The hotel itself was very good overall, and the view was pleasant, so my stay was generally positive. However, one thing I really cannot understand is the lack of plug adapters in the rooms. This is a Radisson in London, a city that welcomes huge numbers of international travellers, many of whom arrive with devices using different plug types. Given that, I would expect a hotel at this level to either provide adapters in the room or at least make them available to borrow at reception. Instead, guests are effectively pushed into paying around £15 for an adapter, which feels excessive for such a basic travel necessity. When you are already paying close to £1,000 for a one- or two-night stay, this comes across less as a service issue and more like unnecessary extra charging. It is a small detail, but one that leaves a surprisingly negative impression because it would be so easy for the hotel to address. For an international business and leisure hotel, complimentary or loan adapters should really be standard.

The sofa bed was not very comfy as the mattress was thin and our room was very dusty (lots of dust all over the sides and appliances). Thai didn’t impact our stay though

We are regulars here but haven't been for a while and there have been a few changes including staff but it was good to be back. We had a nice chat with Maria who looked after us with a complimentary upgrade to a room that had a great layout. We took advantage of the spa on the Saturday morning before breakfast and it was lovely and relaxing as it wasn't busy at all so that was a good time to go. I had the chicken breast for dinner at Scoff and Banter which was tasty. There was a new menu and I usually have the mushroom wellington but that's no longer on the menu but it was all good. Nice to be able to use the 10 per cent discount at the restaurant and use the free drinks voucher in the bar.

Apparently there are new owners and they have cancelled their Sky Sports package so it was disappointing not watch the football in the bar or in the rooms which we are used to. When we checked in we were not told at the time that we need to scan the QR code on the screen to pay for our parking on arrival. At least we know now. We paid for 24 hours but you can't do it retrospectively, hopefully all fine.

The staff at breakfast need more training. They did not appear to be interested in the customers. We arrived for breakfast at 10.15 (it was the weekend so service finishes at 11.00). We were shown to a table and were told that it was self service (which is normal). We were not told that you could order items to be delivered to the table- such as omelette. Which I would normally expect and is listed on the menu. I asked for a poached egg and had to eventually prompt the staff to bring. Some food options were not being replenished and staff were not exactly friendly when I asked for bread and tea bags to be replenished. A staff member tried to clean food from our table that we were actively eating. It felt like they were desperate to end the breakfast service. We left before 11am.

Great location, it was close to the O2 arena, not far in a taxi. The staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces, which is rare these days. The pricing was excellent for the night we went on concert night. Definitely will be staying again.

Accueil agréable, tout le personnel était à l’écoute et sympathique sauf un monsieur très très aigris. La chambre correspondait aux photos, la salle de bain était très bien tout était propre sauf quelques poussières.

Le monsieur aigris a l’accueil nous a informé que nous devions attendre 50 minutes supplémentaires par rapport au Check-in annoncé à l’origine. Nous avions demandé deux lits séparés et nous nous sommes finalement retrouvés avec un lit double peu confortable et un lit de camping une place très peu confortable également. De plus, le personnel est venu sonner à notre porte à 8h30 et de nouveau à 9h, ce qui a perturbé notre sommeil, et ceci n’était pas pour le check-out car ce dernier était prévu à 12h.

The location is not great or convenient at all. Getting to a tube station was not straight forward and with luggage a bit of a pain. Would not recommend for trips to the 02. We booked this hotel for that reason, that was a mistake! The room was not clean. It was dusty. There was hair and and plastic on the floor. The coffee area was dirty. I was quite disappointed.

Maria on reception was so lovey to us it was my friends surprise 60th birthday gift to see ABBA. She upgraded us to the most fabulous room over looking the Thames. It made our stay perfect and special so thank you.

I enjoyed my stay me and my dad came to watch a boxing match at the o2 we chose this hotel because it was the closest one to the arena and the breakfast at the scoff and banter was very nice

When we arrived we was told by the receptionist that we would be able to get bedding for the sofa bed till the housekeeper came in the next day and as my dad snores we couldn’t share the bed and I’ve got balance issue if I was tired I wouldn’t of been able to walk, for the price we paid I think it’s very disappointing that my dad had to sleep on the sofa with nothing there should be the bedding in the room for the sofa bed. But we did get the bedding the next day the housekeeper was a very nice lady

The bed was uncomfortable, breakfast good variety however bacon was chewy, jam like syrup, lime scale in the cold water dispenser, scrambled eggs under cooked no other choices available or offer. Staff too busy to provide cutlery and cups due to clearing tables, breakfast ends at 10.30, if you arrive for a late breakfast at 10am you still expect a good breakfast service. We didn’t get time to have tea/ coffee after breakfast due to being asked to move whilst staff hoovered the resturant.

It states it is 0.3miles from the O2, which it is as the crow flies. But in reality you have to walk to the tube station and take a tube for one stop. Not a real hardship but worth realising if you’re booking this hotel for an event, the tubes were packed!!!

Staff reuse to put an item I left into a pre-paid envelope and post back to me. Arrives at 3pm and room wasn’t ready so had to wait around. Cleaners waking me up in the room with a lot of noise

We left this hotel feeling unwelcome, patronised and extremely uncomfortable. What should have been an enjoyable stay with my daughters turned into an exhausting experience in which every genuine concern seemed to be dismissed rather than resolved. Our first room was dirty, with visible dust and badly smudged mirrors. After complaining, we were moved to another room, only to find similar problems: marks and smears, dirty bathrobes and a broken hairdryer. At that point, I told reception that I did not want to keep complaining or changing rooms. I simply wanted a refund for our second night so that my daughters and I could leave and stay elsewhere. The hotel refused the refund. Instead, we were specifically promised an upgraded room for the following day and told that our luggage would be transferred automatically. I accepted this as the hotel’s proposed resolution. The following day, I returned to reception expecting to collect the key to the upgraded room. Reception Manager Luca handed me a key and said, “Here is the room.” I looked at the number and told him that this was the room we were already staying in. Only then was I told that there were no other rooms available. I reminded Luca that the hotel had promised us an upgrade the previous day. His response was essentially the same, over and over: “There’s nothing I can do, sorry.” There was no apparent attempt to investigate what had happened to the promised upgrade. I found his manner dismissive and extremely patronising. I eventually asked to speak to his superior. Luca told me that he was the senior person, nobody else was available and his decision was final. I did not accept that response. The upgrade wasn’t something I had suddenly demanded; it was the solution the hotel itself had offered after refusing to refund our second night. I shall be escalating my complaint.

Servizio accettazione al check in fantastico, abbiamo apprezzato il late check out e l’upgrade di camera. Struttura molto bella e funzionale con ottima vista sul fiume. La colazione è stata deliziosa con cibo di qualità. Una bella scoperta, sarà il nostro punto di riferimento per i prossimi viaggi a Londra! Consigliatissimo!

This hotel was an amazing stay, the staff were lovely, it was very clean, and the rooms were gorgeous! They also upgraded us because it was our anniversary, which was an amazing surprise!

Through booking.com this property said it was only a few 100 meters away from the O2, which is true, if you could get across the River. It is not a walkable distance from the O2, but other than that, it was a lovely stay!

The hotel is in a very good location excellent communication links. Very modern and clean. My request for a over king size bed was duly honoured. Actually got parking surprisingly enough. Which made my stay even more exceptional.

Check in wasnt great, no information given for example having to use key card in the lift, air conditioning found that as I was leaving, times of breakfast and its location! Bar menu was limited especially for kids.
