Goede prijs kwaliteitsverbetering. Was lekker restaurantje in de buurt. Prima ook voor wintersport. Incheck ging soepel. Was geen personeel maar telefoon werd opgenomen bij vragen.

Réactivité suite à un souci avec un store et le détecteur de fumée.

Pas de contact live, échanges par mail. Mais grande réactivité sur les demandes. Excentré par rapport au village de Golden.

Never received the door code. So I needed to call. Run into a full voicemail box. Room on the smaller side and very plain

Très spacieux et confortable

It was a good layout, enjoyed the hot tub and there was adequate extra bedding, towels, and supplies in the kitchen to accommodate all needs. Enjoyed underground locked parking and activities like puzzles. Communication to staff via text worked well.

Some of the blind were tricky or missing, toilet water had difficulty refilling and often ran, fireplace light did not work.

No AC Bathtub waste pipe came away and water seeped from under the bathtub all over bathroom floor. We mopped up. Phone number provided in text instructions was old number. Staff at resort gave us another phone number to call Handyperson entered unit. Left 2 bath towels. No followup to advise if problem fixed. We did not use bath/ shower again

Picturesque location.

Check in was difficult. Instructions were sent by email earlier in the day, however, we were travelling through mountains through the day and did not get email until after we arrived by which time they were redundant. You could not just check into this place, you had to find someone in another building and location. The lodge is some distrance from Golden and the highway. The checking in process was stressful and difficult and the return to Golden for the night was not appealing. Nothing was easy to find but eventually we got checked in and settled. Then the accommodation was satisfactory but nothing special.

Reception staff were responsive and helpful. Well-equipped kitchen — two coffee makers, two ovens, full fridge, good cookware, washer/dryer. Secure underground parking. Reasonable price for the Canadian Rockies.

Balcony advertised in the listing — our unit (101A) had none. Hot tub out of service all week. Leak sensor under kitchen sink triggered twice, cutting water supply (including at 11 PM) — reception fixed it each time but the underlying issue was never resolved. TV powered via hanging extension cord. Hairdryer bracket broken. Windows heavily dusty. Housekeeping only on day 5 after we called.

Neat place to stay! At a ski resort. Great views from our deck. Little kitchen team was nice.

Bed was comfy and well supplied with sheets and pillows. Balcony was huge with amazing ever changing views and table and chairs that we could use inside or out Bathroom was good and it was great to have a toaster, kettle and coffee maker, plus crockery and cutlery. The utensils were a bonus, don’t usually find tin opener, scissors, chopping board, etc. sink to wash up in. Staff in the whole resort were very friendly and very helpful. Visited the bear refuge, did some of the hikes, used the gondola and chairlift at the resort.

Kitchen area was small, needed a bit of planning to use it and the coffee maker and its box of coffee/milk took up most of the space but I worked it out. Some rooms are let, some suites owned and lived in or sublet so it would be a lottery as to who was next to you or above and below but it was quiet during the quiet hours while we were there. Our room was by the stairs on 3rd floor which for some reason had a continuous hum from lights, ice maker above or just the general air system which I found annoying overnight but other people wouldn’t.

Parking

Impressive double connected rooms. Our room had a living room, dining table and full kitchen with a laundry. Great for family or travelling with friends.

It was tricky checking in due to a change of ownership but this was the shoulder season.

Please Do Not post this score. We were unable to get into the lodge unit after 3 codes attempted. New management was trying very hard to assist but no maintenance staff were available to help. We left after 11/2 hours and were pleased to be cancelled and fully refunded. Kudos to Julie in Calgary

Decent size room, very remote high up the mountain

No staff on site, neither as prior indicated at the neighbouring hotel. Couldn’t get our key nor our door code and were waisting over an hour in hotlines, where the first number we were given they were not in charged and kept referring us to a different number. Overall a very bumpy to rally annoying arrival after an already long day of driving.

L’accueil catastrophique. L’accueil situé dans autre bâtiment était fermé. Aucune information sur nos chambres.Le numéro de téléphone à disposition n’à pas résolu le problème. Grâce à l’aide d’un résident nous avons pu connaître enfin nos numéros de chambre. Une chambre n’à pas pu être ouverte par les différents Code fournis par téléphone.un rendez-vous été nécessaire pour obtenir une clé. Nous n’avons jamais vu de personnel.

NO hassles. Self-serve check-in worked great! Very comfortable room. The Nespresso was very good 😋

The hot tub was cool at the bottom and war on top. There was a lot of grit at the bottom of the pool. Obviously had not been check in a while. 😒

Very clear instructions on getting there and getting into room. Room had good facilities and a microwave, fridge, cutlery and plates. Magnificent views as well. It was very good.

No restaurants open at the time of booking. No one told us they were closed for the off season. Broken beer bottles around the hot tub.

Clean, spacious, easy to access. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location and generously sized apartment. beds and linen all good. Nespresso machine and pods a nice touch.

Some of the appliances are tired and therefore unreliable and need updating . The internal phones dont work so if there is a problem you have to call the reception in a building down the hill on your cell which if you are from abroad is an expensive exercise.

Sofa bed did not have any sheets. Bedroom had no king size bed. It was queen size.

Beautiful location, nice clean rooms and a balcony with a view. We loved our stay!

They didn’t mention the hot tub would be out of service until Wednesday and we arrived the Friday, too late to rebook somewhere, really wanted to use the hot tub in the mountains both days.

Nice suite, clean, comfortable, quality complimentary coffee, kitchen was well equipped.

I wasn’t made aware the hot tub was not available during my stay.

Modern and recently renovated. It was quiet because we were there on shoulder season and the rate was really good. It was nice to have a little basic kitchen sink space.

The washroom wasn’t the cleanest, I could see dust left in the corners.

The room is spectacular, the mountain view is amazing and the parking was super easy and convenient. The staff member that checked us in went above and beyond. She was super friendly and very accommodating...especially when the check-in time is 4pm and we show up at 10am hoping to check-in early. With a quick check of her system, we have our room key, code and instructions. The best check-in service we've ever had.

The night staff was wonderful. When I came into my booked room late and found it not cleaned from previous booking, they were able to find me a room right away. No questions asked, but they just wanted to make sure I was taken care of.

Overall an amazing stay! Few little things needed repaired in our suite but it’s clearly not a super new building. Overall clean where it counts and the hot tub was fun.

schönes, großes Zimmer mit Ausblick auf die gegenüberliegende Bergkette. Großes Zimmer, sehr großer Balkon. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Nähe gibt es auch (mindestens) ein gutes Restaurant. Ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt.

Hot tub on the patio was awesome. The layout of the two bedroom unit was great for privacy between bedrooms.

It is about a 12 minute drive into the Town of Golden. Palliser Lodge does not have a sauna but we were able to use the neighbouring resort's sauna.

Mountain views amazing, spacious very clean condo. Could use cutting boards in the kitchen.

Loved our 1br apt. So clean and very well supplied! Even had laundry soap provided. Loved staying here and would definitely love to return! Great coffee! Only stayed one night but wish it was a week!! Thanks!!

Booked this room because it was listed as a good deal on hotels.com. When we arrived there was no staff at the hotel and we had to go down the road to another property to check in. The staff at the other site said it was not staffed because it cost too much. We were then charged an additional “resort” fee in addition to what we paid on line which was not stated on line. Not sure why considering nothing was working??? The room had no air conditioning and we were told to use a fan. It smelled stale and was dirty. The hotel entry was open all night with no security and no staff anywhere on any of the properties. We were only provided with and emergency phone number. Had any of this been listed on line we definitely would have stayed elsewhere.

The view was amazing and the room/condo was so clean and simply wonderful. Staff were very friendly and attended to any need we had. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Nice stay quiet place

This place is so quiet and beautiful, big balcony space to view the night sky! Check-in was a little difficult because you have to go to the other building but other than that, it was a wonderful stay

Suite was very well appointed and super clean. Bed was big and comfy. Loved sitting in the hot tub at night and staring at the blanket of stars.

We booked a 2 bedroom suite with hot tub on the deck and a beautiful view. It was fabulous! Clean and the beds were super comfortable. Staff were great. We stayed the 1st night after driving the Icefields Pkwy from Jasper; 2nd night after visiting nearby Yoho National Park (fantastic), 3rd night after visiting Banff, Lake Louise, Moraine Lake…then we were set to head west to Vancouver.

Great stay, great place, one staff member was rude and unwilling to help and not pleasant, issue with restaurant and staff member not willing to help, but other staff were great, great place, would recommend but was incredibly shocked and one staff members extremely poor treatment and restaurants closed when all advertising said they should be open.

The view of the mountains and nespresso were the best! The restaurant nearby (Jeffreys Room) was excellent. The staff was very nice and left us a little something for our anniversary which was appreciated.

The bed was really uncomfortable, you just sank and the room had a funny smell.

View from the balcony was captivating and would be exceptional in winter. Bed was comfy and all the essentials were provided.

The general store wasn't open which meant a 30 minute return trip for supplies.

The size of the condo was good and the bed very comfy. We liked the walking distance to the Kicking Horse Resort Gondola.

Poor decor on the walls. None in the bedroom and the main living picture was behind the tv. Luke warm shower was not too pleasant as there were issues with the hot water system. The lock on the bedroom door to the balcony did not work, nor did the hair dryer, exhaust fan light and half the main bedroom ceiling light. The main saucepan was really dirty and gave it a good scrub as we had brought steele wool.

Usually not a review writer, but upon arrival to our hotel, the Palliser Lodge in Golden, BC , there's a note stating to check in elsewhere. The hotel isn't staffed, like there is literally not one worker in the entire building. If you need anything you have to call someone & wait for them to drive over to you. Upon arrival the room next door to 106B were having a dinner party, we couldn't hear our tv & had to have it up loud to drown out their noise to hear . They didn't end their party til well after posted quiet times. Other end of hotel seemed very quiet.listening/hearing 6 hours of people talk was annoying. I'm sure staff had to know people live in room next to ours. Yes we could have asked to be moved but after a day of hiking & unpacking stuff, we weren't about to pack it up n move. Something was strange as some rooms had doormats, come to find out people live in this hotel . The Nepresso spoons were cloudy so we thought that's just the way they are , nope they were dirty, like someone licked the spoon & left it & staff didn't wash them. We are on a 17 day Canadian Rocky trip & this was by far the worst hotel we stayed at. Since this building isn't manned it was extremely dirty , elevator was disgustingly dirty. Definitely will never stay here again.

More explanation of where to go to check in. It has to be the front of the building at glacier lodge to check in. The back of the building is key only. Elevator is not working. Other than that it’s a very nice stay.

Main bedroom ensuit shower was blocked straight away, elevator was not working and only got told this the day of arriving, even though it was down for like a month already, and we were on the top floor. hot water system had issues too.

Suites were nice. Very quiet and restful in the off season. Communication was good. I was disappointed at checkout. I let the staff know that there was a previous big stain on the outer shower curtain. There was no apology or anything just “I’ll let housekeeping know”. Left me feeling a bit negative about the stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very warm with no AC and the fan too loyd for sleeping. Being ground floor we couldnt leave the patio door open at night. We reported the shower head, kettle and coffee machine all non functioining. It was OK for a one night stay en route to Banff but needs updating.

Room was good. Small things were broken like door handles, screens were missing or not hooked up to windows, hot tub quit working on day two of the trip. Elevator was broken and we stayed on the fourth floor. Water heater tank was being maintenanced during our stay. The fans provided for the room weren’t the greatest and falling apart. Left a day early because the unit was very warm.

Heel goede ligging, vlak bij het mooie Yoho park, Banff park en Jasper park. Vlak bij dorpskern, gemakkelijk om inkopen te doen. ruime badkamer, goede stevige bedden (queen size).

We liked how quiet the unit was. there was a decent amount of kitchen stuff compared to other suites i have stayed. I also liked that the ensuite bathroom door was far enough from the bed you couldn't really see much light. I wish i noticed there wasn't a/c but atleast there were fans . the bathtub drain was pretty clogged and the screen door was pretty hard to open and close. But those we just tiny, normal issues i'm sure will get fixed.

Lodge in una bellissima posizione sotto la montagna, immersa nella natura e nella pace. Camera pulita e ben accessoriata, non mancava nulla Parcheggio sotterraneo coperto disponibile se non finiscono i posti. Molto apprezzato il balcone con vista sulla vallata

Il check va fatto in un’altra struttura dove ti informano sul funzionamento delle varie chiavi per accedere, poi devi andare al tuo lodge in macchina e lì non c’è nessuna persona ad assisterti. La nostra camera aveva l’ingresso in comune con un’altra camera e ci abbiamo messo 15 minuti per trovarla. Se ci fosse una persona al desk nella struttura sarebbe più semplice fare il check in In più, il secondo giorno la tessera del parcheggio coperto non funzionava più

Beautiful location, quiet and out of the way. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Fantastic in room coffee Stop at whitefish bistro (doesn't open til 9) it's amazing!

No AC ( which we knew about but didn't expect 30+ temps haha). It was warm in the room even with balcony door open and fans Elevator was out of service with no discount to rooms.. No coffee shops in the am until 9am for road coffee.

De locatie van het resort was prachtig. Keuken in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte.

Zeer warme kamer aan de achterkant van de lodge. Er was geen airco, wel een ventilator. Uitzicht op muur. Zeer luidruchtige buren. Niet aangenaam om op het terras te zitten. Verlaten en gedateerde inkomhal.

2nd time, staying here and again, the elevator wasn't working. Apparently, this is normal according to staff.

La struttura è fuori da Golden e nei pressi non ci sono molte alternative dove cenare salvo ritornare appunto a Golden. Il check-in non è nella struttura. L'arredamento è un po' buio e opprimente.

Dicono di lavare i piatti nella lavastoviglie......ma non c'è! Almeno il sapone x lavarli a mano !!!! La macchinetta x il giaccio non funziona

Broken elevator and very small room with extremely large chair that limited movement around bed

We were a little disappointed with how the elevator wasn't working, and having to check in at another hotel, however it was a good room to stay in for one night.
