Staff were great with any requests we had and the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Floors were kept clean.

Bathroom was outdated and could be renovated.

Lovely little hotel right on the main beach front with everything right there, restaurants, shops etc. Rooms are comfortable with a fridge and coffee maker. Very good value for money and friendly staff.

Booked for 8 people, asked for additional bath essentials: soap, shampoo, conditioner the next day, and was given 3 pieces each ( 3pcs each were in the room when we checked in the previous day). I just find it....

The bed was excellent. As was the location.

The toilet had an issue. They tended to it promptly, but the inconvenience was not reflected in my bill. There was no desk, writing table or dining table in my room. It was uncomfortable for writing, working my art supplies, or dining in. While there is a fridge, no microwave or even a kettle.

For like me and my husband that have knee arthritis,elevator would be nice,and just the water in the tub when you take shower goes very slow.But aside from that the place is good and would come back and stay here again.

This is a small area and everything is close by, so the location isn't that important to me. The people there were nice. When I checked out I accidently left some items in the room. The lady on duty called me to notify me of these items, and helped to to retrieve them.

Stort dejligt værelse med fantastisk udsigt over strand og søen. Nye håndklæder og opfyldning af kaffe produkter hver dag. 10% rabat i den udmærkede restaurant nedenunder, som også var den bedste af dem vi prøvede i området.

Især badeværelset var lidt slidt, og jeg spottede også et par sølvfisk der.

Check in. No one was there. No front desk. You had to phone someone to check in. My first call went to voice mail. Another family were also checking in and they only had data on their phone. They could not call.

Great location. It was lovely sitting on balcony overlooking lake. King bed super comfy , lovely crisp clean linen, clean amenities. Highly recommend.

Per il check inn bisogna telefonare ad un numero ed aspettare che arrivi l’addetto. Per il check out c’è una buchetta dove inserire la chiave. La struttura necessita di manutenzione. Nel corridoio delle camere vibrava anche il pavimento probabilmente per via della cucina del ristorante sottostante

Everything is so accessible! The lagoon is just right in the front, lots of restaurants and different foods to choose from. Perfect timing that there were some Art event happening and made the place looks so fun and lively!🎶 Walking around at night watching the sunset by the lake is amazing and watching the sun rise is phenomenal!!! The weather was nice too....nice and sunny but breezy.🏝 Bonus with available free parking for the guest that is very accessible in & out!🚘 Mind you, parking fees by the lake is super expensive!🤑🤑🤑 Over all our room is clean as I wasnt expecting based on their websites' photos...they should post a better picture!📸 Staff are very nice and accommodating! Phonecalls get answered promptly. I had to call them for a spare bathroom tissues and someone came knocking at the door and hand me a couple of rolls☺️

How i wish the room has at least a small toaster & a microwave that would make our stay more convenient!

Great location, right on the 'strip' across from the lake. Lots of restaurants close by and it is close to the campground where we were visiting family (hence our reason for staying here). The bed was comfortable - most important thing I guess, and the bathroom was bigger than most.

Not sure what I expected but ... It was clean enough but it is older and a bit stuffy as older places are. I'm not used to a window air conditioner turning on and off during the night so that wasn't so great but it was nice to have the cool air.

Easy check-in/out, kind staff, great location, affordable & free parking. Honestly, we were just looking for a place to crash for one night and had no expectations, but we were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. It's definitely an older building, but we had no complaints. Had a great waterfront view, beds were comfy, bedroom size was decent, had a coffee machine & fridge, bathroom was clean and it had an AC unit. Would definitely book again.

It was a bit outdated, but it honestly wasn't an issue for us. There's not really a 24/7 front desk staff - we had to call a number to get someone to check us in, and for check out, we just dropped our keys in their drop box. Again, no complaints, but it may not be for anyone looking for something more on the luxurious end like Harrison Resort Spa.

The interior of the room is a bit outdated but clean. The location is fantastic!

Convenient and can walk everywhere in Harrison hot springs. They have very clean rooms and the beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on in a hotel.

The hotel is on the main strip, so the trade off is that if your room is in the front of the hotel, there is good view but it can be noisy

Staff wasn't very friendly upon check in. You walk in and there is a sign you have to call someone to come and check you in, room is very old and could use some upgrades.

Can't beat the location at the lake front in the middle of the strip! Really friendly staff who graciously let us check in early - thank you! Big, clean rooms. The Lakeview rooms have a wonderful view and king sized bed. The rear facing rooms have a parking and mountain view and have 2 (queen size) beds. 2nd stay here and would choose it again when booking for Harrison Hot Springs! The included parking is a great bonus.

Das ganze Haus ist uralt und völlig abgewohnt, es wurde sicher seit Jahren nichts mehr daran gemacht. Am ersten Morgen sind wir von einem sehr lauten Geräusch geweckt worden (wir vermuten eine Lüftung ) die den ganzen Vormittag anhielt. Man hatte das Gefühl ein Hubschrauber landet auf dem Flur. Im Bad sind keine WC Bürsten. Auf Nachfrage wurde geantwortet, so etwas stellen wir nicht zur Verfügung 🙄, der Teppich im Zimmer ist von den vielen Jahren verklebt und überall verschmutzt. Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist in keinster Weise gegeben. Wir hatten auch nicht das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Für die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer gibt es keine Filter. Nur für den Ausblick kann man sich sicher in anderen Hotels hier im Ort bessere Hotels buchen. Jetzt in der Vorsaison macht der ganze Ort noch einen sehr verschlafenen Eindruck und vieles wirkt sehr vernachlässigt. Schade für eine sehr sehr schöne Location .

We tried checking in several times at 3pm via the phone number on the wall. Unfortunately, the call wouldn’t go through as we have a foreign number, even changing sims etc. I’m not sure if this is a common issue but it was quite frustrating. I wouldn’t have minded so much if there was staff but there was absolutely nobody around! There is apparently a reception but we went back and forth trying to find it. In the end we went next door to the ice cream place where a really kind lady helped us and called her boss to get someone over there to help us. I get the idea but I think they should always have someone around at check in times for issues like this. To add to my already long review, I got a booking.com scam via WhatsApp. The scammers claimed to be this hotel. When bringing it up with the actual hotel on here they seemed very nonchalant. Your customers are getting scammed. I know it’s not your fault but I hope you’re making an effort to protect them.

Excellent location, right by the water and close to many restaurants. Room had good sound isolation; we didn't hear any noises from the neighbouring rooms or the hallway. The AC was satisfactory and a lifesaver in the heat of the day. Beds were large and very comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, and the water pressure was good in the washroom. The receptionist was super helpful and assisted us in securing an iron to tidy up our clothes for the wedding we were attending in Harrisson. Overall, it really surprised us positively! We got a lot for what we paid for with this accommodation.
