Die Lüftung in unserem Bad war defekt und wurde in der Wixhe unseres Aufenthalts nicht repariert.

It has a lovely calm atmosphere. The pool area is wonderful, the food excellent and overall a wonderful experience.

The nighttime staff were a little unhelpful and unfriendly when we returned from a night out and wanted to continue drinking in the bar. We were made to feel a little 'in the way'

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and it’s clear that so much thought has gone into styling it throughout. We loved the pool area, the restaurant and the living room especially. The staff were incredible and I have never felt so well looked after. They make a point of knowing who you are and what your room number is so you only tell them once. The location is wonderful and the perfect distance from the centre of Palma and full of lovely bars and restaurants.

We first visited Hotel Portixol 15 years ago, and returning for a 4-night stay proved that it is just as incredibly special as we remembered. It is a rare find that maintains such high standards over time, and we made so many wonderful new memories this week.The rooms are immaculate, super clean, and exceptionally comfortable. They contain everything you could fields and more, with every single detail thoughtfully considered. Plus, you get a fantastic sea view or an interesting port view to look out on.The hotel amenities are wonderful, including a marvellous pool and a highly relaxing pool area. The location is absolutely perfect too—it is only a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport with absolutely no airplane noise, and just a 5-minute taxi or a scenic 15-minute cycle ride right into the centre of Palma.What makes this place truly shine is the superb hospitality. The entire team is brilliant, but we want to give a special mention to Paulina, Theresa, Margitte, and Nina. They were all delightful, highly knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful.The food here is also fantastic. Breakfast is a fabulous start to the day, and the restaurant serves excellent dishes made with fresh ingredients and lots of culinary thought. A special shoutout goes to the olive tapenade, which is absolutely to die for, and it pairs beautifully with their great wine list!We left with a heart full of memories and will definitely go back. Thank you to the whole team for an unforgettable stay!

It is our 3rd time at Portixol Hotel and we love it! Great location, lovely breakfast and rooms are great too. The size of it makes it feel like a Boutique Hotel and the staff are excellent, especially at reception. They are the same people each year we return which to me, is a great sign. The pool area is great and within 10-15mins you can cycle into Palma and enjoy all the great restaurants

I didn't have breakfast but all other facilities and food that i had while i was there was faultless. I do think it was slightly on the high side and being a solo traveler i definitely felt the cost of staying here alone. Sauna was great to use and the spa facilities overall were great to shower and change before a late flight home. Free bike hire was also a great benefit of staying at this hotel.

The only thing was a little too far too walk into palma but the free bikes helped with this. And it was a pricey especially for a solo traveler.

It’s a very spacious environment which never feels busy. It’s relaxed and comfortable.

A delightful small hotel in a great location close to the city centre but with its own calm vibe, great fitness activities nearby, lots of very good cafes, restaurants and bars within short walking distance.

Nothing, in my opinion, one of the loveliest places on Mallorca.

Rooms are small

schönes Boutique hotel. Zimmer war klein aber fein. super complimentary goodies im Zimmer. schöne Seife und toll dass Zahnpasta vorhanden war.

Teppich im Zimmer wirkte alt und nicht so sauber. Klimaanlage hat ein bisschen gebraucht bevor das Zimmer kühl war. Badezimmer war stickig.

Lage zum Flughafen, hübsche Ausstattung

Leider hat die Freundlichkeit, bis auf 1 Ausnahme sehr nachgelassen.

Amazing lunch overlooking the beach - suoerb meal and great service. Would definitely recommend.

Personalen var generellt stingsliga & otrevliga.

Nydelig interiør, avdempet luksus. God service. Flott beliggenhet mellom strand og by, med en kort (gratis) sykkeltur til sentrale deler av Palma.

the hotel is a little oasis of calm and character within easy reach of Palma city ... the cathedral is clearly visible across the main road from the hotel. the area is charming with a beach on the door step and lots of cafes and places to eat. could join the locals promenading in the cool evening straight from the door. our room had double aspect views over the port and breakfast offered a full and healthy (and not so healthy) choice whilst sitting in the cool by the pool or outside overlooking the port. heaven.

Incredible stay at The Portixol! The facilities, the room overlooking the sea, the staff, the food, etc..all over the top and fantastic!

Amazing beds, superb service and food. The pool area is fantastic for children + great views to the sea.

Just fabulous with the most amazing breakfast. This hotel is a gem.

We had the pleasure of booking a table on the Portixol terrace for dinner. The food as always was beautifully cooked and very tasty. It was nice to see one or two new vegetarian dishes on offer. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The Portixol terrace has to be one of the nicest places on a sunny summer evening to eat dinner. We cannot wait to return in October.

The entire facility was beautiful and the views were great, the entire facility was very charming…

I thought the bed mattress and pillows could’ve been much better, unfortunately location of my room was right near the maintenance cleaning supplies and the cleaning staff gathered every morning outside my room and had their social morning conversations of the day which woke me up on point every morning… having said that the staff were all very nice …

Lovely breakfast. Slightly confused if B&B rate included cooked breakfast or just continental. Facilities excellent.

I loved the pool, the restaurant, the room, the location and the great value fixed menu for lunch which we enjoyed with friends for my birthday lunch. The staff were absolutely lovely. The room was so well equipped with everything you might have forgotten and the handcreams and bath gel and shampoo so nice I will buy them as soon as I am back home. I couldn't fault anything. We will be back.

Vi har besøgt Portixol hotel mange gange og er meget begejstret for det. Beliggenheden er dejlig ud til vandet og med mulighed for at cykle ind til Palma på 10 min. Mindre hotel med meget serviceminded og sødt personale. Hyggelig afslappet stemning. Dejlig morgenmad og virkelig god mad i restauranten. Dejlige rummelige værelser med stilfuld indretning.

Hvis man skal sætte fingeren på noget, er indretningen nogle steder en smule 'træt'

The hotel is a little gem in a great location, particularly if you like walks. Room was fabulous but I have to mention the incredible staff - most helpful, courteous staff we’ve ever come across. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast menu is excellent. Close to airport and a short taxi ride or walk in to Palma. You can walk along the Coast in both directions for miles.

Locatie aan de rand van de stad maar toch zwembad en zicht op zee/jachthaven en strandje (zeer klein) vlakbij.

Le personnel était,super,efficace , sympa, très classe.

Otroligt mysigt hotell i mysigt område, nära både flygplatsen och Palma. Perfekt om du har bil då det finns gott om parkering som dessutom är fri. Härligt rum med allt man behöver och lite till. God mat och service i restaurangen, all personal vi stötte på får högsta betyg. Rekommenderar starkt.
