The hotel was beautiful old interior and rustic which I love, it was our 20th wedding anniversary and I asked if possible for a nice room with a view and it didn’t disappoint it was spotlessly clean staff friendly and helpful, the pool area was also cleaned daily and food at pool bar was delicious! Location stunning and 5 min walk into the main town with lots to see and do, we will definitely be back!

Notre chambre était dans les back room, nous étions en dessous de la salle du petit déjeuner donc dès 7h, nous étions réveillés par le grincement des pieds de chaises. De plus notre chambre (112) donnait directement sur la rue... donc sommeil plutôt moyen. Nous n'avons pas compris pourquoi nous avons eu cette chambre, l'hotel ne semblait pas afficher complet. On s'interroge aussi du fait de l'absence d’un restaurant pour un hôtel 4 etoiles.. c'est un peu surprenant. Pour le déjeuner, lunch Light comme il est appelé reste peu fourni, pas de cartes des vins ! On ne sait pas ce qu'on a bu... service au verre. Le prix dépensé (570€ fin août, début septembre pour 3 nuits) n'est pas à la hauteur de nos espérances, si j'avais su que nous aurions CETTE chambre, nous aurions passé notre tour.

Great location! Right across the street from the historic park and close to the main city center. It’s convenient to get to and has a garage for a modest which isn’t always a given.

Kind staff, clean rooms, great free breakfast, and good food at the restaurant around the pool.

O hotel é bonito porém antigo, precisando de uma reforma. O quarto que nos ofereceram de inicio era escuro e com muito cheiro de mofo. Depois de reclamar, nos passaram para outro mais claro e um pouco maior, porém ainda com cheiro de mofo, o que piorou demais minha rinite alérgica e provovou problema semelhante na minha amiga. O elevador também cheirava mofo. Vale ressaltar, no entanto, que o café da manhã é muito bom, com bastante variedade e servido num salão bem agradável.

Hyvä sijainti - kävelymatkan päässä ravintolat, vanha kaupunki bussiasema ja Isola Bella rantaan kiva kävelytie. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja iloista. Huone oli iso ja siisti, parvekkeelta upea näköala merelle, Etna ja vanhaa kaupunkia. Iso uima-allas ja runsas aamiasbuffet.

Kuoppa patjassa muotoutunut ajan saatossa, joten sängyt tulisi uudistaa.

Kaunis ja rauhallinen hotelli. Hyvällä paikalla, kaupunkipuiston vieressä. Ystävällinen ja iloinen henkilökunta. Ulkona oli 35-38 astetta, sisällä oli miellyttävää: ei kuuma, ei kylmä. Erinomainen aamiainen paikalliseen tyyliin. Hyvä sänky, pyyhkeet vaihdettiin joka päivä.

Suihkukopista valui vettä lattialle, joten osaa pyyhkäistä piti käyttää lattian kuivaukseen.

Everything! Beautiful rooms, amazing views, spotless (very clean all throughout the hotel) and very good breakfast. Really enjoyed spending time by the pool and the hotel has a bathroom for people who wish to spend time by the pool after check out. Very thoughtful. Really friendly staff. Only a few minutes walk to the nearest bus stop. Also a very short walk to the centre.

Une très belle expérience Hôtel très bien placé, avec un personnel agréable, souriant et aux petits soins. La chambre est certes un peu dans son jus, mais c’est aussi ce qui fait le charme et l’authenticité de l’hôtel. Elle est spacieuse et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais efficace, et la piscine est parfaite pour profiter d’un moment de détente. Une très bonne adresse, rien à redire !

Un séjour absolument fabuleux, tout était parfait dans cet hôtel ! La chambre était très spacieuse, confortable, avec une climatisation parfaitement réglée. Le petit déjeuner était particulièrement varié et copieux, avec un choix qui permet de satisfaire toutes les envies. L’emplacement est également idéal : l’hôtel est situé à proximité du centre-ville, facilement accessible à pied, tout en offrant une vue absolument incroyable sur la mer et l’Etna. Un véritable spectacle au quotidien ! La piscine, avec l’Etna en toile de fond, est tout simplement superbe et rend les moments de détente encore plus magiques. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié la décoration à l’esprit antique de l’hôtel, qui lui confère un charme unique. On a vraiment l’impression de faire un voyage dans le temps, tout en bénéficiant du confort nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour. Une mention toute particulière pour le personnel, qui est exceptionnel : toujours souriant, attentif, disponible et d’une extrême gentillesse. Cela fait vraiment toute la différence ! Enfin, le lunch proposé chaque midi, en supplément mais à un tarif tout à fait raisonnable, est une excellente idée. C’est très pratique lorsque l’on souhaite profiter de l’hôtel et éviter de ressortir pour déjeuner. Bref, un séjour merveilleux sur tous les plans. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter et où je serais ravie de revenir !

Peu de transats à la piscine

Soggiorno complessivamente piacevole, peccato per un episodio decisamente poco elegante avvenuto durante la colazione. Mi sono presentata in sala con un normalissimo abbigliamento estivo, pantaloncini e top, assolutamente adeguato a una località di mare e ben lontano dall’essere un costume da bagno o un abbigliamento sconveniente. Nonostante ciò, mi è stato chiesto: “Ti puoi coprire in sala?”. Premesso che ogni struttura è libera di adottare il dress code che ritiene opportuno, sarebbe altrettanto opportuno comunicarlo preventivamente agli ospiti. Non vi era infatti alcuna indicazione, né risultava intuitivo che in una località balneare un top che lascia intravedere parte dell’addome potesse rappresentare un problema durante la colazione. Ciò che lascia maggiormente perplessi, però, è il modo: esiste una bella differenza tra informare cortesemente un ospite dell’esistenza di una regola e rivolgergli un invito a “coprirsi”, facendolo sentire fuori luogo per un abbigliamento del tutto normale. L’eleganza di un hotel non si misura soltanto dal dress code richiesto agli ospiti, ma anche — e soprattutto — dal tatto e dalla professionalità con cui il personale si rivolge a loro.

电压很差，在没有使用任何电器的情况下，灯也会因为电压原因一闪一闪。空调更差，除了第一晚正常，第二晚2间房都没空调，问就是只能第二天白天才有人维修，40度的高温天啊，可怕。第三晚仍然有一个房间没有空调。提前沟通询问电热水壶是否有，回复可以问前台要，办入住时问前台要电水壶非常勉强，还是说了已经邮件要求过的，才给了一个，后来才反应过来，酒店的电压不行啊，难怪不想给电水壶

We had a really great time at Park Hotel. The service was excellent, they have extremely nice and smiling personell who fixed everything we asked for. They don’t try hard, they just seem to love what they are doing and make your stay perfect. Fantastic nice architecture and interior decoration. Nice and clean pool and good mocktails (probably also cocktails). Beautiful view, alltogether perfect!

Maybe the aircondition was a bit noisy. We used earbuds, so we had a comfortable stay.

The location was excellent, short walk to main area with lots of restaurants, shops and right opposite the stunning Public Gardens. My room size, air conditioning and view was also good. Wifi also worked well in my room.

My room wasn't clean, I had to ask them to wash the floor as dirt, hair, dust stuck to my feet when I took my shoes off. I wiped a paper towel on the floor to show how much dirt was there and they organised a cleaner straight away. The hotel itse'f was pretty run down, I think it was probably once an amazing 5 star hotel but it's in urgent need of renovation. Upon arrival reception didn't offer any advice on where to go for dinner, what to do for sight seeing. I had to ask for directions which didn't really make sense to me.

This is an amazing hotel, great pool, nice size rooms, extremely friendly staff. Had lunch by pool 2 times, was excellent. Breakfast is fine. Price is amazing for Taormina, quiet excellent location, many restaurants to choose from walking distance. Can’t wait to come back next year ! Grazie Cettina for giving us a room before the check in time with a terrace and amazing views! Grazie Pina & Julia, you are both kind and friendly to your guests. Looking forward to seeing each other every year 🥰😘

Équipe du bar/restaurant incroyable, toujours disponible et souriant un grand merci à eux ! Le ménage était très bien fait, la chambre était bien rangée. Incroyable petit déjeuné le matin. La piscine est très agréable surtout quand il fait très chaud. Très proche du centre, possible de tout faire à pied et l’arrêt du bus est tout proche !

Un peu déçu de l’équipement sportif. On avait cru comprendre qu’il y avait une salle de sport mais il y uniquement un tapis de course, un vélo d’appartement et une machine, le tout posé à l’extérieur de l’hôtel

Rooms at the back, not over looking the pool were dark, shower didn’t close so it flooded the bathroom and AC didn’t work (but got fixed). Hard to get sun lounger and 2 collapsed as we sat on them. Staff could speak English but not fluent so we’re unable to help us work out bus travel.

Some things clearly require reparation or/and restoration; the bathrooms shown on photos dont exist in the hotel, the pictures on booking com must be from another property, the ceiling has humidity traces, showers are very old ( cabins) nothing to have with pictures; the staff is very kind and efficient in the hotel an at the restaurant

Lovely characterful hotel. Great location and views. Good size room and comfortable bed. Malin and Yuliya, who worked in the bar and done the breakfast, are excellent workers. Nothing was too much for them, especially in the mornings when they worked the breakfast room which was always extremely busy they always smiled and were very obliging. The cleaning staff were also very nice they kept rooms and the hotel very clean.

Der Blick auf die Bucht von Naxos und den Aetna ist sensationell. Seit unserem letzten Aufenthalt hat sich einiges verbessert. Das Frühstück ist gut und wird ansprechend präsentiert. Es wirkt sauber. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum ist sehr freundlich.

Es gibt immer noch vieles was renoviert werden muss, um der Schönheit des alten Grandhotels gerecht zu werden. An vielen Ecken bröckelt der Putz und wenn renoviert wurde, dann eher verschlimmbessert.

Het hotel ligt gunstig gelegen, op 10 minuten wandelen van het centrum. De kamers zijn wat ouder, maar ruim en voorzien van airco. Je auto kan je parkeren (€18,- per nacht) bij het hotel. De sleutel geef je af, zodat ze de auto’s kunnen verplaatsen indien nodig. Tegen een borg krijg je badhanddoeken voor het zwembad. Je kan bij het terras wat drinken!

De ligbedjes zijn beperkt, waardoor je soms even moet wachten op een bedje. De wijnen vallen tegen bij de bar, het schijnt dat hier vroeger meer keuze was (genoeg andere opties mogelijk).

Our room was spacious we enjoyed our terrace overlooking mount etna . As i look at our room it hasn't been cleaned properly. Its nor just our room but . The entire building and the sorrounding areas appear to be poorly cleaned. The breakfast was ordinary, dry cakes, and small flies around the prunes. Bad communication skills. The person who i asked to on how we get to the hotel did not seem suited for his job. He just said JUST GET A TAXI in all capital letters. I asked if theres another alternative and he didnt reply.

Great location, not to far away from the main streets of Taormina but far enough away that you didn't feel overwhelming. 5 minute walk from the main streets. Right night to a beautiful city park. Incredible views that blew us away. The pool was perfect and clean. The staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful. The rooms were charming and very clean.

No drink making facilities in the room. - tea/coffee Breakfast had a vast choice of cakes/pastries but not alot of hot food.

The View: We booked a room with a balcony and a sea/volcano view, and it was worth every single penny. Waking up to that scenery was incredible. The room itself was decent and comfortable. Staff: The hotel staff deserves a special mention—they were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, it’s a good hotel with an unbeatable location and amazing views, but a few improvements in housekeeping and the kitchen would easily make it a 5-star experience. Breakfast & Food: The breakfast selection was quite basic, and unfortunately, the sweet pastries lacked flavor. We also tried the pizza at the hotel restaurant, but it was very weak and basic—we definitely recommend eating out for lunch and dinner. (Note: We didn't get a chance to try the swimming pool, so we can't comment on that).

This hotel was in a fantastic Central location, with beautiful sea views from the balconies. The pool was of a good size, but could do with more loungers. Car parking looked horendous, but the staff organised it by their superb valet service. The room was roomy and clean, but could have done with a better shower in our room. Staff were very attentive and friendly and were certainly prepared to go the extra mile. A special mention is needed for Savotorri, a fantastic, funny and friendly bar man. Breakfast room was spacious and clean. Food was a varied buffet with plenty of choice, they were sometimes a little slow to refill items, but the omelette was tasty. The light lunch menu was also adequate. Thanks for your hospitality

What a lovely hotel & staff were wonderful. Our cleaning lady got me the perfect pillow when I asked for a soft one! Pina was a joy & went over & above the work she did. I only had to ask & she sorted it! Breakfast was amazing & had everything you could wish for. The rest of the staff staff were also very helpful. Thank you all.

Loved this beautiful hotel in the ideal location. A balcony / terrace view is a must for the stunning views that are amazing. The hotel was a delight beautiful pool outdoors great staff that were very friendly. The food was wonderful .Everything was clean & fresh within the rooms. A few minutes walk into the beautiful town of Toarmina and park directly opposite offering beautiful nature. I can't recommend this beautiful hotel enough transportation to & from airport was first class . I will definitely be returning

Der Poolbereich war schön, das Zimmer war schön groß, toller Ausblick.

Der Mann an der Rezeption ist ziemlich unfreundlich. Den Empfang hatten wir uns schöner vorgestellt. Er hat uns nichts erklärt, keine Tipps zur Umgebung gegeben. Eine kurze Einweisung beim Check-in wäre gut gewesen. Zum Beispiel wo befindet sich die Bushaltestelle, wie kommen wir zum Strand, wo ist die Altstadt usw. So etwas hat uns einfach gefehlt. Auch der Check-out war nicht besser. Frühstück entsprach nicht 4 Sternen. Tische waren nicht eindeckt, man musste nach Besteck fragen. Auch war das Personal beim cocktails mixen nicht sonderlich kompetent. Man hatte das gefühl, die wissen selbst nicht was auf ihrer Karte steht. Zudem gab es immer wieder Probleme mit dem Fahrstuhl. Die Zimmer waren sehr altmodisch. Der Baulärm war sehr lästig.

Phantastische Aussicht auf Küste und Mittelmeer. Gute Lage, alles prima fußläufig zu erreichen.

The staff was so helpful on so many areas of our stay, dealing with reservations and luggage. The breakfast is amazing and the entire place has a beautiful view. The pool area is wonderful.

The staff more than exceeded my expectations. My luggage did not arrive with us at the airport. The staff called the airport for us every day and were so helpful to us. They cannot do anything about it, but you have to understand the roads in most of Sicilian towns and cities - if you are driving it is very challenging.
