Die Lage war Top! Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und lecker. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

The overall hotel looks lovely. It is close to the beach but is a considerable walk to town. The buses don't always stop outside so if you get a taxi it will cost you around 15 or 20 Euros. The hotel is very large and the bar and restaurant area is quite roomy. Beds are comfortable and the rooms really roomy but not much hanging space for things. Air conditioning is quite powerful in the rooms but the main hotel is roasting and humid.

The pool area is not adequate for the size of the hotel. It is on the roof and is more like a plunge pool. That said, you would have to be desperate to go in the pool due to the overcrowding. The water was milky and people were drinking in it and there was lots of inappropriate sexual behaviour. The pool area was like a club 18 - 30s holiday, so if you want to relax, you will be heading for the beach like we did. The beach across the road was overrun with the towels from the hotel. We complained to the reception team and asked to speak to a manager. Nobody got back to us and nobody dealt with the constant problem. Booking.com did offer some compensation in the form of vouchers but MELIA did nothing, they just said there's nothing they could do. It was an expensive hotel to not be using the facilities.

Da die Zimmer keine Terasse haben, kann man die Badesaison nur im Badezimmer zum trocken aufhängen. Dort dauert es mehr als 2 Tage bis alles getrocknet ist. Aber das ist auch das einzige was mich persönlich gestört hat.

Molto bello lo stile e molto spaziose le camere. La vista mare è super consigliata. A ogni piano è presente un servizio toilette. La piscina è ventilata poiché si trova al 7 piano.

Ho notato che non viene passata l’aspirapolvere in stanza quindi mi sono ritrovata per 2 giorni con la sabbia a terra. Per il prezzo che ho pagato almeno una passata poteva essere data.

Das Frühstück ist absolut solide und bietet täglich kleinere Abwechslungen im Menü. Besonders schön sind der Pool und die Hotelbar mit einem wirklich tollen Ausblick. Ein großes Plus ist auch das Fitnessstudio, das rund um die Uhr geöffnet ist. Das Personal war durchwegs sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass das Hotel über keine Terrassen verfügt. Da ich das allerdings bereits vor der Buchung wusste, würde ich das nicht als Minuspunkt bewerten. Wirklich schade ist jedoch das sehr kleine Fenster im Zimmer, das sich zudem nicht öffnen lässt. Das empfand ich als deutlichen Nachteil, da dadurch kaum Frischluft ins Zimmer kommt. Etwas enttäuschend war auch der gebuchte Meerblick. Wir hatten ausdrücklich ein Zimmer mit Meerblick bezahlt, tatsächlich blickte unser Zimmer jedoch hauptsächlich auf eine trockene Wiese, mit lediglich teilweise sichtbarem Blick auf den Hafen. Insgesamt ist das Hotel aufgrund der Lage, des schönen Pools, der Bar, des 24/7-Fitnessstudios und des freundlichen Personals dennoch empfehlenswert. Beim Zimmer mit Meerblick würde ich mir allerdings eine genauere Beschreibung bzw. eine bessere Zuordnung der Zimmer wünschen.

Die Hygiene im Hotel ist leider überhaupt nicht auf einem akzeptablen Niveau. Die Fenster waren derart verschmutzt, dass man kaum durch sie hindurchsehen konnte. Der größte Schock war jedoch das Badezimmer: Auf den Wandfliesen befanden sich getrocknete Spritzer bzw. Rückstände, bei denen es sich offensichtlich um Blut oder Fäkalien handelte. Ich habe den gesamten Zustand inklusive Fotos umgehend an der Rezeption gemeldet. Dort wurde mir zugesichert, dass das Problem behoben wird. Die Reinigungskräfte, die anschließend im Zimmer waren, haben diese Stelle jedoch einfach ignoriert. Daraufhin habe ich den Vorfall zusätzlich per E-Mail offiziell an den Kundenservice gemeldet. Auch darauf erfolgte keine angemessene Reaktion – das Problem wurde schlicht ignoriert. Nach zwei Tagen habe ich die Rückstände schließlich selbst von den Fliesen entfernt. Es ist wirklich unglaublich, dass man als Hotelgast gezwungen ist, so etwas selbst zu reinigen. Ein absolut ekelhaftes und enttäuschendes Erlebnis. Besonders erschreckend ist, dass das Hotel trotz mehrfacher Meldung und vorhandener Fotos keinerlei ernsthaftes Interesse gezeigt hat, das Problem zu beheben. Von einem Hotel in dieser Kategorie erwarte ich deutlich mehr – vor allem Sauberkeit und Hygiene.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were exceptional, all of them! The breakfasts were excellent, with a good choice. It was lovely to be able to use the hotel towels on the beach, as well as the pool.

The pool was fairly small (not reflected in the photos), and there were a couple of hen/stag parties who completely took over the pool, splashing others, playing their own music etc. We felt sorry for the pool guard who tried to get them to calm down. I think this is probably a young person's destination more than for an older person. The menu at dinner was pretty disappointing. The hotel is located in a concrete jungle with eight lanes of fast moving traffic between it and the sea. We used the bus every day.

The staff were so amazing - anything we asked for they provided. They even washed and sterilised the bottles for my baby when we couldn’t. Can’t thank them enough for this. Room was lovely and clean, great location.

hôtel moderne, chambres spacieuses et confortables, de nombreux services , salle de sport, spa, toit terrasse avec piscine, petit déjeuner très sympa et copieux. Un arrêt de bus devant l'hôtel très pratique pour aller en ville et à l'aéroport.

Juste deux améliorations , une brochure qui permet d'expliquer le fonctionnement des services présents dans l'hôtel , et le wifi est certes gratuit mais il n'est pas sécurisé

前が、ビーチだけど海の綺麗さは感じれません。マヨルカの海を経験したいなら、違う場所をお勧めします。

Perfect location & super close to the airport with easy bus journey to the airport. Hotel was spotlessly clean, big comfy beds & all the amenities you could need. Staff were all really friendly & helpful, made sure we had everything we needed & nothing was too much trouble. We added “The Level” on to our stay and was 100% worth the extra. We had drinks every night before we went out, all included, which was worth its weight in gold anyway.

The pool was really small & getting a bed was nearly impossible unless you got there earlier. Twice we went in the afternoon just hoping for some afternoon sun but there was nowhere to sit & others waiting.

The location is perfect - right in front of the beach and very close to the center. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Big rooms with sensible facilities. Stuff that works. That goes a long way in my book. We took the "level" option and I would recommend it. It provides a general feelgood factor and we always delighted in returning to our free kitchen. In fact the one problem we had was when we returned to find it all cleared away at half nine which resulted in a small disagreement. Know the times. Handy location. Not too far to ger into town and bus stops outside the door. V close to Portoxil which has some really really good restaurants.

The design is elegant but perhaps a little impersonal. While the soundproofing is pretty good, it's difficult to excel in an environment which is dominated by hard wood and voids. The Aircon is adequate but not generous. I didn't find it problematic but I would have preferred that we could have put it down a little more. The bedding is a bit of a hollofill extravaganza. Vast bed with immensely soft synthetic base and numerous bouncy pillows. It's the kind of thing my wife loves but not me. None of this is very serious - more a matter of taste - but something to bear in mind.

The location was perfect for beach days, we had The Level with a breakfast which was honestly all you needed, we had a lounge with snacks and aperitif accessible pretty much all day. The room didn’t have a balcony but we ended up not really needing it. Didn’t use the pool but the Spa although small was enough for us, we also got one free entry included in the level. Highly recommend.

The lobby was a little bare but that’s honestly up to personal taste.

Desayuno muy abundante, con numerosas cosas para variar, incluso te ofrecen la posibilidad de realizar tortillas al gusto en el momento delante tuya. La habitación y baño espaciosos, ideal para el descanso, camas amplias. Tranquilidad sin grandes ruidos. Garaje justo en el mismo hotel. Zona muy próxima con restaurantes y lugares de ocio, incluso a menos de 10 minutos muchos más en la zona del pequeño puerto. En menos de 20 minutos en la zona del centro si das un paseo.

A veces no leía la matrícula del coche al salir del garaje pero con la amabilidad del personal todo se solucionó rápidamente. Lo demás como siempre perfecto.

The location of the hotel was the main positive aspect of our stay. It was convenient and close to the seafront and Palma city centre.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay. We had contacted the hotel from the day we made the reservation and specifically requested a comfortable and pleasant room for four guests. Despite this, we were given a room on the second floor with no window, facing the highway next to the hotel. There were ants throughout the room, the bed linen was dirty and was not changed during our entire seven-night stay, and the room was not cleaned at all during the vacation. Only two towels were provided/replaced each day for four guests, which was clearly insufficient, especially during a summer vacation. The breakfast was also disappointing. We used only two of the seven breakfasts included in our reservation. We tried the breakfast during the first two days, but the coffee from the machine was undrinkable for us, and we decided not to continue using the breakfast service. Overall, the room conditions, lack of cleaning, ants, dirty bed linen and inadequate service were very disappointing and significantly affected our vacation. This was not the experience we expected from a hotel of this standard.

The interior design was minimalistic/chic. Our room had an ocean view, totally worth it! The see through bathroom was a special touch.

The pool area was promising, but only opened at 10:40am (normal hours are 10am-7pm)

Loved the view from the pool and it was great to order food and drink from the QR code on the tables. Room felt spacious, modern and clean. Always rate Melia!

Das gebuchte Zimmer war ein Familienzimmer. Aufgrund der Raumtiefe sehr dunkel und wenig Tageslicht. Die ausziehbare Couch war eine Frechheit und eher mit einem Feldbett zu vergleichen. Als erwachsener konnte man dort nicht schlafen bzw. nur mit Rückenschmerzen. Das Bad war mit nur einem Einzelwaschbecken viel zu klein für eine Familie mit 4 Personen. Aber auch der Zustand ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig; Lampen flackerten, die Stehleuchten klappten immer wieder ein und Schranktüren waren stark verzogen. Weiter gab es nur bei Ankunft Wasser auf dem Zimmer, das nicht aufgefüllt wurde. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, wir sollen im Fitnessraum das Wasser auffüllen. Für 500€/Nacht geht das gar nicht… Das Zimmer wurde außerdem nur ungenügend gereinigt!

Over het algemeen hebben wij een prettig verblijf gehad. De accommodatie lijkt vrij nieuw en ziet er modern en verzorgd uit. De ligging is oké: dicht bij het strand én op korte afstand van de luchthaven. Daarnaast beschikt het hotel over een zwembad en een rooftopbar met een mooi uitzicht, wat zeker een pluspunt is. De kamer was schoon, al hadden de wanden in de badkamer iets beter schoongemaakt mogen worden. Ook roken de kussens een beetje muf. Verder was de kamer netjes en comfortabel en hebben we een fijne tijd gehad.

Er zijn ook een aantal punten om rekening mee te houden. Het hotel ligt vrij ver van het centrum van Palma. Zonder huurauto ben je aangewezen op een taxi of Uber. Houd er wel rekening mee dat Uber in deze omgeving relatief duur is; een gewone taxi is vaak de voordeligere keuze. Lopend ben je ongeveer 40 minuten onderweg naar het centrum. Daarnaast is het hotel behoorlijk gehorig. Geluiden vanuit de gang zijn duidelijk hoorbaar in de kamers. Tijdens ons verblijf werden we rond 08.00 uur wakker door een krijsend kind op de gang die heen en weer aan het rennen was. Ook het schoonmaakpersoneel liet regelmatig de deuren hard dichtvallen, waardoor je ’s ochtends snel wakker wordt. Als je een lichte slaper bent, is dit zeker iets om rekening mee te houden.

Śniadania były bardzo smaczne i różnorodne. Duży wybór potraw sprawiał, że każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie zarówno dania na ciepło, jak i świeże pieczywo, owoce czy słodkie wypieki. Wszystko było na bieżąco uzupełniane, a produkty świeże i dobrej jakości. Dodatkowym atutem była miła i pomocna obsługa oraz przyjemna atmosfera podczas posiłków. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Отлично местоположение, много близо до плажа и на пешеходно разстояние от центъра на града и всички забележителности.

Почистването на стаите не ми хареса. Бяха забравили да почистят стаята ни и,когато извиках персонала, видях, че не чистят изобщо, както и в следващите дни. Почистванено изобщо не отговаря на нивото на хотела. Отделно от това-всяка нощ до много късно и сутрин много рано, има групи от крещящи гости по коридорите и персоналът не прави нищо.

The hotel itself is nice, with a pleasant rooftop pool and a convenient location. The staff were fine and overall the property has plenty of positives. Unfortunately the breakfast was a major disappointment and let the whole experience down.

I was extremely disappointed with the breakfast. For a hotel that claims to be 4 stars, it was by far the worst breakfast I’ve experienced. I travel frequently and stay in hotels across Europe and other parts of the world so I have quite a good basis for comparison Id like to believe. The selection was very limited and there was very little that was enjoyable to eat. I’ve never seen a breakfast buffet that managed to offer what looks like so much as you walk in whilst having virtually nothing worth eating. It looked extensive at first glance but almost every item was poor in quality, unappetising or simply inedible taste wise. It was all quantity over quality a complete disappointment. We ended up having only fried eggs which were surprisingly small along with bread, butter and a small amount of ham. Everything else was poor in both quality and variety. You would expect at least a few traditional Spanish breakfast options something as simple as a tortilla but there was nothing. Not a single authentic local dish. For a 4 star hotel in Palma de Majorca it was frankly an absolute joke although I must say neither my pregnant wife nor I found it remotely amusing. I would not recommend paying extra for breakfast as it simply isnt worth it - at all! Overall it was a very disappointing experience especially considering the hotel’s 4-star rating. Other than that the place is quite good, just do not pay extra for breakfast thats my advice.

Wir haben für ein Doppelzimmer 640€ für zwei Nächte gezahlt. Es war kein Frühstück inkludiert. Kein Spa inkludiert. Kein Fitnessstudio inkludiert. Das wirkt in der Beschreibung mit den Fotos sehr täuschend und ist dadurch enttäuschend. Weiters gefällt mir der Stil nicht so. Es wirkt recht kühl, es gibt keine Bilder, nur das braune Holz, echt komisches Design. Für mich nicht ansprechend. Der Pool nicht groß aber ausreichend. Dass es kaum Schattenplätze bei den Liegen gibt ist auch nicht gut. Erwarte ich mir für den Preis schon.

Overall, a very enjoyable 4 night stay! Likes Well located for airport,bus stop outside hotel. Good location for beach, (across busy road) & close to town ( bus ideslly). Rooftop pool is a must - AM A ZIng ! Friendly staff, clean facilities.. Dislikes Breakfast- hit & miss ,cooked offering poor for this establishment. Some might not like traffic outside but to be fair, we heard little noise.. No balcony , ,(but didn't bother us) Hotel style & room was ultra modern & minimalistic . Handful of bars etc nearby.. Some visitors there were clearly working maybe conference centre next door, not all holidaymakers hotel venue. Overall, an enjoyable stay..

Frukosten var väldigt bra. Det fanns mycket alternativ att välja på. Rummet var stort.

Hotellet var lyhört. Hade ett rum med bäddsoffa nära korridoren och den som sov där hörde mycket ljud utifrån. Poolen var ganska tråkig. Den var för grund för att kunna hoppa i. Det fanns endast ett begränsat antal solstolar så ville man ha en plats var man tvungen att hänga på låset när poolen öppnade. Det fanns ingen dörr att stänga till badrummet vilket mina tonårsbarn tyckte var jobbigt.

This hotel is advertised as a 4-star property, but it falls far short of that standard. From the moment you arrive, the experience is disappointing—the entrance is confusing, there's no bellman, and the front desk staff were unfriendly. Check-in for our two rooms took over 45 minutes. The upgraded LEVEL thing is a joke. It’s basically a room with finger foods similar to an airport lounge. This place is bogus. The rooms are poorly designed with paper-thin walls, the service throughout our stay was consistently poor, and there's nothing that feels luxurious about the property. The location is also inconvenient and not within walking distance of much. To top it off, the "gym" is a tiny basement room with almost no equipment. I have no idea how this hotel earned a 4-star rating, because it certainly doesn't deliver the service, amenities, or overall experience that rating implies. This would never fly in the US as its false advertising.

We had a wonderful stay at Meliá Palma Bay. Everything was excellent from start to finish. Our room had a beautiful sea view, which made the stay even more enjoyable, and it was spotless and very comfortable. The highlight was definitely the breakfast—it offered an amazing selection of fresh, high-quality food with something for everyone. The staff were friendly, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palma.

The only thing that would be nice to change is the program for rooftop access. Closing at 21 is to early for people who goes for a evening walk and then want to relax with a beautiful evening view and enjoy a coktail.

Hallo Booking-Team, ich möchte mich erneut bezüglich meines Aufenthalts an Sie wenden und Sie bitten, meinen Fall sorgfältig zu prüfen. Während meines Aufenthalts stellte ich fest, dass 100 € aus dem Safe meines Hotelzimmers fehlten. Ich habe den Vorfall umgehend dem Hotel gemeldet. Daraufhin wurden die Hotelleitung und das Sicherheitspersonal eingeschaltet und interne Untersuchungen durchgeführt. Trotz dieser Maßnahmen konnte der Vorfall nicht aufgeklärt werden. Die gesamte Situation hat meinen Urlaub erheblich beeinträchtigt. Anstatt meinen Aufenthalt genießen zu können, musste ich mich über mehrere Tage hinweg ausschließlich mit diesem Vorfall beschäftigen. Ich führte zahlreiche Gespräche mit dem Hotelpersonal, wartete auf die Ergebnisse der internen Untersuchungen und musste schließlich bei der Policía Nacional eine Anzeige erstatten. Allein bei der Polizei war ich insgesamt rund fünf Stunden, bis meine Anzeige aufgenommen wurde. Darüber hinaus entstanden mir zusätzliche Kosten für die Hin- und Rückfahrt zur Polizeidienststelle. Unabhängig davon, wie die Ermittlungen letztlich ausgehen, hatte dieser Vorfall erhebliche Auswirkungen auf meinen Aufenthalt und hat mir viel Zeit, Stress und zusätzliche Kosten verursacht. Ich bin daher der Ansicht, dass eine angemessene Entschädigung bzw. eine teilweise Erstattung des Aufenthaltspreises gerechtfertigt wäre. Ich bitte Sie, meinen Fall zu prüfen und mich darüber zu informieren, welche Möglichkeiten einer Kulanz oder Entschädigung bestehen. Die Unterlagen des Hotels sowie die polizeiliche Anzeige kann ich Ihnen auf Wunsch gerne zur Verfügung stellen. Vielen Dank für Ihre Unterstützung. Ich freue mich auf Ihre Rückmeldung.

Abends ist das Restaurant viel zu leer, eine Bar wäre eine gute Lösung dafür

Taille de la piscine et terrasse un peu faible au vu du nombre de clients potentiels, service pour manger du toit terrasse très lent, 30 min entre mon plat et celui de mon mari nous n’avons pas pu manger ensemble et son plat était froid, nous l’avons signalé mais pas de considération. Dommage

Compré la habitación con vista al mar y no tenía vista al mar (preguntamos y se supone que si era). El precio es muy desequilibrado con lo que se recibe

I had another week-long stay prior to this one due to a work related event, so chose to extend by an extra night at the same hotel to see a bit more of Mallorca. The location is of course great if you have business at the convention center next door and it is also very close to the beach and bay, which has some nice restaurants. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and the taxi service is fast, efficient and affordable. The breakfast variety and quality was not the best, but consistent.

As some other reviewers pointed out, noise from the hallways can be too much at times due to the interior design of the hotel. Add to this certain guest groups that can be pretty disrespectful yelling, laughing, screaming and waking you up in the middle of the night. And no, I do not like using earplugs which do not help much anyway, so I had to resort to brown noise on my phone again. The bathroom with no door was kind of strange and does not allow any warmth to remain in the shower area. Cleaning is okay but bottled water was not replenished after the first day. The front desk is professional but do not expect a smiling service except for one or two of the staff. The safe stopped working on the second day and when I told the lady at the front desk the next day, she gave me a really bad look as if it was our fault and seemed very inconvenienced; I guess she assumed we messed up the password. The service personnel determined the battery was dead as I had presumed and it was okay after they replaced it.

It was a 15-20 minute walk from the Basilica which is the main part of town.

Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln. Es hatte immer ein Parkplatz. Das Meer ist gleich über die Strasse und auch das Zentrum ist gut zu fuss erreichbar.

Frukosten var toppen. Rent och välstädat. Bra rum och bra med schampoo balsam tvål och hudkräm som fylldes på när det var påväg att ta slut.

AC:n fungerade de första dagarna på rummet men inte i övriga ytor på hotellet. Sista dagen och kvällen slutade AC:n att fungera på rummen också.
