The bed are really small. Rooms very hot all time, doing impossible to sleep. My bed sheets was dirty (attached image)

Very convenient location.

I was assigned the top bed in a three storie tall bunk bed. Too uncomfortable to get up and down and I couldn’t even sit up straight because my head would hit the ceiling.

kind staff, price for the servis great, everything was clean

the only bad think is, the beds are cracking loudly everytime somebody rolls over. my first night (in the middle bunk) i couldnt sleep at all because of that noise caused by the person above me rolling over the whole night. I have asked to switch beds to the top bunk in the morning, which was no problem so my second night was good. So consider bringign earplugs and you will be okay! XD

The room was decent , and the staff are welcoming and helpful , lots of space in the lounge / dining area and a good kitchen if needed / lockers are useful and good touch.

Not much to say on improvement maybe some direction in the kitchen with labels on where things are as i didn't feel like opening every single cupboard to find something.

Ubicación está bien, hay un centro comercial abierto muy cerca y la estación del metro también. El barrio es muy bonito, típico de Londres. Creo que lo mejor es tener la habitación con el baño, así tu no tienes que bajar para utilizar el baño.

Las literas son muy pequeñas, si tu quieres moverte en la cama, hace mucho ruido a todos. No me parece un sitio muy limpio, pero para estar un fin de semana que tu estás más haciendo paseos que dentro de la habitación, te sirve.

Great location, has a good kitchen, the beds in the dorm all have curtains and outlets, lockers are quite big, bathrooms are surprisingly clean for a hostel

Staff was super unfriendly and not welcoming at all, when I arrived late at night I was told they were out of keycards because they were fully booked (how do you have fewer cards then beds??) and they expected me to come up to reception every time I left my room during the night so they could open it up for me. Also they forgot to gave me sheets for the bed when I checked in. My dorm was in the basement and the air down there felt like no ventilation had happened since the summer heatwaves. In the dorm itself there were two tiny windows that provided at least some fresh air. I wasn't looking to meet people but it didn't really feel like a super social hostel. In the common areas most people were just glued to their laptops.

I love the kitchen it really helped me a lot. I love the storage and the private toilet. I loved the tv room, it really helped in whiling away my time😀. And the receptionist especially(Gaser and Anmar) they were really nice. And the cleaning staff where really good with their work.

Hmmm the rules are too much smhow. It almost made me and one other guy hv issue. Just that the bunk isn’t high enough and I was always hitting my heard. Nxt time I will demand for d lower bunk instead of the tup bunk

Great location, around the corner from Russell Square station. Walkable distance to Oxford Street. Lots of restaurants, stores nearby. As it's a hostel with a variety of beds in one room, the privacy curtain that each bunk has makes sleeping in a shared space manageable. There was regular, daily cleaning. There is a washing machine & dryer that you can purchase tokens to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. Very good communal space and kitchen with utensils for cooking. The personal lockers in the rooms are deep enough to fit a carry-on suitcase plus extra space. They sell locks, if you don't have one of your own for the lockers inside the rooms. There are additional lockers in the main area that you can pay to store bags when you check-out. Very good wifi.

It's a hostel, so you'll deal with some noise from other guests coming in and out and the windows bring in outside noise on the busy street. The Female Only showers which were much cleaner and bigger than co-ed showers are located in the basement floor, requiring you to walk past the communal area to get to the showers, especially if you are in your pyjamas but it's not the end of the world.

Basic Hostel but with all essentials. Rooms are clean. You get your bed sheet at the reception when you check in. PIllow and duvet are in the room. My bed was the top (of 3) bunkbed. Locker in the room, althought I must have your own lockpad (or buy one at the reception). Toilet were clean and easy to use. no queue. I didn't use kitchen but seemed large and well equipped. large social area, lots of table and tv. Location is excellent. Might be bit noizy at night but it's central London.

比我想像中好很多，這個價錢在倫敦，又是這樣的地理位置，真的沒什麼好挑剔的。 可以免費寄放行李，房間很安靜，運氣好室友素質都不錯，衛浴也蠻乾淨的，很常看到有人打掃，浴室有吹風機，淋浴間數量也夠用，整體來說很不錯，對倫敦本來沒什麼期望，目前覺得這間青旅可以再回來住，比很多國家好很多。

Me gusta la ubicación suelo quedarme en la mixta pero esta vez me quise quedar en la de mujeres únicamente y fue una catástrofe, no dormí. Las literas hacían ruido mucho, las compañeras se movieron toda la noche fue horrible no pegue ojo.

La habitación era diminuta, no paraba de hacer ruido la gente y además las literas hacían ruido no pegue ojo, soy cliente habitual pero esta vez una decepción tremenda

Le prix était bas, l'emplacement était pratique pour les différents musicales que j'avais à voir, y avait plus d'équipements que prévu.

Il y avait régulièrement du papier toilette par terre dans les toilettes. Les séches-mains étaient fixées trop haut. Je peux comprendre que les dalles sur le mur empêchaient de le fixer plus bas, mais à ce moment-là il aurait mieux valu choisir un modèle plus compact.

Location and price are solid, nice and clean showers(even has hair dryer, rarity for the hostel), plug socket at the bed and all over the common room is wonderful thing, love that you could conveniently buy everything you need at the reception if you forgetful person like I am, kitchen is solid, all of the cooking stuff if provided

This place has no comfortable surface to sit or lay down, after staying there for 5 night I have mysterious bug bites all over me, room where I stayed has barely any natural light or air circulation(which is given, that is a basement room), drying machine in laundry room leaves clothes slightly damp even after 45 minutes cycle(and I didn't even fill it halfway!)

Excellent location in a good area. Excellent value for money. Very clean. I did not make use of the facilities (kitchen etc) during my stay as only stayed for one night but very happy with the venue and my room. Very clean and quiet in the middle of central London and I would not hesitate to recommend this venue and stay there again in the future.

- комнаты как плацкарт в поезде, причем трехэтажный, места нет совсем. - после чекаута нельзя даже сумку оставить на пару часов, надо платить. Нигде такого не видел. - украинцы на рецепшене говорят между собой на русском, а когда узнают что ты русский переходят на хохляндский:) патриоты, чё:)

Alcune persone nella stanza che facevano rumore ad ogni ora della notte. Questo ovviamente non dipende dalla struttura ma dall' educazione delle persone. Usare gli ostelli è comodo, abbastanza economico e permette anche di conoscere persone nuove, basterebbe un po' di educazione e buon senso per condividere gli spazi e stare tutti bene

I came here because I like Smart Hyde Park. I should have stayed there. You have access to a kitchen in London, which is rare.

The manager clearly hated his job and hated being in London. He visibly hated everyone. No clue how he got his job. I went to sit in the counter area and then two guests came over to complain about an issue, and then one of the staff complained about the manager. It was all sorts of confusing to watch.

The location is perfect, and it’s conveniently located near the underground station.

The space above the bed was too low, so we couldn’t sit up properly without hitting our heads. Also, I noticed that the blanket seemed to have been used and was not properly laundered. There were several hairs on the blanket and it also had unpleasant smell.

The space in the rooms are too short. The bunks as well has no much space between lowers and Uppers. The Kitchen is small in order of the people in the hostel.

Die Zimmer waren trotz der Größe und Anzahl der Menschen sehr ruhig nachts. Die Betten waren bequem und die Verdunklungsvorhänge haben für Privatsphäre gesorgt. Die Badezimmer waren gut. Die Wassertemperatur der Dusche sehr angenehm.

Kein Trinkwasser aus der Wasserleitung im Zimmer, dafür gab es in der Rezeption einen Automaten mit Trinkwasser und anderen Getränken.

reception staff were so reserved and dry. housekeeping staff were so much nicer and looked like they were happy to be there oppose to reception! very steep climb if you are on top bunk. sheets had stains on them.

Just round the corner there is a small shopping complex with several little supermarkets. Perfect for grabbing food. Hostel was quiet enough at night.

Room was very small. En suite was super small, didn't risk a shower as I worried about falling in the loo!

Comparti un cuarto con puras mujeres y estuvo bien, las camas son cómodas y cada quien tiene un espacio de buen tamaño para guardar cosas con llave debajonde la cama. Las regaderas y vestidores están fuera de la habitación y se comparten con otras habitaciones pero están limpias y nuevas.

Me gustó bastante la ubicación. Es muy cercano a buses, trenes, tiendas. El personal fue amable en todo momento. La cocina ayuda bastante.

Por momentos hacía mucho calor en las habitaciones, pese a los ventiladores. De todos modos, era manejable.

The only thing i liked about thd stay was the receptionist GILBERT he went above and beyond to help me due to my lack of incompetence as i left the key in the room and got locked out but he replaced it. Also the room was to busy for me as i suffer with anxiety and i told GILBERT and he swap me rooms which had only two people in it....

Excelente localização, proximo da estação de metrô e pontos de ônibus, comércios e parque. Os espaços estavam sempre limpos e organizados. Os funcionários foram atenciosos e solícitos.

Apenas do espaço do chuveiro, que é bem pequeno.

C'est une auberge de jeunesse simple et efficace. J'ai pris un lit simple. Le dortoir est climatisé, le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Pour toutes ces raisons, j'y suis retourné 6 semaines plus tard.

Une auberge de jeunesse pas chère et simple. Les lits sont plutôt confortables, avec des rideaux sur chacun, et la clim. Que demander de plus pour le budget ? J'y retournerai sans hésiter !

It's just about 4 minutes' walk from Russel Square Station which is wonderful. They provide breakfast if you pay extra. There are also cafe's around plus a Tesco close to the Russel Square station so lots of options for breakfast. There are a good number of restaurants close by too.

Unlike the previous times I stayed, the washrooms were not as clean which was surprising. It was however cleaned the next morning before I checked out. I was also surprised to find out at check-in that I had been blacklisted on their system because a staff claimed I did not return a key card on my previous check-out which is not true. They could have easily checked their cameras before taking action. Once I denied, the front desk staff then claimed that I had changed my name to get a booking! This was quite bizarre to me cos my email which is used for all bookings has my full name and I used the same bank card for all other bookings! I was disappointed at this accusation and still very confused by it because that was my 3rd booking there and I had never faced any issues with the staff. Anyway, safe to say, it seems I'm not wanted there so I will make sure to book elsewhere when in London.

I really liked the location and the fact that I could go with several friends for a cheap price. I feel like the shared spaces were quite warm and friendly.

The bed made me a little stiff after a few days, so I don't think it would be good to sleep there for more than a week. The bathroom sometimes smelt musty (I think putting a dehumidifier could help greatly!).

You get what you pay for here, really affordable but facilities and rooms reflect that

As camas barulhentas, mesmo de tampão de ouvido, os quartos sem espaço se quer pra trocar de roupa, wifi muito ruim, sinal sumia toda hora, não ter elevador para as malas, os lockers serem pagos, o calor dentro do prédio todo. Camas pequenas.

Localisation géographique est vraiment parfaite.

La propreté n’est pas tellement bonne (cheveux un peu partout et des miettes dans le lit à notre arrivée), l’eau de la douche passe au chaud et au froid sans contrôle possible, notre nourriture a été jeté dans le frigo ou prise… un seul micro-onde pour tout l’hostel…. Le prix de la laundery n’est pas particulièrement avantageux.

9 beds in one room, very little space to move around.

Nejlepší ubytování v poměru cena/výkon v centru Londýna pro aktivní lidi, co si chtějí Londýn opravdu užít a mít kde složit hlavu. Na metro je to kousek, k Temži na běhání taky, pekárna Fortitude je za rohem.

The shower wasn’t always clean and I was in the higher bed so it was quite hard to go down
