L’hôtel était propre et les chambres étaient correctes.

Le personnel ne nous a pas suffisamment informés sur les services et le fonctionnement de l’hôtel. Nous avons également rencontré, à deux reprises, un problème avec la porte de notre chambre, ce qui nous a obligés à faire des allers-retours entre le 12ᵉ étage et la réception, sans recevoir d’excuses ni de geste commercial. Nous avons également constaté un manque de courtoisie de la part de certains membres du personnel. Lorsque nous rentrions dans l’hôtel ou arrivions à la réception, il nous arrivait de ne pas être salués si nous ne disions pas bonjour en premier. Pourtant, accueillir et saluer les clients devrait être la base dans un établissement hôtelier. Lors d’une panne d’ascenseur, personne ne nous en a informés : nous sommes restés plusieurs minutes devant à essayer d’utiliser notre carte, avant qu’un autre client nous explique que nous devions emprunter l’ascenseur réservé au personnel et nous indique lui-même l’accès. Ce manque de communication et de professionnalisme est regrettable. Autre point particulièrement contraignant : il faut réserver un créneau pour pouvoir accéder à la piscine. Pour des vacances censées être reposantes, devoir appeler et s’organiser à l’avance simplement pour profiter de la piscine de l’hôtel est franchement contraignant et peu agréable. Enfin, l’hôtel est mal situé et éloigné du centre, avec des transports peu pratiques, ce qui oblige à prendre régulièrement des taxis et augmente considérablement le coût du séjour. L’hôtel était propre, mais vu le prix, cela me semble être le minimum. Au vu de l’emplacement et des nombreux désagréments rencontrés, je préfère payer davantage pour séjourner directement dans le centre. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

التعامل السيء من الموظفين خاصة جميع موظفي الاستقبال باستثناء الموظف المصري إسماعيل كان في غاية اللطف . أما بقية الموظفين كانوا سيئين جدا . يفتقدون برامج تأهيلية القدرة على التودد مع النزلاء أيضا رفضوا إرسال موظف لحمل أمتعتي علما ان معي عائلة فاضطررت لحملها بنفسي عند القدوم . وعند المغادرة رفضوا . إلا ان هناك موظف هندي الجنسية ساعدني . رغم رفض موظفة الاستقبال إطلاقاً. اعتقد ان هذا الفندق ليس من ضمن سلسلة فوكو . فضلا ان يكون من ضمن سلسلة فنادق إنتركونتيننتال. الموافق في القبو سيئة جدا ومهملة وغير مريحة . ولايوجد مواقف علوية. أرجو التأكد هل فعلا هذا الفندق أربع نجوم . استبعد ذلك . بسبب التعامل السيء. والمواقف المهملة . وعدم المساعدة في حمل الأمتعة. The underground parking is terrible—neglected and uncomfortable—and there is no surface parking available. I question whether this hotel truly deserves a four-star rating; I find it doubtful given the poor service, the neglected parking area, and the lack of assistance with luggage.

Piscine hors service lors de mon séjour d’une seule nuit. Ça peut arriver.. et salle de bain pas très intimiste, tout est ouvert sur la chambre. Mais cela est minime par rapport à la qualité de cet hôtel !

Bellissimo hotel. Purtroppo siamo stati solo una notte ma abbiamo trovato la camera pulitissima e lo staff gentile e cordiale per qualsiasi cosa. La mattina avevamo un impegno presto e non abbiamo potuto provare la colazione a buffet, ma loro sono stati così disponibili da prepararci due box con prodotti buonissimi. Ci ritornerei sicuramente, 10/10

Great location, close to public transport, shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. Very comfortable room and strong air conditioning during the hot summer. I love the beautiful view from the hotel window, and the food is delicious. Also, the parking is very useful and easy. Last but not least, thanks to the kind staff, especially Daniel, who's very helpful and professional.

We first stayed at this hotel in 2017, and this was our second visit. It was lovely to come back after all these years. We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel has a nice indoor swimming pool. The hotel is about 25 minutes from the center of Milan. We loved everything about our stay.

Overall, I had a good stay and was generally satisfied with the hotel.

At reception, a staff member told me that my reservation had not been paid for, even though I had already paid through Booking.com. He was also preparing to charge me an amount higher than the confirmed booking price. After I explained that I had already paid and asked him to double-check, he verified the reservation and confirmed the payment. Had I not noticed and questioned it, I might have been charged again. At checkout, I asked the bell attendant to wait for just five minutes, but when I returned, he was no longer there to assist with the luggage. In addition, the hotel restaurant did not offer halal food, which limited our dining options.

Great hotel with excellent service! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was clean, modern, and luxurious. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of delicious options. The location wasn’t ideal, but everything else more than made up for it. If I visit Milan again, I will definitely stay here without hesitation. Highly recommended!

המלון היה נעים מאוד. נקי. ארוחת בוקר טובה. חדר גדול. בריכה סגורה וקטנה. יש חנייה בתשלום ומאוד קל לצאת מהמלון למרכז העיר או לצאת ממילנו.

החדר היה אמנם גדול, אבל היינו 4 והספה שנפתחה למיטה לא הייתה ממש ראויה לשינה עליה. המקלחת לא סגורה עם דלת, מה שהיה מוזר מאוד.

C'était joli, propre, calme, personnel bien. Piscine sur réservation car petite pour la taille de l'hôtel. A savoir si vous ne mangez pas à l'hôtel : Il y a un restaurant à 20minutes à pied "ITALIO" c'est dans une station service mais il ne faut pas se fier à l'environnement car c'est très bon. Beaucoup de pizzeria autour sont fermé

המקלחת בחדר הורים וילדים פתוחה ללא דלת. לא נוח לא פרקטי בכלל נותנים כרטיס אחד לחדר שמשמש למעלית ולתאורת החדר במידה ומישהו יצא עם הכרטיס כדי לחזור במעלית. השני כמעט ללא אור בחדר!! בנוסף לתשלום נוסף לחניה!!

I also booked a room for my parents and requested and early check-in. They only got their room PAST 3PM. Not even for 3pm which was the check in time. They waited in the lobby for 3 hours, and then saw other people that just arrived checking in and getting their room before them. The lady at the reception just forgot about them. The breakfast staff / service is total chaos. No tables assigned to waiters, everyone is confused. I ordered a cappuccino and there was no coffee in it. Just milk…. I love Holidays inn in general, but this one was very disorganized! Plus the price ain’t cheap so I expected better service for sure! Even the one we stayed at in the philippines was so much better.

Ok, is de inrichting kamer. Uitzicht op de 20 ste mooi. Ingewikkeld systeem liften en echt efficiënter wordt het er niet van. Saaie ontbijtruimte. Prima parkeer garage en ligging aan de snelweg ideaal. Wat ver van het centrum.

Dat de shuttle van het hotel niet naar centrum (Duoma rijdt)

Breakfast was nice, they are in good location for someone that comes to shows in san siro or want to have day in Milano and then go to Como lake. good parking.

لم يعجبني نظام دورة المياة مكان الاستحمام منفصل عن دورة المياة وليس له باب لإغلاقه للخصوصية كمان الهواء البارد يدخل اليك وانت تستحم .. دورة المياة ليست نظيفة كما يكفي الاستقبال سيئ لا أحد يخدمك الا عندما تذهب اليه وتطلب منه المساعدة يوجد بعض الحشرات في احد الغرفتين التي استأجرتها الفندق بعيد جدا عن وسط ميلان وساحة الدومو بالمواصلات العامة اما بالسيارة فسيستغرف الوقت 15 دقيقة لساحة الدومو

It was weird to try and use the elevator as you had to have your car programmed to have access to certain areas of the building. Also, the pool was closed for some reason. There was not disclosed.

Très bel hôtel, décoré avec goût et finesse

Sol de douche très glissant aucunement adapté aux enfants, 3 chutes pour une douche. 0 intimité. Payer un prix exorbitant pour une chambre avec piscine pour qu’on te prévienne au dernier moment qu’il n’y a pas de piscine en panne apparemment et que de toute manière si tu prends pas une suite à 1500 tu as pas d’accès piscine. Un peu limite quand même

The hotel is generally clean, the staff behave respectfully, and the Wi-Fi connection is reliable and fast.

The rooms seemed smaller than advertised, and the hotel’s immediate surroundings were not very convenient for walking to nearby places. Unfortunately, the spa was closed during our stay, although we had planned to spend at least one day enjoying it.
