Only one set of bathrooms for the entire floor and no signage to find them. Also, the bathrooms were not cleaned very often

The rooms are so tiny you can’t move between the bunks more than one at a time and when you are feeling unsafe due to other room mate this is not the best for me. I went and spoke with staff but they were not able to assist me, so I left early and booked another place. No refund was offered or given.

The showers are a bit of a strange set up, wish there was a dry area within the shower cubical to store things and get dressed

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, obiekt czysty, śniadania smaczne. Byliśmy we wrześniu, w obiekcie było sporo gości ale nie było to odczuwalne. Nie było kolejek ani w łazienkach ani przy śniadaniu. W bufecie rozsądne ceny, jak na Londyn. My trafiliśmy na pogodę z temperaturą max 23 stopnie w dzień, do pokoju wracaliśmy późnym wieczorem i było OK. Uważam, że przy wyższych temperaturach w pokoju ciężko byłoby wytrzymać.

Trzeba było dopłacić za ręczniki.

- Very good location! Tube stations, shops and bars/restaurants within walking distance. -Beds were comfy. - The bar downstairs was nice to said at and priced reasonably. -Water pressure from the showers were really good.

-Even though the bathrooms were apparently checked regularly, the one of our floor was minging most of the time from sanitary bins over flowing with used products on the floor and even in the shower along with big clumps of hair- we had to go to the other floor for showers. -4 bed hostel was tiny! Bit awkward when 4 people are trying to move around at then same time- especially if you are strangers.

It was clean and the night staff are nice.

The other guests there and the day staff. One girl in my dorm sat in my bed without my knowledge and there were food wrappers and medications when I came back, disgusting!! People also cut the line for the lift which is already tiny.

Pretty convenient location and the food from the onsite bar was very nice. It was convenient to order at the table on my phone. The bed was clean and it was kind of a staff member to make it for me. The dorm was not full. Nice disabled toilet that not many people used as your key card had to be activated for it. The breakfast was amazing. Really good value (cheaper to order in advance when you do the pre-check in form), so much choice and unlimited.

A few snorers in the room, bring ear plugs. The lock on the valuables box for my bed didn't work, couldn't get my padlock in it.

El lugar es muy ruidoso y deprimente. El personal nada amable. Cierran las duchas de tu planta y hay que ir demasiado lejos para ducharse o ir al baño. La cama es muy muy incómoda. Creo que vale la pena pagar más pero escoger un lugar más acogedor.

Receptionen og deres service og planlægningen... de gav os ikke det rum vi har booket og da vi bad om det så løj de og dagde det er det rum vi har booket. Først når jeg viser med billeder min booking og skal forsvarr mig selv ændre de historien og siger at de har opgraderet vores værelse hvilket er løgn. Det stank af lort og det vsr i kølderen...

De slaapzaal was shit. Weinig tot geen frisse lucht gezien ik naast het rokershok zat. Echt mega goor! Heel de slaapzaal rook naar sigaret. En het was super gehorig ook ondanks de ‘quiet hours’. Je voelt ook de metro rijden. Bij het bed heb je 2 USB aansluitingen voor opladen, deze werken niet. Telefoons worden dus niet opgeladen. Bij de make up tafel waren stekkers, maar met 12 mensen kun je je voorstellen dat er niet altijd plek was. Had gelukkig een powerbank bij. 3 van de opslagbakken stonden in het midden van de kamer. Grote koffers namen alle ruimte in. En dat met een slaapzaal van 12 maakte de ruimte erg beperkt.. Je kreeg bij aankomst je pas en dat was het. Geen korte rondleiding of iets. Je moest t zelf maar uitvogelen. Hoofdkussen was ontzettend dun. Heb er een extra gevraagd. Personeel keek me aan alsof ik de gekste vraag stelde. Ik kom hier zeker NIET terug

Praktisch verblijf als je op zoek bent naar een betaalbaar verblijf op een zeer praktische locatie. Zowel met de metro als te voet kun je heel wat leuke plekjes in Londen verkennen. De kamers zijn simpel, maar comfortabel en oké voor wat je verwacht van een goed draaiende hostel.

In de kamers hanger er slechts twee schamelige gordijnen. Die konden niet de ganse ruit bedekken waardoor er een heel groot stuk van het raam open blijft, niet echt aangenaam wanneer je je moet omkleden, zeker wanneer het donker is buiten en je het licht aan moet steken. Een klein tafellampje in de kamer en een comfortabeler kussen waren ook welkom geweest. Je ziet wel dat het poetspersoneel moeite doet om de hostel netjes en hygiënisch te houden. Het is er ook best lawaaierig ‘s avonds maar dat weet je wanneer je in een hostel verblijft.

La ubicación. Está cerca del metro de King Cross St. Pancrass y hay muchos autobuses. Los utilizamos porque con la ola de calor en el metro no se podía estar y el billete de autobús estaba a la mitad.

Te ponen una foto muy bonita pero la habitación era enana, apenas podíamos movernos 4 personas. Además había ola de calor y era un horno, no están nada preparados. Nos dieron un ventilador de torre para los 4, a las literas de arriba no había manera que llegara el aire. No teníamos lavabo en la habitación y los de hombre de la planta no funcionaban. Estuvimos 5 días teniendo que subir a otros pisos para ducharchos o ir al baño.

Os funcionários atenderam muito bem, em particular o Zeca na recepção e o pessoal do café. O João; Joaquin o chef e demais; sempre muito atencioso e prestativo. Nota 10 pra essa turma.

A limpeza nos banheiros as vezes deixava a desejar; principalmente no segundo piso, inclusive com Tampa de vaso sanitario quebrado.

El precio quizás era un poco caro teniendo en cuenta que no es un alojamiento que esté en el centro, (dependes del transporte público) y que se compartía baño pero también es un destino en general caro. Dentro de lo caro está bien de precio...

Temperature in the room and showers

Breakfast and the staff were both stellar. Bed was alright. Facilities were very clean. I was grateful I could use the laundry services on site. I was surprised at how quiet the rooms and hallways were despite all the excited young people around.

Wish the mirror in the bedroom was a bit lower because I had to stand my on tip toes to see myself in it. The shower situation is rough. No night clothes/pajamas allowed in the hallways, but no shelving or lockers to help us change or wash either so you have to awkwardly carry and/or hang everything from two hooks while somehow not getting any of your stuff wet. I had to pack my own towel so I wouldn’t have to pay 5 entire pounds for one, and the fan in the shower room is incredibly loud. I wish I could have booked a bed in a small room only for women, but that wasn’t an option on the site. My male roommate wasn’t rude or anything, but I would’ve felt safer that way.

The worst things are a lot. There is no soap/shower gel in shower you should buy from reception. Never heard of this. The rooms were noisy in late night.people were talking in corridor and could be heared easily. Door was very bad it sounds bad when someone close so it opened my eye late night. People were not respecting silence at night. Only location was good and it's not the value of the money I spent on this. And staff on reception was also not polite. Bathroom was bad too.

Seems like a nice place if you are 16 and came on a school trip.

It is clear that the money invested by the hostel does not scale with their ambitions regarding the scale. Many of the bathrooms remained unclean for a long time, some of them not functional. The walls had low noise insulation so you could hear noises from kids that came on school trips from all over the place, top, bottom floors and left and right.

The staff were efficient and the central location is brilliant - very close to Kings Cross Station.

Unfortunately the room smelt very bad (perhaps linked to the drains connected to the sink?) and it was extremely loud throughout the night. We think our room was located underneath the pool table in the bar upstairs, and unfortunately the floors and walls are super thin. Large groups were socialising in the corridors and rooms around us throughout the night. We're very used to the hustle and bustle of hostels, but this was far beyond the level of noise and disruption that we have experienced before. Perhaps okay as a base for a night out, (if you're not aiming to sleep too much), but not great otherwise :(

Good breakfast and good value for money for one night

Had requested a bottom bunk because of my temporary mobility issues and my request was initially ignored, I had to insist before I got one. I also had originally booked a 4 person room and ended up in a 10 person room. The room also smelled like stale cigarette smoke because it was near the smoking area and clearly the windows weren't insulated well enough.

Głośne łóżka przy najmniejszym ruchu, pokój mniejszy niż był na zdjęciach poglądowych

Zentrale Lage fußläufig zu den Bahnhöfen St. Pancras und Euston und einer Tube-Statuion außerdem zu Läden und Restaurants. Nette Bar mit leckerem Essen.

Toiletten und Duschen für Männer auf unserem Stockwerk waren außer Betrieb, so dass meine Kinder nachts sehr weit laufen mussten, um zur Toilette zu gehen. Es war außerdem sehr warm und stickig. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage und die Fenster lassen sich nur einen winzigen Spalt weit öffnen, so dass es nicht möglich war, die warme und stickige Luft aus dem Zimmer zu kriegen, auch als es draußen wieder kühler war.

Very clean well taken care of in a great area of London in Bloomsbury. They accepted my dog easily. Bar and restaurant very good. Staff everywhere were great

Die Lage ist super, beinahe alles ist schnell zu erreichen durch nahe liegende Stationen. Dadurch kann man die Zeit zumindest gut außerhalb des Hotels verbringen und Menschen kennenlernen falls man alleine reist.

Die Zimmer sind zu eng, wenn mehr als nur eine Person an ihre Kofferbox möchte oder ans Waschbecken. Die Musik in der Bar kann schnell sehr penetrant sein. Wenn die Tanzfläche/Bar im hinteren Bereich öffnet überlappt sich die Musik in der Bar, was Gespräche sehr schwer macht. Einen ruhigen Raum gibt es außer dem eignen Zimmer nicht. Zudem gibt es pro Etage und Geschlecht nur ein Dusch/WC Raum der morgens teils einfach nicht reicht und die Türen der WCs schließen teils nicht ordentlich oder nur mit Kraft oder zerren.

Las instalaciones: poco limpias ( dejaron durante más de 24 horas sábanas, ropa,basura y enseres personales, de las habitaciones ya vacías, en los pasillos ( puedo adjuntar fotos)). En las habitaciones que teníamos baño compartido, como era nuestro caso, tenían un único baño por planta a más de 150 metros de la habitación. Las habitaciones era extremadamente pequeñas ( una para 4 personas, había que medio abrir la puerta,entrar y cerrar ya que tropezaba con la litera y no podía abrirse en su totalidad. La ventilación era nula: una ventana de dos hojas, la cual solo una de ella podía abrirse 10 cm. Imposible ventilar la habitación.

Electric charging links in my room didn't work. Sometimes men's toilets were a bit messy. Door into bedroom was very noisy. I know I am an old fart, but is it possible to have a "quiet room" i. e. no music or noisy school groups?

Location and value for money, near to train stations - London St. Pancras/King's Cross, British Museum (to name a few).

During my recent two-night stay, the bathroom/toilet for males on the 1st and second floor were 'out of service', which was a bit inconvenient for male guests staying on these floors.
