Was close to the shops and beach .

Location was great easy to walk in and out ,yo get around and parking garage had plenty of spots.

Smell coming from shower drain smelled terrible ,but was too tired to complain ,just covered it with a wet towel after showing.and really wish the fridge was stocked with drinks like mosy hotels ,i took so many trips to the store for a simple water beer or juice.

Noise was terrible, our room was right next to the lift shaft of the main lifts and a separate service lift. People going in and out of the lifts sounded like they were inside our room. The service lift access door would bang everytime someone walked through it. Traffic noise from the street below was intense. The bed was tiny. A double, which shoudl probably be more like a queen size but wasnt. Bathroom door hit the vanity so could only open 45degrees.

Everything, best price value property. They have an hospitality room to shower after checkout if your flight is at night! Amazing

Value for money accomodation in the heart of Waikiki. All restaurants and shopping street walking distance from hotel. Good pool and day beds - super relaxing.

No food option in the hotel itself but restaurants just outside and of course option of uber and or going to Main Street to eat

The location was good, the hotel quite nice in general and the beds were comfortable.

We had paid for a Waikiki view room - and got a view of a multi-story carpark instead. The bathroom had pubic hair on the floor when we arrived. The toilet was not properly secured to the floor. The shower is extremely small and a strange shape - making it difficult to wash your hair unless you're leaning up against the wall. The room doors slam instead of soft close and you can hear every single person come and go from their rooms on your floor, day and night. The guest/tour service desk was not in a position that you readily noticed when you arrived, and we didn't realise that service was available until our second last day. No mention of it at time of check-in by staff. I made a call overseas from my hotel room of 20 minutes duration and was charged $165 USD!!! Extortionate rates to say the least - given there is no way the telco would have passed anywhere near those fees onto the actual hotel.

I stayed twice: at the beginning and at the end of my Hawaiian journey. The first time the room was perfect. The second was just behind the elevators and it was very noisy.

Great location! Walking distance to just about everything - including the beach, restaurant, car rentals, and tours. We are a family of 4. The room was the right size for us. The layout gives it a spacious feel. There's a small balcony perfect for drying bathing suits. The staff was friendly, in particular Renzo, he was helpful when we arrived and as we left.

This hotel has been such a dream. I loved how everything was so accessible and how all the workers were so helpful. I especially liked Angie at the front desk. As soon as we arrived she was cracking jokes and making us feel welcomed. I also would like to shout out renzo, each day he made sure to greet us and remembered all of the people I was here with and went out of his way to ask us our plans and he has some recommendations too! Thanks so much! I hope to travel to an outriggers somewhere else in the world! I love this hotel!

We had a great stay at Outrigger Paradise Hotel. The location was fantastic, right at the Diamond Head end of Waikiki Beach, with plenty of great restaurants and coffee spots nearby. We also loved being able to walk towards Diamond Head to a slightly quieter part of Waikiki. The hotel itself was lovely, clean and well maintained, and nothing was ever a bother when we needed something. The gym was great, and we really enjoyed the pool. The pool bar service was also excellent, with food and drinks available from the restaurant nearby. There were lots of activities run by the hotel, which was a really nice inclusion and added to the overall experience. Our room was lovely and comfortable, although the shower was very tiny. Apart from that, we had no complaints about the room. A special shout-out to Renzo, who helped us with our bags when we arrived early for check-in. He was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful, and genuinely stood out as the best staff member we interacted with during our stay. His service really made a great first impression. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again. Great location, lovely facilities and excellent service.

We are Outrigger Discovery members, this Summer we tried the newly renovated Paradise Hotel: it was a wonderful experience. The room was bright and spacious, with a nice view of Waikiki. Amy, our housekeeper, was kind and always greeted us with a smile; even if housekeeping is every other day, we never felt short of bath stuff and the room was always welcoming and clean. Unique negative point was the poor water pressure in the shower. The main lobby and the street lobby were very convenient, well decorated with Hawaiian touches and lot of comfy seats. Location is excellent: Waikiki beach and all attractions are a few steps away, but we never experience any noise. On site restaurant Appetito is convenient, there is also a 15% discount for hotel guests, try the SKILLET LEMON CHICKEN (grilled, fresh herb marinated, free ranged half chicken with potatoes and a side of Lemon butter caper sauce) Very good value for money; highly recommended.

Excellent service even with Tropical Storm Lala. Appreciated the regular check ins from our housekeeping staff. Renzo in the lobby was so courteous and immediately stepped in to help with our luggage, allowing me to take care of my elderly mother. Thank you to the fantastic Outrigger staff!

Amy, the housekeeper on the fifth floor, was very friendly and helpful and gracious. And the hotel was beautiful and convenient and comfortable.

Great location, close to beach and shopping. Staff was super helpful and the Pilates class was an excellent addition after a travel day.

The hotel is in a very convenient location for local transport with many restaurants nearby plus short distance to Target, supermarket and the International Market. About a 7 minute walk to the Blue Note at Outrigger on the beach which showcase regularly international and local artists. Staff are friendly and accommodating in particular the doormen at the bell desk.

We arrived around midday and as my sister has been unwell we asked if early checkin was available. It was if we wanted to pay $89US. I thought that price was a bit unfair. Obviously we declined. We checked out at 8.15 in the morning so to me that’s an advantage for the hotel.

Location, service of staff was exceptional.

Everything was great. It wpuld be nive if there was a bar at the hotel.

Location is just ok. Its not on a main street its pretty near the main strip though I would say a 5-10 min walk depending on where you’re walking to. From here to Dukes restaurant which is the other outrigger is about a 8-10 min walk. NOT NEAR A BEACH, you have to walk to the beach. NO Ocean view. Just parking lot & partial city view. Atmosphere is ok its calm for the most part, but very busy so elevators take super long. Rooms are super small not worth the hassle or price. Bathtubs dont drain so you’re taking a shower in a pool of dirt i guess drain system isn’t working. Hot water to bathe wasn’t working first night. Liu in housekeeping on my floor 17th was super friendly and attentive, Renzo in bellhop is helpful (hopefully i spelled his name right) other than that front desk wasn’t helpful or friendly whatsoever, they are overpriced and not worth it, pool is closed often and says its closed but then its open weird. Overall will not recommend them nor stay here again. No accommodations at all with our unforeseen flight delay issue and weather issue. Hilton looks like a great choice.

We had a king room. Which was very spacious and clean. Lots of storage to unpack our suitcases into. Great location, close to everything.

The shower was small but ok. The bathroom only had shampoo no conditioner and when you have long hair you can’t do without that.

The location is perfect, everything is literally minutes away. The parking is convenient, the rooms are a good size, and the staff is great Katherine was phenomenal in her ability to accommodate our entire team. Mei Lin was my attendant on my floor and she always did a fantastic job when it came to the cleanliness of my room. The one thing I will say is that the doorstops need to be adjusted because they always slam the door shut making it difficult to sleep in when other neighbors are either coming home early or leaving late.

Our family of 5 just stayed a week here and had the best experience. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out everything was seamless. We had an issue on our first night with a rollaway bed for our daughter and when we raised this the next day, Tracey who on the front desk helped us to move to a room with double beds, she went above and beyond to make sure the rest of the trip was great! We had 2 rooms on different floors and our housekeeping was awesome on both level 18 and 9. We also ate at the Teppanyaki downstairs which was honestly the best experience for our family and even the Italian under the hotel was fab. Location was perfect, a block back from the chaos was really great. Another thing to note is I booked through the email address and received a really great rate much better then the online platforms, a lady by the name of Jill was super helpful!

Sasha the housekeeper is amazing. The service at the hotel is great, but she goes far beyond anyone else.

It’s very centrally located. It’s really pretty although my room was looking out toward the parking lot. I have construction going on. I like the staff a lot and the interior of the hotel had recently named done in the lobby was really pretty.

I love the fact that they had a Hawaiian lay class the teacher was funny. He taught us how to make them. I took mine home and dried it.

Excellent location. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Lots of wardrobe space and hangers. Outstanding service and friendly service staff particularly Angie. Nothing is too much trouble.

I truly don’t have enough positive words to express for the team at outrigger paradise! I held an event at the pool and in the Pikake room, and every single employee I interacted with had such outstanding service. Shandan at the pool was always prompt, helpful, accommodating, and so kind in helping what I needed to be done. Vinny did all the heavy lifting and had hands in helping every where that was needed. Not to mention, Kiana the GM is so strong in her leadership - I witnessed the way she interacted with her maintenance, housekeepers, etc etc and she is the type of manager I’d love to work for. Such an awesome team at Outrigger Paradise. I’d always recommend this hotel!!!

We had a wonderful week stay at the Outrigger Waikiki Paradise Hotel! The remodel looks great. Everything felt fresh, modern, and new. We especially loved the convenience of the layout, with two different ways to easily walk out from both the S floor and the Lobby area just by taking the stairs. All the staff we encountered were friendly. What truly made our stay unforgettable though was Shandan at the pool and fitness area. He was incredibly sweet, friendly, and went above and beyond for our family every single day. Shandan checked in on us frequently, walking around to introduce himself and greeting us with genuine warmth every time we visited. He was remarkably attentive by constantly restocking fresh towels, offering to clear away our used ones, and proactively helping us secure a cabana whenever we wanted one. What touched us most was how wonderful he was with my son. Shandan took the time to remember his name, making him feel so special that my son specifically asked to go find Shandan to say goodbye before we checked out! Employees like Shandan turn a great vacation into an amazing one. Thank you so much for the top-tier hospitality!

It was a good stay, everyone was awesome. I have to say the young man at the pool was so good, his name was Shandan. I’ve never seen anyone work as hard as him. I’m retired now but I use to have my own company and I promise I would want this guy to work for me.

Newly renovated hotel by the outrigger family, beautiful, clean, open air space. We got a 2 double bed room with city view and it was decorated so nicely with good amount of space to accommodate our family of 4 (small kids). Jessie at the front desk was incredible, super nice and intuitive, got us set up with a pack and play and made check in really smooth and easy. Shandon at the pool/fitness area was so nice too! Went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable by the pool with our kids. New hotel but since they kept the crew, you can really feel the family vibes. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect! Everything was within walking distance. The rooms were nice, cozy and clean! Miss Angie was incredibly sweet and helpful! The amenities were also very nice! For the price, this was a gem find!

I want to especially thank Josie on the housecleaning staff. She did an excellent job throughout my stay. My room was always spotless and well stocked with fresh towels and toiletries and cleaned on time. I really appreciated her attention to detail and professionalism. She was also very nice and friendly. Rosie and Maggie was also friendly and very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed.

Location is great. One block back from beach which is a 2 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants and right next to the international marketplace, perfect for Kona coffee in the morning. The building has been renovated (previously known as Ohana). Pool area is beautiful with fresh towels available to take to beach. The lobby and street levels have plenty of seating areas. Lifts were quick compared to other places we've stayed. Housekeeping are brilliant and helpful. We opted for a 1 bedroom room which had plenty of space for us and our two children to sleep on the pull out sofa.

We've stayed here previously and had a fully stocked kitchenette. With the renovations they've removed all kitchen items apart from a microwave (not available in all rooms), mini fridge, coffee machine and sink. We wanted to have some basic meals in the hotel so had to go to a store to buy basic plates, cutlery, dishwash etc. We traveled with friends who did the same. Hotels don't often come with these facilities but it was a bit disappointing to find they had been removed.

Rooms weren’t sound proof and could hear guests being loud at all times of night and early morning sadly.

The location of the Outrigger Paradise was excellent. It was a block away from the main strip and beach so walking everywhere was easy. There are lots of options for restaurants, shops and cafes. The room was comfortable and suited our needs. Rooms are serviced every second day which was fine with us.

The only downside was that there was no room service available and no bar facility at the pool. Interestingly the sign at the pool states that no outside food & beverages are permitted. Despite this everyone brought in food & drink which was understandable. There is a restaurant on street level which offers a 15% discount to guests.

Ideally situated for the main strip of Waikiki. Both our rooms delivered what was promised in the booking; very comfortable and well appointed. Special mention must go to housekeeping who were superb in adapting their routines with our two toddlers. The pool facilities were excellent.

Location was ideal. Next to international marketplace and target. Also next to restaurants and local shops.

There were multiple cockroaches found In my daughter’s room. We took pictures and called the front desk multiple times, they sent maintenance up who were shocked at the size and they ended up offering another room but it was late at night and my 2 year old granddaughter was already asleep. Also, the room I booked for their family of 3 was a king suite and the room they were moved to was a queen. It was after midnight when they were all moved into their next room. They offered us a half credit on parking $100 and a refund of $200 but I paid over $3200 for 3 rooms for 4 nights. I felt for the inconvenience in moving rooms and also the size of the room not being the same, the hotel could have done more for our family.

Noisy. Last evening there the fire alarm kept going off and it took a while for them to figure out why. The room was noisy. There was a gargling sound coming from the bathroom, the noise from the hallways could be heard easily, and the main door to my room was crooked enough that when the lights were off in my room light still came through the door. The “queen” bed was the size of a double bed and the pillows were terrible.

I liked that the hotel was priced well and it was very close to everything. The beach was only a block a way. We found a cute tourist shop as well, so were able to purchase souvenirs. Our car rental was just down the street. Everything seemed close.

We arrived late because our plane was delayed, so we got to the hotel about 9:00ish and there was only one person at the check in counter. It was annoying because we wanted to grab the key and get to the room as quickly as possible. But I wouldn't say the wait was that long. We were just tired.

Our initial presentation when politely asking if we could check in - it was around 11:00am was to be curtly told it would cost an extra $75.00 to check-in. We had had an early departure from our cruise ship so asked if there was somewhere we might be able to store our suitcases was again to be told curtly that would necessitate us taking the lift downstairs again to find someone who would assist us. We are in our mid 70s and have never experienced such a dismissive “welcome” to a hotel. The receptionist (Tracey) seemed more interested in talking across the reception desks to someone who was obviously a regular customer or friend. Not the welcome we were quite expecting on our first trip to Hawaii and from what we understood to be wonderful Hawaiian hospitality. Other than our initial experience we were quite happy with our stay. We booked a day trip and a Cirque de Soleil ticket through the travel desk on the main floor and received exceptional service from the girl on the desk. I think from memory her name was Jules. Maybe Tracey could learn a few things from her on how to treat customers.
