Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal in allen Bereichen. Gutes Frühstück. gutes Restaurant im Haus. Zimmer tadellos sauber und mit guter Ausstattung (Wasserkocher, Nespressomaschine, Kapseln wurden täglich aufgefüllt - top!). Sehr bequeme Betten und Kissen. Ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze in eigener Garage.

Die Zimmer nach hinten sind etwas düster (kleine Fenster und dichter Baumbewuchs). Wasserdruck in der Dusche etwas schwach.

Safe parking, good location, great food and friendly staff

Well situated. Close to town with superb views of the bay. Well soundproofed.

No USB chargers. Menu could do with a little more variety.

It was all just OK.

Asked for EV charging as advertised but it did not work. Asked for paper copy of dinner menu but had to go to reception for it. Asked for coffee machine pods but they never arrived All in All a very poor experience.

Nous y avons passé 1 nuit, c'était très bien, un peu cher mais en Irlande en septembre tout est cher ! Propre, personnel sympa, parking privé a côté avec ascenseur desservant directement l'hôtel, dépose minute devant. Bien localisé pour balader dans Bantry.

Mettre une pomme de douche amovible !

Staff were very friendly throughout. Hotel was clean and the leisure centre was enjoyable. Food in the bar was tasty .

The shower was in the bath and was bit of a squeeze. A couple of more shelves to put toiletries would have been good.

Frühstück sollte für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis besser sein (kein Kaffeeautomat, abgezählte Toastscheiben, Personal zählte das Trinkgeld und kam erst auf Nachfrage an den Tisch, um Bestellung aufzunehmen)

Gostamos bastante das refeições do bar e do pequeno-almoço. Muito bom. Todo o staff foi de uma simpatia sem fim.

O quarto tem pouca arrumação para as roupas.

Staff were really friendly. Free kids meals for under 12s. The pool was lovely. The family suites were perfect size for family of 5.

Excelente ubicación y vistas. Desayuno adecuado pero muy sencillo. Camas cómodas limpias. Se descansa bien de noche. Spa agradable aunque pequeño.

El mobiliario aunque cuidado se nota antiguo. Diría que en algunas cosas es un 3 estrellas y en otras un 4.

The location is fantastic. The food was good. The nice staff were very helpful. Room was clean. Leisure centre is nice. Pool is clean

The bedrooms are very dated and dont feel special. The beds and pillows were ok. The decor was drab and old. There is no air conditioning or no fridge in the rooms. Curtains dont pull properly across the window and let a lot of light in. The street noise (traffic and deliveries of kegs etc) and the curtains have no ability to block out any of the noise. The shower was terrible. You have to step into the bath and the shower mat doesnt stick properly. Hardly enough room to turn around in it. The shower head is fixed to the wall and the pressure was terrible. The system of getting your room cleaned is ridiculous. About 30 per cent of the staff are very rude (the rest were good.) The smell in one of the corridors was disgusting enough to make me want to vomit (and i was there for 6 nights and it didnt clear up) The lifts are a joke. The car parking spaces are so small i had to squash in my passenger door and open the sun roof so i could climb to the driver door. I spent 6 nights here with family also having rooms and similar problems. It cost around 200 euros per night and was definitely not worth that. I will not be returning to this hotel ever. It may be ok for 1 or 2 nights but the lack of sleep and general comfort is just not good enough for a longer stay. I did try to complain at check out but the receptionist was very rude and not listening to me so in the end i just wanted to get out of there!

Il ristorante l'unica cosa buona

Camera oltre il rumoroso, sulla strada principale, vetri non isolati, e dalle 6 del mattino hanno scaricato centinaia di barili di birra da due grandi camion, facendo rimbalzare a 5 metri dalle finestre per oltre un ora. Incredibile. L'ascensore e il corridoio erano con escrementi di cane, ma, pur avendo segnalato la cosa, nessuno ha pulito.

Die Dame am Anfang, konnte Deutsch und war sehr nett und zuvorkommen.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Aber die Fenster und Türen, sind in die Jahre gekommen. Es ist so, als wenn die Autos der straße direkt bei uns durchs Zimmer fahren. Und es wurde bis spät abends über uns im Zimmer getrampelt. In der Nacht war es nicht möglich, für einen längeren Zeitpunkt zu schlafen. Es war ehrlich gesagt, unsere erste Katastrophen Erfahrung in Irland.

Sehr, sehr schlechtes Frühstück. Dunkle Zimmer. Sehr viel Lärm von der Straße und undichte Fenster. Super verwirrend mit den beiden Gebäudeteilen. Aufzug in Tiefgarage defekt. (Sehr hässlich aber das ist natürlich subjektiv.)

Not a lot. Good location. Hotel a dark maze. Reception staff not helpful. No mention of leisure facilities.

Everything. It wasn’t clean. Windows and cobwebs. Dark hair in bath. Wouldn’t eat there as I just felt cleanliness was questionable.

Sadly our coffee machine didn’t work… staff very understanding and apologetic.. just one of those things … lift broken from the car park .. struggled with luggage Breakfast very good but the chef needs to learn how not to overcook poached eggs

The property was in good condition & very clean. It is in a great location. The food is lovely & the staff were great. Also plenty of entertainment every evening.

Curtains could do with improving as they were not great as blackout curtains. Traffic noise outside. They could extend the breakfast opening hours.

Pricey. Kids beds in family room were terrible. One on a converted couch, one on a child’s day bed which was uncomfortable even for my small 10 year old.

Our second stay. Great room - with very welcome air conditioning! Very safe, secure, underground parking (we were on motorbikes) Friendly, helpful staff.

We were in Room 206. Between us and 204 is a door to a stair well which kept on slamming from early morning until we got up. You might consider some modification to the door which would minimise the noise.

Traffic noise and breakfast. Expensive hotel not worth the money. No suitable seating area in pool area, sauna out of order, steam room not working properly. Changing rooms needs refurbishing including lockers.

Quiet and the location was very convenient.

The room on the fourth floor was unbearably hot which made sleeping difficult. Provided a fan but it was not enough. No fridge in the room. no luggage rack. One hook in the bathroom. Just not enough for 235 euros a night.

Great central location overlooking the harbour and a couple of minutes from both the High Street and Bantry House. Staff were super, pool looked great although we didn't use it. Had good breakfasts and dinners in the restaurant.

Remembering which floor to get on to transfer to the next lift to access our room which was in a different part of the building, our problem!
