Very clean and the hotel was close to everywhere ❤️

Language barrier ….not enough English speaking staff to help us out

Konum mükemmel , tarif edilemez arkadaşlar .. Türk arkadaşlara söylüyorum bütçeniz uygun ise eğer mutlaka buraya gitmelisiniz.

Sigara odası biraz daha büyük olsa kafi :)

The rooms are spacious and clean Staff are professional and friendly

Excellent location, in front of Dotonburi Excellent availability of cold water Reasonable breakfast selection

Terrible check in process Bathroom shower head too low for comfort

Fantastic location, spotlessly clean, great bathroom products, wonderful to have a bath

Two of the pillows were very overstuffed and therefore difficult to sleep on as too hard

Comfortable bed and great shower. luv the fact that the shower is separate from toilet. iron in the room. great, helpful staff. fabulous breakfast. lockers/locks for bags before/after check in/out is a plus. Great location.

Czystość, lokalizacja tuż obok najbardziej znanych miejsc w Osace, przepyszne i niesamowicie zróżnicowane śniadania i nawet maszyna do lodów ;) Relatywnie cicho i spokojnie.

Great location

Triple room is extremely small! Don’t think it’s the real indicated size

We were very close to the main tourist areas for shopping, etc. Breakfast was very good buffett style.

location is very good, there is a luggage storage service for us before check in and after check out

localização excelente

limpeza a cada 3 dias

A great hotel in the perfect location with very polite and helpful staff.

Everything about this property was perfect. Location, breakfast, lounge access and bubble the staff.

Everything was perfect

Maybe the room for 3 was too small.

The staff were really kind and friendly, the free drinks in the lobby were lovely and the location was absolutely fantastic. We will definitely stay again when we return to Osaka

Location amazing

Amabilidad, limpieza, ubicación

Right in the heart of Osaka with a quick 5 minute walk to the centre of Dotonbori. Free coffee machine in the lobby is also a great addition to every other service provided.

Nothing, ticked all my boxes

Large rooms with comfortable beds and bathroom facilities.

Only two lifts for large hotel meant having to wait for the lifts.

Location and proximity to Restaurants, shops, railway station,

Fabulous location right at Dotonbori. Rooms very clean and tidy. The buffet breakfast was superb. Would highly recommend this property.

Only location was good

1. Our view was the wall of another building. We were there for 5 nights and Management did not want to accommodate our request to switch to another room. We were only given the option to upgrade for more $$$. 2. WiFi was slow and TV was outdated with no option for YouTube or Netflix. They gave us a wire to connect to our device but this drained our battery and heated our device since the TV is so old 3. The hotel is not luxury and service is not of a 4 star hotel. We’ve been to nicer 3 star hotels with better service. 4. Lounge area closed early at 10 pm.

Room size, Location and the Staff

Nothing

Ottima posizione, staff gentile e disponibile.

Nice modern hotel, great location.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The lounge idea. The location was sublime. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Having a secure luggage holding area was a plus too.

The location is excellent, very close to Namba Station, and in the heart if Dotombori. The bedroom is spacious and very well furbished. Spacious bathroom, with shower and bathtub. Very good AC. Very good Breakfast with a plethora of options, both continental and local to choose from. Free fresh water and ice dispenser in every floor, with a vending machine also. Dedicated staff.

The Wi-Fi didn't work in some of the days. And at night it can be a bit noisy, due to the proximity to Dotombori and it being on a very busy avenue.

Great location.

In stanza pigiama, ciabatte, phone.

Tutto bene ci ritornerei

Great location! Convent to everything.

Posizione centralissima, staff cordiale, struttura accogliente e molto pulita. Fiore all'occhiello è la colazione, semplicemente eccezionale! Consigliatissimo

Nulla

Voto 9/10!

Poca luminosità nella hall

Bardzo dobre śniadanie, Lokalizacja super. Wszędzie blisko.

Pokój dość mały.

Good location

Very noisy. Loud Motorcycles driving around until late at night could be heard in my room. Happy hour food was not good.

The location was in a perfect spot, right in the heart of osaka but at the same time was quiet from your room. The breakfast was incredible and well varied. The staff were super helpful and knowledgeable.

The hotel was probably one of the nicest hotels ive stayed in. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were the best pillows ive slept on in Japan. Its definitely worth the price. From tge moment i walked in to drop my bags off the staff was ready to help at every turn.

There's not much that could've been better expect maybe a slightly better view but thats not on the hotel.

Son emplacement

Impersonnel tout est automatisé

Everything, excellent location, attention, cleanliness, the restaurant was outstanding

The location, the breakfast buffet and the bathroom.

For me the WiFi was not always working, although my partner had no issues.

great location and very welcoming staff always happy to assist

all good , no complaints

Location and the lovely room

Toiletries had to be picked up from the lobby

The staff was very friendly and kind. The buffet breakfast was great, but mostly the location was amazing, close to everything.

Location and service

Excellent hotel. Excellent location. Excellent breakfast. Strongly recommended! 🫶🏻

I loved everything.

Camera spaziosa ed insonorizzata, colazione eccezionale. Ottima posizione

Nulla

Struttura moderna e pulita. Camere spaziose
