Cambria Hotel New York - Chelsea

Location is on the edge of Chelsea and Koreatown/Empire State Building. 5 minutes away from Penn Station and other major subway hubs. Daily housekeeping. Always available via both texts and calls. Room has a fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine, iron board, closet, lots of towels.

The bathroom: The showerhead is not detachable or moveable, making it very hard to clean the bathroom floor, so the bathroom quickly grows a mildew smell overnight. And although it is a standard size in Manhattan, the bathroom door opens small enough to almost touch the toilet seat, so it requires a specific choreography to step in and out of the bathroom. The 28th street is also the wholesales flower street of NYC, so it is always loud even at night.

Jonathan at the front desk was very kind and very helpful. The location was perfect especially if you're going to a show at Madison Square Garden. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooftop terrace was great! We had an overall amazing time. Thank you Cambria Hotel!

It's really not a big deal but the cleaning crew brought fresh towels to our room but forgot to remove the dirty towels.

Recently refurbished rooms that are compact but functional. Very quiet. Great location - easy to walk or catch subway most places.

It was very close to everything: the subway, the grocery store, and the city center. It was nice clean.

Would have preferred a 2nd floor room (our "ocean view" was not so special because the 1st floor was on the parking lot- I would not advertise 1st floor as "Ocean view".

The room is spacious and modern, without carpeting or a bathtub in the bathroom. The in-room minibar was a nice touch. The bed is very comfortable. The location is excellent: close to the metro and within walking distance of various places. The staff is friendly and assisted us with everything we needed.

Room service left a bit to be desired. One day, they came by about 3PM and we were in the room. I asked for five minutes just to put on my shoes and leave. They didn´t returned. On another day, they left fewer towels than needed, and I had to request more at reception. On two different occasions, they forgot to replace the bath mat. These were minor incidents that didn't end up ruining the experience. The room's cleanliness is very good, with soft, fresh-smelling bed linens and towels.

I loved everything and I was so excited to be on a min vacation! I wish I could've planned to stay longer. I also enjoyed th he early morning coffee station and t he beautiful rooftop and friendly staff.

I loved the early morning coffee and tea stations and honestlyeverything about the hotel.Its so chic and pretty.. However the customers would greatly benefit from a continental breakfast of sorts with maybe some bagels,,muffins, yogurt etc. It would keep you from starving before finding a local restaurant to go to! This would make for a perfect stay!

The location is good, close to restaurants and NY Penn Station. The room was fairly spacious and included tea and coffee facilities as well as a useful fridge.

The room was dirty on arrival, with dust, hair and sticky marks on the floor. Housekeeping had already finished for the day, and the floor was never cleaned properly during my stay. Staff also repeatedly knocked or tried to enter despite the “Privacy” sign. Housekeeping later removed one of my bags, assuming it was rubbish, and I had to contact the hotel to get it back. The manager was quite defensive about this. The lifts were often occupied by housekeeping carts, causing long waits during the day. The room was also poorly soundproofed, with noticeable street noise in the mornings.

The location was very convenient, easily accessible from Penn Station. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room feels cramped and the sink in our bathroom was clogged when we first used it, called the front desk to request for a new room. They sent a facilities guy to unclogged it, said something about the sink cover needs replacement, never came back to replace it.

Eccezionale la posizione. Centralissima, servita in modo eccellente, ma defilata al punto giusto per essere molto tranquilla.

De 7 noches que estuvimos alojados, 3 días no nos asearon la habitación

Struttura abbastanza centrale, a 15 minuti da times square. Le principali attrazioni sono tutte raggiungibili a piedi con una passeggiata. La camera grande, letto discretamente comodo. Dalle 7 alle 10 sono disponibili vicino alla reception bevande per far colazione (caffè americano, cioccolata calda e tè). Abbiamo quasi sempre fatto colazione sul rooftop.

Le pulizie venivano effettuate nel tardo pomeriggio, puntualmente quando tornavamo in camera per un riposino, quindi per diversi giorni la camera non è stata pulita. Il dispenser del bagno schiuma non è stato mai ricaricato. Il bagno minuscolo, peggio di quelli giapponesi.

El personal es amable, la habitación es espaciosa y limpia, la cama es grande y cómoda. La ubicación está genial, Chelsea es mi lugar favorito para alojarme en la ciudad, y está calle de las flores es una belleza. Tienen café, té y chocolate caliente de cortesía de 6 a.m a 10 a.m

Perfect location for what we were staying for. You are a 2 minute walk from 28th street station and 5 minutes from Penn station. The room was nicely furnished and the beds were pretty comfortable.

O ponto é ótimo, perto de linhas diferentes de metrô e a 4 quadras da Penn Station. Pu seja, ligaçao direta com o aeroporto JFK. Quarto amplo,vamas confortáveis, ducha razoável, mas box grande. O espelho do banheiro tem Bluetooth e caixa de som, bem legal. Oferece café e chá o dia inteiro. Tem serviço de guarda-malas.

Tivemos peoblemas com vazamentos do banheiro. No primeiro quarto (1701) a água infiltrava pelo rodapé e moljava o quarto. Trocamos pelo 206 e nesse a água do box vazava para o chão do banheiro. Nada grave. O último banheiro era bem apertado. Tivemos oroblemas com a reposição de toalhas, rapidamente resolvidos. Os andares baicos são mais barulhentos. O sistema de refrigeração nos deu uma surra. Fo nada mudava para aquecimento. Alguns funcionários poderia ser mais solícitos.

Housekeeping services could be better- the staff would come as early as 9 am when we were still in the room. And then not come back later in the day when we were outside, thus leaving the room as it was. We had to request for extra towels as a result (which were provided right away!)

Este hotel está muy bien situado, justo en el centro de Manhattan. Puedes ir caminando a Time Square, Empire State, Rockefelle, la 5th Avenida... pero si estás muy cansado también tienes la boca de tren en la misma calle, al línea 1 que te lleva tanto a uptowm como downtown. La habitación doble estaba bien, las camas era cómodas y en el piso 10, donde nos tocó la habitación, no se escuchaba mucho jaleo de la calle. El aseo es un poco pequeño, pero está reformado. No incluye desayuno, pero por las mañanas hay café gratis. La terraza del hotel ofrece unas vistas superbuenas.

En general me gustó todo, sí que es verdad que la habitación doble era más pequeña que en los otros hoteles que visitamos en nuestro viaje a USA.

Bien que n'ayant demandé l'entretien seulement 4 fois sur nos 9 jours qu'a duré notre séjour, un dimanche n'est pas passée, et les autres jours seulement le lit fait. Une table était sale mais n'a pas été nettoyée. Une autre fois oubli du papier WC, seulement deux lots de serviettes pour 3 personnes, etc...

I had an extremely negative experience with this hotel. They charged me a $100 deposit at check-in and promised to refund it after check-out. However, I have been waiting for the refund for more than a month, despite contacting the hotel several times. The staff keep making promises, but the issue remains unresolved. I do not recommend this hotel. Be prepared for the possibility that your deposit may be withheld without a clear explanation.

Gros problème d’insonorisation, tant sur le bruit venant de l’extérieur avec les sirènes de pompiers et de police qui hurlent dans la nuit , que de l’intérieur avec les bruits de couloirs et des chambres environnantes.

A környének rengeteg virágbolt van, napközben az utcán mindenhol növények, ami nagyon hangulatos. A közelben van két metróállomás is, de rengeteg látnivaló akár egy kis gyaloglással is elérhető. A szoba New York-hoz képest korrekt méretű, és nem zajos. Ár/érték arányban nagyon jó.

Néhol szükséges lenne kisebb javításokat, felújításokat elvégezni. A takarítás néha késő délutánig is elcsúszik.

La habitación que nos asignaron era confortable y limpia para nosotros y contaba con un pequeño refrigerador y microondas para poder guardar nuestros alimentos. No era tan grande pero fue suficiente para ya que pasabamos todo el día fuera. Precio calidad estuvo bien aunque lo reserver con poco tiempo de anticipación

Todo estuvo bien, si podría decir algo tal vez puede ser que aunque eramos 4 personas no todos los días dejaban las toallas completas.

Cuando hice la búsqueda del hotel decía que estaba incluido el parqueo pero al llegar sorpresa la mía, si tienen parqueo pero hay que pagar por el $64 aparte de la estadia en el hotel y al llegar al parqueo no puedes sacar tu carro hasta que te vallas del hotel porque si lo sacas y vuelves al hotel tienes que pagar cada vez que muevas .. pero de ahí todo super

The location is great, right in the Flower area. The room is spacious, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable.

The décor feels outdated, the bathroom is quite small and difficult to access, and the vanity under the sink appears to be falling apart. The wifi connection is poor. The floor remained dusty throughout our 6 day stay.

The room as a tight squeeze for a family of 4, the shower wasn’t very powerful but it was clean. The roof top bar was only open on 1 evening.

Very friendly front desk staff, nice room size, lots of light- lovely neighborhood and great views from the rooftop.

I was in-town for a 4am shoot, so I paid for a late checkout to have a nap after the shoot before my flight. That didn't really work out since housekeeping knocked on my door until they woke me 3 times during the extended hours. Also extremely noisy in the morning while housekeeping was cleaning the rest of the floor, not worth staying if you need a late checkout.

They canceled my room never told me they said they emailed me and checked my spam never received anything. They were able to put me up in a new room, but the bathroom was unsafe because all the bathroom handles in the shower were broken

Chelsea and Brian were exceptional hosts. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. They were genuinely concerned when we lost a jacket. They located it and other staff were also helpful. Their pleasant attitudes were refreshing. In a city that a t can seem rushed, they both were calm and relaxed yet very attentive to our needs.

Location was good. Short walk to subway and restaurants, safe neighborhood . Had 2 queen beds with microwave and small refrigerator.

Thin walls, small bathroom, crowded elevator, worn out mattress, freezer didn’t work to keep freeze-it frozen and needed to be defrosted, metal to fridge door to hold drinks kept popping off. Our room had ice machine right outside so could hear it used all hours of the night.

The location was great - it was the perfect location to walk straight out the door into the heart of NYC. It was also a short walk from Penn Station, and plenty of subway stops. The beds were comfortable. Everything in the room was comfortable, albeit well used.

We booked for 3 people; yet had 2 of most things so needed to ask for additional items at the start and during our stay. The coffee machine was broken and didn't work for the duration of our stay, and the bathroom products were empty so we had to ask for top ups. The small kitchen facilities in the room (microwave and fridge) was one of the reasons we booked as we planned to have quick breakfasts in the room each morning - yet there were no bowls, plates or cutlery available. We were able to get paper cups and plastic cutlery from the lobby, but it was a bit annoying not having any kitchenette equipment.

I recently stayed at the Cambria Hotel & Suites in Chelsea for a few nights and honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. From check-in, the staff were warm and welcoming, and Johnathan in particular went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was so helpful and made the whole arrival process feel effortless. To top it off, we were upgraded to a suite on arrival, which was such a lovely surprise. The extra space made a huge difference, and the room itself was spotless, modern, and really well designed. You could tell a lot of thought went into the little details, from the layout to the amenities. The location is fantastic too, right in the heart of Chelsea, close to great restaurants, shops, and easy access to the subway, so getting around the city was a breeze. All in all, this was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in New York. Big thanks to Johnathan and the rest of the team for making our stay so memorable. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

The location was excellent and one of the biggest advantages of this hotel. The lobby was beautiful, with comfortable sofas and a TV, making it a nice place to relax. There were many flower shops nearby, which made every walk around the neighborhood enjoyable. The area also felt very safe, with almost no homeless people around

The only downside was that breakfast was not included. It would have made the stay even better
