Reviewed Sep 5, 2026The hotel has a fantastic location — just a few minutes from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, and all the main sights in Biarritz. At the same time, it’s very quiet and peaceful. Our room was clean, modern, and cosy, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help. A special thank you to Luke, who made the atmosphere even warmer and more welcoming. Luke, we’ll try to save up quickly so we can come back and stay with you again! 😊 A wonderful place that we really didn’t want to leave.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026L’établissement est très bien situé et le personnel est vraiment charmant et serviable. La chambre est très bien isolée de la rue donc on entend aucun bruit. Les lits très confortables. Le petit déjeuner est excellent.
J’ai trouvé que c’était un tout petit peu cher pour des chambres qui ne sont pas très grandes, mais nous sommes venus en pleine saison et cela a été largement compensé par la qualité de l’accueil.

Rooms were small, okay for a one night stay for one person would’ve been a squeeze if two in room and nowhere to sit.

l’emplacement idéal de l’hôtel peut tourner à son désavantage la nuit lorsque les gens à l’extérieur ne pensent pas à respecter les potentiels personnes qui dorment.. cependant le confort de la literie nous fais oublier ce désagrément

Badrummet var i det minsta laget, men väldigt fräscht och fint. Några kvadratmeter större hade varit perfekt!

Connaissant Biarritz je savais que l’emplacement allait être idéal, plein centre profiter des commerces et plages aux alentours. Super literie, chambre propre et agréable. Wygodne łóżka, dobrej jakości kosmetyki i ręczniki w łazience - niby małe rzeczy ale dużo mówią o hotelu. Hotel położony bardzo blisko małej plaży i super fajnym barem.
Małe pokoje i łazienki, ale to trudno poprawić:-)

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026A really well located hotel in the middle of the old town with good access to the beaches, surfing and the bars and restaurants. They have a very friendly and helpful team. There is a strong family feel to the place. The beds were really comfortable and the air conditioning was good. Breakfasts were good and tea and coffee were available 24/7.
Our bathroom was on the small side. They have a policy of not replacing towels and sheets every day to protect the environment so you have to ask to get them replaced.

Muy atentos todos los funcionarios! Enseguida llegamos nos recibieron con agua por el calor. Si bien no había frigobar ningún problema para dejar a enfriar en sus heladeras. Café todo el que se quisiera sin costo y excelente! Es de destacar el desayuno!! Impecable. Desde salmón , jamón, quesos jugos palta y leche de almendras. Y más… jugos ! Todo muy bueno y de calidad. Excelente sin ninguna duda volvería y lo recomiendo muchísimo. Gracias y saludos cordiales a todo el personal. 🥰🥰🥰

On nous a permis de quitter la chambre une heure plus tard, et il est possible d'y laisser ses valises. Le petit-déjeuner était formidable et très savoureux. Bref, c'est rare de trouver un hôtel où le personnel est vraiment accueillant et soucieux de vous faire passer un séjour agréable sans dépenses superflues

Das Brot kam immer am morgen frisch vom Bäcker, keine frischback Croissants. Sehr guten Bio Kaffee. Der Hotelmanager und die Leute an der Reception waren immer sehr Bemüht
Ich finde ein Daunen Duvet für im Sommer ist zu warm. wenn es kälter wird ist das ok. Trotz Klimaanlage war es manchmal zu warm. Am Anfang des Aufenthaltes wurde die Dusche richtig gereinigt. Bei der zweiten Putzequipe hatte die Armatur immer Kalkflecken, entweder wurde sie nicht abgetrocknet oder nicht nachgereinigt.

Having to move to a different room after our first night. Somehow we had not booked both nights. You were able to accommodate us but we had to pack up and move our suitcases to a different room for the second night.

Wirklich sehr kleines Zimmer und Bad. Dusche ok. Klimaanlage war etwas überfordert (es war draußen sehr warm)

Pas de placard ou penderie oú ranger les vêtements (juste 3 ou 4 petites planches) ni coffre fort dans la chambre Pas de stores, les rideaux laissent passer la lumière le matin

Die Zimmer sind wirklich recht klein, was man aber weiß, wenn man bucht. Und auch die Parkplatzsituation ist schwierig, was aber auch deutlich gesagt wird. Daher alles ok!

Die Größe unseres Zimmers stand in kein Verhältnis zum Preis, für 285 € pro Nacht. Einschließlich Frühstück kann man ein Zimmer verlangen, wo man zumindest den Koffer geöffnet irgendwo platzieren kann.

Could not have been more helpful with everything especially local restaurant information and offer to book a table for us. Tea, coffee, water always available and relaxed indoor and terraced area in heart of Biarritz

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026They left balloons and a card for my partner because it was his birthday. Lovely staff. Beds are super comfy too.
Little noisy - you can hear neighbours open and close doors and a muffling in their rooms but nothing that would stop you from getting good sleep or it disturbing your rest. Would stay again!

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Chambre très confortable, très bien insonorisée par rapport à la rue. Emplacement parfait à 1min de marche de la plage du port vieux et 5min de la côte des basques. Petit déjeuner très qualitatif dans le choix des ingrédients. Café et thé à volonté
Recommandation d'amélioration : 1 seul crochet pour la serviette dans la salle de bain, il en faut 2 pour les chambres doubles
