No cogimos desayuno, desayunamos junto el hotel, la zona está muy bien acondicionada hay de todo, supermercado parada bus cerca, hay que coger el 35 para ir al centro. Cenamos en un asiático espectacular al lado del hotel, almorzamos en un restaurante a pie de playa el bungalow se llama, hay italianos para comer y cenar. Muy bien en el mismo hotel alquilamos un coche, y es muy cómodo porque lo puedes entregar en el mismo hotel. La piscina bien la playa urbana a 1 minuto andando. Y de la habitación nos encanto la terraza que nos dieron.

En general nos gusto todo, si acaso un mueblecito en el WC para poner las cremas, pinturas etc...

Gefallen hat uns das Frühstücksbuffet, es war abwechslungsreich und vielfältig. Die Sicht vom Balkon auf das Meer war so wie wir es uns gewünscht haben. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Nähe gab es fußläufig zu erreichende Lokale wo man zu Abend essen konnte. Der wenige Meter entfernte Strand ist sehr schön.

Ein großer Nachteil war allerdings die Größe des Zimmers. Das Zimmer war winzig klein, so dass wir kaum unsere Koffer unterbringen konnten. wenn man zur Tür hinauswollte musste man über Koffer hinwegsteigen. Mehr als 2 Nächte Aufenthalt kann man deshalb kaum aushalten.

Very run down, pictures online misleading. Rated 4 star but at a push 2 stars in my opinion. The twin room had barely enough room to walk around the beds which were pushed together.

This is a very well kept small hotel with charm and great location. Everything is walkable and the pool was great.

Prime location: Just 30 meters from the beach. Room size and layout: Very spacious setup for three people with two separate bathrooms; the secondary sleeping area feels almost like an independent room (only missing a door). Fast internet: Stable ~300 Mbps connection with high upload speeds, suitable for remote work. Bedding: Proper thin duvets provided instead of just flat sheets, which is a rare and welcome standard in Southern Europe. Staff and cleanliness: Friendly, helpful staff and thorough daily housekeeping. Amenities: Clean outdoor swimming pool on-site (we didn't use it, but it was available).

Maintenance and mold: The property visibly requires refurbishment. We had peeling paint and mold along the wall baseboard in our room (visible in the photo), which left a noticeable musty smell whenever we returned. We managed without allergies for a few days, but this is an issue management needs to address. Exterior vs. photos: The building’s facade color is noticeably more faded in reality than in the promotional listing pictures. Parking: No dedicated on-site parking. Street parking is not as "plenty" as the reception claimed; we had to search each time, though we always managed to find a spot within a 10-minute walk. Breakfast value: At €14 per person, the breakfast is overpriced given the wide selection of bakeries and cafes nearby offering better options for significantly less.

Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit! 😊 Wir haben jeden Tag frische Handtücher bekommen. Die Lage war auch top! Man konnte ganz easy zwischen Pool und Meer wechseln und beides genießen. 🌊☀️

Das Zimmer war leider etwas klein, sodass wir kaum Platz für unseren großen Koffer hatten. Auch beim Frühstück wurde leider nicht alles bis zum Ende aufgefüllt.

Nonostante abbiamo prenotato con ben 6 mesi di anticipo e abbiamo specificato di avere una bambina di 2 anni, ci hanno dato una stanza piccolissima, la culla non cu consentiva di aprire l’armadio, il bagno minuscolo, non ci si poteva girare. Le foto della camera standard non rappresentano la realtà. La hall accogliente ma il resto avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione

Great location near the beach with a pool. Bar and poolside area was perfect for us to enjoy our short holiday.

Room was a bit on the small side and we weren’t fortunate enough to have a sea view, but all good other than that.

Det bästa med boendet är småskaligheten i Ciudad Jardin. Färre turister, fler lokala människor. Den lilla mötesplatsen Cala Cante där många äter frukost och middag. Boendet har i många år haft en härlig själ, och det har vägt upp att rummen är små osv. Hotellet är dock inte helt som förr- har tappat lite av sin själ. Det är härligt att avståndet in till Palma gör att man kan växla mellan lugnet i Ciudad och pulsen i staden.

Små saker som förhöjer intrycket. Lite skavanker och slitet. Frukosten hoppade vi över då den inte brukar vara den bästa.

Jesteśmy z córką bardzo zadowolone z pobytu w Hotelu Portofino Mallorca. Miałyśmy pokój z przepięknym widokiem na morze i już dla niego warto było tu przyjechać. Ogromnym plusem jest lokalizacja – hotel znajduje się dosłownie kilka kroków od plaży. Spodobało nam się też to, że budynek ma charakterystyczny niebieski kolor. Może to drobiazg, ale dzięki temu łatwo było go wypatrzyć z daleka podczas spacerów. Na duży plus zasługuje również obsługa. Zameldowanie przebiegło bardzo sprawnie, a pracownicy recepcji byli bardzo mili, pomocni i profesjonalni. Pokój oraz łazienka były czyste i zadbane, a klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu. Bardzo miło wspominamy też bar przy basenie. Serwują przepyszne smoothie, które szczerze polecamy! Obsługa baru oraz pan ratownik przy basenie byli zawsze życzliwi i pomocni. To był bardzo udany pobyt i z przyjemnością wróciłybyśmy tu ponownie. Dziękujemy za miłą atmosferę!

The room had a lovely view. The young man who checked us in (we arrived very late) was very friendly. We were only there for about 12 hours, but we would come back again.

Location, and the staff were very accommodating.

Toilet was very small and no where to leave toiletries. Tissues would be great. Pool needs to be open for longer.

Místo je fantastické, personál příjemný a nápomocný, pláž je kousek a je vidět z balkónu a bazén je v hotelu. Infrastruktura celého města, restaurace, bary... i celá dlouhá pláž jsou dostupné pěšky.

Drobnost, ale v horkých dnech nepotěší nedostatečně výkonná klimatizace.

La piscine est très bien. La location de vélos directement à l'hôtel est très pratique. La piste cyclable est juste à côté, sécurisée et permet de faire de jolies balades!

La chambre était minuscule, en longueur, pas du tout pratique. Pas du tout présentée sur le site internet. La climatisation fonctionnait mal et était bruyante. Beaucoup trop cher pour le rapport qualité prix.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location. The facilities were average, and the breakfast was also just average.

Since we stayed at the hotel in July, the air conditioning was a major issue. Adjusting the temperature seemed to have no effect. Although we asked the staff about it, and they said that the adjustment should work, it made no difference throughout the night. As a result, the room was extremely hot at night, and we slept very poorly.

Location - from the beach (with the shower in the hotel) airport security check passed in 55minutes. The best location you can choose. 10minutes to/from airport, 3minutes walk to the beach, bus stop to city 5minutes walk. Possible to book a bathroom before departure if you are already checked out. Pool, bar, some snacks. Nice. Room was small but enough for 2, the best bathroom with the window view to the sea!!

Good location and a quiet area The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and Palma, making it easy to travel to and from both. The center of Palma can be reached easily by taking Bus No. 35 from near the hotel. The beach is beautiful and was not crowded, even though we visited during the peak season. There are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area, although it is worth checking the prices beforehand, as they can vary significantly. The restaurant in the corner, facing the beach should be avoided. The hotel's facilities, including the pool, are decent and well maintained. The staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which contributed positively to our stay.

I was not completely satisfied with the room I was assigned. I understand we were assigned with a standard room without a balcony, but it was quite small for two persons. In addition, there were not enough power sockets in the room. We had to unplug either the TV or a lamp to charge our mobile phones. The hair dryer was not powerful enough, and the bath towels were smaller than expected, like the room itself. Finally, there were not enough hooks to hang our towels. To finish we were asked a fee for a late checkout. Apparently, it's an usual practice in Mallorca which we have to accept. Overall, I expected more from a four-star hotel.

The location was excellent, especially for families with small children as the beach (2 minute walk) was lovely clean sand, shallow and partially protected by a sea wall. The front of the resort was quieter than many in the area but we found a lovely restaurant and a cafe overlooking the sea. We didn’t have the hotel breakfast as that didn’t look great/seemed expensive for what it was, but found an incredibly cheap and good bakery/cafe just a few minutes walk away (full of locals I would guess). The pool attendant on the first day (2nd of August - sorry didn’t catch his name) was absolutely outstanding and gave my 9 year old lots of tips on his swimming.

The reception staff were efficient but not exactly friendly and my son couldn’t understand why they didn’t smile.

Die Raumaufteilung in zwei Bereiche (Doppelbett und Einzelbett) hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Zudem hatte das Zimmer zwei Badezimmer, was für unsere Zwecke perfekt war.

Ich habe das Hotel für die ersten 4 Tage gewählt, um in Mallorca anzukommen und auf den Rest der Familie zu warten. Das Hotel ist ruhig, liegt 2 Min. vom Strand. Absolutes Highlight: man kann Fahrräder ausleihen und ohne Parkplatzsuchstress nach Palma radeln (15-20 min bis in die Altstadt). Der sehr gut ausgebaute Fahrradweg geht fast am Hotel vorbei. Auch für den Morgenlauf super geeignet. Frühstück im Hotel oder in der Umgebung möglich. Zimmer sind klein, aber klimatisiert und zweckmäßig. Das Hotel hat einen Pool und das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit.

Der Pool öffnet erst 11:00, Morgenschwimmen also nicht möglich.

No tea or coffee making facilities in room

A cute hostel literally steps to the beach. Staff are super friendly and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. There’s a typical Spanish restaurant right on the corner opposite the beach and a store for snacks, water etc opposite. The beach is super chill and clean. The pool area is very relaxed and they don’t allow ‘reserving’ of the sunbeds. We didn’t have breakfast, but they do offer this, plus simple meals and a bar in the evening. Loved the view of the beach from our shower.

Our air conditioning didn’t not work particularly well and the room felt hot. There is a lack of PowerPoints for charging phones etc, although we did find a power board in the fridge area cupboard, but there are non by the bedsides. I think as this is a concrete constructed building they did not channel many electrical points into the walls.

Pocos enchufes en la habitación y la TV no tenía streaming

Uns hat alles gefallen. Saubere Zimmer, bequeme Betten, schöne und saubere Bettwäsche. Die Zimmermädchen, die täglich kamen, waren wunderbar; jeden Tag war alles sauber – wirklich lobenswert. Auch das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und rund um die Uhr für uns da. Der Pool ist sauber. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Wir waren angenehm überrascht vom kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer mit zwei Flaschen kaltem Wasser. Das Hotel selbst war sauber und ordentlich, einfach alles tadellos. Ausgezeichnete Lage, viele Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Weniger als 10 Minuten zum Flughafen. Ein Taxi direkt am Flughafenausgang kostet etwa 20 € für uns vier. Als wir die Rezeption verließen, wurde uns ein Taxi bestellt, das dann vor dem Hotel auf uns wartete. Alles war perfekt, wir können das Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Uns hat der ständige Lärm gestört. Die Leute saßen die ganze Nacht herum, schrien und hämmerten gegen die Tür. Das betraf aber nicht das Hotel, sondern uns Gäste. Wir wurden jede Nacht davon geweckt und konnten nicht schlafen. Vielleicht gibt es in diesem Hotel keine Hausordnung, ich weiß es nicht, oder es ist einfach so üblich. Die meiste Zeit hat sich niemand beschwert, bis gegen 17 Uhr, als es wieder laut an der Tür hämmerte und im Flur geredet wurde. Die Tür knallt so laut zu, dass man den Bass deutlich hört. Die Wände sind dünn, man kann fast alles aus dem Nachbarzimmer hören. Junge Leute stört das nicht, sie sind ja zum Feiern da. Für junge Leute ist es also super, aber für Familien mit Kindern überhaupt nicht geeignet. Abgesehen von diesem Lärm, der jeden Abend die ganze Nacht anhielt, war alles in Ordnung. Vielleicht sollte mal jemand einen Spaziergang machen und nachsehen, was nachts los ist, oder die Leute darauf hinweisen. Schließlich sind wir ja auch zum Ausruhen hier, also diejenigen von uns, die nachts schlafen.

Location couldn't be better as it is in between Palma and the airport with great bus connection to both and just few steps from beach. Hotel is beautiful both inside and outside with super comfy beds and amazing helpful staff.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal da, weil uns die Lage des Hotels sehr gefällt. Mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen sind es nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Das Hotel ist nicht so groß, so dass alles sehr überschaubar und entspannt ist. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, das Personal nett und freundlich. Vom Zimmer mit Meerblick hat man (aus zweiter Reihe) einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und hört sogar die Wellen rauschen.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und hellhörig. Bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt über das Wochenende hat es uns nicht gestört, aber bei einer Woche dann doch. Das Frühstück ist ok, aber hat noch etwas Luft nach oben.

El hotel tiene una ubicación perfecta. A 20 segundos de la playa de Palma, entorno tranquilo y familiar. Pocos extranjeros, muy de barrio lo cual nos encantó. El personal muy amable para cualquier petición. El hotel presta sombrillas para la playa y habitación de cortesía el último día por si es necesario (nuestro vuelo salía alas 22:00h y nos vino de lujo esa última ducha, muy a tener en cuenta). Muy tranquila y confortable la habitación. En resumen, repetiremos.

No nos gustó que en el baño podría estar mejor conservado el tema de las manchas de humedad alrededor del plato de ducha. Eso se puede renovar cada cierto tiempo y la imagen cambia considerablemente.

Etwas problematisch war die parksituation, wenn man einen Mietwagen hat

Posizione ottimale a 100 metri dalla spiaggia e comunque a 5 km da Palma centro, facilmente raggiungibile con 15 minuti di bus. Staff gentile e accogliente. Colazione ben assortita e ricca. Consigliato

Останавливаюсь в этой гостинице 2 год подряд. Великолепное место, много ресторанчиков, отличный городской пляж, полноценные завтраки с горячим, фруктами. Второй год живём в номерах с балконом и видом на море.

Может кого-то будет смущать близость аэропорта, но нам совсем не мешали взлетающие и приземляющиеся самолёты.

Poter lasciare le valigie in albergo, e avere una stanza per farsi la doccia per poi partire, SENZA UN SUPPLEMENTO,questo servizio vale 20 milioni di stelle, perché in nessun hotel che ho soggiornato mi ha dato questo servizio, complimenti sinceri, siete un grande staff.

La struttura in sé non è una buona struttura, secondo il mio parere, lo potrebbe essere se gli dassero una piccola sistemazione , un po di tinteggiatura e qualche riparazione di intonaco, e magari un po più di attenzione alla colazione, buona ma si potrebbe dare qualcosa in più.

Die Lage befindet sich in einem Wohngebiet und es ist dadurch sehr ruhig. Keine Touristen, ausschließlich Einheimische am Strand und in den Lokalen. Palma kann man entlang der Promenade zu Fuß in ca. 1 Stunde erreichen. Das Personal war extrem nett. Wir waren 8 Personen und doch manchmal etwas lauter, aber das war kein Problem.....

Im Kühlschrank am Zimmer waren ein paar Haare.....

The breakfast was varied and abundant, real value for money. The proximity to the promenade and airport make this venue a real good value for money.

The room doors close with a bang and the plumbing system is noisey. So hearing others enter/leave their room or use the bathroom all through the night, disrupting sleep.
