The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was small but had a lovely view and was very modern and cozy. The bed was very comfortable and big. The bathroom was modern, clean and good equipped with good quality products (shower gel, body lotion eg). The check-in and check-out was fast and easy.

We felt a bit blindsided by the picture of a swimming pool. The swimming pool is not part of the hotel but belongs to a close by gym, which you can enter if you buy a day pass. The breakfast buffet was clean and had a good variety but could improve with quality.

The location of the hotel is great: you have supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and, most importantly, the underground station just a 3-minute walk away. We felt very safe there. It was very clean, and the staff was always ready to help. The elevators system is very quick.

There wasn’t much space to put things in the bathroom and it was difficult to wash the face because there was very little space around the sink.

Room was clean and the hotel is in a quiet area.

The location was perfect for my needs. The staff were mostly friendly, however, it was a bit unclear where you can sit and work; one staff told me to sit in the cafe area but then I was forced to buy something there...

The wifi was not secure enough for working purposes and the speed was average; While the rooms were clean they were also tiny. I did not have much luggage but if you have a normal-sized suitcase you probably would not be able to fit it in there.

We didn’t have the breakfast so am not able to comment if it was good and the reason for not having it was it was expensive, I think £18 is pricey for breakfast

If you’re staying with others need to request rooms on the same floor, I would have preferred to have been able to be nearby my friend, particularly as a single traveller.

Rooms very well equipped even a hand steamer for clothes! Staff friendly. We paid for early check in but didn’t make it due to travel problems and the gentleman on reception removed the charge for us. He was super friendly and made us feel welcome

Ben fornita di ogni comfort, pulita e in una ottima posizione (quartiere bello e dal quale si arriva facilmente al centro). Per quanto riguarda i servizi della camera: letto comodissimo, apprezzati i doppi cuscini, il set per il té e la tv.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, very easy to find as well. We used this as a base for a concert at Wembley which meant we could catch a direct Tube ride to Wembley Park from Canary Wharf. The staff were very accommodating upon arrival and gave us a choice of room level, and the room was ready a little earlier than expected which was an added bonus!

Wasn’t a fan of the buffet breakfast, most of the hot food was cold and the pastries tasted very doughy, the beans were also very mushy. Also paid extra for a view, the “view” was that of a warehouse

It was clean with friendly and welcoming staff, the bed was comfortable and the staff were accommodating in giving me a room that fit the needs of no feather bedding. Particularly liked that the smart tv worked as that is sometimes an issue in hotels I’ve stayed at and it was nice to be able to adjust the temperature in the room given the changing weather.

Nothing specific to dislike but would have enjoyed a few more options at the 24hr go bar and the breakfast would have been more enjoyable for me personally if it was how I thought it would be with picking off the menu provided rather than the buffet style as I would have liked the option of poached eggs but other than that there is nothing to dislike.

Bed was a little small, more like a double than a king. No room to put toiletries in the bath room.

The look and feel of the place was brilliant. And very competitively priced.

I personally found the bed and pillows quite uncomfortable, but a personal preference, nothing wrong with them.

The staff was really lovely and friendly. I forgot my toothbrush at the room and received an email to inform me and how to return it! I really appreciate it thank you so much :)

Canary Warf ist eine neue, moderne, sehr gepflegte Gegend inmitten wunderbar idyllischer Kanäle. Ringsum lauter zum Teil sehr gute und gefragte Restaurants. Das Tribe ist keine 5 Minuten von der U-Bahn Station entfernt (Ausgang Wood Warf nehmen!!). In ca. 3O Minuten ist man ohne Umsteigen im Zentrum. Man kann auch das Boot nehmen - zur Anlegestelle ist es aber weiter und wir haben die Erfahrung gemacht, dass das Uber Boot höchst unzuverlässig fährt bzw. Einfach keine Leute aufnimmt, wenn zu viele Leute an Bord sind. Für uns praktisch war, dass das Hotel nahe am City Airport ist. Und ebenfalls praktisch, dass die Bar im Hotel 24 Stunden bedient ist. Auch wenn man am Morgen sehr früh los muss gibt es hier guten Kaffee, Croissants, Jogurts, Sandwich, etc. Das Frühstücksbuffet im Hotel kostet 25 Pfund inkl. Getränke. Es ist recht umfangreich mit vielen frischen Früchten. Man kann auch ein in kleineres Frühstück ab Karte bestellen. Lokalität ist ok. Rungsum hätte es auch jede Menge anderer Orte. Zimmer ist echt sehr klein. Kein Platz für den Koffer. Man muss alle auspacken. Auch Badezimmer ist beengt. Zu Zweit hat man da keinen Platz. Bett schaut zwar klein aus - ist dafür hochwertig. Wir hatten bequem Platz und vor allem sehr ruhig geschlafen. Das Zimmer ist klimatisiert und die Klimaanlage ist überhaupt nicht zu hören.

The hotel’s location, accessibility, cleanliness, and the practicality of the rooms were all excellent.

The only downside was that the staff weren’t particularly warm or friendly. I didn’t have any problems with them, but in my experience, the service and hospitality are usually better at other hotels

The staff is super super friendly, we have gotten a view upgrade and late checkout for just creating an allcor account. The reception and the breakfast were very modern and very good, lots of variety and lots of good healthy options, there is a bar and a grab and go.

Excellent location (my friend fancies skyscrappers), lovely simple room design, practical & easy-to-access grocery shops/cafés/restaurants/public transportation, extremely calm during night -> good for a walk after dinner/before bed. Fully rested/recharged during our stay there.

Location was perfect in one of the best areas of London. Plenty of bars, restaurants around and the metro station is located just 5 mins walk from the hotel

Reception staff needs an extensive training on how to deal with customers. In particular, a black guy working the evening shift has shown a very rude attitude in several occasions when we asked very basic questions such as whether it was possible to check out slightly later (20mins) or if they had another room available (ours had a very small window facing an dark inner garden).

The comfort of the stay was awful, the pillows were so uncomfortable to the point that me and my partner had to sleep with no pillows. It gave me a really bad back ache I won’t be returning to this hotel and the rooms were so small.

Excellent location in a lovely area. The breakfast had a great variety of options, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The cleanliness was generally good, although it could benefit from a little more attention to detail. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The views and cleanliness. We were greeted when we dropped off our bags before a matinee performance at the theatre by a lovely friendly team member. He checked my id and offered us a room that was ready or the option to check in when we returned from the theatre. He couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful.

The team member that had taken over on reception once we had visited the theatre couldn’t have been more polar opposite! I felt like he was looking down on us and that we weren’t worthy to stay at the hotel. He was very brisk with us and impatient…it would benefit the hotel to have more of the team members that were on early afternoon!
