Rooms were fresh and felt recently refurbished. The suite had everything we needed
Requested two rooms together which was agreed by the property but upon check in we were on completely different floors
Our TV didn't stay connected to wifi and lagged alot. We stopped using it
Super clean and easy to navigate, close to everything we wanted to enjoy
This hotel is not good to stay with family rooms are not good too tight
Close to the walkway along the water
Ramp for the wheelchair was long, and getting into the front door too close to the stairs. Only Ada room available had no view or balcony. Overlooking the parking lot wasn’t good, considering that mobility issues made going outside challenging.
Horrible experience with inadequate service. Booked a room on June 17, 2026 for Aug 11 and 12.(room 210) with one night non refundable deposit. Arrived on the 11th for check in. Went to the room assigned by Magen and proceeded to the room which was not what we paid for on June 17th. Was told that she couldn’t put us in the room we reserved and paid for. Told us that sometimes “agents” come in and change rooms for guests. I asked to be refunded our 2 night stay and Magen told me that because I had already checked in she couldn’t possibly refund our money, I was in the room for approximately 14 seconds before going down to the front desk. Advised her to call her manager Nicole Currie, after a lengthy discussion we were able to secure a refund. I’ve had root canals that are less painful than dealing with this incompetent staff
Fantastische Aussicht auf den See; Dachschräge mit riesigen Fenstern und schönem Balkon; bestens ausgestattete Küchenecke; sehr schöne, moderne Einrichtung; alles perfekt
Close to the beach and food shops.
Price is a little expensive especially that breakfast is not included. I needed to pay extra for parking.
Location was fantastic
Everything was perfect!
Location was perfect. Staff were excellent.
There was nothing we did not like.
Everything
the room was beautiful with vaulted ceilings and vaulted windows - unfortunately the windows only were able to be curtained in the lower part so the early morning sun could not be blocked at all. There were 2 queen beds - the one closest to the window was approximately 6 inches from the A/C blower - no way to deflect air blowing directly into your face all night unless you chose to rearrange the bedding so you could sleep with your feet nearest the A/C instead of your head. The shower was out of both shampoo and conditioner which of course you only realize once you are wet which was very unpleasant.
Great location and lovely recently refurbished rooms
Stairs at the back to carry up the luggage
Nice and clean
The King bed was very comfortable. The sofa bed was not. I wish as a junior suite (the only option if you bring a pet) there was a better option for a double queen room. To bring a family and only have a sofa bed as additional bed was not ideal.
The hotel is very clean and inviting. The staff was great. The pool was fun. Everyone was Very Friendly. I loved how pet friendly the whole town is.
The cleanliness and location were excellent.
There was no screen on the door to the deck.
The lady at check in on Sunday June 28th was absolutely lovely! Personable, funny, informative, attentive and just overall fantastic! The room was comfortable, clean, and had a beautiful view. Check in was easy and the location is perfectly situated by great food and adventures.
The pool being separate from the hot tub was challenging with kids resulting in us all not being able to stay together. Check out at front desk was disappointing. Only one staff member assisting and the staff didn’t see how long people had been waiting and then asked the newest guests to check out if they were ready, and there two other people in the lobby already waiting.
Lovely spacious rooms with great facilities. We had a lake-view room and it didn’t disappoint. Beds and pillows were both really comfortable.
The balcony could use a revamp, as could reception - to match the revamped rooms. Also - blinds for the top half of the windows would be useful!
The process of checking in was easy, staff were friendly and helpful. Looking to staying at this property again! I will also say the parking was a notable piece of the experience, easy and close to the hotel; the beds were super comfy.
Nothing.
Localização muito boa, de frente para o lago e montanhas, próximo a restaurantes, mercado e lojinhas. Cidade simpática, gostamos bastante.
The view was amazing. Clean comfortable room.

Moderne, mooie kamer met zelfs een klein keukentje erin. Prachtig uitzicht over het meer vanaf het ruime balkon.
The bathroom too small. The shower faucet not comfortable .
Outstanding sweets. We had views from two sides, a balcony with a view to another mountain. A gas fireplace, kitchenette, great bed and nice art. Even a little breakfast table. It’s all newly renovated. They offer parking in the lot behind or below - if you’re here in the winter. Note the hotsprings are at a hotel down the street. They’re super easy to get to. This is a great spot, No restaurant here but there are places everywhere.
Een ongelooflijk mooi uitzicht, schone kamer, vriendelijk personeel.
De kooklucht die in het hotel hing en het was vrij gehorig.
We had a spacious, modern hotel, comfortable room with fabulous views of Harrison Lake and beach. The pool and hot tub had good hours, it was nice to go in till 10pm. Located short distance away from the beach and thriving waterfront with numerous restaurants and shops.
It was confusing to use the remotes for accessing the TV.
Great location, super cozy and everything looks new and super clean
Clean. Close to the water. Friendly Staff
Cleanliness
Nothing major but the elevator is too small.
Room was amazing
Wake up call didn't come in.
We really enjoyed the stay. The hotel was updated and very clean. I would definitely stay there again
I liked it all
Just a 3 night stay as we toured the local area and visited the local tulip fields on a mid-week get-away. The hotel was fine, room was good and modern with a handy kitchen area that was well equipped with utensils, plates, microwave & fridge etc. We were on the third floor, the only issue was noise through the ceiling, if someone was walking around in the room above you can hear every footstep and them dragging furniture around etc. Our room overlooked the car park and mountain behind. We used their carpark which had a fee to pay on checkout. It maybe possible to park somewhere else but the front area by the lake had no overnight parking signs everywhere. A great location, plenty of restaurants closeby, try the fish and chip shop at the intersection opposite, good quality cod at a fair price.
The room was clean and spacious. Just across from the beach so great views of the lake. Pool and hot tub area too.
Slightly noisy from room above with scraping of furniture.
The view was exceptional
Nothing
Love the location, view was amazing, the room was spacious and the beds were comfy.
I didnt like the fact that there was no room service for cleaning. No fresh towels, had to ask for clean towels and the dirty towels just stayed in our room untilcheck out. Garbage wasn't taken out and toilet paper was replenished and had to ask for more.
Great location and we booked a room with an incredible view.
The front desk lady on arrival was scary lol a little condescending, but all other staff were great!
Room 211 We were greeted with a beautiful smile from Alfoncia. She was awesome and very polite and a delight to talk too. She suggested a marvelous bakery in Agassiz that did not disappoint. We opted for a fee to check in early. And chose paid parking. Parking on the street which is free. But it is public parking. Our room has a balcony with a very good view. Would be perfect in warmer weather. We were here in April for Tulip Festival and it's touch and go on weather this time of year. Come prepared for all 4 seasons. Our room has been recently remodeled and you can tell. Everything was perfect. From the small kitchenette to the bathroom. Bed and linens are clean and soft. Bathroom very well supplied. Fluffy thick towels. Room gets dark enough quiet but can hear neighbor noise until quiet time. Hotel is a close walk to almost everything you could need. One thing, in my opinion, that would make this room perfect would be a ceiling fan. We made an awesome choice by staying here.
The location of the Hotel and clean environments.
Room facilities were not enough and the swimming pool needs more attention
Room not clean properly, tried to charge extra for early check in, “fitness room” is a treadmill and no weights as the website describes, paid parking, hot tub not working properly Reception absence, apart from that I wouldn’t recommend
Great location and view
Expensive and very annoying charges for extras. Pool a little too cold. No breakfast available
Comfortable with great views. Nice and new and in a great location
They will penny pinch and nickel and dime you at every possible opportunity. It’s a shame as the choices just rub the wrong way on what overall was a great and above average accommodation for it seems overall not that much extra money that should and could just be included in the base fare.
The space in the room. Indoor pool. Great value. Water views. Great size balcony!!!
None
Loved the view. Staff was great. Location is obviously amazing. I've stayed here many times before and always book on the lake side for the view. The room was spacious and beautiful and clean. High quality coffee and shower products. I wasn't there long but I noticed some new restaurants and stores since the last time I visited. I will definitely check out the Basecamp next time I'm in town.
There used to be ashtrays on the decks, which I loved because I have Crohn's and manage my symptoms with medical marijuana. The no smoking policy was unexpected and disappointing. The coffee in the Keurig machine was delicious but way too strong. I was having shakes after a few sips. I am not usually that sensitive. LOL! The shower has little pressure and the water sprays out of multiple spouts that don't come together, so it's hard to rinse shampoo and soap.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and beautiful . The bed was comfortable.
The friendly staff and the location was excellent. Thank you.
Beautiful facilities Very clean Staff is very friendly and helpful
Beds are full size not queen Pillows are too tall The hot tub is very small
Beautiful Lakeview, big bright spacious room With all the amenities Pool was nice and clean, hot tub nice and hot!!

If you're looking for a romantic getaway, even off-season, the Harrison Beach Hotel is a great choice. It is ideally located right on the beach, close to everything. The rooms are big and extremely clean and if you have a water-facing room, they have a big balcony with a great view. The hot tub is great, and the staff was terrific. All the restaurants and shops are close by, hiking trails, and numerous Sasquatch statues. On my next visit here, I will definitely return to the Harrison Beach Hotel.
The room is spacious, very clean, beds are very comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Pool is clean and warm. Kitchen has everything you need. View from the window is magnificent.
It was easy to find easy to park. Rooms were great, nearly renovated spacious and comfortable.
Nil
Rooms not cleaned every day. Told housekeeping (in person) that we needed new towels. Said they would do that. Never did and had to get front desk personnel in the evening to get new towels.
We had a nice king bedroom with large windows and lake view. Room was very nice and clean and spacious. Nice walk along the waterfront.
Extra pay for parking.
The beds are very comfortable and love the renovated rooms they're delightful and staff is great.
Everything
Clean, comfortable room, with a comfortable bed. Good kitchen so that we were able to eat in the room. Nice view of the lake. Great location in the centre of town, with easy walking distance to everything.
On the one night we wanted to use the hot tub, it was closed as the scheduled maintenance had not been done.
Everything- the amenities, the view, the staff :) the hot tub, the pool... !!

Comfortable bed. Very clean. Welcoming. Great location. Nice little kitchen area. Fireplace in the room and a larger than your standard hotel fridge was a nice surprise. Good size balcony.
brilliant location
nothing
Very good room with great facilities, and excellent view.
The weather.
It's a lovely hotel, that's for sure. However, one thing that shocked me was the ashtray on our balcony table. They allow smoking on the balconies which is unfortunate because in 2 of the units below us, there were smokers and of course, the smoke wafted up towards us. We have been in several hotels and none of them allowed smoking on balconies so we were disappointed as we love to enjoy the balcony but with smoke wafting up, it was not enjoyable. Also, we were on the 4th floor and there are transom-like windows which are lovely but with no blinds on them, make it very bright, very early in the morning. I do understand how difficult it would be to add blinds on them but window film would certainly do the trick and keep the pleasing aesthetic, as well. Additionally, they charge some kind of Environment Fee which I feel would be better just included in the price without it being an add-on. The staff are wonderful and the location is to die for.
The suite we rented was very nice with a beautiful view of the lake. the hotel is right on the main street so everything is within walking distance . Also Morgan's Bistro is just a walk down the hallway for a very excellent dining experience . The hotel staff are very friendly as are the resturant staff. Our whole stay in Harrison was excellent .
***Must Visit*** My girl and I enjoy travelling, dining, fun adventures and great hotels. Since Harrison Hot Springs is special and a stunning destination we decided to spend our anniversary and my wife’s birthday here- such a perfect stay! After touring across Canada/US/Europe we are extremely impressed with the luxury experience in this lovely boutique hotel. It is chic, spacious, inviting and very well designed! Our arrival was seamless, informative and so pleasant. Kaitlyn offered personalized check in ‘s throughout out our visit for amenities, suggestions and ensured our stay was perfect- Fairmont service! 2 nights were not enough as we could have easily spent weeks here. It is welcoming, the staff really care and work exceptional hard to provide a true boutique hotel experience for their guests. Of the hundreds of hotels we have experienced this ranks in the top 10 in the value, design, level of service and comfort. A former Fairmont Concierge, I wholeheartedly recommend this lovely gem- perfect for girls getaways, reunions, events, romantic nights by the lake or simply a restful time to enjoy the beauty of the area. Can’t WAIT to be back! 🏆❤️🥂🍾
We moved to a bigger room with a view and a terrace which was great. Very luxurious big rooms, comfy bed - dark.
