. All very family which you were made to feel a part of.

The staff were great, the breakfast buffet wasn't great but the accompanying meals were pretty good. The location of the hotel was good and there was a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, also reasonably close to the beach.

The hotel needed some love. Our bathroom had missing tiles on the floor, a hole in the wall, poorly sealed bathtub (mouldy) and a shower over the bath that made it impossible not to flood the bathroom every time you used it. Our "pool view " room actually had a view of a peeling wall. The bed could have done with a new mattress as it was pretty hard.

They took outrageous advantage of me and charged an exorbitant amount of money. The pool bar closed at 4pm. We could not get ice from the kitchen after 9pm. The staff let our delivered pizza go cold at reception instead of letting us know it had arrived. It was absolutely AWFUL and I will never stay there again and will tell everyone I know not to stay there.

The noise on road side rooms is very loud. Not the fault of the hotel, as they can't control scooters rising past with very loud exhausts. The hotel was a not in the best shape. Old and in need of a refresh.

It was close to main road restaurant and beach

I found out I had been charge almost double what others had paid. Also for the first three nights I was put in an abysmal room on the fourth floor when the elevator only went to third floor. Also was on the traffic side of building so sleep was minimal.

It was noisy. The first room I got was off the lobby and incredibly noisy. They moved me to the second floor and noise still came up from the pool, but it wasn't as bad. There were so many children there that the pool was unusable by adults I did not care for anything on the breakfast menu, except scrambled eggs and bacon. The coffee was undrinkable. Free breakfast was included. If I had paid to have breakfast there I would have been really upset.

Attentive, helpful staff. Excellent spa and massage staff and facilities. Pool clean and accessible.

Breakfasts here were absolutely amazing, massages were great too. Staff was always friendly. There are lots of palm trees and other greens around the pool so it is aesthetically pleasing. The location is also great.

After we left, I checked the booking again and we had reserved a room with a view in the garden. We got a view in the street, I wish I had checked it sooner, we would tell the staff. But maybe just check your booking because they might give you a different room. Also, twice in our 3 night stay the water at night stopped running. At the sink, toilet and shower. We said it at the reception but it happened again. So try to take a shower sooner or you will end up with a shampoo on your head with nothing to wash it down as me. The shower was also kinda dirty.

Remember this is a 3 star hotel. The bed ,the pillows , the A/C were excellent. Location is great as everywhere is walkable. The staff were welcoming, polite and efficient.

The towels were rough and not very white ( they were clean) the breakfast was not to my liking. The pool is small in Bali terms and the positioning is sun lounges is very close. The pool bar is not inviting at all.

la chambre est bien et au calme. la piscine est propre et agréable. Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux. Le personnel est très serviable et il a même pensé à fêter l'anniversaire de mon fils dès le petit déjeuner avec des pancakes et des bougies ! le SPA est super et les massages sont top ! Emplacement idéal, non loin de la plage et des commerces.

We had a poolside room. Had a musty mouldy smell, shower took around 20 minutes to get warm, toilet loose on floor. We paid for breakfast but 1st day it was terrible, eggs and toast arrived cold, poached eggs not fully cooked. Never ate there again. We asked for a refund so we could move to another place but the refused so we were stuck there. Photos online don't match what you actually see on arrival.

Väldigt trevlig personal som hjälpte till med bokningar och fixade och trixade med små gester som tex bananer till hungriga barn. Fin miljö och väldigt god frukost!

Underhållet lämnade lite i övrigt att önska, som med alla hus på Bali. Fint men lite slitet. Tex läckte duschslangen men det störde inte nämnvärt.

The area was the bathroom, as the shower flooded, making it unsafe & slippery, with the floor having a few tripping hazards from different drain heights. Our room in the first few days had a few issues, lights out, drain blocked, key card for door not working and painting above the bed fell down but I must say the staff were fantastic & quick at getting each issue dealt with super fast and very pleasantly. the Staff are the highlight of the place.

Location as good, some staff were very nice and some were nice and a couple seemed pretentious. Lift access to 3rd floor was handy.

I was not given the room I paid for but worked and seemed to get lost in translation that they kept saying the price had gone up which had nothing to with what I booked and paid for. They gave me breakfast voucher for 7 days; breakfast is not great. If booking, go outside and eat cheaper and better. Hotel is really in need of maintenance, my room had some real issues but I was expecting that and I am not one for decor, just sleep, shower and shave so was ok. What was not ok was the sewerage smell but I suggest wetting a cloth and putting over the drain hole in the toilet, this made it bearable. Tip if you have kids and use the pool, get googles for them as the chlorine in the pool is at shock treatment level. Also if using the beach, check the tides otherwise you can actually swim as it is so shallow for 300m out.

Beautiful swimming pool, very spacious room, and extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Cleanliness could definitely be improved. The bed sheets didn't look completely clean, and there were a few ants in the bathroom.

This was a great budget hotel. A bit dated but clean and the staff were lovely. It was close to lots of good places to eat and spas as well as a short walk (5 minutes) to the beach. We would stay there again.

The pool was chlorinated every night but a vacuum daily would have been good given the trees and garden area dropped dirt in it. We were glad that we didn't pay for the breakfast. It was nice enough but we could get better variety at same cost in nearby cafes. It is dated but clean. Good value for money.

Very nice and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Spacious room close to elevator. Water available nonstop in the hall. Basket with fruit and sweets was nice surprice. Walking distance to the beach. Lot of restaurants and shops around. We recomend this hotel.

Water in the pool was little bit cool. The pool bar wasn`t working during our stay.
