We stayed at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge during our first visit to London and had a positive experience, which is why we decided to choose this hotel again. Unfortunately, our second stay was extremely disappointing. We were assigned Room 1226, which had no window facing outside. After seeing the room, we immediately informed reception that enclosed spaces trigger our anxiety and kindly requested a different room. We were told that the hotel was fully booked, but our request was noted. The following day, after other guests had checked out, we approached reception again and asked to be moved. Once again, we were simply told that the hotel was fully booked. We felt that our concerns were neither understood nor taken seriously, and no alternative solution was offered. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. The lamp in our room kept flickering, and the cabinet door housing the refrigerator was broken. Even after housekeeping cleaned our room, these obvious maintenance issues were neither reported nor resolved. We are genuinely disappointed to have received such poor service from a hotel of this standard. We expected much better customer care, attention to detail, and room maintenance. A beautiful hotel is not just about its appearance or location. It is also about how guests are treated, especially when they raise genuine concerns. We sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes a greater effort to look after its guests. Sadly, this stay has completely changed our impression of a hotel we previously enjoyed.

Multumesc pe aceasta cale intregului personal in special receptionerei care ne a primit ,ospatarelor si bucatarului care ne a incantat serile cu preparatele sale.Regret ,dar nu stiu nume.

Skvělá poloha pro objevování Londýna. Spousta zajímavých míst dostupná pěšky, další spousta po řece nebo přímou linkou doubledeckeru. Molo i zastávka je prakticky přímo u hotelu. Snídaně velmi dobré a jako třešničku na dortu máte výhled na Big Ben. Personál vřelý a ochotný. Místo je hodně frekventované, ale organizované na jedničku. Otevírání pokoje a ovládání výtahu nám trochu zlobilo. Vzali jsme si raději klasickou kartu.

Room location was good but didn’t like the carpets. My nose was blocked through out. Maybe consider removing carpets in the rooms. At times they could be having dust mites.

I didn’t like the idea of having carpets in the rooms. I didn’t like the way I was treated by one of the young staff at the Concierge.

Staff was so helpful with my older parents. Lovely pool and spa area. Amazing bathroom, clean and super spacious. Great king size bed, so comfortable. Concierge helpful holding our bags. Taxes are easy from the front of the hotel. Midday check-out.

Lighting...dark in corridors and lobby, not ideal for getting around (older parents). Coffee shop in entrance added service charge and tip without permission to do so...be aware.

Location!!! The location is just perfect. The rooms are quite big and have good bed and spacious comfortable bathrooms. The room was also very quiet. The swimming pool is very nice if you’re traveling with kids. The hotel is very big, but has a lot of lifts so we were never waiting too much for one to come.

The sofa bed was ok for my 4 year-old, but not very comfortable for an adult. Also, I found it weird that the prices charged for room service were higher than what is mentioned in the room service menus (not just the 12,5% service, but also the actual prices). But London is expensive. All in all, we had a great stay.

There were no windows. The room was in the centre of the hotel which was round. It was very disconcerting.

Even though there was a good selection at breakfast, it was poor quality and often cold. Terrible coffee at breakfast. Not very friendly. Lounge area uncomfortable. Lack of coffee/biscuits in room. Expensive bar.

No bedside lights, sink plug didn't work, no slip mat in shower, only one light switch by the door so had to get out of bed to switch lights off, only 2 tea bags provided, bathroom extractor broken, no sanitary bags, minimal wardrobe space,very disappointing stay for the price

It was very clean and smelt lovely. The staff and cleaners were so welcoming and happy to help with anything you needed.

The location is excellent, with all the major tourist attractions within walking distance or easily accessible by Underground. The room was very spacious, and the staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.

Everything, My friend’s 3 year old’s hand got such in to the revolving entrance doors, he now has a fracture in his thumb and none of the staff memebers tried to help at all. When she contacted the hotel all they said was they are “sorry” and the staff member was “dealing with another guest” while there was literally a child screaming and crying for help. My friend even broke a nail trying to get his hand out while the security staff stared and didn’t bother pressing the emergency release button. I am absolutely disgusted by the hotel’s behaviour. She has not even been offered anything as compensation. Rather than holding the staff accountable, she was making absolutely stupid excuses for him. I am never ever staying at this hotel again where they clearly have no morals. And I would advise everyone to not stay here as well.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is amazing with great views over Westminster. Breakfast was great, so much choice. Rooms were really clean and tidy. Ice machine at the end of every corridor was a nice touch too.

Rooms could use a little maintenance. The mirror in our room had a crack in it. The shower temperature was hard to get right and the toilet flush was hard to operate.

Die Lage ist absolut genial. Direkt an der Westminster Bridge ist vieles zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut.

Da das Hotel über 1000 Zimmer hat, ist es sehr stark frequentiert. Dies machte sich besonders beim Frühstück bemerkbar.

I return to this hotel because of its location. That’s the best thing about it. I also love the sushi restaurant it’s amazing.

i stayed for 3 nights in a room facing big ben, my room wasn’t cleaned on the first day even though i didn’t opt for that. Nothing in the room was replenished either. Basically nobody came by. When i complained i was told they don’t clean the room when it’s only 3 days. I had to argue for that to change. After a long day of being outside, one needs to come home to a clean room. The bathroom needs renovation - the shower was leaking outside and the one in the tub is too short, you have to sit or bend down when bathing. The staff in this hotel are very rude on arrival. They only seem to smile at checkout. You get the feeling it is a commercial hotel. so if you expect to be pampered and made to feel welcome , don’t stay here. However if you don’t care about all that and you want the best location and a safe vibrant hotel then this is it.

A proximidade de grandes pontos turísticos. É possível visitar o Big Ben, casas do Parlamento, abadia de westminster, war rooms de Winston Churchill e muitos mais, simplesmente caminhando. É próximo de estações de Metro e autocarro. Os restaurantes no próprio edifício do Hotel, são muito bons.

Struttura grande e perfettamente gestita. Pulizia ottima e letti comodi…..letto enorme. Camere grandissime e super silenziose sia per ciò che concerne il rumore esterno sia tra le camere. Colazione buona e super abbondante. Tantissime le possibilità per poter scegliere la tratta migliore con i bus che passano esattamente all’esterno. Due linee metro nelle vicinanze. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli gratuitamente nella sala adibita.

Not clear for me the program that offer if you did not clean your room! I got voucher but not sure how to use it!

Staff were dismissive. The room not made up for number of guests on arrival. Room phone didn't work, needed to outside dial reception. Room was run down, frayed carpet, damaged bathroom mirror, failing shower trap.causing sewage smell in shower.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We had the studio with a view of the London Eye. It’s a great room. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are well-insulated.

The shower stall had some mold stains on the floor and the walls.

Great location, lots of places easily walkable to including Waterloo main rail station and undergrounds at Waterloo and Embankment. Friendly staff on reception and comfortable room.

The location waa great. The spa and dedicated kids area was also a nice touch.

Housekeeping left a dirty glove in my bed and that was off putting and unfortunate. I was not happy on how it was (not) resolved. Especially for how much you pay for this place, you would think they would offer you points at least..they offered an apology. First and last time I will stay there. .

As usual Park Plaza delivers a consistent high quality excellent experience. Staff are friendly and helpful- we have some fairly specific needs which they met, as they have done previously at this Park Plaza and others. Clean, great atmosphere, comfortable rooms and amazing views. A prime location for all the tourist locations too.

The room was nice and bed was huge. Staff were very nice.

Walls a bit thin so could hear alot outside and next door rooms. Main issue was you had to book the pool time slot. I had called before booking the room and asked if I could use pool they said yes but didnt say to pre book slot so when I got there couldnt use pool as all full. Also didnt have smart TV and wanted ypu to pay to watch movies.
