The setting, the beautiful, smiling staff, the whole experience there was warm and welcoming

There was nothing to not like

-Long pool with good services -Good service level & breakfast facility at rooftop with wide selection of food -Ok gym with some free weights, smith & cardio eq. - Location great for surfing & morning run at beach - Massive terrace at 2bdroom suites

-for our needs it was too noist in the evenings with several bands playing at beach restaurants at the same time.

Staff were extremely friendly and so attentive. The staff at Double Six are all so lovely.

The service from staff was fantastic.The breakfast was great and views from breakfast. The location was good and the facilities that were provided were good. Gym had all you needed. the lounge/ late pick up area for people catching late flight or leaving late was fantastic. The room we had was lovely and well equipped with more than we needed.

The smell from the bathroom/drains was not great, but manageable. Parts of the hotel were slightly outdated but still v nice.

Room amenities and size with separate couch to watch TV. Huge bathroom. Loved the rooftop breakfast area and proximity to beachside dining. Arrival cocktails from butler even at 11pm. Special request of delicious gado gado salad not on menu als o fulfilled by butler. Had to leave a day early and was given complimentary spa massage in lieu of non cancellable stay. All staff were superb.

Overall the hotel was exceptional. In particular, I lost my phone on the beach and the staff at the desk were incredibly helpful throughout the process of telling me where the closest Ibox store was, to getting me a taxi and assisting with setting up the phone. I could not have done it without them!!! The room was fantastic, as was the breakfast. I would love to come back again

The most incredible service 'ever'. Luxury, luxury, more food and more luxury. Smiles and assistance from all the staff. 100% happy. Breakfast is literally on another level!! Fabulous pool and so many more beautiful features. Plantation Room Restaurant was high end and we even had a Soprano singer. Above all the staff really make this place. The kindest, sweetest and funniest people. We had a Girl's Week celebrating us all turning 70 and we all went to High School together. No better place to celebrate being 'old friends'. We all love Double 6 Semiyak. Sue, Ange, Julie, Mandy, Jeannie & Chez.

I checked in on August 28th and this is my second night. Last night's dinner was delicious at the steakhouse on the 4th floor. I had steak and cod at Plantation on the 4th floor, and it was fantastic. The atmosphere was upscale, like a European high society, and there was even a woman singing opera. Also, there was a slight problem with the room I initially checked in, so I consulted the front desk, and she kindly upgraded and changed my room even though it was 7pm. Ms. Tiwi at the front desk was incredibly helpful. Thank you very much.

We’ve had such an amazing stay at Double-Six Hotel. The food has been incredible throughout our stay, and the staff have honestly been one of the best parts of the experience. Everyone has been so friendly, welcoming and always willing to go the extra mile for us. We did a cooking course during our stay and afterwards weren’t completely sure which spices we needed to buy to recreate some of the dishes at home. One of the staff members actually went out of their way to get the correct spices for us, which was such a lovely touch and really shows the level of service here. Our rooms have been kept so clean throughout the stay, and the pool area has been amazing. The pool itself is lovely and the sunbeds are really comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax. The location is also perfect. You’re right next to the beach and within easy reach of so many restaurants, bars and places to visit, while still having everything you need at the hotel if you just want to relax for the day. Overall, we’ve had an amazing experience from start to finish and couldn’t be happier with our stay. The staff, food, rooms, location and facilities have all been brilliant. We will definitely be returning next year!

Great location and outstanding service

Perfect in every way. Our room was divine with a huge balcony to watch the sun set and the moon and extremely clean. The location means we have a 5 minute walk from restaurants and shopping. The restaurants on the hotel have a lovely atmosphere and beautiful food. The atmosphere at the hotel is unbelievable. Everyone is always helpful and we are greeted with smile. Love this place. Will be back next year

Very clean and great staff

This is our third stay at this wonderful resort in just over a year! What makes it a special experience is the location, amenities onsite and the fabulous and amazing staff. Cheri from reception went out of way to welcome us at breakfast and arranged a complimentary transfer to the airport at checkout. We are already looking forward to rebooking for next year!

Excellent staff, rooms, view, Plantation restaurant

Beachside location and handy to many bars , restaurants and shopping so plenty to do within walking distance. Easy to get taxis for further afield trips. Rooms were fantastic, large and well appointed with all of the extras required should you have forgotten anything. The service was impeccable down to every single person we interacted with. Noise wise, the room we were given was beautiful, over looking the beach, however was also adjacent to the roof top bar which was a bit too much for a twelve night stay so we asked to be moved which the staff facilitated easily. We lost some of the view but made up for it with a great night's sleep - the staff were so helpful. Some of the best service I've experienced with 24hr butler and a complementary lounge area available with free wine, soft drinks etc. while you wait for airport transfers. The food was very good, great breakfast range and would recommend tyne chicken skewers in the roof top sunset bar. Pool area was beautiful with more than enough lounges and great cocktails. Overall a top notch stay !

Just checked out after 3 nights stay at the stunning double six luxury hotel. From the moment we checked in you are thoroughly looked after. We stayed in a junior suite twin room which was huge..the biggest bathroom with a free standing bath, sepera6e shower and toilet plus double sinks. The pool area has many beds and staff. You don't carry your own towels or on your bed..its all done for you! Service is outstanding. All the staff are so friendly. They cannot do enough for you. The roof top restaurant where you have breakfast with the most stunning views across the ocean. Breakfast is complimentary and there is so much choice. More than you need and so delicious. The gym and spa also amazing. It was just most beautiful hotel. Highly recommend to anyone. Very sad to leave.

Double Six is such an amazing place and always our choice in Seminyak. Beachfront location, amazing pool, facilities and restaurants. Though what makes Double Six so special are the amazing staff, they cannot do enough for you. The Double 6 is the best place to stay in Bali, the staff are the stand-up they are fantastic in every aspect of service and always smiling and ready to assist in any request. The accommodation rooms are 1st class with everything you need to have on a holiday plus the view I will be back next year but i will stay for 4 weeks in a water view apartment Thankyou All at Double 6 for a great stay Kind regards Peter Wellard

Great location and food. Lovely staff

Amazing experience for our honeymoon. The staff are fantastic - so attentive and fast to action whatever you need. We had a package that included some meals and 2 cocktail hours a day, we were so impressed with how much was included, how great the food at all restaurants was and that the staff always made sure to get an extra drink order in or accommodate special requests that were off menu. The room was enormous and we loved our private pool so that we could relax in peace when the main pool was busy. Would love to return.

A large hotel directly opposite the beach with huge swimming pool and plenty of sun loungers. Absolutely lovely staff who can’t do enough for you. Breakfast and coffee excellent, coffee machine in room as well. Lots of restaurants along beach but hotel food and drinks also very reasonable. We upgraded to a pool access room which was perfect.

The staff were amazing, Always happy to help and very efficient. The rooms are very spacious and the the ocean view was beautiful. Great bathroom facilities. The breakfast was next level!!! We took full advantage of the Perla Spa and every time it was great experience. At Double Six you get the total experience and they have extras like the Owners Lounge. We checked midday and had a place to relax with free drinks until we left at 6:30pm.

Outstanding hotel. Beautiful lobby leading into an amazing pool. The service is perfect, all the staff are so helpful and smile so much. The food at the breakfast rooftop, pool and plantation restaurant is as good as you would get anywhere. The butter service is so special, they are available 24/7 for your needs. The location and views of the beach and sunsets are to die for. 50% off cocktails for residents. And use the Spa onsite, amazing.

The bedding was damp and the building is starting to look tired and old compared to some of the newer hotels we stayed at. At this price point it could be better.

Amazing experience! I’d recommend Double Six Luxury Hotel for everyone- families, friends, and couples. The staff are so friendly, the service is exceptional, the hotel had all the amenities you could need and the place was always clean. The location was also fantastic - across the road from the beach where there is always a lively atmosphere with live music and fun crowds. Our room was spacious and overlooked a lovely view of the pool and beach. We chose to eat in the hotel almost every night. All the restaurants were great. The Plantation in particular was spectacular. The food and live performances created a fantastic atmosphere.

Lovely hotel with genuinely pleasant staff. Meals were excellent and very reasonable prices for meals and drinks. Never felt we were being taken advantage of. The plantation restaurant was great with an Opera Singer. An experience but very reasonable. Recommended.

Honestly the beach view room was spectacular! Waking up and watching sunset was so nice!! We loved the massive rooms, all the restaurants and bars and right across from the beach! We would go for a morning walk everyday! Breakfast was also amazing’

The staff was lovely. They were so helpful. Everything was excellent. Except on my last night, a lady guest had a problem with her family and she was screaming, yelling and crying from 11 pm till 2 pm when I called the conceirge that I’m unable to sleep… that’s when the noise reduced. I feel sorry for the lady but my night got ruined because my friend had checked out a night before me
