Nice pool, spacious apartment and beach bar

Check in is very late at 4pm and early checkout at 10am. Staff were not helpful when early check in requested, advised to come back later when we did we were quickly reminded it’s 4 despite previous conversation

Location, facilities. Apartment was great. Staff were really nice.

Shower pressure was bad

Relaxed, quality facilities with great pools and roomy apartments. Staff were accommodating when we had to move rooms.

Was hoping the room would be ready before the 4pm check in but at wasn’t.

Breakfast was excellent. Pool was great if a little cold. There were signs that a bit of maintenance was required.

The cost of drinks was excessive. Even more expensive than the Marina.

Every thing was good the staff brilliant everything clean pool great been 7 times now

Rooms need a upgrade now looking dated abit but still clean

Super Frühstück im benachbarten Hilton inklusive.

Clean

Facilities and friendly staff. Particularly Santosh and Angela at the pool bar and Tiago on reception was very pleasant to deal with.

The wifi wasn’t great in our apartment it kept going off.

De tudo

Clean spacious stunning throughout, food and drinks fantastic and staff super friendly and helpful Pool area was stunning also

Nothing

The apartments were spacious and had everything we required, the staff were exceptionally friendly

Pequeno almoço. Apartamento muito espaçoso e confortável.

Excellent pools and water temperature. Indoor pool is also good for kids. Enough sunbeds for everyone. breakfast is excellent and staff were very helpful.

Food and drinks prices are very expensive. Pool table was not out of service.

The fact that it was affordable and big enough for families was great. These are hard to find.

We had an alarm that went off several times. The staff did try to help, but it still happened while we were trying to sleep. The shower had some black stuff that looked like mold coming from behind the wall. Also there was a vacuum in the kitchen, but it didn't work.

From the warm welcome from your staff, to the size and cleanliness of every room which we had booked we had a fantastic stay. The shared facilities with the hotel was a great surprise. We used the pool and the bars all of which were clean and friendly staffed

Very clean tidy and great location

The apartment a little dated , tvs did not work in bedrooms, charging to apartment when at pool did not work , meals and drinks very expensive £27 euro for a pizza ? For lunch not value for money for a family

Excellent property . Apartments very spacious and lovely . Huge kitchen if you want to do some cooking . This is my 3rd visit and will be returning 😊

The apartments. Thd grounds … everything

Lovely resort , big clean rooms

4pm check in and 10am checkout. Pool bar not open , 50 euro deposit for keys . No full length mirror in room

You get all the facilities of the main hotel. Pools bars gym restaurants and transport to Hilton beach cleaned and towels changed everyday of our 11 night stay

Can get busy in peak (half term for us) lack of beds at pool

Everything

The resort is beautiful with fantastic staff

Nothing

Breakfast and staff

Very difficult for someone in a wheelchair or with a baby stroller to go from apartment to breakfast or indoor pool area in the hotel. This is unacceptable for a five star hotel.

The breakfast was amazing! Great variety and freshness! The room cleaning was spotless, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The kids' playground was also very good (better than the pictures available). Huge compliment to Jorge (reception) and Lucas (Rubi restaurant)
