We loved the staff (very friendly and professional) the beds, the huge room, lovely view, great location, and excellent rooftop restaurant.

Everything! The location beachfront with its own access to the beach was amazing. The room was huge! Food was superb and the facilities including the gym were amazing. The staff were so courteous and accommodating too. It made our stay so worth it! Highly recommend this place

Everything! Beautiful, boutique style hotel, right on the beach, the amazing staff and facilities. We loved our room, the gym, the yummy breakfast each morning and the wonderful vibe around the hotel. Especially loved the music, and lounging by the pool ❤️

Staff friendly and helpful . Rooms are spacious and comfy . Moonlite and ocean breeze restaraunts were very good .

A little dated and needs a bit of maintenance and refresh . Some pool tiles were loose which could cause some cutting on feet and decking needs fixing , sanded and polished . Plugs in Basins in bathroom weren’t working .

Staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. Food was good. Hotel was clean and very comfortable and in a great location. Room are massive. Biggest I've had in Bali. Great for space if travelling with your family.

Accommodation is outdated however they are still charging top dollar. Example - swimming pool tiles are falling off, continual maintenance around the hotel, furniture outdated in room, super slow old lift. view accommodation is blocked by trees however you are charge a lot more for the view. Food is good but a little over priced.

The staff were absolutely brilliant here. They were ALL soo welcoming, kind and accommodating. We arrived early and reception staff ensured our bags were looked after before they could arrange an earlier check in for us (which was greatly appreciated). The room was tidied, towels changed and water replenished at least twice a day - this was great! The pool staff were also amazing, fresh towels brought to your sun lounger - often two per person too! Also, the bed - 10/10 comfort!

Nothing I didn’t like I just wouldn’t have booked the court yard pool room again as the pool was covered by shade the majority of the day so we didn’t use it. A sea view would have been better for us.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, our rooms on level 5 were fantastic. The rooftop restaurant had great food and views!

The balcony you have to be careful with young children due to the design.

Musikken var meget høj og så var playlisterne de samme 5 dage i træk - kunne godt trænge til lidt udskiftning. Også underholdning om aftenen var den samme.

The buffet breakfast was very poor with very limited choice and the juices were from bottles. And the breakfast staff were inexperienced with limited English. Also the surrounds of the pool and the pool are in need of an upgrade. Tiles were coming off at the bottom of the pool.

We really liked the beautiful beachfront location, relaxing ambience, and well-maintained facilities. The room was comfortable, the pool area was lovely, and the overall design gave a premium holiday feel. The staff were warm, polite, and always helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was also good, with a nice variety of options.

There was nothing major that we disliked. Overall, our stay was very pleasant. Perhaps a little more variety in some areas during peak breakfast time could make the experience even better, but this did not affect our overall enjoyment.

The staff were so lovely but there were a lot of trainees and we often had to call them repeatedly to get drinks/food. The bed was awesome, very comfortable and the location of the hotel was great.

The noise in our room was horrible. Terrible music blaring through until 10pm every day. The beer was never cold and the mini bar not restocked when used. The hotel itself was very tired and no-where near what we would have expected for the price we paid.

Great location for Seminyak with large rooms and direct access to the beach. Very friendly staff.

The property is really dated and old. Desperately in need of renovations. Everything in the room from doors to bathroom fixtures were all old and worn and even the areas outside look older than the hotel itself is. It wasn't bad...but you can do much better for the money you spend than staying here.

The sunbeds on the beach doesn’t belong to the hotel .. and for me that is important .. i want to lay down on bed that is belong to my hotel . A note : that’s no one mistake but .. everyone must be carful about the waves when the red flag is sit take it seriously and don’t swim .. the life guard is not caring he is not the hotel staff .. and he is sitting far away .. i really had very bad experience because i was about to be swallowed by the ocean. Just be careful

We had excellent service, the staff were wonderful and so welcoming. The room was very spacious, although the balcony spa was broken and the balcony door was hard to open, very minor issues but everything else was perfect. The breakfast was outstanding, and the rooftop had a beautiful view for the sunset. We loved our stay here.

A bit on the high price end and bed a bit too on soft side. But this is just being picky.

Breakfast provided has many options which I loved, the pool was a daily highlight morning and afternoon and the room as large and very tidy.

It's starting to show it's age so maybe a nice freshen-up is in order. But overall, it was fantastic. The only other thing was there was a bin/rubbish being stored near our room, 102, somewhere, and at times the smell was quite confronting particularly on hot days.

Everyone at the hotel were super lovely. The bedroom exceeded expectations, with a beautiful view of the beach. I also got quite sick, and the staff were really helpful and arranged for a doctor to see me throughout the middle of the night. A special mention to Arti - she was amazing.

Sometimes it was a little noisy at night, if you just wanted to go back to the room.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Grand Seminyak. Without a doubt, it was the most memorable hotel experience of my entire trip to Bali. My room was stunning, with a beautiful ocean view that made every moment special. The rooftop became my favorite place. I went there every evening for sunset and drinks, and honestly, I never felt the need to go anywhere else. The sunsets there are simply magical. What made this stay truly exceptional is the people. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. I felt at home from the very first moment. They quickly understood my habits and preferences, which made everything feel effortless and personal. A special mention to the spa: I had treatments every day and completely fell in love with the experience. Okah and Dia were absolutely amazing. Dia’s massage, a mix of Balinese and lymphatic, was simply outstanding. Every detail mattered, even the smallest ones. The housekeeping team was so thoughtful and delicate, always adding little touches that made a difference. From morning walks on the beach to peaceful evenings by the ocean, everything felt perfect. Leaving was truly emotional. I have stayed in beautiful places before, but Grand Seminyak will remain very special in my heart. Thank you for this unforgettable experience.

Dieser Aufenthalt war eine absolute Zumutung und wir können von diesem Hotel nur dringend abraten. Das Zimmer war in einem inakzeptablen Zustand: extreme Feuchtigkeit, ein spürbar nasses Bett und deutlicher Schimmelbefall. Ein solcher Zustand ist gesundheitlich bedenklich und dürfte so keinesfalls an Gäste vermietet werden. Zudem waren die Ecken dreckig und das gesamte Zimmer wirkte ungepflegt. Besonders unverschämt war der Umgang mit unserer Beschwerde: Nachdem wir das Problem gemeldet hatten, mussten wir ganze sechs Stunden warten, bis wir ein anderes Zimmer beziehen konnten. Eine Massage in der Lobby wurde uns als Friedensangebot geboten, welches wir dankend ablehnten. Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse wirklich eine Frechheit. Die gute Lage und ein lediglich durchschnittliches Frühstück können diese massiven Mängel in keiner Weise ausgleichen. Fazit: Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

So many things - from the hotel facility being too old to the room looking ancient due to ageing furnitures. The ducted AC vent continually drips water on the floor close to the bed. The floor tiles get wet from condensation - i believe. This led to my slipping and falling. The incident was reported and the staff promised to relocate us to another room the next day. At this point, the trust was gone. We had to check out to another hotel. When we requested for a refund through booking.com for the remaining 2x nights, the hotel management declined, making us loose about $800.

What I liked about this property is definitely the location right in front of of the beach, plus they have their own beach club. Clean swimming pool with comfortable chairs. Rooms are clean and very spacious. The team is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet and options were excellent and great

When on the balcony, there seemed to be a lot of noise coming from the hotel air conditioning. The DJ music around the pool in the afternoon was sometimes too loud and could be heard from within the room.

Rooms are so dirty, we could see the dust on the floor and corners of the rooms, carpet was stinking and they allocated room next to the one getting renovated and we could hear all the sounds and worst experience was we saw a lizard under our bed and lot of lizards in corridor's.

A beautiful space right on the beach. We saw the most glorious sunsets right on the balcony of our room. The rooms are spacious and minimal with a modern deco that just works with everyone. A special thanks to the cleaners who were on point with everything and flexible ready to show up any time of the day. Every staff member was so attentive and polite. We had a wonderful stay!
