A very modern hotel, tastefully decorated and clean. The restaurant was also very nice, with tasty dishes and good coffee.

Unfortunately there was a lot of noise due to an event being held just down the road, which only stopped at 12pm. Although no fault of the hotel, it was not great not being able to sleep until the party stopped. The staff in the restaurant in the evening could've been more attentive, our waitress appeared to forget about us. Smaller issues, no toilet paper in our bathroom, but this was quickly sorted. Also the locking mechanism on the door was a nuisance to operate so we did get locked out of the room, but security came to help quickly.

Saturday I came back my was clean but not exceptionally clean because I picked up a piece of hair. The bed was not what I expected, it was painful. Bed felt like it old, please get new comfortable beds. Other than that all was good.

Wir hatten von unserem Zimmer sowohl einen Blick auf das Meer als auch auf die Lagune. Der Strand war zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was wir brauchten.

Die Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants waren nicht angeschrieben. So wußten wir nicht, dass es sonntags und montags abends geschlossen hatte.

Needed an over night stay and was positively surprised by this guest house. Initially there was some noise problem from the room next door to mine (# 15). Room 15/16 are the only luxury rooms, which have a thin connection door to the next room). I was allowed to switch to 19 without problem and had a very good rest. In the morning went for a jogging along the beach not far away. Very, very good flat white coffee for breakfast !!

For a healthy breakfast I tried the granola/yoghurt. I hoped this was just some granola muesli with yoghurt, but it was more a high-caloric desert bomb...tripple cream yoghurt and 1/3 of it was very sweet jam.....it was good, but hardly healthy. I didn't eat it but then switched to the avocado/poached egg option. Much better. However, it would be nice to just have some unprocessed fruit, yoghurt and oats....simple...

It feels like home.

The description of the room I booked states "seaview" giving the impression its on the first floor where one can actually see the sea. I was however allocated a ground floor room with a view of the water channel ony. It was not an issue for me as I only stayed one night so I'm only mentioning this for other people to be aware of this.

Great location and facilities and also beautiful pool area.

Nobody from reception and the restaurant answered our calls we had to physically walk to there. We could not get anyone from the restaurant to warm our food for us and also the WI-FI could not connect to the internet during our entire stay

The room we had, the corner upper room with two balconies, seems to be their most expensive room for what I would consider a standard room. One balcony was private while the other shared with other guests. The quality of the restaurant’s food was also low given the bed and breakfast price, but the staff were excellent and made up for it.

Rooms were clean and comfortable beds.

We received 4 noise complaints in short period of time no radio was on just chatting behind a closed door. Makes us feel this place they dodn't likes group travellers. As they kept on threatning about eviction.

Overall my stay was good. The place is clean, the bed is comfortable and the rooms look beautiful.

Needs Improvement: The hotel should improve its piping system, as the toilet was leaking. The property is not gated, which creates a security threat.

I really like the aesthetics of the place. It is designed nicely, the bed is super comfortable, and the views are lovely.

There is a security personnel, but the hotel still needs a proper security system as it is not gated. The hotel also does not have a restaurant or offer breakfast which management should consider adding for a better guest experience

The bed linen was nice and clean. The location was good.

The service at the restaurant was not good and the meals were overpriced. I waited for over an hour for my Line Fish. The room was ok, but the pillows were lumpy and the chair was stained and dirty.

Staff was very friendly and helped with any and everything required during my stay.

In-house restaurant drops standard of guesthouse. Staff is not as accommodating as could be. Food was not the best, ordered more than I should've, and was disappointed at each juncture.

Comfortable size rooms with excellent in-room facilities such as fridge (with honesty bar), kettle, good size cupboard and good number of plug outlets. Stunning views of harbour entrance, even better when enjoyed from the balcony chairs and tables outside ones room. On-site restaurant available. Definitely worthwhile staying again.

Lovely bathroom but walk-in shower splashes outside requiring user to dry the floor afterwards Good sized desk and comfortabke work chair, but chair feet are uncovered metal making it noisy if moved on the tiled floor. A functional mat could reduce noise. Parking is tight but there's a security on site.

The place is neat, easy to access and quite at night. I also loved that there is provision for drinks and drinks on the bar fridge.

No Acces or Exit Security Gate although there is security. The Channels on TV are very minimal and basic.
