The guys who brought my luggages and the guys who were driving to the restaurants were friendly.
The receptionist had attitude. The receptionist tells me to come down by 9am to make reservations for the restaurants. I show up by 8:30am and couldn’t get anything. To return the towels they never had a ticket to give back as proof that they were returned. The receptionist says keep the towels as proof and return them before you leave so they wont charge you. Wich they did charge anyways. Also the rooms smell moldy. The security tried to kick my son out a beach area because the words on his wrist band looked a little bit faded and got another security to help him. We were treated differently because my reservation for the stay was from booking app and not directly from them wich they saw from the color of the band.
The access to the cabanas
The room quality, the presidential suites have not been updated. The toilet run all day and are not fixed properly. We literally had to open the toilet to fix it. You can’t put toilet paper in the toilet. Food options are limited. Can’t go to different restaurants on the resort. The resort needs some major renovations, presidential suites should not be opened until renovations are in place. The hotel is mainly for natives not for out of town and out of country guest.
Bar staff by the pool was nice.
Food, room all three of them...I had to move 3 times it was horrible just horrible 😫 no ac and the water kept going off..I had to go to the front desk more than one time about the ac. That night was horrible.
Distance to the city
It smelled a little like sewer
Tranquilidad excelente atencion
No había agua caliente
El personal
La mayoria de los restaurantes estaban cerrados
The facility was superb. Super friendly staff. The food was either really good or not. Drinks great and the staff once again top notch.
That I didn't book an additional night, and more a la cart restaurant options.
Personal in bard and restoran was great
Personal on reception
Only the vip beach , but too bad In the weekends it gets full of local people and all bed gets full
Food very bad , no variety. There’s like 13 restaurants that need reservations for dinner and they only opened 2 one day , that were already full and we didn’t get to reserved for dinner . the next day ,only one was open . Food not good quality, you have to walk a lot to get to the buffet from when your staying because the only restaurant that has the president suit was closed due to “Baja temporada” .the bus takes more than 30 min to get by each place ,so u have to wait for long to get the transportation. The best facilities are reserved for members only , they don’t have a disco so at night it gets very bored . The facilities was good with lot of pool and that’s the only thing worthy ,other than that the food was so bad , not natural juice and lot of low class local people making your staying more uncomfortable. I had to call for water because they didn’t fill up the mini bar the next day as it was supposed to. I will not come back , price not worthy
The different places where you could eat.
The phone in the room wasn’t working. Trying to get transport from one place to another took too long.
Nada

Breadfast was cold . Casablaca Restaurante
Maybe have more different kinds of food for breadfast
Huge place - amazing beaches and unlimited food. Gigantic bedrooms too
Bedrooms could do with a bit of updating
From the moment we arrived, the resort exceeded all of our expectations. The grounds were beautifully maintained, the staff was warm and attentive, and every detail reflected a deep commitment to guest satisfaction. What truly touched us, however, was the incredible effort the team made to decorate for my husband’s birthday. It was a complete surprise to both of us—I was as overwhelmed and delighted as he was. Their thoughtful gesture made our stay not just memorable, but truly special. We are so grateful for the unforgettable experience.
Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Every aspect of our stay was thoughtfully curated and seamlessly executed. From the ambiance to the service, everything was truly perfect. It’s rare to find a place where every detail is so well considered—we left with only wonderful memories and no complaints whatsoever.
Everything
No long big mirror
The discotect at the casino www could not use it and due to a problem of construction they need to consider for the customer to use and dance at the casino until the problem is resolved please make the guest be happy until the isue is resolved but thank you for the good stay
Private cart service for presidencial memebrs
I requested special accomodation on booking to have a champagne bottle with flowers in the bed and the resort did not have any information regarding the request.
Everything was amazing
Didn’t like how there were so few options per night for dinner, also how people claim the seats beside pool for hours by leaving their towels and not being in the area
Staff
Pool needs more cleaning
We liked that it’s quite and nice and the workers are very attentive
The jacuzzi is very small, don’t like that you have to leave to have dinner because they don’t cook dinner at the buffet, our key had a problem and we couldn’t get inside the room for almost and hour because no one was there to help us at night time very annoying.
Staff is Friendly.
1. The pictures in the website are not for all public. They will try to make you buy a membership to be able to enjoy the all the part of the hotel it is almost like a scan. They try to get you involved without real explanation of what it is. They waste 3 hours of our vacation in this. 2. The air conditioner in the rooms has leakages and is full of mold. The smell and humidity in the rooms is very unhealthy. Two of our rooms have this problem. 3. Booking.com, also was very inconsistent. Not even answer a simple email.
The staff was very friendly.
Everything was far. If you didn’t wait 20mins for the bus, you would have to walk everywhere. The place also doesn’t have room service. Nobody wants to walk around far places just to eat food.
Beautiful Location
Staff was not nice. It looked like they were so tire and did not want to work
It was amazing! The room was wonderful and the food was great. Drinks were always available and there is so much to do.
There was one incident that changed the entire experience. Every staff member was outstanding, helpful and polite. However there was one staff member who took us on a tour of the property and apparently didn’t think I spoke fluent Spanish and spent the entire time being disrespectful to my wife and her sister, who are both from the Dominican Republic, asking personal questions and trying to get my sister in law to spend time with him alone. He told my wife and sister that they didn’t have the right skin color to have money so I must be the one paying for everything. He took us off the property to continue trying to get my sister in law to give him her contact information. She kept refusing so he quickly ended the tour and returned to the property. I discussed the incident with both my wife and her sister and we agreed to not let it ruin our vacation, but that level of unprofessional conduct should not be tolerated period.
The presidential suite side of the resort is very clean and somewhat quiet.
The AC and toilet in my room were not working. They switch my room on the third night but the first two nights were really terrible and hot. Had to use the restrooms in the lobby and was unable to sleep with the heat. The Presidenial suite side only serves breakfast and lunch so had to go to the other side for buffet dinner and beach access and any snacks after meal hrs. They never had reservations to their other “5” restaurants so we never got to try anything different only the terrible buffet food. Prepare to be hungry after lunch til breakfast the next day. I’ve been to many other all inclusive properties and this is definitely not my favorite. Probably never going back. Staff did try to be nice and helpful.
Very comfortable, the staff is very nice and helpful. They have a variety of choices for activities, several choices of dinner, several pools you can choose from and the amenities are in great condition.
The only thing I would work on, is the maintenance of the shuttles. Some of them need some work on the seats that are a bit worn out.
The stuff was very attentive to your needs .
Henry at the front desk was exceptional! We were originally in El Cabarate which looked equivalent to the ghetto in a Motel 6. I told him our experience prior to getting to Lifestyle and he checked on us everyday making sure we were using the amenities available and even sent food to our room when I was sick. We truly enjoyed our stay there will come again
They use some sort Syrup for pineapple juice, lemon juice, and strawberry that thickens after like 10 minutes in our alcohol alcoholic beverages didn’t care for that too much
Breadfast was OK and lunch buffet was pretty good. The hotels area were excelent the view of the sea was great. We spend 3 nights (score 8 out of 10). We'll be back again to see and enjoy a better time
weather wasn't good, maybe next time, there is always a next time
Food was great! Lots of great pools. Grounds were luscious and beautifully well kept. Very large resort.
They try to sell you a VIP membership, you can’t access most beaches without it. Beach was okay , not very clear water. Some loud spring break partiers. Long walk to get to the beach
The beach, drinks and some food
The room was not well clean when we arrived. There was dust by the bed head that was there for a long time. The shower was a mess and did not drain properly. The room is far from being a presidential suit, they are old and need renivation. We requested to be changed to a different room but the second one was worse and the shower water was raining outside creating a dam. Not a place I would recommend.
First day breakfast was good after that, they didn't have nothing good but a omelet
We ended up with VIP bracelet experience, which was the best!!! Food possibly the most delicious I ever had at any all inclusive. The Brazilian restaurant was so cool, we had reservations every night at one of their sit down restaurants. All the buffets were stellar. Our Junior Suite had a beautiful kitchen for cooking, and our hammock at Presidential Suites on the deck was the most comfortable I've ever laid in. I asked for olive oil for special diet from the cook at the buffet omelette bar, the cook was like no problem and got little packets from the back to cook my omelette for me. The foam party was a blast for all ages at Tropical Pool, with music we all loved! Staff is super nice & helpful. There are so many pool areas and beach areas and cabanas to find and hang out at. The resort is one gorgeous piece of arcitecture. One night at Confresi we had these light up headsets that I thought how cool for all ages to dance to & enjoy, something unique for kids & teens. The vendors have beautiful items for sale & are super friendly! Found a beautiful beach coverup, and I am an XXL😊😊Don't miss the casino where they have nachos & fresh popcorn all day, once they open and until close. There is a little dessert bar/Cafe down by the Colliseum theatre (entertainers also not to be missed). The desserts are eye popping & mouth watering in this little tucked away cafe, located beside the walk of overhanging bright umbrellas. Do not miss at least one of these yummy desserts, followed by a fresh morning cafe latte. The drinks are definitely not watered down at the bars:) Love their Bailey's on ice and caesars. There is a beautiful hidden gem bar located adjacent to the cafe. Pull back the chain curtain onto the pool deck, and be astounded by an oasis where anyone would definitely want to take some pool bridal party photos!
I think that the breakfast should have more choices for ppl that don’t eat pork
The restaurants weren’t that good for me
Very pretty, nice staff, spacious room
Noisy, staff were loud in the hallways. The room needed maintenance, the ceiling light did not work, countertops were cracked and the door frame was loose. The room should have been better cleaned prior to check in. Needs updating
Most of food wa ok,nothing special.
The room was very spacious, how ever plumbing was poor. There was actually a sign over toilet paper saying not to put paper in toilet, use waste basket!
all was great
The only thing I liked was two staff that welcomed me when I got there, the pool and the bar tender and the drinks
Some guy told us that he was going to give us a tour of the hotel and it was a scam trying to sell us stuff after my husband told him that we wasn't interested. The coffee maker didn't work. We asked for wash clothes and we didn't get them until the day before we was leaving. Some guy from the front desk called my room talking about that my husband was complaining about the wash clothes so I went to the front desk and went off at them. To go out to eat you had to go to other hotels, to see the beach you had to go to another hotel. WiFi was bad until you got to the front desk.
The VIP beach site y was relaxing and clean.
The loud music until 6am for 2 days, I was not able to relax in my honey moon for 2 nights.
Power went out a few times
Variety, options, social, community, safety
Not enough English-speaking workers
Rude staff. Fishy exchange rate and had to pay 2 times the fee already paid at booking.com
Well maintained, clean and comfortable
Presidential Suites is advertised as Adults only but families from other neighboring resorts were allowed unchallenged access to pool, bar and other areas of the resort.
Most staff was friendly.
We booked the presidential suite rm# PS002 and there were many problems, there was no hot water, no telephone line, there was a strong smell of mold and a leak that flooded our room that could of ended badly with a serious fall. We arrived on a Monday, advised of the hot water and telephone situation, they said it would get fixed, but it took 3 days and with repeated reminders to only have the hot water fixed 3 day into our stay and with no line in the room we had to make repeated visits to the lobby to keep informing of the problems. The flood occurred on Wednesday, we stumbled into it after coming in from a beach day and I slipped, luckily I caught my self. We encountered roaches at the Brazilian restaurant, which was disgusting!! I reached out to a supervisor and she was unaccommodating when she saw my reservation was done through booking.com.
nothing
everything
Good
Staff was great
Room was very uncomfortable. I asked for a kiny size bed and we got a queen size bed a murphy bed on top of that. Not only was Mattress extremely low, it was worn out and horrible. We felt every spring. We made a complaint and was never changed.
convenience
need additional shuttles, better drink selection, more activities
I enjoy everything about this resort. That is why I have been there 8 times.
none
The food was ok. Variety ok. Bar drinks tasted watered down.
The food was ok but didnt like the fact that alot of the plates were wrapped with Plastic Wrap. Why not just put behind glass enclosres? The amount of PlasicWrap was horrific. No straws were used but yet disposable plastic cups at the bar were used. The amount of plastic used at this Resort was terrible!!! When we first arrived at our room we were surprised to find the bed was a pullman style bed and not an actual bed. The shower didnt work properly, and the shower head was tapped to the base. The water did not drain well either. They upgraded us to another room with an actual king bed. The staff while yes they were pleasant, most dont speak english!!! The resort I feel was not described properly on Booking.com as this resort is massive, a city within a city!!! Needed to take a shuttle to get to the beach and restaurants. Golf carts were also used and as their still using gas ones, all you smelt all day were gas fumes.
Shower water cold , cold food , dinner reservations problems
nice staff, nice property
if you aren’t a part of VIP the place is set up to disappoint you and feel like a second class citizen. only the vip get access to the nice pools and beaches and some of the hang out areas. and these places are in plain sight where everyone can see and it’s much more luxurious that what everyone else has. when you go on vacation you want to feel pampered, here you feel as if you’re unimportant. also, only VIP members get a golf cart so unless you want to wait 20 minutes for the ONE shuttle going around, you’re walking 10 minutes to get anywhere. my legs were sore everyday
