Que pasan un día entero dándote un paseo y es para que te haga socio De la Villa no te dejan descansar te cobran por todos y el mantenimiento es pésimo

El desayuno estuvo muy bueno el omelette demasiado bien, pero lo que más me gustó fue la fiesta de coco que hicieron en la playa, y los juegos dinámicos que hacen en La Piscina, porque gané. Agregar también que hay sushi y es uno de los mejores que he probado.

No había discoteca, en la noche, después del show, ya no había nada más que hacer.

They tried to make me feel better about changing my original reservation by putting me in another site and giving me VIP status. The staff was always great.

The VIP status was not real. We did not really get to have any VIP treatment. I was actually turned away from one of the restaurants even though I was told we could have dinner there.

Los jugos son muy artificiales.

La zona de la playa era muy confortable: contaban con camas, toallas, bar y servicio de entrega de alimentos. Además, el área tenía pequeñas piscinas. La chica que nos atendió estuvo atenta.

Tenía muy poca variedad de comida y las opciones eran muy limitadas. El restaurante buffet estaba en otro complejo, por lo que teníamos que trasladarnos en autobús para acceder a él. Solicitamos la revisión de una de las habitaciones porque se estaba mojando y nunca fueron. Además, una persona y un niño se cayeron; gracias a Dios no fue de gravedad, pero pudo haber sido peor. Tampoco repusieron las bebidas solicitadas; en otros resort lo hacen a partir del segundo día, pero en esta ocasión no ocurrió. En general, la relación entre precio y servicio está muy sobrevalorada.

El aire en la suite G23, no funcionaba bien, prometieron enviar alguien de mantenimiento y nunca fué.

I stayed at the same hotel multiple times, ranging from the lifestyle presidential suite to the lifestyle crown. Overall, my experience was positive, although I don’t plan to return for a while. The menu offerings at the resort were quite repetitive, with minimal variation during my week-long stay, which made dining less exciting. The restaurants I visited were decent; the steakhouse stood out as the best option due to its quality and variety. The bar was quite average, serving typical drinks and limited atmosphere. However, the highlight of my stay was the exceptional service at the spa. I was able to book two different treatments—such as a deep tissue massage and a hydrating facial—and the staff consistently provided professional and friendly service. If I were to award five stars to the resort, it would be primarily for the outstanding spa experience and attentive staff.

The staff was very kind and helpful. They all were extremely pleasant and nice. They were the best part of the trip.

Upselling was uncomfortable and limited access to all amenities and restaurants made it less than ideal. The food was only average at best and disappointing.

The room was dirty, mold in the bathroom, stains in bathroom, roaches in the room the Tv was not working and no wifi. It was just horrible. They were more focused on saling the vacation membership.

Worst place ever. I will never visit this place again.

La camera abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio. Quando facevi la doccia, si bagnava tutto il bagno in quanto la pendenza era sbagliata… inoltre tutta la casa risultava sempre inumidita. Ti fanno perdere un’ora di tempo, con la scusa del regalo di benvenuto, per tenerti bloccato e spiegarti come venderti le case del resort attraverso una formula chiamata VIP, membership. Cibo di scarsa qualità e personale che fa distinzione del cliente a seconda delle mance

The place was ok. The food was good, the room was so so, hard bed & lumpy pillows. The property was kept up but people just leave their trash everywhere. The everyday staff, bartender Jose at the dessert bar was amazing, housekeepers, waitstaff, were all superb. Always smiling and friendly. There is a lot of selling going on. There are timeshares for sale. We were asked several times to take a tour and we declined. There are people waiting in front of the CASABLANCA buffet waiting to sell you things. It’s constant. There is always someone asking to show you something. Within an hour of getting to our rooms, we had 2, we were approached by 2 spa appointment seekers and we booked 3 massages, in front of our rooms and paid cash. That night one in our party fell and hurt their toe. I went to the spa the next morning to cancel and was told that I couldn't get a refund. That the money left the property and that I could either book the massages at a later day of the week, get a credit for 320$ of product or get a certificate to use whenever I returned. I wanted a refund and was told for 3 consecutive days that I couldn’t get one. There is nothing anywhere that states cash cannot be refunded. We booked this on Saturday, canceled on Sunday and was told on Wednesday after days of insisting only a refund was acceptable, to return Friday for the refund. It was like the money was being kept hostage and in the end I only got it back in my hands at 11am while checking out on Saturday. 👎

The staff were really attentive and friendly. It was all very clean. The shuttle bus ran regularly which was great. The restaurants were really nice. Especially the Mexican and Brazilian. The food was very good!

Our apartment was a nice size for the 4 of us. Very clean. But a little dated. The property areas were clean and well maintained. We just wish we’d had a bar we could have had a drink at in the evening. The one at the Crown Residence was poolside and closed at 5pm.

Las habitaciones, las camas, los espacios de recreación y el hotel en general me gustó.

Los traslados en el autobús para ir a la playa y demás áreas. La comida fue muy básico el menú del día domingo.

El hotel es muy tranquilo, sobretodo para personas como yo que voy a los hoteles a descansar de la rutina diaria. Las atenciones del personal del hotel, sobretodo las de Joel que trabaja en recepción, el cual es excelente en su trabajo siempre preocupándose por hacer de nuestra estadía lo mejor.

El hotel estaba bien en general. No tengo quejas.

Las habitaciones con mal olor. El espejo del baño se explotó y se rompió tuve que cambiar de habitación para una más sencilla y por el mismo precio de la suite que ya había pagado

El área de la playa es la mejor parte, no para bañarte porque la playa no es buena.

No hay variedad de restaurantes así que siempre comes lo mismo y muy mala calidad, el otro tema es que hay pocos bus para le transporte y mayormente tienes que caminar porque si no es que duran mucho es que pasan lleno.

Es la tercera vez que voy en estos últimos 2 años, me encanta la amabilidad y buen trato de todo el personal, la limpieza es excelente en todo lugar, un hotel tranquilo lo cual es excelente para mí familia y la comida es buena y variada

En este último viaje quedé decepcionada porque los aires acondicionados no enfriaban bien en ninguna de las 3 habitaciones que nos asignaron

El trato del personal de las instalaciones fue genial! En especial el jóven Ángel del area de recepción a miembros BOOKING y huespedes, nos ofrecio lo que llamo un trato MEMORABLE con recepción, seguimiento de inicio hasta final, amabilidad y su interes en que la pasaramos genial, hizo que la estadía mía y de mi familia no tuviera desperdicio. Luego, las instalaciones, en mi caso fue en Royal Suite que estuvo super comoda, moderna, limpia y bien privada. El personal de servicio siempre al tanto y los suplementos siempre cargados, estuvo fenomenal. Restaurante Brasileño, nuestro favorito. Gran Gran Gran trato y cada una de las carnes en su punto y sin limites, sin dudas el mejor. El general no dudaremos al momento de retornar a Puerto Plata será sin pensarlo nueva vez con ustedes. SERVICIO Y CALIDAD MEMORABLE

La privacidad de las suits, la ubicación de ambas piscinas y el bar. El personal muy amable y atento

La distribución de los restaurantes y buffets. Mucha espera por los autobuses que trasladan entre hoteles del complejo y muy caotico a la hora del almuerzo y la cena (demasiadas personas), también que 15 minutos despues de iniciada la hora para reservar en los diferentes restaurantes a la carta no hubiera disponibilidad para 8 personas

The guest on the other hand, that keeps getting worst, always super loud, no courtesy or decency whatsoever. I had to decide this was my last time staying here when my family and I went for lunch and left out towels on chairs by the pool only to have one of the towels go missing. Explained the situation to guest service and they simply said id have to pay $20 for the missing towel card when checking out. Oh and the food was disgusting.

One of the assigned rooms did not work the door locks or the air conditioning, another had the toilet covered and had no hot water, the staff some were not friendly and treated people contemptuously.

I had a zero communication at the check in second I hay to carried my bags at the third floor they show gal dinner and they just make rice and beans and they tricked us to follow them trying to get me to buy a membership I said that I wasn’t going to buy

Las piscinas, la habitación, la comida aunque puede ser mejor.

Carecen de insternet gratis para los huéspedes y para colmo cobran una tarifa excesiva, debe ser gratis. Nadie va a un resort a conectarse 24 horas a un Internet, así que por lo menos para la ocasión en que se necesite debería estar libre y disponible. El transporte dura mucho para pasar. Un vaso olía a boca en el restaurante. Aún así es buen resort y lo recomiendo, lo aquí expuesto es para que lo mejoren.

Our stay here was very good, the animation in the Pilon area (karaoke) with Julio Cesar Nice was spectacular and made us feel right at home. Special shoutout to the waiters at the Pilon area too. The only downside is that the resort has no food varieties and my family and I were expecting more.

What I didnt like was, there was no internet in all areas, i couldnt even send a message from my room, that is so low, I 2025 everywhere has internet. Cant believe this

I rented 2 rooms for my family, one of them was fine, but the one I had to sleep in had ants in it, the air conditioning broke down which made my baby not sleep the whole night, much less us, on one occasion my wife stayed brushing her teeth and on another occasion I was left with soap on my head because the water was out, the other services were fine, but at least the apartment I had was not 100% ready for rent.
