O pequeno almoço era muito bom, muita variedade. A funcionária que nos recebeu foi bastante simpática e atenciosa. Quarto muito confortável e adoramos a surpresa deixada pelo hotel no quarto!

Não nos apresentaram o hotel, não explicaram como funcionavam os elevadores

Not much really…

That was not a 5* experience. The floor of my room was dirty when I arrived, toilet paper rolled wasn’t new, the toilet paper halter was broken. The electrical outlet in the bathroom was completely falling apart and not usable , the sink in the bathroom didn’t drain at all, a half empty bottle of water in the mini fridge from another guest… stressed and annoyed waiters at the breakfast, messy buffet… incompetent staff: it took forever to get checked in even though I booked online and was by myself. I don’t know what took sooo long. Never experienced anything like that. When I asked how long the pool was open, one employee said 6pm, which is pretty early in August, the next employee said 5:30. Then I saw people still in the pool at 7 pm… other employees were pretty rude too. that’s not a 5* hotel. That was my last stay at a Hilton hotel.

The staff were very pleasant, the hotel is spotless clean, a variety of pools and the grounds are beautiful. We got an upgrade that made us happy and the room was unreal from layout to the decor.

The only thing i would say is that sunbeds at pool are very close together.

It was a great place to stay, the rooms, the food and the pool all top class. and close enough to walk into town, or take the shuttle or an uber if you needed to. Just a great, relaxing, and top class hotel.

perhaps the gym - if you drop in a squat rack and bench then its where we need it to be!

I love this property it was our second time staying there. The pool area the bar and staff chips and cocktails were the best we had on our trip! The rooms are so clean and spacious and the air con makes it so comfortable Restaurant area and the whole staff are just so approachable and kind especially the man we dealt with at reception checking in he was so kind

There was nothing not to like. It was quite busy this time we went which was a bit annoying but I’d expect it to be busy as it is such a great hotel. Breakfast was a bit chaotic and busy and trying to get a shaded space at the pool but it’s expected at the time of year we went

Pool area was dated and cramped with too many sun loungers. Room was tired, shower was leaky, tiles were cracked, balcony door frame was coming away from the wall, hotel was noisy at night and early in the morning making it hard to sleep, black mold in the bathroom. Very overpriced.

Fab comfortable hotel great pool lovely breakfast. Easy walk to the marina or free shuttle bus Staff were v nice too

Do hotel e sua localização

O espaço não se encontra remodelado, no SPA as piscinas não têm manutenção, dado que existem botões que não funcionam. Existe também falta de limpeza dos corredores

De kwaliteit van de warme keuken bij het buffet is onder de maat. De bestelde Egg Benedict, tegen meerprijs, was zonder meer slecht en een grote teleurstelling. Voor een 5-star hotel beschamend.

Everything was so clean and the pools were great for the kids, rooms were cleaned and topped up with refreshments everyday. Staff were all so helpful and freindly. Breakfast was always fresh and plenty of choice. There is a lovely little restaurant which is family friendly 10 mins walk away named pirata which i would highly recommend for any family.

Location in the middle of thee great golf course. Pinhal golf course is 100 m walk. Hotel has free underground parking. Rooms are nice and breakfast is excellent.

Less interesting is the Spa... 25 eur entrance per person for 3 hours. Gigantic jacuzzi is ok, and warm, but rest of facilities are meagre. Also you have to wear a beathing cap to go in the jacuzzi... steam room out of order.

The overall hotel and its facilities were amazing! Being right across from the golf course was a nice bonus, and short drive away from the marina and all of its offerings gave plenty of options during the day and night.

For the price they charge, I think everyone should have access to the sauna and jacuzzi. There are many hotels much cheaper where all guests have access to sauna and jacuzzi. I understand that you can have an exclusive area to spa but that is something else. Sauna and jacuzzi should be included in the price and not be an extra thing to pay for

Para ser un 5 estrellas dejaba mucho que desear. No tenía los servicios básicos como accesorios de aseo personal, el cenicero de la terraza estaba con colillas, la jarra de agua caliente estaba con un olor de vinagre de no haberla enjuagado. No funcionaban dos lámparas el Baño no estaba limpio había pelos. En resumen no era un standart de 5 estrellas

The property I believe has recently been renovated. It is light, bright and very modern. The standards around the hotel for cleaning are impeccable.

The gym had all the equipment that I required so I was able to continue with my training schedule. It was 24 hours so I was not tied to when I could train. The room was very spacious. I loved the bath after a gym session chilling and looking out into the room

Not suitable if you are traveling with a dog. There is a revolving door. The normal door was locked and have to wait that somebody came to oppen it. There is no doorman. The stairs were also locked. The breakfast area was very noisy and cramped.

Haus hat mit 5 Sternen nichts zu tun. Preis Leistung inakzeptabel.

Perfect place and service

O quarto era muito espaçoso e com uma Enorme varanda com espreguiçadeiras.

O colchão do sofá cama era terrível, demasiado fino. A minha filha dormiu atravessada para não sentir as molas. Eu não teria conseguido dormir ali. O quarto estava gelado, pois o AC tinha uma Falha que levou 3 idas do técnico a resolver. Para um 5 estrelas há detalhes que devem ser pensados: 3 pax 2roupões e 2 chinelos, tive que pedir ao housekeeping amenity kit com algodão pois não estava disponível desde logo.

Tolles Morgenbuffet, Mitarbeiter meistens sehr freundlich, sauber, gute Matratze.

Excellent breakfast and rooms.

The driver of courtesy bus (the larger one) always asking for tips, even after he has been tipped! We ended up taking Ubers to avoid him.

Blev oerhört störd av hög musik på hotellets innegård torsdag kväll. Skulle sluta kl 23.00 men höll på ytterligare 15 minuter och efter skränande människor även efter det. Mycket dåligt av hotellet att tillåta det.

As a solo traveller, I felt very safe. A stunning hotel and the food was exceptional
