Very nice place.
Valet were great. Speedy and friendly.
Front desk were rude. The hotel was very noisy on the floor I was staying with people yelling and screaming until well after midnight.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our Home Away From Home We’ve stayed at the Hilton Branson Convention Center four times in the past year, and every single visit reminds us why we keep coming back. At this point, it honestly feels like a second home to our family. If they sold condos here, we might seriously consider buying one! Before we even arrived, Jeff went above and beyond. We needed to add an extra night to Kolby’s conference stay, and he handled everything through the Hilton chat with such kindness, patience, and ease. Traveling with two little kids can be stressful, and Jeff made the entire process effortless before we even walked through the doors. When we checked in, Krystle and Becky absolutely made our stay. They were incredibly patient, welcoming, and genuinely cared about helping us find the best room option for our family. They never made us feel like “just another reservation.” They took the time to listen, answer our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness immediately made us feel at home. I also have to recognize Nick and the entire valet team. While my husband was attending the conference, I was busy taking our two little kids on adventures around Branson—the zoo, attractions, swimming, and all the fun summer activities. Every single time I needed the truck, they greeted us with smiles and were eager to help. What stood out most wasn’t just loading luggage. They would hold my children’s hands while crossing the driveway, keep an eye on them while I loaded leftover food or suitcases, and always made sure everyone was safe before I pulled away. As a mom traveling alone with two young children during the day, those small acts of kindness meant more than they probably realize. They made me feel supported and cared for every single day. I also want to recognize the incredible housekeeping team. During our three-night stay, they cleaned our room every single day, and one small act of kindness truly stood out. After a day at the zoo with our two little kids, I had simply placed our snack trays and dishes in the sink, planning to wash them later. When we returned, housekeeping had hand-washed every dish and neatly set everything out to dry. It may seem like a small gesture, but after long days of chasing toddlers around Branson, it was one less thing for me to worry about before heading out on our next adventure. That level of thoughtfulness meant so much to our family and is something we’ll never forget. It’s rare to find a hotel where the people consistently make such a lasting impression, but this team truly does. They don’t just provide exceptional customer service—they make you feel like family. We’ve stayed here four times in the last year because we know exactly what we’re going to get: genuine kindness, incredible hospitality, and people who truly care. From the front desk, to valet, to housekeeping, every single employee made us feel welcomed, cared for, and genuinely valued. That’s incredibly rare to find. We don’t just return because it’s a beautiful hotel—we return because of the people. They have consistently made the Hilton Branson Convention Center feel like our home away from home. Thank you, Jeff, Krystle, Becky, Nick, the housekeeping team, and every employee who made another stay so memorable. You are the reason we keep choosing this hotel, and we can’t wait to come back again.
All of the staff was very nice and welcoming.
The bed as extremely hard. People were loud and rude but the staff did take care of the problem. If there is a dance competition in town I'll never stay anywhere near the landing. Rude rude people.
The pool, the lobby, the location, and the bed was extremely comfortable!
The only thing that I really noticed was the selection of channels on the hotel room tv, there weren’t many options
Had the best valet service. Caleb S was amazing, prompt and so attentive. We came as part of a Dance convention which can get very congested and busy. But ended up having a great experience
Our shower leaked around the floor. Told the front desk. It was never fixed. I think for as much as they charge for a room, it’s ridiculous you still have to pay 3:00 for a cup of coffee.?I will say the valet service is exceptional! Those guys were always polite and helpful. Jerry was so nice when we were checking out. The front desk could take lessons from these guys.
Ideal location, big rooms, plenty of activities, nice fitness facility, Jerry is a fantastic bellman.
We enjoyed our stay for taking our kids to camp. One item we would like to improve is to have a few bottled waters and dish soap to the rooms. Other than that our stay was great. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Jerry was very helpful
It was conveniently located
Getting my room cleaned was impossible. In the 6 nights we stayed, it was only properly cleaned two times. Very disappointing! Even though management was alerted to this problem, it did not get resolved.
Extraordinary stay! Great place and wonderful location! Personal very friendly!👏👊🙌🙏🏻
What a well maintained hotel with a professional and welcoming staff. From the valet to front desk staff. And the hotel was so well situated.
First, the hotel itself is “grand”. Being located at the entrance to Branson landing is perfect. And our two bedroom condo could not have been more perfect. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. And the breakfast at the steakhouse across the street was a great start to each day.
I was about to give this hotel a low rating due to the issues below, but a staff member by the name of Jeff came to the rescue in a superb way, and his ability at genuine customer service salvaged the situation! First, this is a Hilton, so it’s expensive. Everything is expensive. But, that’s to be expected, and it’s a very nice hotel and superbly located to the convention center and also to the downtown shops. The first negative experience we had was that we arrived in Branson early for a convention. I called the hotel and asked if it was possible to check in early. They said that it was since our room was already ready for us! But, when we arrived at the hotel, the girl behind the reception desk told me that it would cost me $50 to check in early. Really?! Our room was already ready. I asked her if it would make any difference that I’m a Diamond member with the Hilton chain, and she said that it wouldn’t! It will be $50 to check in early, whether I’m a Diamond member or not. So, we parked in the free lot across the street. The second issue involved the water in our bathroom. We couldn’t get any hot water, either out of the sink or out of the shower. The first night wasn’t too bad since it was at least lukewarm and we could take a quick shower. But, on the second night, we couldn’t get hot water at all again. The third issue involved the room next-door. Our room shared a common door system with that room since the two rooms were designed for families. However, I don’t know what the issue was, whether the doors were not very well insulated or not, but the lady in the room next-door was talking loudly on a phone, and we could hear it very clearly! We’ve been in other hotels that had doors like this, with people in the rooms next to us, and we could barely hear them talking, so I don’t know what the issue was with these doors. The next morning, I went downstairs and Jeff was behind the counter. He immediately apologized for everything, and moved us to a much better room - in fact, a suite! This one had no interconnecting doors, and we had plenty of hot water, and two bathrooms! He bent over backwards to make sure that everything was OK for us for the balance of our stay. (By the way, one “interesting“ (rather, weird!) feature is some of the “art”used in the rooms…)
We just wrapped up a 4-night weekday stay at the Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing and had a really great experience. The location is hard to beat. Because it is right at the Landing made it really easy to walk to shops, grab meals, and get to just about everything Branson has to offer without much hassle. It ended up being the perfect home base for the trip. What really stood out, though, was the staff. The valet team was consistently excellent! Quick, professional, and just easy to work with every time we came and went. The front desk staff were just as good. Friendly, helpful, professional, and made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. And we really have to make a special shoutout to Jerry, the bell hop, who went out of his way to help us load up our luggage at the end of the stay. Just a genuinely kind guy and a great note to end our trip on. All around, a very pleasurable stay. We highly recommend you give them a try. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back.
It was close to restaurants and the convention center
The beds were uncomfortable and for the money the rooms were not that great. I had a staff member tell me to return their pen to the front desk because guests have been stealing pens!
Location
Ran out of toilet paper Not impressed with balcony for price Under construction noise
Josh R. Was our valet. He made it a fantastic start to our vacation.
Our friends had been to the Level 2 restaurant in the Hilton Branson Convention Center and recommended it. So here we are! Dinner last night, breakfast this morning. Absolutely amazing food and service! The accommodations are wonderful as is the hotel staff. Highly recommend the location. We were treated like royalty!
The newly remodeled hotel is very nice. The staff was accommodating. Kellen and Scotty B over in valet were on top of the car situation which was great because I was in and out of the hotel throughout the day.
We had the best extended weekend in Branson. The Landing is the perfect location with plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options all within walking distance. Caleb J and Jerry were top notch and made our welcome and departure all the more enjoyable!
Calib was a great help on things in the area to see
Caleb made the trip 10x more worth it, great guy with a great personality
We love Caleb he helped us and made everything so easy!!
Great staff and nice hotel 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Jerry was very helpful with car and luggage!
Scotty B was so friendly! He made our stay feel like we were amongst family.
The service at the hotel was more than expected. Scotty B and Kellen were so helpful and friendly. Unlike other hotels I have stayed before I never felt like I was bothering them and they went above and beyond to help us and even recommended some places. As they helped us with our luggage. Great guys!
We had to wait an hour and half after check in time to get our room, said they were still cleaning it. Water pressure was terrible, when you took a shower didn't even feel like you were able to get clean. The breakfast buffet was good but way over priced for what you got. $28 and all they had was scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage and potatoes, then cold stuff fruit, cereal and yogurt.
Nick purchased wallet is AWESOME, kind, helpful and made us laugh!
Scotty B and Dillon were the best!
Eric and Caleb S are great help!
Caleb S. and Eric were great with getting us to our room.
The bellhops were amazing but the elevator broke while here
We love staying here. We look forward to seeing Scotty at valet every time we arrive! He's awesome and so sweet to our son!
The valets at the Hilton Promenade are just incredible! They go above and beyond — they are the first people who greet you and set the tone as you walk in. They’re fun, energetic and keep the lobby in a welcoming atmosphere the entire trip for everybody coming through. We are not the only people that got to know these terrific guys by their first names. We were down there for the state archery competition and most of the people in our group already knew the valets and called them by name also. So a special shout out to Scotti B most importantly! But also…Jerry, Caleb and Josh. The Schwant Family (Kristina, Scott and Payten) thanks you for all you do for us!
Dylan and Scotty were amazing!
Caleb was AWESOME! He took care of valet and got our bags up to the room. Thanks again for kick starting our trip right!
Scotty B. Was a great help in the lobby
Dylan made sure we was taken care of. He went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Amazing and will visit again!
Jerry did a great job, was very friendly and very fast showing up to pick up our luggage and took it to our car and offered to help load . Awesome stay!
We had a problem with our room and I contacted customer service. I assumed they would do nothing or attempt to correct it. But I was pleasantly surprised when I got a very quick call back to let me know they were handling the problem and would be upgrading us to a different room free of charge. They were amazing and even offered to help us move.
The convenience of the location to the landing.
They still haven't given me my money back for the incidentals charge when you 1st check in.
It was close to the Landing
All of our accommodation requests were granted. Staff checked on us daily to see if we needed anything and reacted quickly to our needs. The room was clean, updated, and the bed was very comfortable.
It would be nice to have a microwave added to the rooms for late night popcorn or reheating leftovers. Also, we were denied the use of a luggage cart at checkout because we did not choose to utilize the bellhop service even though other guests were using them.
My first impression was jaw dropping! Beautiful facility. The evening receptionist was so accommodating! The Bartender was very friendly and inviting. Our drinks were great! Very great experience with too short of a time! Down in the heart of the city!
My bed was a little lumpy, However the good definitely OUTWEIGHS the bad!
Loved it all! Definitely being right around The Landing!
It was absolutely amazing! Nothing I didn’t like!
The staff were more than accommodating to our needs. Our king room w/pullout sofa was spacious and comfortable for 2 girls all 4-nights. We never felt cramped. Fast elevators. Location next to touristy stuff.
We were placed in a pet-stay room, we didn’t have pets, but you could tell by the smell. It wasn’t too bad except my daughter is allergic to dander. The staff were so kind and accommodating though, and we are grateful for their immediate response!
The staff was friendly, I had to do alot of walking which isn't too bad but just getting over knee replacement
Did alot of walking with recovering of knee replacement and room was nice but all the way to the end of hallway and parking across from hotel.
Great location and very friendly staff. Leroy with ballet was amazing. Everything that I asked for was very quick and very friendly. They always gave me great recommendations for things to do in the area.
We liked everything except having to pay for a microwave. First time experiencing that type of service.
See previous answer.
Location and the Hotel itself in every way.
Room was not ready u til check in time.
We stayed a couple of nights for our anniversary and Christie at the front desk was awesome. Before arrival I commented we were coming for our anniversary and she did some something special in our room with flowers, that was really sweet of her. Diane was also kind. The facility was nice and in a good location
The location is great! Also the valet was wonderful in helping me retrieve my lost wallet! Also, easy texting with questions answered was great!
No soap in the bathroom and the paying for parking, but overall it was a great experience!
HiltonPromenade provides the best accommodations. First class all the way. In the heart of Branson landing, great staff, kudos to Kellen, Scotty, B, and Bob! You made our stay unforgettable.
Location to downtown
We left early Friday morning, housekeeping cleaned room but out door was left opened all day. Elevators not convenient for older adults parking in the garage.
Right in the heart of Branson Landing. Hotel was very nice. We could walk everywhere. Our bellhop, Scotty, was so helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable about the area and so nice to my young grandson.
Jerry and Scotty B were so helpful and helped make our stay at the Hilton effortless and so much more relaxing! Thank you guys!
Scotty P was awesome. He made sure we arrived safely to our venue and was very personable and professional. Thoroughly enjoyed the interaction
Scotty B was exceptional with his service and attentiveness. Hilton has a great ambassador. I enjoy the hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Branson area
Everything was great
I just got back from a business trip at the Hilton Branson Convention Center, and I have to say, I was seriously impressed. As a business owner, I spend a lot of time in hotels, but the service here really stood out. Upon arrival, there was someone ready to help me with luggage, open my door, no wait to check in, they offered extra water bottles, and there was an amenity with my name on it when I arrived. The absolute highlight was the staff—they were attentive and genuinely kind. I was greeted everywhere I went, even just hopping on the elevator or walking around. There's something very charming about Branson. They all cared about why I was staying and if I was having a good time. Staff members always suggested new things to do! It created such a warm, family feeling that you don’t always find. At one point, I was totally lost trying to find my meeting room, and a staff member actually stopped what he was doing and walked me all the way to the other end of the hotel just to make sure I made it. I felt so taken care of. It became very apparent that I did not stay long enough! There is SO much to here. A staff member suggested I visit the Branson Hills Golf Club/course --Very well kept and a gorgeous clubhouse. Also, a huge plus: the rooms are actually much more spacious than the photos online make them look. I had plenty of room to work and relax. Almost too much room (which is the best feeling). The bathroom was the same size as the bedroom! Very very clean it felt and smelt brand new! Highly recommend this spot if you’re heading to Branson! It was worth every penny. I will be coming back!
Bldg itself was nice. All common areas were great.
Our bathroom was outdated. It was confusing with parking and walkway bridge to find registration.
Clean friendly staff
Shower was not hot. Maintenance could not fix it. We had to use another room four floors above ours in order to shower. Was a hassle going back and forth but we didn’t want to pack and move all our stuff up to the other room.
Location
Uncomfortable bed
This hotel is definitely not up to Hilton standards. I have stayed at many other locations in the past across the US and this one was very overpriced. The restaurant is not owned and operated by Hilton, and I would not recommend it because the service sucked and the everything was overpriced. As for the hotel itself, the luggage valet guys were very nice, helpful and friendly. The front desk staff depended on whom you were dealing with at the time. The room was clean when we arrived, and housekeeping kept it clean while we were there. It is conveniently located near The Landing and away from the main Branson strip. The room itself however needs some serious updating. The photos on Hilton's website and the photos posted on this site by management do not reflect the current state of the hotel. The A/C did not work properly unless you took it off of AUTO and put it on HIGH; overwise it would shut off and the room would get hot. It was in the 90's when we visited. The bathroom was in a sorry sad state. They show you nice glass showers in pictures but in reality, you get an old tub shower. The shower flooded the floor even though we used the shower curtain and turned the spray away to the wall. It also had hooks for refillable shampoo, conditioner, and soap bottles but they were missing. The water line to the toilet was rusted. The mirror frame was worn in several spots. You could hear people talking and slamming doors and the person in the room next to us showering in the morning. If you get a room with a view of The Landing, like we did, you will hear freight trains nightly as the pass by because they blow their horns for the crossing. Now let's get to the cost and how they rip you off at this location. Our room rate fluctuated from $310 on a Monday to $250 on Tuesday and Wednesday to $385 on a Thursday because a convention had come to town. When I got home and called to inquire about the huge price fluctuations because they do not show you this when booking, the agent on the phone said the price is determined by how many guests are in the hotel. More guests equal higher room rates according to the agent. I would think that it would be the other way around, no? Less guests more money and more guests less money. They charge you a $30 a day "destination fee" which you have no say and have to pay. They charge for parking because the city owns the garage across the street that you have to park in. They will give you a $10 credit if you go eat in the crappy restaurant which they claim they do not own or operate. In Missouri they charge you a room accommodation tax, a tourist tax and regular tax on the room. I would not stay here again if I go back to Branson.
We had a corner room - the view was amazing!
Bathroom is not luxury. Just a regular stand alone shower.
Very comfortable room. Loved the balcony. We enjoyed relaxing in the bar
You had to request more items like toilet paper. Our room only had 1 roll
The rooms were very clean. Great location for walking to the landing and other surrounding shops and diners.
The bed and pillows were not comfortable.
Price
Everything was great!
Clean, quiet and comfortable bed
Great - breakfast buffet was very good
pretty great
Hotel was great. Location was perfect for access to the Landing. Wish that there were more reasonable dining options at the hotel. The restaurant was too expensive. Had to leave the hotel to find dining options. Was disappointed that parking wasn't included in the price of the hotel. Sunday morning coffee was available easily. Monday we had to request it. Thought that was inconvenient.
The hotel is very clean and looked beautiful. The valet were very polite and friendly. Our room was just the way it was described and the views from our room were beautiful. We really enjoyed our time staying in this hotel.
Great stay, again.
