The parking for the money they charge you shouldn't have to pay extra for parking just because they over booked they parking lot and have to park in their garage and still have to pay.

Upon awakening I had multiple 13 bites on my right hand and arm. I did report this incident to the front desk. Fortunately my 91 year old mother was in the other bed and does not have any bites.

The night shift lady was rude and failed to respond to our issue. People in the room next to us were very noisy. They continued this until 2:30 am. I complained at 11:30, again at 12:30 then the last time at 2:00 am. The last time the desk women told me she couldn't' here anything. The room next to us was slamming doors and yelling. We were near the pool but closes at 11. If it was coming from the pool after 11 then that was unexceptable.We had a 5:20 shuttle so we only got about 2 hours of sleep.

I did not like the fact that my family and I had to wait for an hour to receive a shuttle back to the hotel. There was unclear/misleading instructions on how to get transportation back from the Mall.

Clean & easy access to the airport

The front desk on 7/7 was so nasty when I told her my complaint about the wake up call. I don’t think that’s the proper way to handle the situation.

We had an early flight so we did not get to eat breakfast, but it would have been nice to have some fruit or breakfast bars available. Our room was lovely. It was a nice big king room with lots of space.

The only thing that I saw that needed improvement in the room was the bathroom floor tile. There was cracked tiles that were wobbly when you stepped on them.

Our suite was a lot larger than expected, for the price we paid. This was very much appreciated, as we had a rambunctious 4 year old with us.

The carpet in our room had two sticky spots. To avoid stepping on them, we put the two tiny trash cans on them, and had to walk around them. The bathroom had a broken tile on the floor, near the center of the room. The sharp edges had been covered with clear silicone to prevent an injury, as the sharp edges were not level to the rest of the floor. Hopefully this was a short-term, temporary fix… As this was a suite, it would have been nice to have a roll of paper towels or a few eating utensils, given the large amount of cabinet / countertop space and large sink in the kitchenette.

The bed, sheets and pillows were fabulous. The curtain shade was wonderful. Clean and lovely. Breakfast ver nice and all kinds of choices

Tv didn't work. Staff came and got it started but then it stopped.

Breakfast was great. We enjoyed the food and the location.

Although it said free parking in several places on the website, we were told there was a new policy started June 9 and charged us $15 each for 2 cars to park overnight. Several of the tiles on the bathroom floor were loose, just laying in place. The bathroom light fixture was broken, a hole in the glass globe. The sleeper sofa was bent and terribly uncomfortable.

When I checked in they were attempting to charge me more than my booked stay and also charge me parking. Thankfully I had my confirmation with the price and the complementary parking info. Also they don’t service rooms but every other day if you are there longer than one night. They also charge a $50/night hold, which is not informed anywhere until in person. The night before check we asked about a late check out. They advised we could do 12 or 1pm. We opted for 1pm. The next day we ended up checking out at 11:39am with the front desk. But I was charged a 46.75 late departure fee. When I called to ask about it they said it’s for any departure past 12pm. Which 1. Was not informed over the phone when requesting the late check out and 2. I advised we checked out at 11:39am and the rep asked if I checked out with front desk. Thankfully I had my print out which had the time stamp. One of the beds in the room had a broken box spring and the pullout was dented badly.

Good location

Very noisy and lots of door slamming. Halls smelled like pot. Pillows and bed uncomfortable. No place to hang your clothes. Police officers in 2 cars showed up our second night in our hall. Not sure what was going on but I did not like it. A man my husband met outside the front door said tomorrow night things were going to go down and there would be many more cops We did not stay there our third night due to this

The pool is small.

Spacious and clean. I was surprised at how silent it was. When we got out we realize it is right in direction of the aircraft’s runway, and aircraft’s were noisy, but from inside you couldn’t really tell!

I wrote every day for a month to ask if there was a shuttle. They never answered. When we arrived I called but I didn’t understand the instructions from the phone, so we took a taxi. It was late night, after midnight. On the next day we saw there is a website where you can book the shuttle. It would have been nice to know!

Breakfast is included, which is a big plus the pool was pretty clean. The workout gym is small, but it need to do did what needed to be done

Breakfast was okay, room was huge and comfortable but had some maintenance issues with floor tiles being broken/not fastened in the bathroom. Very close to the light rail station and Mall of America. Great shuttle service. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Sheets were very wrinkled and appeared to be slept on. If we weren’t so tired when we went to bed, we would have contacted the front desk for new sheets.

Location to the airport and to my daily travel needs. Quiet and clean room.

The dining area! Most of the upholstery needs cleaning and or replacement. I had breakfast around 7:00 AM all four mornings. Two mornings I had to ask the front desk to empty both trash cans in the serving area as they were over flowing with garbage. One morning the decaf coffee was lukewarm - pretty sure it was left over from the previous evening. One morning there were only three forks available and two oranges in the bowl. Again, had to tell front desk about the shortage. I would recommend adding Greek yogurt to the yogurt selection and a heartier whole grain bread to the bread choices. Also, do the butter pads really need to be refrigerated? This is out of your control but I did have to change rooms due to water dripping out of the bathroom light fixture in my room. It was a smooth transition - just disruptive.

Whenever going to front desk the tenant was always on there phone

I was informed that the reservation did not include Parking and Shuttle to the Airport which was clearly stated that it did in my reservation. The receptionist said their parking was full and gave me contact info for a Park and ride. It cost me an additional $132.00 To park there. I would like a refund for parking off site.

We loved the spacious room for 4 adults! Was a double queen suite! Breakfast was good and lots of options.

Only thing we didn’t like was the parking is limited and there is no hot tub.
