That was my 7th stay in Kuala Lumpur, and Perdana was my choice, again. I didn't disappoint, everything was what I get used to. I love Perdana, love all what I get. All the crew members are kind, helpful and respectful. Love the vibe what the hotel gives. Wifi was excellent, as always. Location is one of the best in KL.

It's the perfect hotel for families like mine. The spacious room is a luxury and made us feel at home. The strategic location is unbeatable. It was great value for money.

I really like the hotel and will be looking forward to spend my time there again whenever visiting KL with my family. I really hope the hotel will maintain the building and the quality of everything. The bathroom especially the shower area got some black stains or moldy spots. Some furniture do show they have aged, and while I could still enjoy the room, those are sad reminders that nothing is perfect.

Great from checking in to checking out. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, the location is great.

I wish the wall electrical outlets were of the multi-type that any kind of male plug from any country can be used. I had to hunt for an adapter to charge my phone and laptop. If there were at least just two outlets of this type in the room it would be sufficient.

The staff, the hotel rate, location, the breakfast and the size of the room. I will like to compliment Mardalinna from the restaurant for her attentive and friendly service. Her genuine care really added to the dining experience. Not forgetting shah too from the concierge whose helpful assistance added great value to our stay. Both demonstrated genuine dedication to guest satisfaction.

Old hotel, need refurbished. During check in, faced issue as the door to our room was jammed and the lock was stuck. Caused inconvenience right at the start of our stay.

The view and the walking distance to ombak mall and also to KLCC

The hotel is well located within KLCC, Ombak and subway station. The room is spacious and cleaning service is efficient. The breakfast spread is very good but i think everyone loves the freshly baked croissant. All the hotel staff members are excellent too. Kudos to the team ... keep it up!

Whole bathroom needs updating, grubby bath tubs and poorly fitted toilet seats. No hand towels or hand-wash soap provided for communal toilet within the apartment and in the kitchen.

В этот раз администрация решила устроить жильцам приключения. Плохо организованные приключения. Без предварительных уведомлений, то есть сначала я заплатил за номер, а потом мне сообщили, что это я зря. Действительно, знай я все заранее, остановился бы в другом отеле. 1. Отключение электричества (частичное). Анонсировалось уже после нашего заезда, хотя планировалось явно заранее. Анонсировалось, что займет не больше часа, с 21:00 до 22:00 вечера. Но организация явно не является сильной стороной работников отеля. В итоге электричество отключили в 21:45. Лифты вообще не работали до 23:00 (причем в 23:00 запустили только лифты для персонала, куда отправляли гостей). Как результат, очереди на лифт длиной в десятки метров, на 15-20 минут ожидания, минимум до полуночи. В какое время полноценно запустили остальные лифты, я не знаю, раньше заснул. Вайфай не работал до 23:50 точно. 2. На следующий день обещали травить насекомых. В номере, в котором я живу. Дождаться моего выезда, видимо, было нельзя. Просили содействия и "тщательно вымыть посуду после визита дезинсекторов". Это точно отель 4*?

Il letto era molto comodo e i servizi che offriva la struttura erano decisamente ottimi tra cui campo da padel, palestra ben attrezzata piscina molto spaziosa.

La camera era discretamente pulita e la presenza della moquette non aiutava. Il bagno aveva una tenda nella doccia e la pulizia della vasca non era delle migliori.

Breakfast was outstanding and the best I've ever experienced. Staff were extremely polite and friendly and went above and beyond to help. Location was also excellent. Thank you so much for a brilliant stay, would highly recommend this hotel.

Good location and big room with a little kitchen including tap with filtered water. The pool was nice. You can do the laundry for around 30RM (washing and drying).

Renovation needed. Breakfast can be improved. They didn’t clean our room because we came back at 5 pm and that was the cleaning time.

Nous venons de passer nos deux dernières nuits en Malaisie au Perdana KLCC, après avoir séjourné dans un autre hôtel en début de séjour, et nous avons vraiment apprécié cette adresse. Le petit-déjeuner est très complet, bien organisé au rez-de-chaussée, avec une terrasse extérieure très agréable. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et offrent de nombreux rangements, une kitchenette, un coin salon, une table pour dîner ainsi qu’un bureau. Le tout est propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel est très agréable, disponible et serviable. La localisation est parfaite, avec de nombreux points d’intérêt facilement accessibles. Et petit bonus : un nouveau mall doit prochainement ouvrir juste en face de l’hôtel, ce qui devrait rendre l’emplacement encore plus pratique. Mention spéciale pour la piscine, propre et agréable, avec des transats confortables, ainsi que pour le terrain de padel en extérieur. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

I loved everything, the location, the food, the staff. Everything was perfect. The beds was super comfy and the room was so spacious. It has a pool and we used it and it was so nice.

The only downside, the bathroom looks a little outdated, but I was totally okay with that, I never had any problem with that.

The staff working there were very rude and not helpful at all. I arrived at the hotel at 11:00 a.m., and they made me wait in the lobby until 1:00 p.m. just to receive my room key. Whenever I asked them for an update or any assistance, their attitude was very rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the poor customer service made my experience very disappointing.

Muita variedade de comida no pequeno almoço, especialmente em comida oriental. Piscina ótima com bonito jardim à volta. A curta distancia do centro e das Torres Petronas, que se faz bem a pé. Funcionários muito simpáticos.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with a nice view from the room. The location was excellent and within walking distance of KLCC. The check-in and check-out process was also smooth and easy. Tt was a comfortable and convenient stay.

Das grosse Frühstücks Buffet hat uns gut gefallen. Malaysisch, chinesisch, arabisch, indisch, europäisch, Ei-Sation, Salat, Obst,... teilweise fixe Gerichte teils täglich wechselnd. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Alles sauber. Sehr schöner Pool, besonders angenehm: wenig Chlor, dafür ganz leicht salzig. Sehr angenehm für Kinder die viel tauchen. Einen kleinen hoteleigenen Park im 9 Stock gibt es auch noch. Die Wohnungen sind wirklich geräumig. Alles ideal für Familien um zwischendurch Pause vom Trubel in KL zu machen. Die Einrichtung ist nicht mehr ganz neu, aber noch voll in Ordnung, vor allem nach lokalen Standards super. Die Fenster schliessen nicht ganz dicht. Heisst man hört nachts ein bisschen was von der Stadt. Die Gegend ist aber ruhig. Für absolute Ruhe ist KL oder auch Malaysia nicht ganz der richtige Ort. Mindestens eine Klimaanlage brumt ja immer. Baustelle gegenüber praktisch fertig. Hat keinen Lärm mehr gemacht.

地下鉄が2路線使える場所にあるのでとても便利。ホテルのフロントスタッフの方たちはみなさんとても親切でWIFIがつながらなかった時も色々と手伝ってくれた。

部屋の場所によると思うが、9階くらいにあるテニスコートがちょうど部屋の下あたりに位置していて大きな声がずっと聞こえていた。夕方以降の少し気温が下がってからやるのは理解できるが、さすがに夜中まで大声でやるのはどうかと思う。部屋自体は静かに過ごせたので部屋の場所が違うと良いのかも。

Air cons for both bedrooms were not working well. Same after technicians came to look at them. Ruined sleep for 2 nights in a row. Cleanliness seemed an issue. Room felt dirty.

My wife and I have been staying at Perdana as regular visitors for a number of years now. Excellent standards have been maintained during all this time. Excellent facilities, Excellent Staff (ALL staff are always extremely friendly and helpful). Really good to experience such high standards consistently. Excellent location for MRT stations and KL City Centre.

I had a fever on the first night and asked for a blanket but was told that I have to pay RM10. I told them that it is common that hotel normally provide extra blankets for the comfort of guests. It wasn't the money but the policy of the hotel to charge something that a guest reasonably requested for, is no right.

I had a wonderful stay at Perdana Kuala Lumpur City Centre. The room was exceptionally spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s location is another big plus, with shopping malls and many attractions just a short walk away, making it very convenient to explore the city.

Breakfast food, in term of presentation and verity is good but some of the food was overcooked.. For example wedges was too hard and overcooked. Pasta tasteless.. Masterbed sinky was stuck.. Please help to take a look and do preventive maintenance..

Responsive & accomodating staffs. Our room was upgraded to a bigger one without additional cost from us. Facilities and amenities are well maintained. Clean and comfortable accommodation space. Free parking for hotel guests. Offers a good variety of breakfast & dining options. One of the accommodation places I will surely come back to.

Only 1 thing is the entrance & exit path to the parking which is quite curved & narrow. Requires a good experienced driver to navigate. Else everything was good! Highly recommended hotel in KL city centre.
