Reviewed Sep 17, 2026L'hôtel Ocean est très agréable et bien situé au coeur de Biarritz. Notre chambre bien que un peu petite avait un balcon avec vue sur l'océan . L'hôtel dispose aussi de bon restaurant avec une belle terrasse. Le personnel était très aimable !

Habitació petita, sense tauleta, sense nevera, tancament deficitari, molt de soroll de dins de l'hotel, no està insonoritzat, dutxa molt petita, no hi havia xampú ni acondicionador pel cabell, i això contractant 2 habitacions. L'habitació feia pudor d'humitat. Entrava la llum del carrer, en una habitació no hi havia canal espanyol i en l'altra la tele era molt petita, el balcó era molt petit i donava a l'esglèsia. Total el preu no estava ajustat a la qualitat.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026super zentral. Man ist zu Fuss sehr schnell an jedem beliebigen Ort in Biarritz. Sei es an einem der Strände, am Fischerhafen, im Meeresmuseum, im Casino oder den Markthallen etc. Gleich neben der Kirche gelegen, haben wir befürchteted, dass man die Glocken die ganze Nacht hören wird. Dem war nicht so. Trotzdem für lärmempfindliche früh zu Bett geher muss gesagt sein, dass vom Hauptplatz zur Hauptsaison eine gewisse Lärmemission ausgeht. Man hört die Leute und das geklapper, wenn die Teller abgeräumt werden. Für uns war das die 3 Tage ok und wurde belohnt mit einem Top Platz zum bestaunen des all jährlichen, grossen Feuerwerks Biarritz sous les étoiles am 15. August.

Je trouve que le rapport / qualité prix n’est pas correct, la literie laisse un peu à désirer, la télé également, ainsi que la propreté du sol et son entretien, manque peut être un peu de déco sur ces grands murs.

Siamo rimasti per due notti, quando siamo arrivati la stanza era sporca, sul pavimento c'era molta sabbia. Abbiamo lasciato un biglietto per chiedere che venisse pulita, ma è rimasta tale e quale per tutto il nostro soggiorno. Tra l'altro la stanza è piccolissima e con i bagagli quasi invivibile per due persone. Prezzo super esagerato.

Også tilgjengelig for en kopp kaffe om man ønsker det. Bagasjeheis tilgjengelig. Hyggelig personale der alle snakker engelsk om du ikke behersker fransk godt. Liker at det var vann og croissant tilgjengelig i resepsjon og at rommene hadde aircondition og at rommene opplevdes som nyoppusset og rommene ble rengjort hver dag hvis ønskelig.
Vanskelig å finne noe negativt ved hotellet og vi hadde heller ingen negative opplevelser der.

La entrada a las 3:30 se hace muy larga, con ola de calor y desde las 12 esperando por la habitación,que es chiquitina y no creo que tenga mucho trabajo para prepararla, además había confirmado mi hora de llegada.

La habitación era minúscula, con paredes de pladur de 1cm que se esuchaba hasta cuando estornudaba el huésped de al lado. La habitación no tenía mesas de noche, frigobar, ni nada de confort básico. Solo la cama (normal) almohadas super duras, 4 perchas para colgar en un armario improvisado, vistas a un pulmón con ventanas que no cerraban del todo y pasaba la luz del día. Cero recomendable

Das Bad hatte diverse kleine Beschädigungen an der Dusche und die Badewanne wird beim duschen sehr rutschig, Ein Haltegriff wäre hilfreich. Das Hotel scheint etwas teuer für ein 3 Sterne Hotel.

Die Lage direkt am Meer, wo wir vom Bett aus die Brandung die Klippen schlägt sehen und hören konnten. Frühstück super. Und das ganze liegt auch noch am schönsten Platz direkt neben der Kirche und einer Tiefgarage 100 Meter entfernt. Besser geht es nicht. Bei booking com für 133!€ statt 300 pro Nacht gebucht 😁

Reviewed May 18, 2026Un petit déjeuner complet, bien présenté. La mise en valeur des produits locaux. Une équipe souriante et avenante. De bons conseils de visites et de découvertes. Une excellente transition entre l'hotel et l'accès au restaurant. Bref un établissement où il fait bon vivre. Un excellent repos à l'hôtel pour mieux profiter de cette belle ville de BIARRITZ.
Rajouter Quelques équipements supplémentaires en chambre : une bouilloire, du thé, un mini frigo.

Sehr kleines Zimmer für den Preis. Toilettenpapier musste extra angefordert werden. Das WC und das Zimmer ist äußerst klein.

Déçu par rapport aux visites précédentes: cheveux de partout dans la SDB et la chambre, attente pour le Check out car il n’y avait personne, voisin qui a fait du bruit jusqu’à 1h du matin, wifi qui se coupe constamment

Le prix pour la nuit est très élevé et problème de wc bouché surprise en prenant la douche a 23h On nous a changé de chambre et même problème!!!! Du coup nous avons passé la nuit et nous n'avons pas pu nous doucher. Aucun retour de l'accueil nous avons dû laisser les clés au personnel de l'étage qui s'occupait du débouchage et personne ne nous a rien dit.

Reviewed Dec 29, 2025Très beau séjour de Noël dans cet hôtel plein de charme. L’établissement est très mignon, la chambre bien exposée et confortable, et le personnel d’une grande gentillesse. J’y ai passé trois nuits et quatre jours très agréables. Une adresse que je recommande vivement et où je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Room was pretty small and didn’t have the boutique vibe I expected. Breakfast was a disaster for €14 each definitely not worth it.
