Four Points by Sheraton Regina

The property was in walking distance to Mosaic Stadium which is why we chose it. It was also steps away from The Keg where we had dinner before the concert we attended. The front desk and lobby area was appointed nicely.

The hallway to the rooms was very dirty. The walls have obviously taken a bit of beating and the carpet was so dirty. The room we stayed in smelled of smoke. My husband actually asked me if we had booked a smoking room by accident. The carpet in the hotel room was old and very dirty. It also didn’t have any underlay under it so it was just very hard.

Very close to mosaic stadium And good restaurants

Great location close to the stadium and to the Brewerys. Staff are wonderful and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfy.

It rained a ton and there was water coming in the building! Not a huge deal but could be an issue if it came into our hotel room. Pool needs a little bit of work but otherwise the hotel is perfect!

It was all around a perfect stay

There was only one minor thing They only left us two micro packets of coffee creamer, sugar and coffee. Kind of cheap for such a nice hotel

Roger's Tavern attached to the property is in need of a "Re-do" Its not going to attract the clientele the Hotel is looking for.

We were in Regina for a Rider football game and we were able to walk to the stadium from the hotel. The breakfast was good as it was ordered off a menu and not a buffet.

The air conditioner did not work and the room was quite hot. We called but nobody ever came to fix it. The hotel was noisy with kids running up and down the hallways

There was no trolley available to help with bags. The hallways looked like they were mid renovation. The train woke me three times with its horn. The curtains were NOT blackout.

It was convenient for why I was in town.

Main beef was with the restaurant. At 6 PM they are out of some food items? Not really acceptable. We walked out and had dinner somewhere else. Didn't bother with breakfast either. Parking surface full of pot holes. Very disappointing first impression for a Sheraton related hotel.

This hotel is in horrible condition. It is very dirty, hot tub closed, pool dirty. Room had musty smell, windows and blind dirty. They are renovating, but did not advise us till we arrived. We were very disappointed, and it left us with a very bad impression of Regina. We found the hotel directly the day before and made a booking. We were not advised of the renovation or the hot tub being closed. The staff clearly felt bad and they were doing a good job, but the state of the building is horrible.

Train was loud early morning

The reception desk is very professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean.

The breakfast was miserly. Very small and little or no choices. The quality of the breakfast is very poor and substandard considering how much paid to book the hotel. Breakfast availability was the reason for booking the hotel but it was disappointingly poor. 2 Towels were hardly provided only one and a half towel.I had to call for more towels. The towels are worn out and needs replacement.

The hotel was close to Bushwakkers.

1) The hotel was a 4 dressed up as a 9. It was trying to be above a Days Inn, but really it wasn't. 2) The pool area looked to have more water on the floor than the pool itself-gross. 3) No garbage bags in the garbage bins- this seems strange to me- especially in the bathroom. The bins themselves were spotless and clean. However, I feel for the cleaning staff needing to clean the bins. 4) The train horns- yes the hotel has no control over this- but something to be aware of.

This was the worst experience ever they took my payment answer didn't even let me stay in the room I got i provided I'd as asked ans they still shut me down from getting a room their it's the worst place to do business I'd say ..

Everything they screwed up everything didn't even let me stay in my room but took my money . It's disgusting to be honest

The room was standard with a comfortable bed and clean room.

My room was missing all of the amenities and I had to continuously keep requesting for additional stuff - such as hotel slippers, toothbrush/toothpaste, creams, etc. I was later told that the hotel was out of toothbrushes and toothpaste and I followed up for the entire duration of my trip but was never provided with it. I believe this is a basic necessity and should be stocked.

this place is filthy and in deteriorating shape my room had dirty walls dirty windows paint where there shouldnt be paint drywall cracks and the hallways are almost embarrasing especially where you come off the elevator pool has a brown ring around it i didnt even go in it this sadly is becoming the norm for most regina hotels where is the maintenance and cleaning staff where is the manager that should be looking at this mess and realizing it needs to be corrected for people to feel good about their stay i would not stay here again

Carpet had not been vacuumed in quite some time. There was a whole smorgasbord of debris all around the carpeted area. Although we arrived slightly early and waited in the seating area as there was apparently no room ready for us, I hadn't noticed that in the 10 minutes we waited that the reception area had filled up with approx. 15 people waiting to check in. Instead of the desk clerk (who knew we were waiting to check in) calling us over, I waited in line for approx. 35 more minutes. No hair conditioner in bathroom.

Staff are very friendly.

The rooms are not noise proof.i can here people talking at the hall way and people at the next room.the door is not slowly shutting and slam every time.everything is noisy.doors are noisy.bathroom doors squeaks.breakfast is soooo expensive too but like i said employees are very friendly.

There were too many children playing in the hallways, banging on walls. They were up very late. A number of other guests also came out of their rooms to ask the children to be quiet as they were trying to sleep.The security guard did not intervene at all.

Overall the size of the room was nice. There were electrical outlets in the free parking lot, which was very handy for the winter.

The bathroom sink was clogged. The switch for one of the bedside lights was broken. I was only there for one night so they wouldn't have had time to address those issues while I was there.

Very noisy. Barely got any sleep. My family members in a different room on a different floor said the same thing. The hotel should invest in sound insulation. The hotel should also get a different person/organization to run the restaurant. The prices were expensive for mediocre food.

Breakfast was very disappointing. I ordered eggs Benedict and it was inedible. The sauce was gooey and obviously from a package. The egg was over cooked. The muffin was soggy. The bacon was tasteless and the spinach was compost. Just awful.

We arrived late after midnight, and after checking few hotels that didn't live up to our expectations, we chose to stay here. The night clerk was polite, though he offered only a small discount despite our checking in so late. Our room overlooked a messy construction site, and the bathroom layout was poorly designed, with the toilet awkwardly squeezed between a wall and a wooden stand. The lobby was totally empty when we arrived and when we left, making the high prices seem even more unreasonable. Overall, the hotel was overpriced, run-down, and simply not worth what they’re charging. Management needs to reconsider their rates to ensure the hotel remains competitive.

Location, comfortable beds, clean room.

They advertise on their key card and loopy banners”come try our local craft beers” but they don’t serve any? The horizontal blind lets in way too much light at night. You can’t draw the vertical blinds? Hallways indicate poor, flimsy construction. No soap on the on deck shower container both Friday and Saturday. Beer cans still in the lobby late morning.

The location was great for our needs. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were so busy due to an event the night before however they remained happy, and friendly and did a great job with some unfriendly guests. All staff dressed for the event it was awesome.

Local construction is probably hindering them slightly however when it is finished they will be in prime location.

I booked this room just after midnight because my daughter was sick and there was too much noise at my friend's where we were staying. I did not realize because it was after midnight that it would put check-in as 4 pm. I contacted both Expedia and went to the hotel. Neither Expedia or the hotel were able to switch the night. The hotel was mostly vacant and it should not have been an issue. It was a waste of money and time dragging my sick daughter there. Terrible customer service. The front desk told me he had to clear it with a manager but that would not be until 9am. Then, the manager would not refund the following day when Expedia tried to ask them for flexibility. The app is not set up for a situation like this and the hotel was completely inflexible, even though they were close to empty

The tvs were not smart tvs and i could not use an app or get to my own netflix or even cast form my phone.

For a Four Points by Sheraton it misses the mark of other locations. Dirty threshold between the bedroom and the bathroom/ I expected a better hotel fit and finish is in need of improvement- Poor quality shower head -

Dated property. Next to impossible to access due to street improvements. I was expecting a continental breakfast and there was none.

Overall the property has fallen into disrepair. Fixtures are lose and it’s just kind of low end. The staff gave me a ticket for what looked like free breakfast worth $12 - I had breakfast and it turns out the ticket was not spelled out clearly. A mistake made before and the breaks Fast bill was 12 dollars. The breakfast wasn’t worth twelve cents. Overall a disappointment. The service in the resteraunt was really good considering everything and was the highlight of my stay.

I like cause its clean and its convenient. I dont like because our room that where we Stay is can heard the train passing by.
