Great location. All staff amazing, friendly and welcoming.Rooms clean and comfortable.

Rooms could be noisy at times. We could hear both neighbours. There was a constant drone type noise outside the room which was audible at night. Towels were clean but when used had a damp like smell as if not aired properly.

The staff were nothing short of being absolutely amazing. The facilities were nice & everything met our expectations.

Some of the internal hallways had paint that had clearly not been applied property & was peeling. Apart from this, the external views (which cannot be controlled) were a little lacking with partially built, dirty buildings as a lookout. The street noise was almost unabated by the doors / windows, so it made for some very loud nights.

Very relaxing. The young lady on reception was amazing. The customer service was impeccable. Her English was great. She even allowed us to have an early check-in. She organised a beautiful private car and driver at a very good rate through the Motel.

I didn’t like that I had to leave and come back home😂 . I booked another Mercure Motel over in Sanur for my November stay and now I have been spoilt by this motel.

Buffet breaky is the bomb. Staff so lovely and caring Amazing kids section.

This property was lovely. Close to the beach. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was our room did not have a view of the pool and our room looked over a roof, blocking the view. This was apparently mentioned in the booking information on Booking.com but not clearly. I would have booked through a travel agent if it was made clear. Only bad thing about our stay.

The room I got through Booking.com which was not cheap - the most I have ever paid for a room in Bali.

The bathroom had a very large benchtop which was good. The pool view was good and included a sea view over the derelict/empty land on the beachside of the hotel. Breakfast was good, once you found out where they were hiding the pork sausages and the bacon.

Whilst located very close to Double Six Beach, the road aspect of the property faces a derelict hotel. Don't get a roadside view room - always book a pool view room. There were very few poolside beds available. We went to the beach nearly every day because of this. Why do they 'hide' the pork sausages and bacon serving dishes at breakfast? We didn't realise this and didn't find them until the 3rd day of our stay. The cushions of the lounge chairs at the bar were very dirty. I mentioned it to the staff and they tried their best to clean them, but with little difference. There was a lot of peeling paint on the main external walls of the hotel.

Front desk staff kept getting things wrong. Had to ask 5 days in a row at 1700 to get room cleaning done having has the room cleaning switch on and being out all day. Then on last day we had already booked an extra night due to late flight. Organised checkout for my son in another room and confirmed our room number for the late stay. Got back from beach to find we had been locked out. Another trip to front desk!

Lovely staff and a great location right on double six beach.

The staff at the hotel were so lovely and friendly. The pools are massive and very clean, plenty of daybeds around the pool to lounge on. The room was spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast had a massive selection and was delicious.

Disliked how we paid for a pool view room and we received a view of the kids pool. I feel like that was a little misleading and would have liked to have known that’s what we were paying for instead of a view of the main pool. The kids pool was quite loud at times with the kids squealing which wasn’t ideal having a baby napping nearby.

The general location to the beach and main shopping street was handy. Everything was clean and staff friendly. Buffet breakfast was lovely

The actual location of the three rooms we got for our family were undesirable! We got two rooms overlooking the street and a corner executive suite overlooking the ocean which was stunning. However the street noise, dogs barking each morning and continual fireworks through the evening past midnight was terrible and very disruptive for sleeping. I felt that the price we paid was very high for what we received.

Just a 2 minute walk to the beach, even less to shops & restaurants. The people working here are lovely and very accommodating.

It’s not them, but the works across the road are a bit of an eyesore, they did compensate with a couple of drinks and desserts on the house though, so that was nice.

The staff were wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was great with lots of options. We enjoyed the pool and pool area.

The thing that was really bad was the poor lighting in the bathroom. I cannot understand how a company as large as the Grand Mercure can't work out that that we need lighting in the bathroom. Men have to shave and women need to put on make-up and so good lighting is essential.

An upgrade from a room where construction was happening, cost $545. I complained 3 times about a large group of loud people taking over the sunbeds and pool. The food at the resort was poor and overpriced

The staff were friendly, but it was unpleasant that they changed the payment method later on. The facility has plenty of amenities, but they couldn't be fully utilized. As for the restaurant, there seems to be a lot of variety at breakfast, but the food lacks flavor, the setup is very chaotic, and it's extremely noisy.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Our 6 year old daughter was sick for the last couple of days that we stayed, and the staff were always checking in to make sure that we had everything we needed which I really appreciate.

Lovely rooms, great pool and great breakfast selection, they even provided for gluten free!. Great service, very helpful.

The staff were amazing! We travelled for the first time with our 5 month old and they were so good with her. House keeping was also very accommodating when she was a little unwell and we needed new towels and fresh sheets multiple times a day!

The beds around the pool can get busy on perfect weather days, but the actual pool has plenty of space for everyone!

Need to update and renovate rooms. Missing grout between tiles, mold, any cleaning wouldn't help. I can not recommend to my friends. So many hotels and villas around. Guys, you need to be more competitive. Would not come back. And rather pricy so what's the point.

Good breakfast, dinner was just ok for the price. Clean and spacious room, air con was freezing. Friendly and helpful staff. With breakkie included makes it good value for money.

Would class this as a budget 5 star hotel. Not too bad but nothing special.

The hotel and facilities were really lovely! Get heaps of great sun in good positions around the pool! Gym was small but great equipment, very clean everywhere was very clean! Great location a one minute walk to the beach and great coffee spots close by if you dont get the breakfast which we didnt

Mi experiencia en el Grand Mercure Bali Seminyak ha sido muy decepcionante y no corresponde con el nivel de un hotel de esta categoría. El primer día no recibimos la habitación que habíamos reservado a través de Booking. Habíamos contratado una habitación con vistas a la piscina y, sin previo aviso, nos asignaron una habitación con vistas al jardín. Tuvimos que esperar aproximadamente cuatro horas hasta que finalmente nos entregaron la habitación correcta, perdiendo una parte importante de nuestro primer día de vacaciones. Posteriormente, durante nuestra estancia, el personal del hotel movió mi motocicleta de alquiler en dos ocasiones sin mi consentimiento. En ningún momento se me pidió autorización ni se me informó previamente. Considero que ningún establecimiento debería manipular el vehículo de un huésped sin su permiso, especialmente tratándose de un vehículo de alquiler, ya que cualquier daño podría generar responsabilidades para el cliente. Al presentar mi queja solicité hablar con el gerente del hotel. Sin embargo, el gerente no quiso atenderme personalmente. También pedí presentar una reclamación formal y únicamente se me indicó que “lo habían escalado”, sin ofrecerme ninguna solución ni ningún procedimiento para dejar constancia oficial de mi reclamación. Lo que más me ha decepcionado no ha sido únicamente lo sucedido, sino la falta de atención al cliente y la ausencia de una respuesta adecuada por parte de la dirección del hotel. Esperaba un servicio acorde con la categoría Grand Mercure, pero mi experiencia ha sido muy inferior a lo esperado.

Location is great near the beach, shops, restaurants. Easily accessible. Friendly staff, clean facilities . Great buffet breakfast.

Pool bean bags are a bit limited for the number of guests.
