The room was spacious, had a large sink area.

Beds were squeaking loudly upon every body movement so our sleep was terrible.

Nachdem ich das Zimmer gesehem habe habe ich kostenpflichtig storniert. Brandlöcher im Bett, 3 verschiedene Teller in schmutzigen Schubladen. Küchenstühle vor der Tür. Und ein nasses Sofa. Eine Klimaanlage die immer wieder ausgeht. Teile waren renoviert. Viele andere völlig abgewohnt. Das Bett knarrt als wäre es auf hoher See.

abbiamo apprezzato molto la colazione inclusa nel prezzo. Per essere un Motel è pulito e ben organizzato

Ontbijt is basic. Vooral alleen zoetigheid.

Il caldo eccessivo nella stanza.

Spacious room and the hotel was surrounded by all amenities. Staff were super helpful. When I reported that the a/c was making a terrible noise, they came immediately and fixed it. Breakfast is also included in the price and there is plenty of parking.

Nothing really, all was fine. Breakfast room could perhaps be extended. It's rather small and was way too crowded and we had to wait to sit down. Even then, it felt a bit chaotic

Good location with restaurants, supermarkets etc close by. Clean comfortable rooms with good facilities, microwave, fridge etc. Breakfast was okay, hard boiled eggs, sausages, beans, cereal, toast, waffles, juices, tea and coffee.

At breakfast, some people were piling plates up to take back to their room even after eating lots for breakfast and not leaving enough for other people coming in. Staff really needed to say something even though there was a sign saying no food or drink past this point.

The hotel is in a very convenient and easy-to-find location, with several restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Christine, who was very approachable and helpful throughout my stay. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the bed was neat, tidy, and comfortable. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and really appreciated the convenient location, cleanliness, and friendly service.

One thing I did not like was the sound insulation. Noise from the neighboring rooms was quite loud and frequently disturbed me, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. I hope the hotel can improve the soundproofing between rooms to provide guests with a quieter and more comfortable stay.

I prefer motel style rooms when I’m travelling in Alberta because I like having my vehicle close by. It’s not always possible in every motel but in yours, I was able to park a couple of feet from my front door which was great. I am currently on an extended road trip across Alberta so I have been staying in motels all over the province and yours was the cleanest and most comfortable room that I’ve stayed in so far on this trip. I find a lot of motels in Alberta are not as clean and modern as I would like but that wasn’t the case at your motel. I will be a returning customer the next time I’m in Hinton.

Nothing comes to mind when I think about what I didn’t like. My expectations were either met or exceeded in each category.

Das Motelzimmer ist zweckmäßig und sauber. Wir haben dort zwei Nächte verbracht, um den Jasper NP besuchen zu können. Dafür war das in Ordnung, aber vergleichsweise teuer.

Wie schon von vielen anderen Leuten erwähnt, ist das Einweggeschirr ein Problem. Auch die Anzahl der Tische im Frühstücksraum ist begrenzt.

Las habitaciones son muy amplias, cómodas y tranquilas. Tiene todo lo necesario. La ubicación es relativamente buena para los parques nacionales de Jasper.

La zona del desayuno es muy pequeña y a veces no hay sitio donde sentarte.

Beds were comfortable but bath was tight.

We were disappointed that the breakfast was only 7-9. The boys were tired from a long drive so I did not push them to get to the breakfast on time!

Dichtbij Jasper NP.

Gehorig (lawaai van buren). Te weinig stopcontacten, koffie, handdoeken en de ontbijtzaal was zo klein dat ie telkens vol zat. Gevolg twee keer niet kunnen ontbijten. We komen hier nooit weer.

Good location, easy to find location of the major highway.

The property is a B- hotel. In need of a face lift. It is an aging property. Breakfast area was too small and no ventilation. No elevator to the second floor, stairs only.

Der Check-in verlief einfach, kostenlose Parkplätze stehen direkt vor der Unterkunft zur Verfügung. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber.

Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach und dabei wird sehr viel Plastikmüll produziert. Auch die Teller und das Besteck ist nur zur einmaligen Verwendung.

Everything. The room was hot when we arrived. 3 very little shampoo, conditioner & body wash was there for 2 adults to use !! Breakfast was better not been provide. It smelled .Coffee was mostly like colored water. They did not even open the reception door for us to check out. They did not want to give me a receipt. I insisted and made them call the manager. I spendef less money for one night stay in 10 times better place in Calgary. It was expensive and I feel I wasted my money

Il n'y avait pas de séchoir à cheveux dans la chambre. Nous n'avons pas apprécié le déjeuner. Il pourrait y avoir quelques fruits et yogourt. La file pour pes gauffres étaient longues. Ce n'était pas fameux. Pour le prix, j'ajouterais un meilleur déjeuner. Merci

Breakfast room was very small and total chaos in morning.

Rooms basic but very clean. Comfortable bed, coffee machine, small bathroom but shower really good. Staff great, location close to restaurants but Hinton is a strip: can't be close to everything. Breakfast surprisingly good for the price (included), but dining room is small and gets busy, so allow time to get a seat and eat.

Decor a bit tired, but hey, it's an overnight stop..

L'habitació era àmplia, còmoda i no li faltava detall. El personal va ser absolutament amable tot el temps. Ens van ajudar moltíssim. Hi havia pàrking gratis i esmorçar gratis. Genial.

El menjador és molt petit i de seguida s'ompli de gent. És l'únic detall a millorar.

The room was recently refurnished

Toilet didn’t flush and we didn’t realize until night time and fixed it ourselves. It looked like a motel. Breakfast was just ok No hair dryer in the room. Had to ask for one.

Older building but unit was recently renovated. Staff very helpful because of my disability. Good continental breakfast but space too crowded and they would not let us take the food to our room. Convenient and safe location.

De hoofdkussens van beide bedden waren echt te dun. De airco maakte een oorverdovend lawaai, uitzetten was geen optie want de ramen konden niet open. Het ontbijt kan je beter overslaan en ergens anders halen. De douche was erg laag, daar kan je niet onder staan.

Bed very uncomfortable. Could hardly sleep with the back ache.

Good, affordable place to stay if exploring Jasper National Park. It is basic, but has everything you need. It was close to a lot of restaurants which was great when tired from exploring for the day.

There could be more variety at breakfast. There was no fresh fruit, for example.

Rigtig fint sted med god service og gode faciliteter, nemt hvis man rejser backpack og lige skal have en dag med en rigtig seng og bad.

L'emplacement.

Les chambres sont mal pensées. Il y fait une chaleur incroyable et la climatisation fait un bruit énorme. La salle de bains est microscopique et mal aménagée. Les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas.

Breakfast, it was disgusting. We tried it on the first day and after that went elsewhere for breakfast. Either the waffle machine was not set correctly or the batter mixture was wrong but the only place that the final product belonged was in the trash. I hope this gets corrected as previously on our vacation we had, had another Wyndham waffle and it was beautiful.

Staff were awesome. Beds were horrible. Lumpy and loud squeaking.

Bathroom was very small. No hooks or racks . We stayed for two days. Staff just made one bed and left another like that during cleaning.They didn’t clean the room just changed towels and napkins.

Very friendly staff, very comfortable bed, amazing shower, pretty quiet at night.

There was a light on outside our room all night. Perhaps a security light? It was glowing through the curtain cracks.

Großes Zimmer, mit vielen verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Gegend. Das Frühstück war ausreichend.

Sehr sauberes Zimmer und Bad. Bequemes Bett.Freundliches Personal.

Ratternde Aircon (wohl aus den 60'ern). Heizung hat nicht funktioniert. Nach meiner Reklamation bekam ich einen kleinen Heizlüfter ( Zimmerwechsel nicht möglich).Angeblich sollte die Heizung in 1 Std funktionieren,aber auch am nächsten Morgen war die Heizung noch kalt. Extrem kleiner Frühstücksraum, chaotischer Ablauf, da völlig überfüllt. Das Personal versuchte das Beste draus zu machen. Auch die Qualität der Speisen&Kaffee waren unterdurchschnittlich

Room's "updated" is an understatement new paint and some furniture isn't updated. Bathroom is hard to access/close the door if you are a bigger build. Floors dusty, microwave disgusting yellow stained and melted door, fridge door pockets broken not fully updated. Breakfast mediocre toast and cereal that's it.

The staff were so friendly, room was nice, bed comfortable and great water pressure in the shower. We had a corner unit and it was very quiet. I will definitely stay there again.

Sehr freundliches Personal und saubere Zimmer. Bei uns ging leider die Heizung nicht aber wir haben sofort einen Heizlüfter bekommen.

Man hat teilweise den Lärm von der Strasse gehört. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach gehalten, es gibt z.B keine Fruchtsäfte.
