Pure luxury in every detail. Massive rooms, impeccably clean, friendly staff, the most comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of towels, lovely touches like filtered water in the room, gorgeous pool with plenty of sunbeds and the same with the beach

ενώ είχαμε προπληρωσει την διανομή μας, μας ζητήθηκε έξτρα εγγύηση.. Δυστυχώς οι κάρτες μας δεν δούλευαν στο ηλεκτρονικό σύστημα του ξενοδοχείου. Σε άλλα μαγαζιά ήταν οκ. Ζητήσαμε να πληρώσουμε την εγγύηση με μετρητά, είτε με ηλεκτρονική μεταφορά και αρνήθηκαν ζητώντας μας 20:30 να φύγουμε απο το ξενοδοχείο. Δυστυχώς αναγκαστικά κάλεσα την αστυνομία όπου μετά από μια ωρα συζητήσεων δέχθηκαν να κάνουμε ηλεκτρονική πληρωμή.

Taille très importante de l hôtel , et nous avions demandé une chambre éloignée de l ascenseur et nous avons eu … une chambre en face de l ascenseur , extrêmement bruyante , nous pouvions entrendre les discussions des personnes qui attendaient l ascenseur depuis notre lit. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre le lendemain mais une nuit perdue. Pensez à lire les demandes des clients lors de la réservation . La piscine rooftop est belle mais très bruyante également. Restaurant Aviv très bon mais très cher.

Home away from home! Friendly staff! Helpful in all aspects

J’ai beaucoup aimé l’emplacement, l’établissement est très grand…. Le petit déjeuner était superbe.

J’ai trouvé que c’était pas toujours assez propre, surtout au niveau de La Piscine, pas très fan des gens qui se baignent en burkini….

A great hotel. We always enjoy staying here whenever we’re in Miami Beach.

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years, and the service has always been at a very high level. Unfortunately, during our most recent stay, we noticed a noticeable decline. The staff seemed overworked, tired, and less motivated than we had experienced in the past. Service by the pool was quite indifferent — we often had to find a server ourselves, first to place an order and then again when we wanted to pay. The most disappointing moment was at checkout. We requested a luggage cart, but it never arrived. When we came downstairs, there were four empty luggage carts by the bell desk and several staff members who appeared to be available. We have always enjoyed staying at this hotel, which is why these issues stood out to us. Hopefully, this was just an exception and the service will return to the high standard we have experienced here over the years.

We were delighted to be at the one hotel at Miami Beach! Very nice rooms and very friendly staff (especially Miriam at Aviv-breakfast)! The restaurant Watr was worth visiting!

Alejandro made my beach experience amazing - a beach chair & umbrella came with my spa day and he was so caring and attentive. Makes me want to stay at the 1 Hotel every time!

Eliana was fantastic. She was so sweet and attentive the whole time, and her effort really showed. Great technique too. I left feeling relaxed and taken care of, and I'd absolutely book with her again. Highly recommend!

AMAZING! Such a splendid time spent with family and our service was beyond wonderful. Alejandro treated us like royalty! He made sure everything was always perfect. Jonathan was extremely nice as well, helping us with anything needed throughout our stay.

My server Jimmy was extremely attentive and very accommodating however we came there thinking they would have a r&b vibe (based on a recommendation) only to find out that genre has been removed from the weekly events. The music was boring and we ended up leaving early despite the beautiful weather and great service.

The property itself is absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed, impeccably maintained, and perfectly positioned on the beach. Every detail, from the rooms to the pools and dining venues, reflects a commitment to quality and creating a memorable guest experience. What truly elevates this hotel, however, is the people. A special thank you to Mirian at Aviv, who made our breakfasts something we looked forward to each morning. On our final day, she went above and beyond in helping us plan our last few hours in Miami, offering fantastic recommendations and genuinely caring about ensuring we made the most of our time. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. We'd also like to recognize Nick, who looked after us during lunch at the rooftop restaurant. His friendly personality, attentive service, and genuine hospitality made for a perfect final meal before heading home. He created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere and was a pleasure to deal with throughout our visit. Luxury hotels can have beautiful buildings and great amenities, but it's exceptional team members like Mirian and Nick who create lasting memories. They are both a credit to 1 Hotel South Beach and left us with an incredibly positive impression of the property. We arrived with high expectations and left already looking forward to our return. We had an incredible stay at 1 Hotel. A special thank you to Lia from the concierge team, who made sure every detail of our trip was taken care of well before we arrived. We started planning with Lia over a month in advance, and she helped organise everything from restaurant bookings and boat trips around Miami Harbour to activities throughout our stay. The hotel facilities are outstanding, especially the range of pool options. Having access to the rooftop pool, main pool, and private cabanas meant there was always a different atmosphere to enjoy. Exceptional service, beautiful facilities, and an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended.

I stayed at 1 Hotel South Beach for four days at the end of June, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The hotel is absolutely spectacular—immaculately clean, beautifully organized, and the level of service is exceptional. The gym, Anatomy, is by far the best hotel fitness center I have ever experienced. Room service was consistently fast and efficient, and the pools and overall amenities were outstanding. I would like to especially recognize Giancarlo and Valentina, my servers at Plnthouse, who were both exceptional throughout my stay. Kyle, one of the doormen, went above and beyond every single day. He was always willing to help and consistently exceeded my expectations with his kindness and professionalism. A very special thank you to Robinson, one of the house car drivers. He truly went above and beyond, sharing his extensive knowledge of the area and providing fantastic restaurant recommendations and local tips that made my trip even more memorable. This was, without a doubt, the best hotel experience I have ever had in Miami. Thank you, 1 Hotel, for making me feel like royalty. I can’t wait to return!

I could go on and on about what I liked. This is an exceptional hotel. The staff, facilities, room, bathroom, everything is top quality. I would most certainly go back again.

I honestly can't think of one thing that I didn't like. Maybe the fact that the roof top bar closed at midnight during the week, would have been nice to have had it open later but maybe that's a licensing law.

The whole experience was honestly pretty flawless. The team here make everything feel very boutique / personal despite the size of the resort. I have to mention Claudia. B over at Aviv and Kristian spinning up relaxing moods at Watr. For me an experience at the 1 is as much about all of our interactions and service / staff experiences as the accommodations and amenities themselves and these two team members are HUGE assets to your in house family! The only thing I didn’t like was that the hotel offer free taxi service within a 3 mile radius of the hotel and each time we tried to use it (3 times we used) the men outside didn’t want to help. None of them wanted to do it. The staff inside are great but outside just a little moody
