Idea Hotel Milano Malpensa Airport

Rapporto prezzo qualità ottimo. Navetta aeroporto organizzata e puntuale, personale cortese. Eravamo molto soddisfatte.

Very nice location for transit passengers.. 8 to 10minutes only from Airport..Shuttle bus facility will make you very comfortable.. Just Euro 5 only..and shuttle bus operates 24 hrs.. Very friendly staff.. Even I stored luggage there for 3 days..

shuttle service was great to airport in am

unable to obtain shuttle from airport because phone number did not work.

Clean and cozy

The staff were lovely and the dinner was pretty good. Great shuttle service to the airport.

The €100 deposit for damages against the room.

Good for one night stay before early flight, with a scheduled shuttle, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was as simple as it was with a comfy bed. the bar for quick snacks and hot & cold drinks were so good

It's a bit disappointing for a 4-star hotel with no facilities in the room

good dinner

Staff was great

Everything

Great to have shuttle service and very nice staff.

Location, closed off area around the hotel.

The location has nowhere around to entertain you. Staff incredibly unwelcoming, could not offer me facilities to make a coffee in morning. Whole place smells musty, old and very tired, lack of refurbishment. Shuttle despite 4 calls did just not turn up, no option but to get taxi.

Everything, hated it.

As a woman traveling solo, the most important thing is to feel safe. The door to my room locked very poorly, resulting in other hotel guests accidentally entering my room thinking it was theirs. The fact this is possible even with the wrong key and minor effort is unacceptable to me.

its really old and dirty, too expensive for what it is

Comodissimo per la posizione. Camere molto pulite

Niente

Cheap and cheerful.

You get what you pay for.. very basic accommodation. Room was in need for repairs. I won't be coming back anytime soon.

Posizione ottima, navetta ad ogni mezz’ora e 5 min dall’aeroporto.

Camera leggermente sporca

Proximity to the airport

Everything was great

Posizione servizi

La posizione è ottima veramente vicina all'aeroporto.

Basic room but it has all you need to organize before or after your flight. Shuttle service to and from the airport

a reasonable place for a stay before a flight

the fact that they take 100 euros security deposit on your card

La camera

perfetto il servizio navetta

niente

location and comfort of room

the breakfast is not great - mostly like a cake shop.

Nærme flyplassen

Kunne trengt en liten oppgradering. Var gammelt og luktet litt muggent

In prossimità dell’aeroporto

I like how convenient the shuttle was. The shower was huge.

The green carpet. I wish they had more food options available.

Odada en azından çay kahve imkanı olmalıydı, bir şişe su bile yoktu, su ısıtıcıdı bardak mutlaka olmalı. sadece yatak duş var

Posizione ecortesia

Niente

Działający cały czas głośny wentylator w łazience.

Servizio navetta comodissimo

The hotel is pretty, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good

Our aircon did not work but had to wait the whole afternoon on our first day in our room for the hotel manager to come and have a look. It still didn't work and she offered the next day to move us to another day. We had to sleep that night with the door balcony door open as it was incredible hot. We did not expect that from an expensive four star hotel. There was also no coffee in the rooms,

La proximité avec l'aéroport

Vicinanza all'aeroporto Staff gentile e disponibile

Gut

Sehr alte Zimmer, badezimmer Spiegel verostet Waserhahnen beim Fuschenndefekt. Ist niemals ein Viersternhotel

Very kind staff

It needs renovation, breakfast was pretty bad,

Das Frühstück.

Location is best, room is comfy, staff is really helpful and parking space available.shuttle bus available.

Convenient for early or late flights at Malpensa. Good coffee and pizza at the bar. Nice staff. Comfortable bed.

Decir a bit dated

Nulla

Albergo comodo, camere gradevoli. Autista navetta diurno competente, professionale e disponibile

Autista navetta notturno arrogante, maleducato e vagabondo.

It serves for the purpose - staying a night between the flights.

It’s overpriced - very worn out hotel.

Posizione vicinissima all’aeroporto di Milano Malpensa e servizio navetta efficiente

Quanto avrebbero dovuto chiederci?

Accoglienza e disponibilità ottime, camera molto bella e confortevole, servizio navetta molto efficiente.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile, camere pulite e insonorizzate.

Convenient for the first night of a holiday when flying in really late

Do have to wait a little while for the transfer to get there Rooms weren’t the best but fine for one night

Posizione

It's close enough to the airport but definitely need a taxi.

Breakfast was only ok.

Restaurante

it is our 3rd time in this hotel. when we fly to Milan at night we take this place. very easy to get to and very good price for money.

we had some strange smell in the room.

Servizio navetta comodo e puntuale

Cercanía al aeropuerto

Muito bom

Nada a dizer.
