شوي قديم و كنت حاط ممنوع الازعاج على الباب و مع ذلك يدخلون عليك عمال النظافه هذا اللي ضايقني شوي ولكن تم التعامل مع المشكله

The room was extremely spacious and the hotel was nice. They did a 50% discount on parking right away amd upgraded our room for free.

The location is actually far away from the city center. The parking costs extra 20 EUR per night.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel Milan, and unfortunately, the experience fell far below the standards expected of a hotel under this brand. Housekeeping was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I found someone else's hair and hair ties left in the bathroom. I had to ask the staff three separate times before this was finally cleaned up. The overall cleanliness of the room was lacking, but the most concerning incident happened after we accidentally broke a glass—the broken shards were still left on the floor the following day after the room was allegedly "cleaned." To make matters worse, the staff was exceptionally cold and completely indifferent to our concerns. There was zero sense of hospitality or care. I would not recommend this hotel until they seriously address their cleanliness standards and customer service.

Clean and comfortable beds

We booked the hotel specifically for the indoor pool and sauna facilities. The indoor pool was very cold and it is not normal. We complained and they told us that it is their normal temperature. I have been to several indoor pools and never they were that cold.

The hotel was extremely comfortable, welcoming, and well maintained, and the hospitality was outstanding from beginning to end. A very special thank you to Mr. Marco Uboldi for going above and beyond to make my stay so memorable. As a kind gesture, I was upgraded to a high-floor room free of charge, which was greatly appreciated. The room was has large space, beautifully decorated for the celebration, and I was also surprised with fresh fruits, which was such a thoughtful and lovely touch. These details may seem small, but they made a huge difference and made the occasion feel truly special. It was clear that Marco and the team genuinely cared about creating a memorable experience for their guest. Thank you very much, Mr. Marco Uboldi, for all your effort, kindness, and exceptional hospitality. Your professionalism and personal attention are truly appreciated. The bed doesn’t feel fresh enough

The air on was loud and noisy but once I told them they sorted it. Also booked taxi to airport and reception said different price what taxi driver charged.

The pool was perfect size and was brillaint and best of all accessible to use as well as the room sizes being upto par to perfect standards with them feeling like actual bedroom's brilliant stay. Alessandro was a brillaint staff member aswell who helped us with the bookings and helped made our stay much better at Radisson Blu, definitely visit again.

The breakfast was kind of lackluster since there wasn't alot of efficient options partially due to less halal options there and the location its set in wasnt very ideal.

Our rooms & the use of another facilities such as the pool was really good as well as relevant transportation close by near the hotel if you wanted to go into town.

The restaurant. Me and my siblings wanted to go out for dinner but decided to have dinner in the hotel. There was one point that the manager’s tone was very condescending towards us plus to get our food did take a while. Also, one thing was weird was you had to go another floor if you wanted to iron your clothes yourself. Essentially when going to different hotels across the world, the iron is included in your room or a receptionist will bring one. So I did find it unusual as this is something I’ve never experienced before. Lastly, we realised that the Lidl chain is predominately big in Italy, so many everywhere you go. But we realised corner shops or Lidl is such a long walking distance from the hotel (15-25mins by the way) so there isn’t any corner shops close by to the hotel

The breakfast was decent. The location of the breakfast was the conference room because of renovations. But it was good.

A wonderful stay and a great experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and very well located. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. A complimentary room upgrade was a lovely surprise and made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully presented. Overall, an excellent experience and a hotel that can be highly recommended. Would definitely stay again!

Air conditioning was extremely cold. It kept going automatically to 19 degrees when you leave the room and couldnt turn it up.

I expected higher cleanliness standards, like other Radisson blu hotels. The staff was nice and saved the stay but otherwise was quite mediocre experience. Breakfast is good though!

Hôtel excentré.il y a un tram à quelques pas mais 30 minutes du centre . Peu de personnels parlent français.

Tout étais parfais il n’y a absolument rien à dire à part que je n’avais pas de peignoir dans ma chambre je ne savais pas qu’il fallait prendre une chambre où il étais disponible mais sinon 10/10

The staff at the hotel were were extremely helpful and friendly. We arrived before the usual check in time but Elina very kindly rang housekeeping to see when our room would be ready and arranged for it to be ready as soon as possible. We sat and had a drink at the bar and she came over to let us know when we could go up to the room. Great service! Christian at reception and the barman who served us( sorry I forgot his name)and recommended local restaurants were also very nice. Very comfortable room, quiet, spacious( huge bathroom!) and great air conditioning.. very much needed in August in Milan!

Loved everything about the property but not particularly keen on the area it was in. It was easy enough though to access the sights/restaurants in the city centre by public transport/ Uber.

هذه المرة الثانية انزل في الفندق جميل وهادى و تعاملهم راقي وبالاخص كلارا في الاستقبال وفطورهم ممتاز بالنسبة لفنادق ميلان عندهم مطعم يوفر الغداء والعشاء على حسب رغبتك واسعارهم معقولة 👍🏼

انقطعت الكهرباء في الغرفة عندي اخر الليل ونزلت للاستقبال كان فيه موظف ما عرف يتصرف في لحظتها اخذنا ممكن ساعتين وبعدين نقلونا الى غرفة اخرى و قدموا هدية بسيطة فاليوم الثاني كإعتذار و رجعوا لي مبلغ من الحجز هذا التعامل الجيد كله من الموظفة كلارا واللي معاها 👍🏼

Étant un client habituel toujours satisfait de l'établissement sauf les tarifs pour les membres club qui n'est pas a la hauteur

Nous avons apprécié le contact avec le personnel, y compris les agents d'entretien : très gentil, souriant et réactif à la moindre demande. La chambre est très spacieuse, propre et très confortable. Le parking est en sous terrain et sécurisé, l'ascenseur mène du parking aux chambres sans passer par l'extérieur.

L'emplacement manque un peu de restaurants aux alentours, mieux vaut rester en centre ville. . Le restaurant le Leonardo, qui se situe dans l'hôtel, est très cher pour ce qu'il propose, la cuisine n'est pas au niveau de l'hôtel, dommage.

Christian isimli bir personel bizi karşıladı ve giriş işlemlerimizi yaptı. Aynı personel 2 gün boyunca taksi, kiralık araç vs. İhtiyaçlarımız için bizimle inanılmaz ilgilendi. Çıkacağımız gün de bizim işlemi yine kendisi yaptı. Başta cristian olmak üzere, güler yüzünü ve ilgisini hiç eksik etmeyen tük milan radison blu otel personeline gönülden teşekkür ederiz. İyi ki varsınız ve hep ol'un lütfennn...

L’hôtel est très bien :à savoir, il est quand même situé à l’extérieur de Milan, environ 30 minutes en bus ou tram, mais des arrêts sont à proximité immédiate.

La restauration. Le premier soir nous avons voulu tester le restaurant de l’hôtel et avons pris le buffet à 35 € par personne. Le rapport qualité prix est très mauvais pour 35 € quasiment pas de choix.

Avec mon épouse, nous avons séjourné dans l’établissement ce week-end, dans la suite junior. Le lit est incroyablement confortable. J’avais demandé un service spécial pour ma femme afin de célébrer nos 4 ans de mariage. Nous avons eu droit à un excellent accueil et un très bon traitement, dans une ambiance chaleureuse et de qualité. Je dis toujours que dans la vie professionnelle, si les choses se passent mal il faut le signaler, mais il faut aussi le faire quand tout se passe bien. Nous avons eu de très bons échanges pour l’ensemble de nos demandes, et toute l’équipe a été formidable, aussi bien au bar qu’à la réception. Toujours disponibles.
