Apartamento confortável bem silencioso apesar da localização movimentada. Recepcionista bem simpática.

Na frente tem uma praça fica uma galera fumando, mas não importunaram a gente e fica um segurança lá fora.

Very small room, not enough space to open a luggage, elevator is always busy, floor is visibly filthy and hair in the bathroom were seen upon check in. A very narrow hallway.

Great location. Close to subway stations, Times Square, plenty of restaurants, and major attractions. Good value for money for Manhattan.

Gostei da atenção em nos trocarem de quarto depois da 1a noite pois o nosso ar condicionado não funcionava. A vista do meu quarto era linda. E tb quando mostrei a foto da toalha que me enxuguei toda rasgada eles viram o absurdo e acabaram nos recompensando com um café da manhã gratuito ; muito bom por sinal .

Nossas toalhas de péssima qualidade( muito finas e rasgadas) e o papel higiênico também muito rude . Na frente do hotel ( deve fazer parte da rua) tem mesas e bancos onde fica muita gente inclusive mendigos , muita droga e um odor grande . Outro ponto : meu quarto ficou do lado da máquina de gelo e aí era barulho a madrugada inteira pois as pessoas iam lá buscar gelo . Não tinha microondas 😔mas eu já sabia

Il rumore, il primo giorno ci hanno dato una camera sull’ottava al decimo piano ed è stato impossibile dormire, nella seconda camera invece avevamo la macchina del ghiaccio affianco che per qualche notte ha fatto molto rumore

The location was excellent for exploring New York, and the hotel was very clean throughout our six-night stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful.

With only two elevators, waiting times were quite noticeable during the busy morning hours. The public seating area outside the hotel sometimes felt less welcoming due to smoking and people lingering there, despite the presence of security, which affected the overall impression of the entrance.

La habitación estaba en el lado de las vías del tren y se oía mucho desde temprano por la mañana. Las ventanas de la habitación no podían abrirse para ventilar.

Alcune prese della corrente per diversi giorni non hanno funzionato, personale disponibile ma il problema non è stato risolto subito. Anche il condizionatore aveva dei problemi (non riuscivamo a spegnerlo la prima volta che siamo entrati in camera), hanno risolto disabilitando il termostato spiegandoci come spegnere direttamente la macchina. In un paio di occasioni ho dovuto contattare o passare io in reception perché il sapone mani o bagnoschiuma/shampoo erano terminati ma durante le pulizie non erano stati ricaricati

se sentía un poco inseguro la llegada en la noche por los grupos de personas que se hacían en la entrada del hotel, sería ideal que tuvieran un poco más de control en la zona de la entrada.

The location is very convenient, just 2 blocks away from subway station and some of the tourist spots are walkable from the hotel. Very helpful staff and the property has guard-on-duty.

I am not comfortable with people hanging out just outside of the property. I won’t recommend it to my girlfriends especially if they will have an all-girls trip.

Los ascensores tienden a ser un poco caóticos en horas pico. En las afueras inmediatas se reúnen por la noche gente de ni "muy buen ver" pero la seguridad del hotel lo contrarresta.

I had already paid for breakfast but it wasn’t in their system so on first day had to go back to room to get proof. Once this was fixed on day one their was no problem afterwards The credit card charge hasn’t come back to me yet but apparently to that takes about 7days

Las camas son muy cómodas, está cerca de muchos lugares de interés, la vista al Empire State fue espectacular.

El refrigerador, que se agradece, pero hacía ruido todo el tiempo, y afuera de la habitación está la máquina de hielo, que también hacía mucho ruido. Hay que salir con tiempo y paciencia de la habitación para esperar uno de los 2 elevadores y afuera de la recepción, en el exterior, hay un área de bancas y se llena de gente, que tal vez solo se sientan a descansar, pero te hace reconsiderar ir a la tiendita de la esquina ya entrada la noche.

The beds were very comfortable, the view from the window was beautiful, and the bathroom was very clean. After each change of bed linen, the children’s stuffed animals were always playfully arranged on the pillows. This little gesture stole our children’s hearts :)

The room itself was quite small, and with four people and a lot of luggage, it felt a bit cramped. The air conditioning was quite powerful and blew strongly while trying to regulate the temperature, and unfortunately, it couldn’t be adjusted. Sometimes, we also had to wait quite a long time for the elevator.

Лифт главная проблема отеля он постоянно перегружен, чтобы подняться приходилось стоять в очереди. Номера на 4 человека очень маленькие. При входе на улице, всегда непонятные компании походе на людей безопределённого места жительства с утра до самого вечера, которые немного пугали.

Location is really good. Very close to the Times Square and that's all.

Breakfast is included, but not enough space for all people. Hard to find a place to sit, lines, missing food, it is a mess! Rooms are decent, but not clean enough. I could see some bugs in the carpet. I gave 5 just because the location, but if you take in consideration the facility only, iy would be a 3.

Very bad experience. The AC was not working properly, and the refrigerator was also not working. There was no oven inside the room, so we had to go downstairs to the lower level to use one. Overall, the room did not meet our expectations, and the stay was very disappointing.

The restroom was not in good condition. There was no proper lock on the door, and when the light was on inside, you could see the person inside from outside. This is a major privacy concern and is not suitable for families. Overall, the restroom setup was very disappointing.

The staff is so humble and co operative . My daughter was having online assessment and MR STUART went out of the way and helped to get the exam done peacefully.He fixed the router problem as well he arrange cable connections so in case wifi will not remain stable then cable will Fulfill our requirements. Kudos to him

The location was fantastic. Easy access to Times Square and subway stations.

There two lifts were very slow. There was a sign saying there might be a lengthy wait during "peak hours" which is the majority of the day. The AC was very weak so the room was a bit hot in August. Also, the little square outside the hotel is public area so there are people gathering through the days. Some people might feel unsafe at night.

Das ist furchtbar klein. Die Ausstattung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt nur zwei Aufzüge für insgesamt 36 Stockwerke, da heißt es Ruhe bewahren und lange warten.

Vor dem Hotel ist ein Aufenthaltsbereich, der insbesondere von Obdachlosen und sozialen Randgruppen rund um die Uhr belagert wird. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße, wir dachten eigentlich, das wäre super um ein Gefühl für New York zu bekommen, war schlussendlich aber eine schlechte Wahl. Es ist einfach viel zu viel Trubel und eine unglaubliche Lautstärke rund um die Uhr. Das Frühstück hätte 25 Dollar pro Person gekostet. Schlichtweg eine Frechheit! Folglich hat auch kaum jemand gefrühstückt. Hat lediglich zwei Aufzügen. Für 36 Stockwerke muss man wirklich Geduld mitbringen!

Hotel muy bien ubicado, la habitación algo chica pero está bien si querés un lugar para dormir solamente. Muy bien las camas y almohadas y la ducha también. Reponen café y hay máquina de hielo.

Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Das Bett ist leider viel zu klein - bei einer Körpergröße von 1,75m hängen die Füße schon über das Ende vom Bett. Das Bett war auch leider ungemütlich.

The hotel is very central, close to various subway lines and within walking distance from Times Square and several Broadway theatres. The room was fairly compact but didn't feel limited in space. Most importantly, the room was clean, with housekeeping tidying the room up daily if you didn't leave the 'don't disturb' sign out. Finally, also managed to get a decent bargain on the stay when booking.

Nothing unexpected based on the reviews. I would repeat three things, none of which would be a deal-breaker for me. First, when you called a lift, it did occasionally take a few minutes for it to arrive. Second, the people hanging around the sitting area in front of the hotel might occasionally look suspicious but the street being busy together with the always-present security never made me feel unsafe. Finally, the AC might have been on the noisier side - I didn't have any problems sleeping, but I could imagine light sleepers might benefit from earplugs.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a nice size with a big shower for NYC. We were up high so heard very little noise. The staff was attentive and helpful, and they checked in regularly. The breakfast was convenient and affordable for a Times Square buffet.

The A/C was not great and we were definitely warm at night. The drug users hanging out and actively using drugs in front of the hotel (pretty much all day and night) were a big downside, but I was highly impressed that the Holiday Inn hired full time security to ensure that guests were safe and not bothered by these people.

Su ubicación, está muy cerca del Times Square y del Madison Square Garden, estuvimos en el piso 33, la vista es impresionante, al frente está el Empire State. Habitación ordenada, limpia y cómoda.

Uno de los ascensores estuvo en mantenimiento dos días, por lo que había que esperar mucho tiempo para subir o bajar; afuera del hotel hay un sitio público con personas que fuman y duermen en los exteriores.

La ubicación y la vista desde la habitación en el piso 31°. En el front desk nos pidieron car service para regresar al aeropuerto y estuvo muy bien.

En la puerta del hotel sobre la calle hay una placita donde, a pesar de que el hotel tiene seguridad, se reunen homeless, drogadictos, y generan disturbios sobre todo ppr la noche. Lo cual no es para nada agradable.

El nombre del hotel casi no se ve, tiene que fijar al número de la dirección. Enfrente del hotel es un espacio público que da sensación de inseguridad, aunque siempre hay una persona de seguridad del hotel puesto ahí.

Un poco caro para las instalaciones del hotel.

Although the hotel is conveniently located to most tourist attractions I would not return or recommend to families. The rooms are very small, the beds a small doubles and there is only one single wardrobe. It’s a challenge to find space to open your suitcase. The elevator situation is terrible, we took the stairs down from floor 24 on a few occasions as one elevator was out of action. The elevators are also used by the staff, which also slows down the flow. Outside of the hotel had to be the biggest surprise. There are public benches which appear to be the home of several homeless drug addicts, who sit there day and night in various states of consciousness.

I disliked the fact that I asked for a change of sheets and a extra towel and I wasn’t given it as I was told room service was coming up the same time as me and my girlfriend, nobody came until 10pm as we were getting ready for bed and instead of room service knocking. One of the maids tried to open the door with it locked without knocking, and left immediately as soon as it didn’t open, very creepy but asides from that the hotel was very comfortable and cozy.

This was centrally located and convenient to the places we wanted to visit. The room had a gorgeous, unblocked view of the city. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The courtyard was a hangout spot for a lot of transient folks, people sleeping, people smoking and doing drugs. If I had young children with me, I would not have felt comfortable with the environment. I didn’t like how small and cramped the elevators were. Barely enough room for 4-5 people plus their luggage. One elevator was broken, making it extremely frustrating for guests to get places. People had to wait up to 20-30 minutes for an elevator. One out of the two entrances were operational and also closed and it varied from day to day, so it was a guessing game which one was going to open.

I don't know where to start. First the area in front of the hotel is open to the public so there are drunks and people smoking weed all the time. Then the front door was broken for a couple days as well as one of two elevators. Then the elevators, there are only two elevators and that are shared between staff and guest which is unfortunate for all parties. The staff is delayed and the guys have to be in the elevator with leaking trash bags. The room seemed fine at first if a bit small but there was a corner of the room that smelled like urine the entire stay, the cleaning crew only does a very basic once over and the comforter and sheets are often dirty, I felt sick in the room and often had to go outside to feel better. The front of the hotel is a designated public area which I understand but at all hours there are teens, adults, and homeless people passed out, drinking, or vomiting on or around the benches. There was also apparently a leak downstairs so they had to come into our room on two different occasions to work on the shower and then we were told not to use it for some time. I'm sure there is a lot I am forgetting, but we rented here because my daughter had to come to NYC and this was close to where she had to go for her activity next time I'll book somewhere else even if it's further away. I would not recommend this place at all.

Very Nice Stay! I used my IHG cardmember free night award for this stay and was happy to find availability in the heart of NYC. Room was small but we don’t spend a lot of time in the room. It was clean and appeared to be recently renovated. Elevators are an issue in most NYC hotels so just be patient and not a big deal. Location is great for exploring NYC.

The city view was awesome. The staff was exceptionally friendly.

It’s not in a safe area of Times Square. Despite having security, there are people hanging out right outside of the hotel lobby all hours of the day. I specifically asked the security guy if we were staying in a safe area and he laughed in my face. The elevator was broken down one of the days - it resulted in a 36 minutes wait to get to the first floor. The sink was clogged and filled up with water quickly.

El personal es servicial y hacen bien su trabajo, pero está absolutamente rebasado por el escaso espacio de que disponen para atender o recibir maletas (por ejemplo). Por la misma razón los elevadores son pequeños e insuficientes. Un día falló uno (de dos) y la fila salía al exterior del establecimiento.

Odalar çok küçük valiz koyacak yer yoktu, 16 yaşında çocukla ailecek çok zorlandık, duş neredeyse odanın içindeydi, asansör hizmetliler ve müşteriler için aynıydı ve çok kalabalıktı. Her akşam kapıdaki evsizler bir olay çıkarıyordu, kusan özel bölgelerini gösteren uyuşturucu müptelası herkesi gördük, polisiye olay bile oldu otelde. Bir de 35.ci katta helikopter böceği yusufçuk camdan girip, misafirimiz oldu birgün. Odadan kovaladık.
