Le petit déjeuner était bien mais il manquait de la variété dans les plats. L'emplacement est bien et sa plage est belle.

L'ascenseur prend un temps énorme à venir. Il faut forcément prendre une voiturette ou marcher 10 min pour se déplacer dans l'hôtel car le restaurant est loin des chambres. Idée : dans un hôtel à la Dominique, il propose des vélos en libre service pour les clients afin de se déplacer dans l'hôtel. Le local pour avoir les serviettes de plage ou faire les activités de plage ferme trop tôt (vers 16 h) ; il faudrait au moins s'aligner sur le coucher de soleil. Le restaurant ne propose pas beaucoup de plats locaux ; très axé sur la nourriture asiatique.

So far I loved everything during my stay! The atmosphere, the staff were so warm and welcoming ughh the food was delicious!!!! 1000/10 our suite was upgraded and let me tell you!!!! The experience is one I cannot verbally express properly. In essence a time was had

My boys loved the kids club and my husband and I had a lovely time at the beach, spa and gym. The beach is wonderful. The reception staff, spa staff, kids club staff and gym instructor were simple amazing. Breakfast was good, particularly the omelette freshly made by the chef with a smile.

The restaurant food at dinner could have had a bit more variety of dishes or better price/quality ratio. I would not recommend the 'tout bagay' tour for families with young kids looking for relaxing times.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was very spacious, which made the whole stay feel comfortable and relaxing. Having a private jacuzzi on the balcony was definitely a big plus and made the experience even more enjoyable. The view overlooking the small marina was beautiful, especially when relaxing on the balcony. I also really appreciated the location and how easy it was to access everything, including the beach and the breakfast area. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay, with plenty of space, a beautiful view, and some really nice touches. I would definitely recommend it.

Was a long walk to breakfast, internet was spotty in room. Breakfast room was small and occasionally crowded. Seemed to be less choice than on previous visit Most staff were great however there were on the beach we noticed we didn’t receive the same treatment as other guests. Eg. the sun beds.

We had a wonderful stay at The Landings Resort & Spa. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful grounds and an incredible beach. The staff were so warm and friendly, and you can really see how hard they all work to make sure guests have a great experience. A special shout-out to Teddy, Ophelia and Melissa at the beach restaurant, who were absolutely lovely and really looked after us during our stay. The apartment-style suites were perfect for families – spacious, comfortable and with a kitchen, which was incredibly useful for preparing food and snacks for the children. A beautiful, relaxing resort with fantastic staff and a gorgeous beach. We had such a lovely stay and would definitely recommend The Landings to families visiting St Lucia.

The staff was amazibg, the location was spectacujlar and the rooms wxere spacious, perfect for a family stay!

The black out curtains were not very effective so we were all up by 6am... Also, there were a music festival happening next door and although we were not bothered by the mlusic itselfg, many particoants cvame by boat the day beofre and they were really loud, they all came back between 8 and 10pm the day of the festival and we could hear their music and their screams from the bedrooms which make it difficult to get a good night sleep. We also had an issue with the room microwave and it took 2 days to get it fixed. We called about 6 times and each time nobody seemed to know whetr we were talking about. It eventually got fixed.

The hotel was lovely, very well laid out that so whilst it was sizeable, it never felt busy / congested. Breakfast was nice, a little repetitive but the egg station was the best. All staff we dealt with were lovely, specifically Brianna on the egg station at breakfast and the two massage therapists in the spa whose name we sadly didn't get! The gym was also a great and welcome addition. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and the included water sports are brilliant.

For the size of hotel, we would have expected some more food options. The food options available were great, but a little repetitive when there for a period of time. Additionally it would be helpful to have additional food to purchase in the shop on site on the basis the rooms all have kitchen facilities. Also to note, the hotel pricing is quite expensive!

Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt im The Landings St. Lucia Resort & Spa nicht dem erwarteten 5-Sterne-Niveau. Wir hatten ausdrücklich für fünf Personen gebucht, fanden jedoch lediglich vier Schlafplätze vor. Für unsere sechsjährige Tochter war kein Bett vorbereitet. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns zunächst erklärt, es sei in der Karibik durchaus üblich, dass ein Kind bei den Eltern im Bett schläft – davon war bei unserer Buchung jedoch nie die Rede. Besonders enttäuschend: Selbst rund eine Stunde nach unserer Ankunft und trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage war noch immer kein zusätzlicher Schlafplatz für unsere Tochter bereitgestellt. Auch unsere vorab gestellte Anfrage nach einem früheren Check-in aufgrund der Reise mit drei Kindern wurde nicht zufriedenstellend berücksichtigt. Bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie und dem entsprechend hohen Preis erwarten wir, dass eine Buchung für fünf Personen auch tatsächlich fünf angemessene Schlafplätze umfasst und Probleme vor Ort schnell und professionell gelöst werden. Das war hier leider nicht der Fall. Insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung, die dem Anspruch eines 5-Sterne-Resorts aus unserer Sicht nicht gerecht wurde.

L'échange par une femme de ménage d'un cordon de chargeur d'Iphone. 1 restaurant et 1 bar fermés en basse saison . Cuisine très bien équipée mais boutique dépourvue de toute nourriture pour ceux désirant cuisiner eux-mêmes.

There should be another area to get beach towels. If you’re using the pool behind the beach club you have to walk to the other end of the beach to get towels.

The property, surrounding, breakfast and beach are exceptional. Very beautiful place. Very pleased with the upgrade!

The check-in process was far too long! We waited nearly 1hr with 2 staff working and 6 other groups queuing. In this day and age, things should be far more efficient. After a long flight, you don't want to be filling out forms - you want to be whisked to your room! Some of the staff are great; some need extensive training in customer relations. They clearly hated their job!

The location, standard of the accomodation decor and size. The beach was immaculate, and the gardens very, very well kept.

Our lift although reported to our porter on day 1 was never mended, despite being told by himf it would be. We were on 3rd floor so five orcsix times every day we had 3 storeys of steps to climb- my wife struggles with climbs so this gmdid have an impact. Staff at beach shack 1 particularly was brusk/rude- unlike most onsite.

The breakfast was buffet style with many options. I like that it was mixed with traditional breakfast foods and the local cuisine breakfast. The food was good and fresh. Location was great and the views were beautiful.

Taking taxis everywhere. Also, the welcome drink is so good but you only have it on the first day. We kept asking for some but they never had to give to us. They should make it a good-bye drink instead.

The staff are all friendly, approachable and helpful. The villas are very well appointed. There are plenty amenities to cater to all age groups.

We came for carnivale - our room was upgraded to a two bedroom and was so clean and nice. Our waiter Junior was awesome energetic and so professional we so appreciate his service. Also the manager Keshia was awesome at checking in on us and making sure our stay was great. Thank you! We will be back next year

Just came back from a wonderful vacation at the Landings. We went with a extended family ages 11-83 and fun was had by all. Stayed in a 3 bedroom villa on the beach. Our butlers were amazing Kirby, Keezy and of course Ophelia who took it upon herself to go above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. There was no request that was not handled immediately. They made my mom who was celebrating a birthday feel so loved and celebrated. The onsite restaurants were all fantastic and the beach bar made amazing drinks. We all loved the complimentary breakfast and already miss our omelets each morning. The resort itself was so clean and well kept. We did and excursion through Big Nick on the beach and it was money well spent. We felt so safe and taken care of by the resort staff and we will definitely be back!

I spent an amazing girl time with my friend at this resort. Pretty decent, quiet and scenic place to be .We needed time to reset and enjoy our time off and this opportunity was perfect. The staff that we met were quite friendly- No bad energy or attitude received. That was good. We were greeted by my girl Joshelle and her team with some towels and welcome drinks. Lets talk about the food and drinks! Keydanny made them and it filled us that we were not able to eat dinner at Suru-Asian restaurant properly LOL . The drinks are so good and fruity ,I kid you not-definitely gives vacation vibes. Every drink we had was really good..Kudos to Keydanny & NIcholas. The beautiful ladies who served us at the beachclub and SURU( sorry, I forgot the names) ..No forgetting Junior...You guys are superb. The Landings, continue to keep the standard of hospitality your team provides.

We had a lovely time at the landings June 2026. We are a family of 5 with a 21, 19 and 16 year olds, we had a 2 bed ground floor beach front with hot tub. The room definately had the wow factor. We all loved every minute of our stay. We had a great butler team Peronilla, Gregg and Tony. Kirby also looked after us once. They did a fantastic job helping us with everything we requested, which made our stay very special. The beach ambassador tean were excellent especially Kayla who was always cheerful and bubbly. Also, the pregnant lady who worked at the beach club was always friendly and took time to speak to us. Sorry i did'nt get her name. The resort was quiet but we like that. We enjoyed the evenings when there was entertainment at the beach club. Singers, DJ and saxophonist who were very good. We were disappointed that the steels drums and fire dancers night was cancelled due to a private event, would suggest moving it to another night as we were looking forward to it. The food was good but a little too large for us. We started sharing meals, would like to see more lighter meals, lean meats/fish and salads, more caribbean dishes. Maybe even a buffet or two. These are just suggestions as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the rooms and loxation were fabulous. The staff were friendly and helpful. We definately would recommend and hopefully will return one day.

These are condo units with a complete kitchen, dining area, living room, deck, ensuite for all bedrooms. The views are spectacular. Everything was clean and well kept. We went on off season so there was not a lot of activity and the only three restaurants alternated nights for being open. This limited our choices for an all-inclusive. It takes about 2 hours to get to from the airport, so plan accordingly. But the beach is a short walk from the Landings and on site and not on a hill like some other resorts. Very easy to get to! There are tours from those selling on the beach which are not associated with the resort. Resort told us they take no responsibility, but our tour with Mike who works on the beach was wonderful and he was very accommodating. Do not go to Knotty Girls tours from a guy named Charlie at the Sandals resort next door. The boat never showed even though we paid a deposit. The staff at the Landings are remarkable. They are kind and helpful. One gentlemen went to the store for us for an item we needed. Kayla on the beach came to my room to say goodbye to us as she did not have a shift on the last two days of our trip and she wanted to make sure to see us! So special!

Great hotel, all the staff were lovely and friendly and very attentive with table service. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was huge with a great living area and wrap around balcony with a hot tub it was brilliant. The suite was beautifully furnished and the photos definitely don’t do it justice. It was a quieter resort because some of the apartments are owned privately but that didn’t put us off we like a quieter resort, plenty of loungers at the beach and around the pools. Food was good we just wish all of the restaurants were open every night for choice but maybe we were slightly out of season. The Asian restaurant was great we had some delicious sushi, the beach restaurant was great with carribean food our favourite but sadly only open 2 nights we were there but always open for lunch. They had a great live singer one night there too. The main restaurant was great food couldn’t knock it but it was very American hotel food like pizzas, steak, burger etc but was all tasty we just like to have local food on holiday so we ate out in Rodney bay as we had a hire car. We ate at Jacques, Cactus and Lime, Naked Fisherman all great food and atmosphere so definitely recommend heading out. We also did a sunset yacht organised by the hotel which was amazing and the crew were lovely definitely recommend that. Overall great location, one of the most beautiful beaches we’ve seen, lovely chilled hotel, friendly staff, clean modern rooms would absolutely come back and recommend to anyone.

We stayed at The Landings for eight nights in June 2026 — myself, a single mother, traveling with my three children. Our total cost between the initial booking and additional charges at checkout exceeded $7,600. I'm leaving this review so other travelers, especially families, can make a fully informed decision before booking. After a full day of travel, I was contacted by the concierge the following morning and essentially scolded for not using the taxi they had arranged at the helicopter pad — a taxi that was not there when we arrived. We waited for an extended period before the helicopter company arranged alternative transport. I was then charged for both taxis. As a solo parent managing three kids after a long travel day, this was not a welcome introduction to the property. The resort offers no complimentary shuttle service. With only two on-site dinner restaurants — one of which was closed the majority of nights during our stay — guests are entirely dependent on taxis to access dining in Rodney Bay. Round-trip fare ran approximately $40 for what is a very short drive. These costs add up quickly and are never mentioned upfront. We booked at the breakfast-inclusive rate of $5,400 for eight nights. And paid an additional 2k+ for very mediocre lunch, dinner and occasional snack. I do not drink, so no alcohol. For a resort at this price point with two restaurants — one frequently closed — and no shuttle service, this level of additional cost is not acceptable and borders on predatory pricing. The food quality throughout our stay was consistently disappointing and did not come close to justifying the cost. On our final night, I personally witnessed wait staff wiping glasses and silverware with shared cloth napkins rather than proper sanitation practices. Three members of our party of four became ill within 12–24 hours of that meal. My youngest child was vomiting for the entirety of our journey home — a grueling multi-leg international flight — while I managed alone with three kids. Given the timing, the symptoms, and what I personally observed, foodborne illness from that final dinner is the most likely explanation. Time on the beach was not always relaxing either. We were repeatedly and persistently approached by vendors and jet ski operators, making it difficult to simply enjoy the space we had paid to access. The majority of staff interactions felt cold and unwelcoming. Guests were consistently made to feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. Traveling solo with children in that environment was exhausting. We spent over $7,400 (not including flights transportation and the consistent begging for tips) expecting a restful, well-run resort experience for our family. What we received was poor food, one functioning restaurant, unexpected costs at every turn, no complimentary transportation, an unwelcoming atmosphere, a sick child on a long travel day, and a foodborne illness as a parting gift. I would not return and cannot recommend this property to anyone — particularly families traveling with children.

Wi-fi was slow

We spent 5 days in a 3 bedroom suite with butler service. The room was very clean and our view was amazing. Our butlers, Ophelia, Kirby, and Kezia were very helpful. Food was just okay, chocolate cake at Suru was very dry. Restaurant service seemed to be slow but staff was kind. We were a group of 4 in our early 60’s and decided to take a couch ride from the water sport stand. We asked for a nice, gentle ride but instead were told we would be “seeing our momma”. Despite our motioning for the driver to slow down, he continued to go at top speed, pulling us across the wake for an extremely rough ride. It was not enjoyable. Friends did say the spa was a very good experience.

Upon arrival, we were all excited to check in, especially as this was the third hotel we had stayed at during our trip, with our previous accommodation being absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, our experience here started badly. We waited in the lobby for around 30 minutes before being taken to our room. As soon as we walked in, we noticed a strong damp smell, and the room felt very dark, dated, and gloomy. The atmosphere immediately brought down the mood of the group. To make matters worse, one of our friends was celebrating her birthday, and this was meant to be a special trip. We believe the damp conditions may have attracted mosquitoes because, while sitting in the room, we were constantly being bitten. We were literally slapping our arms and legs trying to keep them away. I ended up using mosquito spray from my bag, something I hadn’t needed to use at all during the rest of our holiday. The birthday girl called reception to explain the situation and ask about changing rooms. We were told that an upgrade would cost an additional $600 USD. However, when we checked Booking.com, the same upgrade appeared to be only around £200 more. We questioned this, but by that point we were so desperate to get out of the room that we agreed to pay the extra charge. We are currently waiting at the bar for the room change, but there has been no gesture of goodwill, not even a complimentary drink, despite the inconvenience and disappointment. This experience has left a very bad taste in our mouths. It’s especially disappointing because the birthday girl has stayed at this hotel before and always had positive experiences. Sadly, based on this visit, I don’t think any of us will be returning. Very disappointing.

I have stayed at The Landings three times. This will be my last visit. Our initial room was in an unacceptable condition. The master bedroom's only window was so corroded we could not see through it. There was an active ceiling leak in the children's bathroom. The sofa had cigarette burns and the wall above the master bed had a very visible stain. The elevator serving our building was broken and this was ultimately the reason we were moved to a different room. More seriously: my daughter contracted Salmonella during our stay, subsequently confirmed by laboratory testing. She became unwell and remained seriously ill for more than ten days after our departure. I was personally aware of at least three other families at the resort who were experiencing illness during our stay. The hotel has completely denied any responsibility (despite only eating at their resort) or compensation. They even went so far as to deny any other families reporting illness. This is simply not true. The standards of maintenance and food safety fell seriously short, with significant consequences for my family.

Our family vacation at the Landings checked all our boxes - beautiful hotel rooms with a jacuzzi on the terrace, meticulous grounds, excellent food, and above all amazing service. On arrival we were offered a 'Butler phone' which we would take everywhere with us, even off the hotel premises. Whatever we needed was at the end of the line - drinks, restaurant reservations, taxi service, a golf cart ride to amenities! If you're looking for a vacation where you feel very spoiled - try the Landings. Shout out to our butler, Peronilla!

Le personnel restauration bien mais l’impression de vite nous faire partir, nous n’avons pas le temps de finir nos plats,et la nourriture pas vraiment à notre goût, mais bien dans l’ensemble.

We spent 2 weeks at The Landings last year, and despite the great, spacious villas it offers, this is definitely not a five-star resort, and they or other third parties shouldn't sell it as one. The beach club restaurant was really run down. The all-inclusive board is really poor and boring, and the service was sooo slow. For the first couple of nights, our kids were falling asleep on the dinner table, waiting 1 hour for a bowl of rice, and on the last night, we stood up, and we left Suru restaurant as we were waiting over 1h for our starters, whilst the whole restaurant had 3 families for dinner. (We appreciate that we were on holiday, and there was no rush, but waiting over 1 hour is ridiculous.) The customer service was appalling from many waitresses, and every time you asked them something or wanted to order, their usual response was: " One second! Really rude and unprofessional. We brought this to management's attention a number of times, but nothing changed. I have to say, there were a couple of lovely staff, and Chef Nico was a good guy - really friendly with kids, and it was nice to talk to. The worst part of all is when we had to pay $200 to call a doctor on the first day due to our son getting stung by a jellyfish. I am not blaming them, of course, but what so-called "5-star resort" that accommodates hundreds of guests doesn't have a doctor in-house? My wife complained to the main reception about this, but they didn't care. I would not recommend, and we would NOT go back to The Landings!

What an amazing resort! The best kindest staff , beautiful clean rooms. A massive thank you to Nadia and especially Tony (assistant / butler/ employee) and off course everyone else who helped. Supermarket is within reach, bigger supermarket is a 9 min travel by taxi. Make sure you do have local dollars as US dollars are not accepted everywhere but they do accept it in the resort. Even the taxi drivers are so nice and amazing, have the best place to buy mango , coconut water and more. I went during the Jazz festival and the festival was amazing, the resort is right next to it. So safe and calming.
