El hotel se encuentra bien ubicado, cerca del centro histórico y del puerto. Podes moverte caminando a diferentes puntos. Las instalaciones cómodas e impecables! El personal muy atento y dispuestos! Recomendable!

Very close to the beaches and within walking distance of the old city, in front of the hotel there is a large parking lot. The staff is amazing with a desire to serve.

Vriendelijke personeel. Opvallend dat een van hen vanaf het ontbijt tot midden in de nacht werkte toen mijn airco lekte en ik van kamer wisselde. Fijn dat deze oplossing geboden werd. Locatie, grenzend aan de oude stad, daardoor beloopbaar. Strand voor de deur en veel parkeerplekken (1,00€/uur) Ik kreeg een fles prosecco bij binnenkomst aangeboden

Verouderde kamers met dus ook lekkende airco Ontbijt niet echt uitgebreid Toch wel wat verschil tussen de foto en de werkelijkheid

The staff was very kind and ensured warmth while staying professional at all times. The hotel was clean and the room had everything that one would require. Location was great, walking distance to the beach as well as to the centre. Hotel had a lot of paid parking (public parking) spaces around it.

The only one thing that could be improved is breakfast. Whilst tasty, it was redundant for all seven days. A variety could be a better option. Also, if the hotel works on providing food options for lunch or dinner, it could be nice.

Hotel.polozny blisko centrum i plaży zaledwie 2 minuty spacerkiem. Śniadania bardzo dobre obsługa na wielki plus .dziennie sprzątane pokoje klima super.

Miałem jeden przykry incydent z recepcja 12.08 obudziła nas telefonem przed pierwszą w nocy szukając gości którzy zamówili transfer na lotnisko o 1 w nocy .

Posizione strategica, personale accogliente e disponibile, struttura molto pulita,ma soprattutto ho avuto la sorpresa che dopo aver prenotato una camera standard, ho ricevuto tramite un upgrade gratuito,una bellissima suite. Grazie.

Hôtel agréable dans l’ensemble. Le petit-déjeuner est de bonne qualité, l’emplacement est idéal à proximité du port, les chambres sont propres et les transports en commun permettent de se déplacer facilement grâce aux bus situés à proximité.

Le personnel du petit-déjeuner n'était pas particulièrement accueillant. Lors du check-out, le réceptionniste n'a pas engagé de conversation et ne nous a pas demandé si notre séjour s'était bien déroulé ou si nous avions été satisfaits de notre expérience. Un échange plus chaleureux et un minimum d'intérêt pour le ressenti des clients auraient été appréciés.

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt! Die Dame am Empfang war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt. Auch das Frühstück hat überzeugt und bot einen gelungenen Start in den Tag. Besonders praktisch für Motorradfahrer: Direkt vor dem Hotel stehen kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Das Hotel ist zudem sehr einfach zu erreichen, ganz ohne den sonst oft stressigen ZTL-Verkehr. Sowohl die Altstadt als auch der Strand sind in wenigen Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kombination aus herzlichem Service, toller Lage und angenehmem Komfort hat den Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Klare Empfehlung – ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten!

Das Hotel liegt am Rande der Altstadt, aber fußläufig zum Hafen ( Boote nach Favignana) und zum Bus zur Talstation der Funicolare zum Kloster Erice

Parkirišče čez cesto poceni. Blizu starega mestnega jedra izven ZTL. Ogromna soba in kopalnica ter okusen zajtrk. Kapučino ti prinesejo k mizi in povprašajo, če bi še enega.

Byłyśmy mile zaskoczone różnorodnością śniadania. Bardzo duży wybór i wszytko świeże i smaczne. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Hotel sprawia bardzo dobre wrażenie, a jego lokalizacja to strzał w 10. Na powitanie zostałyśmy mile przywitane butelką wina musującego. Pan w recepcji wszystko dokładnie nam wytłumaczył i wskazał miejsca. Ręczniki w pokojach wymieniane codziennie, odkurzane i codziennie również była myta podłoga, dostarczane kosmetyki i nienagannie ścielone łóżka.

Widać było gdzieniegdzie zalegający kurz, ale nie przeszkadzało to nikomu z obecnych gości.

Would never stay here again. We were here May 19-21 2026. Isn’t even a one star hotel. It’s an old tired hotel with no air conditioning. We were “upgraded” to a room on the first floor. Bad idea. Noisy because of all the traffic and with no air conditioning we tried to leave the window open at night but the mosquitoes and traffic noise drove us crazy. The only upside is that it’s close to all the shops and restaurants in the centre of town. Stay away from this place.

Ottima posizione, a due passi dal mare e dal centro cittadino e nel caso si dovesse arrivare con il bus dall'aeroporto (di Trapani o di Palermo), la fermata è a circa 400 metri dalla struttura. La mia camera anche se non era vista mare era esageratamente grande e il bagno aveva sia la vasca che la doccia. Anche la colazione, sia dolce che salata è stata varia ed abbondante (i dolci buonissimi).

Un emplacement parfait dans la ville avec un accueil chaleureux. Une chambre agréable avec une bonne insonorisation. Le tout dans un hôtel charmant.

La literie bien trop dur et inconfortable pour un 4 étoiles, idem pour le petit déjeuner ne comprenant que des produits sucrés et trop peu de crudités, fromage et aitre... insuffisant pour cette catégorie d'hôtel et pour le prix

Room was very clean and comfortable. Good location with great restaurants just around the block. Public parking across the street was easy and cheap. Breakfast in the morning was really good. The staff was very helpful.

The hotel is centrally located, close to the sea, shops and an easy walk down VIa Garibaldi to the centre of the old town. We were very lucky to be upgraded from a standard room. Our room a junior suite was very spacious. With a seating area and bedroom area. The bathroom was large with a walk in shower. The staff were ready to give advice on places to visit, buses etc. Reception staff were lovely. Breakfast was the usual continental fayre. If you didn't include breakfast in your booking there are several cafes within a few minutes walk.

Could be busy at breakfast as there were coach parties staying. But the restaurant staff coped well and if you like a later breakfast you could miss the rush.

The hotel was very central and the staff was exceptional. Room was of a high standard and finding a bottle of bubbly was a nice touch. Breakfast mainly continental but with a wide choice and every morning there was something new to try out.

El personal fue muy cordial y atendió todos nuestros requerimientos de manera ágil y eficiente. Los dos cuartos que reservamos eran excelentes. El baño renovado, las camas comodísimas y la decoración correcta. El desayuno fue muy abundante y variado. Había opciones para todos los gustos. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Appena arrivati abbiamo avuto un upgrade gratuito, il giorno successivo lo staff ci ha fatto una sorpresa graditissima facendoci trovare una bottiglia di Prosecco. La camera è ampia e ben tenuta, lo staff gentile ed educato, oltre che efficiente. La posizione dell'hotel lo rende ideale come base per escursioni in zona. Colazione abbondante.

Завтраки однообразные и круассаны были не свежие а разогретые . В комнате покрывало было с пятном .

Besonders nette Mitarbeiter, vor allem an Rezeption und der Service Chef beim Frühstück. Zimmer mit großem Bett und schönem Bad. Tolles Frühstück. Nach einer netten Unterhaltung an der Rezeption haben wir sogar eine Flasche Sekt aufs Haus bekommen.

La struttura è dotata le stanze sarebbero da ristrutturare, e da pulire meglio, la colazione veramente no poche cose e tutto confezionato nulla di prodotti locali, non è di certo un 4 stelle

Camera ampia, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Personale accogliente e gentile. Posizione centrale con possibilità di parcheggio nelle vie limitrofe.
