We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak and really enjoyed our time here. The hotel is beautiful, stylish and very well maintained, with a fantastic location close to the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel very comfortable and looked after. The room was spacious, clean and beautifully designed, and the facilities were excellent. We were travelling with our toddler and found the hotel very family-friendly. The overall atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable, and the service was consistently great.

Honestly, there wasn’t much we didn’t like. We really enjoyed our stay and found the property beautiful, clean and well maintained. Everything was very comfortable and the staff were wonderful.

Excellent petit dej, personnel aux petits soins et vraiment très agréable ! L'hôtel est magnifique et decoré avec goût, sa situation est bien placé, le spa est top et les activités dans l'hôtel qui sont incluses sont un vrai plus (cours de tai chi, yoga, poterie, etc). Il y a même des sièges massant disponible gratuitement, ainsi que des jeux de société. Les restaurant sont tous excellent, et le café est très bon !

Спали не просыпаясь, у меня обычно всегда проблемы со сном, но здесь спала как ребенок. Очень жалеем, что не провели тут больше времени. Персонал очень вежливый, готовый помочь в любой ситуации. Потрясающие завтраки на любой вкус, отличный кофе и выпечка в кофейне на 1 этаже. Делают скидку 20 процентов на все меню всех заведений гостям отеля. Отличная прачечная, дают промо на первую стирку, очень бережно сложили все вещи. Несколько бассейнов, невероятно ухоженная территория, отсутствие насекомых. Видели только забавных белок и голубей) по вечерам 4 раза в неделю устраивают фаер шоу на лужайке перед рестораном. Респектабельный контингент гостей. Рядом обменный пункт, магазины, кафе. Свой выход на пляж, где по вечерам играет отличная живая музыка. Отдохнули всей душой и телом. Обязательно вернемся!

The property is an oasis in busy seminyak. The decoration is beautiful. You feel you are staying in a art museum . The pools are lovely one is middle in the jungle and incredibly quiet. The food is delicious-‘d the staff is super friendly. The SPA is iunreal.

Indigo is a typical 5 star hotel, the facilities are superb, the staff are lovely and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are large and have their own walk in wardrobe off the entrance foyer. The breakfast would have to be up there with the best we have experienced, so many choices.

The only improvement I can think of would be an ice maker somewhere on each floor, as there is no facility for ice in your room. I know we could have called room service, but sometimes you just want ice handy. Hey, first world problem.

The room itself was very good, the service throughout our stay was pleasant, and the in-room dining was particularly impressive—we really enjoyed both the quality of the food and the service.

Our experience at Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach started on a slightly disappointing note. Unfortunately, our room was not ready by the expected 3:00 PM check-in time, and after arriving and looking forward to settling in and relaxing, having to wait was not the first impression we had hoped for. We appreciated that the team offered us drinks and food while we waited, which was a kind gesture. However, at that moment, what we really needed after our journey was the opportunity to get into our room, unwind, and rest rather than eat or drink.

The staff at this hotel are adorable, very helpful and very nice. I loved the pool area, it's surrounded by trees and it's quiet. Sunbeds are comfy. We had a spacious room on the ground floor overlooking the pool area, it was bit on the dark side but it was comfortable. The hotel takes the security of guests very seriously, I felt very safe going in and out of the hotel.

The breakfast is very asian. The towels in the room are a bit dated and so are the rooms and for the price we paid, the rooms need a bit of a revamp. Other than that, we had a good stay.

Beim Einchecken wollte das Hotel uns für die dritte Person noch einmal ca. 200€ extra berechnen, obwohl in unserer Buchung bei Booking ganz klar 2 Erwachsene und ein 16jähriger Jugendlicher vermerkt waren. Es hat einige Anrufe beim Manager gekostet, um dieses Problem zu lösen. Leider gibt es viel zu wenig Liegen am Pool und keine Liegen vom Hotel am Strand (was jedoch üblich zu sein scheint).

Le complexe est superbe, avec de très belles installations, une décoration raffinée et une atmosphère à la fois luxueuse, calme et chaleureuse. Le personnel est exceptionnel : toujours souriant, disponible, professionnel et véritablement aux petits soins. Chaque membre de l’équipe fait son maximum pour rendre le séjour inoubliable et nous avons toujours été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Le petit-déjeuner est incroyable, très varié, généreux et composé de produits d’excellente qualité. Il y en a pour tous les goûts, aussi bien pour les adultes que pour les enfants. Nous avons séjourné en famille avec nos quatre enfants et tout a été absolument parfait. L’hôtel est parfaitement adapté aux familles, nos enfants ont adoré chaque instant et nous nous sommes tous sentis merveilleusement bien. Une expérience exceptionnelle du début à la fin, sans aucune fausse note. Nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés et nous reviendrons avec immense plaisir !

Absolument rien ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Nous n’avons rencontré aucun problème et nous n’avons véritablement aucune remarque négative à faire. Ce séjour a largement dépassé nos attentes !

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach and would happily give it 5/5! The hotel is beautiful, stylish, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. Everything was well looked after, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. A special mention to Nia at the spa, who did an amazing job. She was professional, attentive, and made the spa experience truly relaxing and enjoyable. Her great service really made a difference and was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Hotel Indigo Bali and would highly recommend it. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

3rd time here, you can’t fault this hotel - it’s absolutely beautiful, in a great location with beautiful rooms, amazing staff and food, lovely grounds and pools, just outstanding in every way. Will be back!

The hotel is relatively new. I thought design wise, the hotel is quite lovely. I liked the main pool, and the courtyard area especially. Room was nicely sized and well appointed but some of the furniture and the rug seems to be showing some signs of age already. But it is not as sound proof. We could hear sounds of fireworks at night that came from a nearby bar, kind of kept us up at night for a bit. Staff service was great and on point. No notes there. My wife and I also used the spa. The spa itself was so beautiful. But the massage, although good was not quite great. I realized the next day that my body was still aching, and I went to get an additional massage for my upper body. My wife and I went to a spa called Kaiana in Seminyak, they did a great job there! Breakfast selection was great, a lot of fresh fruits, but some of the bread unfortunately was stale and hard. Taste wise, I had some fried rice, I thought it was too sweet where it needed to be a bit more savory. I did pick the place as it was supposedly family friendly. Despite lacking a dedicated kids club, it was supposed to have activities for the kids. But there were not really that many activities that accomodate kids. We signed up for two activities each day. One of them, a painting session, which was scheduled for an hour only lasted 10-15 mins. Saw a brochure for an in room kids tent setup but unfortunately it was only available for suites and villas, so no go there for us. The reviews seems to have been great for other guests but certainly a bit short of my (perhaps lofty) expectations - 3 to 3.5 stars for me.

Loving the SAVA - spa. Truly magnificent sesh from Mbok Diana and i usually wouldn’t be able to sleep while i got massaged, however i got slept and everything else feels like a great relaxation activity.

Ari was absolutely wonderful! One of the best massages I’ve ever had. She was incredibly skilled, attentive, and made me feel completely relaxed. I was enjoying it so much that I actually extended my massage for longer. Highly recommend Ari — she was amazing!

La piscine ou l’on doit réserver son transat le matin à 7h30 pour être sure d’avoir 1 place au soleil . Trop d’enfant qui sautent et hurlent . Les parasol qui auparavant étaient des ombrelles balinaises ont été remplacées par des parasols commun et moches . La restauration a perdu en qualité depuis 2 ans que l’on y va . Je trouve que cet hôtel qui autrefois était confidentiel devient populaire dans le mauvais sens .

Everything about this hotel is wonderful, from the staff down to a wonderful breakfast that caters to all nationalities. We were here 8 yrs ago and at the time the hotel was in its infancy! What we see now is the gardens are very lush the grounds expansive leading onto the beach

Επίσης το spa ήταν ΑΠΙΣΤΕΥΤΟ Όλα λειτουργούν πραγματικά άψογα. Από την πρώτη στιγμή μέχρι την αναχώρησή μας, είχαμε την αίσθηση ότι υπάρχει εξαιρετική οργάνωση πίσω από κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Το προσωπικό ήταν άψογο, ευγενικό, αποτελεσματικό και πάντα πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει. Η καθαριότητα ήταν σε εξαιρετικό επίπεδο, οι παροχές πολύ υψηλής ποιότητας και το πρωινό πραγματικά εντυπωσιακό. Μία από τις μεγαλύτερες εκπλήξεις για εμάς ήταν τα εστιατόρια του ξενοδοχείου. Η ποιότητα του φαγητού ήταν πολύ υψηλότερη από αυτή που συνήθως περιμένει κανείς από ένα εστιατόριο ξενοδοχείου. Ήταν πραγματικά εστιατόρια που θα επέλεγες να επισκεφθείς ακόμη κι αν δεν έμενες στο ξενοδοχείο. Εξαιρετικός είναι επίσης ο σχεδιασμός των εξωτερικών χώρων. Παρότι πρόκειται για ένα μεγάλο ξενοδοχείο, υπάρχουν πολλά όμορφα και ήσυχα σημεία όπου μπορείς να απομονωθείς, να κολυμπήσεις στην πισίνα ή να χαλαρώσεις χωρίς να αισθάνεσαι ότι βρίσκεσαι μέσα στον κόσμο. Πολλές φορές είχαμε την αίσθηση ότι βρισκόμασταν σε έναν σχεδόν ιδιωτικό χώρο. Η τοποθεσία είναι επίσης εξαιρετική, ακριβώς μπροστά στη θάλασσα, με υπέροχη θέα προς το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Είναι από εκείνα τα μέρη όπου πραγματικά απολαμβάνεις να βρίσκεσαι στο ξενοδοχείο και δεν αισθάνεσαι συνεχώς την ανάγκη να βγεις έξω. Τα δωμάτια είναι πολύ μεγάλα, άνετα και όμορφα διαμορφωμένα, με μεγάλα μπαλκόνια στα οποία μπορείς πραγματικά να καθίσεις, να χαλαρώσεις, να διαβάσεις ένα βιβλίο και να απολαύσεις τον χώρο. Ειλικρινά, δυσκολευόμαστε να βρούμε κάτι αρνητικό να πούμε. Δεν μπορεί κανείς να περιμένει πολλά περισσότερα από ένα ξενοδοχείο. Η οργάνωση, το προσωπικό, η καθαριότητα, οι χώροι, το φαγητό, η τοποθεσία και συνολικά η ποιότητα της εμπειρίας ήταν σε εξαιρετικό επίπεδο. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα και θα επιστρέφαμε χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη.

We spent 6 wonderful nights at this resort and the experience truly exceeded our expectations. From check-in to checkout, the hotel services and overall guest experiences were unmatched. This resort strikes a perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility. There are several distinctive places on-property to eat and relax, each offering a unique vibe. The outdoor morning yoga sessions were particularly pleasant—a serene way to start each day! The poolside service was always outstanding and the breakfast buffet was simply the best I've ever had at any hotel. While the buffet got busy during the weekend mornings, the variety and quality more than made up for the wait. One of our biggest highlights was the location. You have direct access to the beach, plus an abundance of restaurants, bars, and even a mini mart right outside the property. A full-sized supermarket is also within walking distance. The resort is really ideal for those who want both resort comfort and local exploration. Do not miss out on the Sava Spa - the massages delivered an exceptionally relaxing experience—definitely worth booking during your stay. Throughout our visit, the resort never felt overly crowded creating a peaceful ambiance even during peak season. We'd absolutely return and recommend this property for couples seeking romance, solo travelers wanting a safe and comfortable base, and families looking for quality amenities. It represents superb value for what you receive and sets a high standard for hospitality in Seminyak. Highly recommended!

On our second day the sun chair back snapped and my husband hurt his shoulder. We advised staff, chair was not changed. The hotel were advised but did nothing. He spent every second day at pharmacy and doctors. He couldn’t sleep we stay at the resort most of the time due to this incident.
