- Había una construcción al frente de mi habitación que no me dejaba dormir por las mañana - Las habitación no tenía ventana, tampoco balcón, no había forma de tomar un poco de sol desde la habitación - Los cristales de la habitación estaban muy sucios y la vista al mar no era muy mala por el mismo sucio de los cristales - El estacionamiento es un poco complicado - Solo reponen 2 botellas en la refrigerador, aunque se puede pedir todas las que uno desea, entiendo que si hay dos personas en una habitación lo correcto será por lo menos 2 para cada uno… es molesto estar llamando para pedir agua… - Pedir algo en el área de la piscina es complicado, una solo camarero para todas las personas que estaban en el momento

La ubicación en Condado es buena, tiene un buen bar en el lobby y una discoteca buena viernes y sábado

Había mucho ruido tanto de huéspedes, como de la máquina de hielo pero si te todo una remodelación y construcción cercana. Los martillazos comenzaban temprano. La segunda noche nos cambiaron de habitación y fue mucho mejor

This was my fifth stay at this beautiful resort this year, and every time I return, it feels like coming home. Because the property is smaller and more intimate, you truly become part of a family with the staff. A special thank you to our butler, Alexis. One of the biggest reasons we keep coming back is because of him. He always goes above and beyond, anticipating our needs and making sure every detail is perfect. He makes us feel at home from the moment we arrive. Thank you as well to Julio in the restaurants for always accommodating our preferences, even when we ask for something not on the menu. Oscar is exceptional with his wine recommendations and always attentive. Santo, the restaurant supervisor, constantly checks on us and genuinely cares that every dining experience is outstanding. The entertainment team deserves special recognition too. Priscila, Jesus, Mary, and the entire team are amazing. They are friendly, engaging, and make every activity fun without ever being pushy or making guests feel obligated to participate. And thank you to Alexander at the VIP Club bar for his excellent service and warm hospitality. I highly recommend this resort. The food and drinks are excellent, the rooms are immaculate, and housekeeping services them twice a day, ensuring that all amenities are always replenished. This resort is more than just a vacation destination—it truly feels like a second home, and we can’t wait to return again.

Close to the beach. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Lobby smelled great!

A little disappointed with the Aqua restaurant. The servers were fine but not impressed with the food. Near the end of our stay, demolition began on a pool/oasis right below our window- there was no warning that this would be happening.

They had concert or very loud music all night then did construction almost every morning, that was disappointing. Also, I requested tea kettle on the arrival, concierge responded they never had tea kettle before. I needed hot water for my tea & I asked for hot water every day. On the third day another concierge said that they have tea kettle & send it to my room after 3 days struggling. Hotel is beautiful with a lot of pools. By the way, they have two small size hot tubs, the water inside in both of them was disgustingly dirty. Breakfast for a person over $50 before tip. Food is delicious but over priced.

The location was convenient it’s on the strip and if your have to uber everything is in within close proximity

Access to beach and location! The size of my room and the view from balcony were a 10/10! Adult only pool overlooking the beach was perfection.

Construction, one main pool was closed and under Construction. On our 2nd day a lot of seaweed was washed on shore and continued to get worse as the week went on. No beach cleanup conducted by hotel. Restaurant prices were a little high for mediocre food, even at the pool restaurants, service was slow.

The Staff was exceptional. The location was Amazing. I will be returning. The restaurants was tasty clean and accommodating. Loved the Casino. Everything was so eye appealing. Thanks for the complimentary drinks by the pool.

I have traveled to alot of hotels in never been to one that had to pay for heating up ur food for 32 dollars...did not come with a microwave n it was 5 of us..

Great check in with Nelson and Rafael! Lobby bar was very good - bartenders able to tend to everyone and be very efficient and courteous. Definitely upgrade to a room with plunge pool - totally worth it. Suites with city views not that great.

City view is very noisy due to the cars passing by with loud music and the street peddlers playing loud music with their speakers all day and night

Security kept stopping people of color if they were staying at the hotel. The wrist bands are to small and tight to constantly wear

Great location, beach is beautiful and close to restaurants, bars, shops and Old San Juan. Great restaurants on the property as well. Love the in room espresso machine ☕️

The property was beautiful and right on the beach. The pools were really nice and our room was awesome.

It was absolutely beautiful. Hilary at the front desk was God sent. She absolutely made my stay even better. She took care of all our needs.

We had a room with two full beds, I expected the room to be bigger. Every upgrade went to one king bed and a pull out which is not suitable for two adults who are not a couple.

Phenomenal location and on premises food options, spa services were other worldly.

The door to our room was broken and no one fixed it. It let in a ton of light overnight. There was also an adjoining room that made obscene noise (think wall shaking music, scream laughing, etc) on two nights of our stay and hotel staff refused to do anything about it on either evening.

Horrible room service breakfast. Shock when it came in a big brown paper bag with everything plastic. Was not what I expected for an $80.00 breakfast. Quite disappointing.!

The property was clean, beautiful. You didn’t have to leave the property and go nowhere. Everything was there.

Large entrance with a trendy boutique hotel feel. Right on the beach. Our room had the sea view. The location is a plus as well. Walkable everywhere. Our room was fantastic, very large room with everything you need. Comfortable beds and pillows.

The lobby would get a little crowded and noisy at nights, turns into a area with a dj but we never heard from the room. Some wait time at the breakfast room. There would generally be a line

The location was good and the beds were comfortable. It was nice that there were so many dining options near the hotel.

The bathroom was definitely not clean enough there was sand on the floor from the previous guests as well as someone else hair on the towels. Thankfully the bed was clean. I definitely feel like the room was very superficially clean but for the price you would expect the room to be much cleaner. Additionally the pool area was so loud with party music blasting the entire time. If you like that vibe it’s great, but definitely not relaxing at all. Sadly, the beach was covered with litter which made it feel dirty.
