Kenilworth Hotel, Kolkata

Location and excellent service

Veramente un ottimo albergo. A un prezzo ragionevole vista la straordinaria prima colazione, a buffet e non solo, compresa nel prezzo.

I liked the hotel ambience.

Everything including the size and space

The room stays cold despite AC turned off and makes your clothes moist

Location

The rooms continued to be significantly cold despite AC being turned off

Thank you for your hospitality during my stay. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were courteous and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall service was prompt and professional.

Great experience, good staff. Yunus was super kind and helped me with my stay and the visa interview locations. My stay was short and yet it was super sweet.

I arrived at the Kenilworth Hotel in Kolkata to a warm welcome and check in by Yunus. The staff helped with baggage to rooms and were supportive and energetic. There were warm greetings each day from all staff. The breakfast was amazing with many additional options included. The rooms were tidy and comfortable. Yunus also helped us with checkout and was efficient and kind.

Location

The room was so clean, aesthetic& had cozy vibes. Definitely was worth the price, we went in the last minute but still got the best room!

Initially, I visited Kenilsworth for only dinner, and the staff was very warm. On my next visit to Kolkata I decided to stay here at it was closer to US consulate. The property, location, thier breakfast buffet, everything is amazing. Yunus handled my check in check out. He was super courteous, ready to help. All the staff of Kenilsworth are good people to interact with.

Very comfortable and nicely maintained hotel. Very close to US consulate. Dinner and room service are also commendable.

Room and food everything was upto the mark. The staff in the hotel was very polite and helpful specially Rahul Manishdeep and Moniska In the reception.

It was a wonderful experience, we’d come here for our anniversary and Tanisha at the front desk helped check us in and also arranged an anniversary cake for us. Beautiful interiors, comfortable heritage stay.

Right at the heart of the city, Park Street. Kenilworth hotel has a beautiful ambience with all the necessary facilities in the room. Making the stay comfortable with 24 hours room service and connectivity makes it worth every penny.

Overall stay was excellent

Excellent location and outstanding service! The staff went above and beyond to ensure comfort for my senior mother, promptly providing essential bathroom safety items like anti-skid mats. The food was consistently delicious throughout our stay. A special mention for the eco-friendly touch of having quality toiletries in refillable dispensers. A fantastic, thoughtful stay

The step up into the bathtub was a bit difficult for my elderly mother. Also, while the refillable bathroom dispensers are a great sustainable touch, the plastic water bottles in the room were a bit of an eyesore—switching to glass bottles would be great!

Location is very near to US consulate Walking distance Lot of restaurants near by

Good and comfortable stay. Recommended.

Very happy with hospitality from Mr Akash and Mr Yunus, they were excellent

The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and served hot. The service was excellent, and Rahul Sheet was friendly and attentive.

Location very poor. Its in a small lane. Traffic woes. Parking space cramped

Reception desk not prompt. They even dont provide shaving kit for a club room also. The hotel main focus is cost saving, they dont care about the comfort of the guests. The Breakfast spread was also very frugal, it did not suit a 4 start hotel.

The same room tarrif was expected when i tried to extend my stay for 2 nights but i was refused to get the same rate and was asked for paying an increased rate which compelled me to checkout and get myself booked in another property for next two nights....

It was a good experience staying at the hotel. The staff is very helpful.

We would like to sincerely appreciate the excellent support extended by Hotel Kenilworth for our recent corporate event – Regional Connect, hosted at their elegant banquet, Regency-1. The arrangements were managed seamlessly, and the overall coordination reflected a high level of professionalism and hospitality. The food served during the event was also exceptionally well-prepared, with an excellent variety and quality that was appreciated by all attendees, adding greatly to the overall experience. A special mention to Priya Duggal for her prompt assistance, proactive coordination, and keen attention to detail, which played a significant role in ensuring the event was organized flawlessly. Her dedication, responsiveness, and commitment throughout the process were truly commendable. We sincerely thank the entire team for their outstanding support and look forward to associating with them again in the future.

Clean, centrally located, good food. Very well maintained.

Staff issues - front desk lied about many things. It was also clear they preferred and prioritized foreign guests. The bed is very very small. It is the smallest I have ever seen, ever.
