El hotel nos gustó mucho a nivel estético. El edificio es precioso, la decoración está cuidada con muchísimo gusto y nuestra habitación era muy amplia, cómoda y contaba además con una terraza estupenda. En ese sentido, el hotel tiene muchísimo encanto y transmite una sensación muy agradable. Sin embargo, hubo varios aspectos del servicio que nos decepcionaron, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que se trata de un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Para empezar, el acceso a la entrada tiene varios escalones y, viajando con maletas grandes de unos 20-25 kg, resulta bastante incómodo. En nuestro caso llevábamos dos maletas porque veníamos de un viaje largo y, aun así, nadie se ofreció a ayudarnos a subirlas. También nos sorprendió mucho que en la habitación no hubiera absolutamente ningún detalle de cortesía, ni siquiera una botella de agua. Tuvimos que bajar a la barra, comprar una botella y pagarla para poder tener agua en la habitación. Sinceramente, es algo que no esperábamos encontrar en un establecimiento de esta categoría. El hotel es precioso y las habitaciones están muy bien, pero creemos que el nivel de atención y algunos servicios básicos deberían estar a la altura de un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Son pequeños detalles que, en conjunto, afectan bastante a la experiencia del huésped.

The hotel is located in a quieter, less touristy area, which we really enjoyed. The beach is literally just a few steps outside the hotel gates, and there are plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby. You can also walk to Palma along the coastline, which takes around 45 minutes to an hour. It’s such a beautiful and enjoyable walk that we didn’t feel tired at all. The staff are incredibly accommodating, polite, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel.

Geweldige ligging! Je fietst zo de boulevard op en ideaal om Palma te bezoeken. Authentieke inrichting, wel wat gedateerd, super schoon, vriendelijk personeel en vlakbij airport.

Wonderful location! Room was comfortable and we enjoyed our little terrace. Pool area was quiet and relaxing. And the hotel is just steps away from the beach!

Our only complaint was the WiFi. For some reason, it kept kicking us off and we had very poor reception in our room. Not sure if it was just our room or not. We inquired, but the employee at the desk said there were no issues.

Location is good and the bar staff at the pool were excellent! Pool area is nice and calm with shaded areas - its lovely.

Reception staff were not friendly or accommodating. They made me moves room and have to repack everything in room early in morning knowing i was in rush to catch day trip on boat. The rooms were exact same.

The hotel has a very good location, conveniently close to the airport and very near the beach. The room was clean and comfortable, and the reception staff in the daytime were generally helpful.

Unfortunately, we experienced a power outage in our room in the middle of the night. There had already been an issue with the room’s power system, as the keycard slot in the wall appeared to be doubled and defective. It seemed like an existing electrical problem, which made it concerning that the room was still assigned to guests. We raised the issue with the night receptionist, but the initial response was disappointing. There was some discussion, and he came across as rude and unwilling to help or make arrangements for a room transfer. When I asked if we could move to another room, he initially made excuses and even suggested that we simply sleep through the night since we were leaving early anyway—which would have meant spending the night without electricity. Thankfully, after a few minutes, they provided us with another room, and the issue was eventually resolved. Recommendation to the hotel: Please make sure that any electrical or maintenance issues are properly checked and fixed before assigning a room to guests. It would also be helpful to have a clear alternative arrangement or room available in case a similar issue occurs, especially during the night. A more understanding and helpful response from the night staff would also make a big difference in handling situations like this. Overall, the location, cleanliness, and proximity to the beach are definite positives, but the electrical issue and the initial handling of the problem affected our experience.

Perfekt läge vid strandpromenaden och lugnt litet poolområde med skugga. Stort plus också för att de erbjuder gratis strandhanddukar och att AC funkade.

Det finns inte plats att hänga blöta badkläder och inte heller så mycket plats för andra kläder heller i den lilla garderoben som klämts in och gjorde det svårt att gå från sägen utan att slå i nåt. Också otroligt irriterande att beskrivningen av rummet i booking inte stämde. När det står att det finns vattenkokare tar jag inte med min egen och när det finns minibar brukar det även finnas kaffe/koppar. Nu fick vi låna en vattenkokare av receptionen så det ordnade sig eftersom vi hade med oss kaffe/sked/glas. Det stod även i rumsbeskrivningen att det fanns uteplats men det stämde inte heller.

Loved the atmosphere of the place; the decoration, the garden, everything was really calming and nice!

The room was a bit small and the mattress of the baby bed didn’t fit properly so there was a lot of space around the mattress which means it wasn’t 100% safe to sleep unfortunately.

Very old world and unique. The terrace was amazing to eat our evening meal.

No elevator or ramp to get from the entrance to the lobby with suitcases.

Très belle bâtisse, chambres un peu chères pour leur taille. Petit déjeuner pas extraordinaire. Piscine petite et trouble..Personnel gentil et accueillant. Belle plage juste devant. Très bien placé pour l'aéroport ( d'ailleurs on les entend bien🤣 toutes les 3 minutes), et pour visiter la ville.

La habitación increíble: la bañera en el salón lo mejor, la cama super grande y cómoda, la terraza preciosa y la decoración también. Además, como era mi cumple, tuvieron la cortesía de ir a la mesa donde estábamos desayunando y traerme una tarta con una vela para que soplase y dos copas de champán (y eso que no habíamos dicho nada), las chicas majísimas. En el desayuno había todo lo necesario, nada que objetar. De los mejores sitios que hemos ido.

Tolle, ruhige Lage. Direkt an der Promenade. In der näheren Umgebung (auch zu Fuß) viele nette Lokals mit wirklich gutem Essen und Blick aufs Meer. Frühstück sehr vielfältig, alles da. Man kann klimatisiert innen oder auch im Freien/ am Pool frühstücken.

Laut Beschreibung adults only- das war es definitiv nicht. Die Brausehalterung war kaputt. Die Bilder auf der Homepage sind gut gemacht, ganzer Außenbereich ist tatsächlich sehr klein.

A wonderful hotel. Clean and tidy, with incredibly pleasant staff and excellent service. A good breakfast with a fairly wide selection of options. An ideal location: the beach begins right outside the hotel gates. The room is small but cozy and has everything you need: a fridge, a wardrobe, and a large terrace.

On the downside, the pool was small: it looked bigger in the photos. It was more like a tiny pond; you couldn't really swim in it, dip in a bit. The room had a fantastic terrace, but for some reason, it wasn't very well-maintained. It felt like the space could have been used better; as it was, it felt empty, with only two plastic chairs and a small table. Also, the room lacked a kettle.

Schönes kleines Boutique hotel mit einzigartigem Ambiente. Sehr nettes und bemühtes Personal. Unsere suite war geräumig und sauber. Nutzung von hotelbereich und Duschen auch nach dem checkout nutzbar, was uns sehr half. Die Lage ist perfekt, nah zwischen Palma und Flughafen. Fluglärm ist von früh bis spät zu hören, hat uns aber wenig gestört. Strand ist schön und in der Gegend sind viele Einheimische. Gute Restaurants, Supermarkt und Bus fußläufig erreichbar. Poolbereich ist klein aber ausreichend. Buchung vom Mietauto zu guten Konditionen, jedoch sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass das Auto zum hotel gebracht wird, wir mussten unerwartet schnell dann mit dort hin und es holen. Gratis Parken am Hotel war problemlos möglich. Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat perfekt funktioniert und auch den großen Raum gut gekühlt. Betten sehr bequem und sauber mit großer Auswahl an Kissen. Handtücher für Pool und Strand jederzeit frisch erhältlich.

Bei der suite sind Bad und WC mitten im Zimmer, nur durch eine schiebetür vom Rest des Zimmers getrennt, diese schließt jedoch nicht, sondern gibt nur teilweise Sichtschutz. Der abgetrennte Raum ist nach oben OFFEN, so dass ALLE Geräusche und Gerüche direkt im Zimmer landen. Störend vor allem in der Nacht und am Morgen. Eine Lüftung gibt es nicht. Das sollte erwähnt werden. Es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank, nur ein offenes Regal, keinerlei Möglichkeit lange Kleidung aufzuhängen und ist optisch nicht ansprechend, da alles sichtbar ist. Keinerlei Stauraum für Wäsche, Badesachen oder private Dinge vorhanden . Wenn man sich damit arrangiert sind Zimmer und dazugehörige große Terrasse sehr schön. Personal ist bemüht, jedoch mussten wir uns das Toilettenpapier und Duschgel selbst an der Rezeption holen, da es nicht nachgefüllt wurde. Rezeption ist telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Benutzte Gläser wurden mehrfach schmutzig stehen gelassen. Das entspricht weder dem Preis, noch 4 Sternen. Frühstück ist liebevoll zubereitet, nettes Ambiente, jedoch wenig Angebot und keine Abwechslung, immer kaltes Ei, es fehlt Auswahl an Obst und Gemüse (täglich eine Tomatenscheibe auf einem Salatblatt und eine kleine Schale mit Orangenstück und Weintraube). Immer gleiche 3 Sorten Käse und Wurst aus der Packung. Sehr weit weg von 4 Sternen, die meisten 3 Sterne Hotels bieten hier deutlich mehr. Hier könnte mit wenig Aufwand/Kosten viel verbessert werden. Fernsehen nicht möglich, da er ständig die Verbindung verliert, WLAN im Zimmer nur teilweise, auf dem Balkon gar nicht. Das Wasser im Pool war leider sehr warm. Es gibt nur eine Toilette für alle im Poolbereich, man muss jedes Mal um den Schlüssel bitten und die 1 Toilette ist extrem eng und stickig... kein 4Sterne Standard. Der "Yogabereich" ist nur für die Webseite.. in dem extrem kleinen stickigem Raum macht niemand yoga. Kühlschrank im Zimmer kühlt leider auch nicht gut.

Stylový hotel s bazénem a sprchou, hned vedle malý bar. Hned u hotelu pláž s jemným pískem. Možnost půjčit si kolo (sice starší, ale kousek jsme se projeli po stezce až do centra). Na recepci nám zařídili půjčení auta, doporučuji. Velice milý personál, ve všem vyhověl a pomohl. Vynikající snídaně. Kousek od letiště cca 10-15 minut.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel. Vor allem der Außenbereich und die Lage direkt am Strand haben sehr überzeugt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich & besonders toll fanden wir den hauseigenen Fahrradverleih.

It’s a bit motel vibes

The hotel is full of character as it was one of the oldest hotels on the island. Excellent location opposite the beach. Fresh tapas style breakfast. Helpful staff.

La chica y el chico de recepción fueron súper amables. Nos hicieron la instancia muy amena. Nos ayudaron en todo, nos explicaron cómo movernos por allí, nos guardaron las maletas hasta la hora de entrada… todo genial.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Am Ankunftstag wurde uns spät abends noch eine Mahlzeit bereitet. Das Personal ist sehr, sehr freundlich.

Aproape de plaja, amabilitatea personalului, curatenia, restaurant cu servire in gradina. Cladire istorica, atmosfera eleganta, gradina cu palmieri linistita, piscina exterioara.

Aparatele de aer conditionat trebuie curatate si igienizate regulat pentru prevenirea dezvoltarii bacteriilor cat si pentru eficienta energetica. Filtrele se spala la 2-4 saptamani in sezonul cald, iar igienizarea profesionala o data pe an. Recunosc ca am stat cu grija pe toata perioada sejurului. Acumularea de murdarie era vizibila.

Ruhige Lage, man hat immer eine Liege am Pool bekommen, das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstück war sehr lecker (viel Auswahl).

Die Lage am Strand, das wunderbare Frühstück, die Ruhe im Hotel, der riesige Balkon, der wunderschöne Garten mit kleinem ruhigen Pool - ein Traum für mich und meine Tochter!

Es gibt nichts an dem Hotel auszusetzen - sehr empfehlenswert! Wir hatten sogar Zimmer mit Meerblick!

The very welcomed and secure atmosphere. Very beautiful building. The staff are great, very kind and made us feel comfortable and ensured we have had a great rest.The location is perfect, right to the beach and with easy access to the local shops, restaurants with delisious food. Also, there, at the Hotel is a great menu for snacks/drinks and freshly cooked meals. There is about 10 minutes walk to the high Street where are buses running every 10-15 minutes to the Palma centre and back from the town. We had Breakfast in the Hotel wich is delicious and has everything we wished. A big thank you to the Receptionist helping us out to arrange the local taxi to get to the airport early morning.

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Angestellten waren unglaublich aufmerksam und freundlich – sie haben uns wirklich jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns jederzeit willkommen und bestens umsorgt gefühlt haben. Besonders schön ist die Lage: Der Strand liegt praktisch direkt vor der Tür. Gleichzeitig ist das Hotel angenehm ruhig gelegen, sodass man wunderbar entspannen und dem Trubel entkommen kann. Für uns die perfekte Kombination aus Strandnähe, Ruhe und herzlichem Service. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Hotel jest świetnie usytuowany, nieduży, ma fajny basen, jest zaraz przy plaży. Pyszne śniadania i przemiła obsługa

Leżaki nad basenem były dość sfatygowane, poduszki wygniecione - przydałaby się wymian. Nasz pokój był dość mały, ale za to z dużą łazienką i sporym tarasem. Natomiast zapach z rur z kanalizacji był bardzo intensywny, bardzo śmierdziało w łazience i w pokoju.

The location couldn't be better. The facilities were great, including the pool and the gardens. The bed was very comfortable.

Everything was great other than the fact that we weren't notified about the Ecotasa in advance. We had to pay a little extra at the end of our stay for this. At no point this was communicated to us despite many messages before our arrival.

Spesielt den rolige atmosfæren i et lite hotell, personalet er svært hyggelige og hjelpsomme, rommene er fine og rene. Veldig bra at vi fikk utlevert strandkurv og badehåndklær til bruk ved bassenget og på strander 30m unna. Veldig sentralt i området, samtidig tilbaketrukket. Hotellet i seg selv er en perle med hagen, arkitekturen og interiøret.

The location, the nostalgic colonial atmosphere and decor, the gardens were all really beautiful. It is in a great location just steps into the beach.

We were in a standard room and there perhaps could have been a few touches to make it feel less basic. But the general hotel is really lovely. Another coffee machine at breakfast would be welcome.

Personalet var veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomme! Nærme en strand, dog ikke en fin strand sammenliknet med resten av Mallorca.

Vi betalte nesten 3000kr for én natt her, og hadde da forventet et helt annen standard. Rommet virket slitt og pynteputene på sengen var både flekkete og litt ødelagte. Rommet ble heller ikke ordentlig kaldt av air condition, gardinene gjorde ikke rommet mørkt, det manglet både sjampo og balsam i dusjen, vi fikk ikke håndklær til bassenget før vi spurte(de sa det skulle være på rommet, men det var det ikke). Frokosten var ok. Egg, bacon og ulikt brød – men tror brødet hadde ligget fremme lenge, det var hardt og tørt.

The hotel is gorgeous- I loved my stay. My room had a balcony facing the sea, and I was able to rest and relax in between visiting the city and swimming.

Room was quite old and musty smelling with several small spiders. Bed was uncomfortable too. Breakfast was okay but I saw a staff member put blueberries back into the container after breakfast was over with her fingers which was unappetising.

Hotel je poněkud vzdálený od turistických středisek - chybí typické kavárny, restaurace a obchody. Snídaně začíná později, miniaturní porce, i když je možné si vzít libovolné množství.
